Abstract

Suatu perusahaan konstruksi pada umumnya memerlukan suatu manajemen proyek pada setiap pengerjaan proyek. Hal ini dilaksanakan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih optimal dan waktu yang cepat sesuai dengan yang telah diharapkan, baik untuk perusahaan itu sendiri ataupun pihak owner. PT. Kaliban Bangun Prakarsa merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang kontraktor dan sebagai pelaksana dalam pembangunan ruko 3 lantai De Monde Junction. Agar proyek dapat diselesaikan sesuai dengan tenggat waktu yang telah disepakati maka suatu proyek dibutuhkan penjadwalan proyek yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat anggaran biaya yang akan dikeluarkan, dan penjadwalan dalam pembangunan, serta membandingkan realisasi dari proyek pembangunan ini dengan perencanaan yang telah dibuat. Metode penjadwalan proyek pada penelitian ini dengan mengaplikasikan metode EVA (Earned Value Analysis) yang berdasarkan dari bobot anggaran biaya yang sudah dihitung setelah itu akan dilakukan analisis terhadap realisasi pekerjaan. Dari hasil penelitian ini telah didapatkan bahwa kegiatan konstruksi yang dilakukan pada proyek ini mengalami keterlambatan yang sangat signifikan. Dapat dilihat dari gambar kurva S realisasi yang telah dibuat, dan juga dari perhitungan Planned Value (PV) yang didapatkan sebesar Rp. 20.145.003.680, sedangkan Earned Value (EV) yang didapatkan sebesar Rp. 14.836.795.210,32, sehinggan Schedule Performance Index (SPI) yang didapatkan 0,7365. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti Force Majeure, kurangnya sumber daya, adanya pekerjaan tiang pancang yang belum selesai sehingga terhambatnya proses pembangunan oleh pihak kontraktor.

Abstract

The high interest in public sports in Batam City in early 2020, such as basketball, volleyball, and badminton, has an impact on the high activity of using sports facilities or sports fields. However, it is not accompanied by the availability of sufficient sports fields. The author conducted research, namely planning sports facilities that include 3 sports games that at the same time can minimize the use of such a large area. It, later, can be used as a multifunctional sports facility. The author conducted a field planning with a length of 36 m and a width of 28.3 m. The author planned the structure of the sports field spectator stands using a steel roof frame following the provisions of the Indonesian National Standard. The loads put into the steel roof truss structure were in the form of dead loads, live loads, and wind loads. The dead load includes CNP profic load, spandex roof, and the live load includes rainwater load. The material structure used was the IWF steel column with size 400 x 400 x 120 kg/m and steel roof with IWF size 500 x 200 x 103 kg / m. The author analyzed the structure using the SAP2000 program. The results of plate analysis using SAP2000 that withstand a live load of 500 kg/ m² and a dead load of 62 kg.m², can withstand a given load and plate reinforcement using D10-170. The results of beam analysis in SAP2000 and beam planning calculations were the beam can support the existing structure and receive Mu of 2.72 kNm, beam reinforcement uses 2D12 and the block beam uses Ø6-140. The author expects the planning made can be useful for Civil Engineering students and others as a reference or guideline in planning.

Abstract

Simpang Panbil merupakan penghubung jalan antara, Jl. Letjen Suprapto, Jl. Ahmad Yani dan Jl. S Parman. Perlu diadakan evaluasi simpang untuk mengetahui kinerja simpang Panbil tersebut, dengan tujuan agar simpang Panbil dapat berjalan dengan lancar tanpa adanya hambatan. Metode penyelesainnya dengan menghitung arus lalu lintas, waktu siklus, arus jenuh, simpang bersinyal. Proses yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara menggumpulkan data dari hasil survey dan data dari instansi terkait. Penulis juga menggunakan acuan dari (MKJI 1997) untuk perhitungan yang sesuai dengan ketentuan. Hasil yang didapat dari evaluasi Simpang Panbil menunjukkan bahwa arus lalu lintas jam puncak Simpang Panbil terjadi pada hari senin pukul 16.00 – 17.00 WIB. Arus lalu intas (Qtotal) = 6915,5 smp/jam. Pengaturan Simpang Panbil diatur oleh 3 fase dengan siklus (c) = 321 detik. Manajemen lalu lintas Simpang Panbil juga kurang maksimal, karena nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) salah satu lengan simpang yaitu Fase 1= 0,66 [hampir mendekati kondisi jenuh (DS > 0,75], Fase 2 DS = 0,99, Fase 3 DS = 0,41 dapat dinyatakan masih dalam kondisi arus stabil. Kinerja Simpang bersinyal Panbil dapat dilihat dari Kapasitas (Fase 1 = 8151 smp/jam, Fase 2 = 5453 smp/jam, Fase 3 = 5101 smp/jam), Derajat Kejenuhan (Fase 1 = 0,66, Fase 2 = 0,97, Fase 3 = 0,41), Panjang Antrian (Fase 1 = 115,94 m, Fase 2 = 148,15 m, Fase 3 = 205,13 m), Jumlah Kendaraan Terhenti (Fase 1 = 7351 smp/jam, Fase 2 = 5319 smp/jam, Fase 3 = 4577 smp/jam, dan Tundaan (Fase 1 = 491,64 smp/det, Fase 2 = 337,09 smp/det, Fase 3 = 788,43 smp/det. Abstract

