Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of Ladder Drill and SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quikness) training on running speed in UNIMED Hockey Club athletes.. The problem with this research is that there are still many athletes who are slow in their game. After observing that when athletes play games, many athletes are still slow to chase the ball, when carrying the ball and still slow to run when chasing opponents. The research method used is the experimental method and data collection techniques as well as using tests and measurements. The research design used was Pretest - Posttest Control Group Design. The number of samples in this study was 18 athletes. This research was carried out at the Unimed Multipurpose field. After carrying out the pre-test, the researcher then gave Ladder Drill and SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quikness) training in 18 meetings.. This research instrument uses a 30 m running speed test. The data analysis technique used in this research uses the t-test. From the results of statistical tests using the t-test at a significant level (α=0.05), the pre-test and post-test values ​​for the 30 meter running speed from the calculated results show that the value of tcount = 292.105 > ttable = 1.7530, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is a significant effect of Ladder Drill and SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quikness) training on running speed in female athletes from the UNIMED Hockey Club.

Abstract

Athletes often experience high emotional fluctuations both in and out of competition, which are related to their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance strategy of playing soccer athletes aged 14-17 years. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with questionnaire tools. This research was conducted at SSB Prahara and SSB BBS. The sampling technique in this study was non probability sampling, with purposive sampling method. The sample used in this study amounted to 60 people. The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results obtained from the research, the results of simple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination between emotional intelligence on the performance strategy of playing soccer athletes aged 14-17 years show a small but significant influence, with a significance value of 0.000 which means P 0.05 and R Square of 21.7%. Coaching emotional intelligence in athletes aged 14-17 years can be a key factor in improving performance. Emphasis on this aspect should be an integral part of the sports training approach at this age.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in physical education, sports and health (PJOK) subjects at SD Negeri 1 Lanbaw. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this research were school principals, PJOK teachers, goods treasurers or facilities and infrastructure supervisors, library managers, grade 5 teachers, grade 4 teachers and female students at SD Negeri 1 Lanbaw. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The main instrument is the researcher who uses observation guidelines and interview guidelines. This research uses the Miles and Huberman model of data analysis which includes three stages. Namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research can be concluded that the implementation of the problem based learning (PBL) learning model in the subject (PJOK) has not been implemented well. The various obstacles faced are the lack of facilities and infrastructure and learning media in schools, as well as the students who are still adapting.

Abstract

This research is based on problems that occur in extracurricular futsal at Elementry of Labschool UMJ, where the results of passing accuracy are considered not maximal. From these problems, researchers tried to offer solutions for passing accuracy training by using targets as a reference in increasing passing accuracy. This research uses one group pretsest-postest experimental research method. The population in this study was 30 people. The sample in this study was 30 people with total sampling techniques. From the calculation results that have been tested, the pre-test results show the effect of target passing training on passing accuracy getting a value of 46.67. The average post-test result was 56.33, an increase between pretest and post-test of 8.66. Based on the results of the normality test, the Passing pre-test using the target gets a result of 0.186 and the post-test Passing group using the target has a statistical significance of 0.219. With the SPSS 25 program, all these data of 0.186, 0.219 and 0.265 > 0.05 meet the tolerance limit of the Kolmogrov-Smirnov normality test at a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the homogeneity test, pre-test and post-test passing data using targets and also improvement data for passing exercises using targets with significant levels are 0.699, 0.699, 0941 > 0.05 > 0.05. Based on the data from the pre-test and post-test passing results using the targets presented in the t test results, a t value of -3.058 and statistical significance of 0.0001 was obtained. There is an effect of passing training using targets on accuracy with t count - 3.058 < -t table -6.117 and significant values 0.001< 0.05.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between eye-foot coordination and dribbling ability in the game of soccer. The population in this study were all students of SMA Negeri 1 Wiwirano, totaling 290 students consisting of 143 men and 147 women. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling, namely based on consideration of the gender of men, numbering 143 people and who could do dribbling well. OK, and after that it was randomized, namely at random, so that there were 30 samples in this study. The instrument used in this research is the soccer wall volleyball test to measure dribbling ability. Meanwhile, for dribbling skills in soccer games, use the dribbling test. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, normality tests, linearity tests, and hypothesis testing using correlation tests with the help of SPSS version 20. The research results showed that there was a positive relationship between the coefficient of the coordination variable and dribbling ability, with an r value of 0.961 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0 .05. The coefficient of determination was calculated at 0.924, or 92%, indicating that dribbling ability is significantly related to eye-foot coordination.

Abstract

PJOK learning is one of the subjects in schools, which in practice requires a pleasant atmosphere with the aim of improving students physical fitness. To create a pleasant learning atmosphere, it is necessary to have a motivational boost that can build the enthusiasm of students to do PJOK learning. One of the things that can be done is to provide several games using modified sports equipment in learning to dribble basketball. By using a modified rubber ball in basketball dribble learning it can maximize and make learning time more efficient. This study aims to determine the amount of increased motivation of students using a modified rubber ball in basketball dribble learning. Using a quantitative descriptive experimental method, the population in this study was 77 students in class 5 at SDN Medaeng II using cluster random sampling technique. Based on this research, it can be concluded that there is an increase in students motivation in learning to dribble basketball using a modified rubber ball. These results were obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire and processing the data using SPSS version 26 tools. The sig T-test result of 0.000 indicates that there is a significant difference between the results of the pretest and posttest questionnaires, as well as the results of increasing student motivation by 42.86%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the swimming learning process carried out by elementary school students which is still not optimal, such as problems in learning to swim freestyle consisting of fear when learning to swim, and difficulties in carrying out style techniques in body position, leg movements, movement. hands, inhale. The aim of this research is to find out how effective the results of learning to swim freestyle through the water fun games approach are for elementary school children, especially at the Baitul Hikmah Islamic Elementary School. The method used was Quasi Experimental Design in the form of a Pretest-Posttest Control Group, resulting in a calculated sample of 30 children. The instruments used were 3 test instruments, namely psychomotor skills tests, cognitive aspect tests and affective aspect tests. Data was processed using SPSS software through the Paired Sample T Test and grouping the range of criteria values