The high rate of growth of the construction sector in Indonesia has not been matched by its level of success. Problems are still found in many construction projects that result in project unsuccessfulness, including time loss and bad quality work. In order to support the success of construction projects in Indonesia, the aim of this study is to determine the critical factors that influence the success of construction projects in Indonesia. Data collection through questionnaires on 417 respondents who were directly involved in the project. The questionnaire was based on 4 previous studies, measured by a 5-point Likert scale of agreement and consisting of 64 project success variables. The analysis was performed using the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). The results of this study indicate that there are 6 factors that influence the success of construction projects in Indonesia, namely: (1) Factors related to the Project Manager; (2) Factors related to the Contractor; (3) Factors related to Supervisors; (4) factors related to the project; (5) Factors related to Owner; and (6) Factors related to Owner2. Abstract

This study discussed about management of coastal area in Kulon Progo Regency based on the risk of the earthquake and tsunami. The aim of this study was to identify potential hazard earthquake and tsunami, analyze the suitability of using land exists to spatial pattern planning, and describe direction of management area’s coastal based on reduction of earthquake and tsunami risk in Kulon Progo Regency. Data was used in this study was information about earthquake and tsunami occurrence obtained from the government institution and also United States Geological Survey (USGS), satelite imagary from digital globe. Data of spatial policy which was used in this study were document of Area Spatial Planing, Coastal Zoning Plan, and small islands at study site. Analyzer used in this study were spatial analyzis, peak ground acceleration analyzis, cross tabulation, and descriptive-qualitative. The result of this study showed that coastal’s area in Kulon Progo Regency categorized as having a medium earthquake with PGA value 134, 754 gal and a high tsunami potential with an area of 7702, 614 Ha. The results of the assessment of the conformity of existing land use in 2016 to the spatial plan in the document of Coastal Zoning Plan of Kulon Progo Regency in 2014-2034 tends to show high deviation of space with the extent of using land mismatch of 10399,139 Ha of the total area of research. Based on that, the direction of coastal management of Kulon Progo Regency has five management scenarios, namely; (1) scenario a-1 in the form of early warning and direction of high population density; (2) b-I scenario in the form of early warning, mitigation, and direction of high population density; (3) b-II scenario in the form of warning, mitigation, and direction of medium population density; (4) b-III scenario in the form of early warning, mitigation, and low population density direction; and (5) scenario c-III in the form of early warning, mitigation, preparedness and low population density directive.

Abstract

The use of Superplasticizer as a substitute for water in the concrete mixture can increase fatigue with a level of workability that is easy to work, reduce the amount of water up to 20% and increase the compressive strength value higher than normal concrete. PPC cement contains a pozzolanic substance with a particle size smaller than cement which is able to fill the smallest cavities in the concrete mixture to obtain high tightness and density. The purpose of this study was to determine the ratio of the increase between compressive strength and workability in normal concrete mixtures with the use of superplasticizer as a substitute for water and PPC cement. Calculation procedure for normal concrete mix design based on SNI 03-2843-2000, variation of superplasticizer used to replace water is 0.3%; 0.5% & 0.7% based on the weight of cement, the value of the cement water factor (FAS) is 0.42 and the compressive strength value is 25 MPa. The compressive strength test was carried out at the age of 7 days and 28 days. The results of this study indicate that the use of variations superplasticizer as a substitute for water affects thevalue slump, volume weight and compressive strength value of concrete. Thevalue slump highestat a variation of 0.5% is 17 cm, included in thevalue slump plan. Heavy volume 0.7% maximum variation of 2402.4 kg / m3,entered the category of normal berbebot concrete. The highest compressive strength value at 7 days at a variation of 0.5% was 37.5 MPa with a percentage increase in compressive strength obtained at 17.77%, the compressive strength value reached the compressive strength of the plan. The highest compressive strength value at 28 days at a variation of 0.7% is 43.4 MPa with a percentage increase in compressive strength of 17.81%, the compressive strength value at 28 days is included in the high quality concrete category

Abstract

Abstract The oprit pile of Labu Sawo Bridge has a height of about 9.70 m with a length of 125 m, planning the labu sawo bridge oprit there is a problem in the subgrade is a type of clay soil which is not good because it has low soil bearing capacity, high moisture content and cracks (DPT) due to landslides so that they have the potential to experience ground movement and shifting. Therefore, calculation of slope stability and soil bearing capacity needs to be done to determine how much the slope safety and bearing capacity of the embankment soil. In the calculation of the analysis, the method used to find the safety value (SF) of the embankment slope is the Bishop and Janbu method. From the results of the method used, the security number given is calculated and then the safety figure is calculated. Based on the calculation results, the oprite embankment slope is categorized as a stable slope with the safety value of the Bishop method of 1.262. while the slope stability analysis used the Janbu method of 1.455 from the Bishop and Janbu method, the oprite slope of the Labu Sawo Bridge was categorized as slope in stable condition. Abstract

Increasing economic growth requires the organizers of Fatmawati Airport to develop airside facilities. Along with these developments, it is deemed necessary to analyze the development of flexible pavement geometry in existing and future conditions, considering the runway as a place for several flight activities to occur. For this reason, the runway construction itself is capable of receiving and carrying aircraft loads that are appropriately planned. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the geometric development of flexible pavement on the Fatmawati Airport runway and the existing condition of the flexible pavement on the Fatmawati Airport runway, whether it can serve traffic loads until 2041. Analysis of geometric development on the runway is processed using the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). The geometric development of the flexible pavement obtained is then compared with the existing conditions of Fatmawati Airport, Bengkulu City. Based on the runway analysis of Fatmawati Airport, the results of the geometric development of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) rules for runway development should be lengthened by 209 m. These results indicate that the flexible pavement on the Fatmawati Airport runway cannot increase the aircraft load. Bengkulu traffic until 2041, so development is needed. However, the width of the runway has met the classification of 45 m, so there is no need for development.

Abstract

The increase in population and economy is in line with the demand for movement to palu area and also from Palu to other areas using air transportation. Mutiara Sis Al Jufri Airport is one of the gateways to Central Sulawesi. Therefore, runway pavements should be able to receive the largest planned aircraft from the farthest planned route. This study aims to analyze the geometric development of runway pavement of Mutiara Sis Al Jufri Airport. The process of geometric analysis of runways using the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) method using Boeing 737-900 ER as a planned aircraft, the results of the analysis were then evaluated against the existing geometric conditions of runway pavement Mutiara Sis Al Jufri Airport. Based on the results of the analysis obtained the results of the length of the runway with boeing 737-900 ER planned aircraft of 3019 m. Therefore, it is necessary to development on the runway of Mutiara Sis Al Jufri Airport of 769 m in order to serve the plan aircraft optimally without any restrictions on the weight of the aircraft. At runway width, runway shoulder, runway strip, RESA and stopway do not need to be developed because it has met ICAO rules.

Abstract

Estimasi biaya struktur memiliki peran penting pada tahap perencanaan. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode Artificial Neural Network (ANN) sebagai metode pendekatan untuk menghasilkan estimasi biaya struktur gedung yang keakuratannya dapat diuji. Permodelan gedung merupakan struktur beton bertulang dengan model tipikal bentuk persegi panjang yang berfungsi sebagai gedung rumah sakit. Estimasi biaya struktur terdiri dari biaya pekerjaan balok, kolom dan pelat. Tahap pelatihan permodelan ANN menggunakan 60 variasi data dari pengembangan variabel penelitian berupa luas lantai, jumlah lantai, tinggi kolom, kelas situs, dimensi balok dan dimensi kolom. Hasil permodelan ANN menunjukkan estimasi biaya struktur lebih sensitif terhadap variabel dimensi balok dan kolom. Permodelan ANN estimasi biaya struktur menghasilkan nilai persentase error/MMRE sebesar ±1,55% pada data learning dan ±9,75% pada data uji random.
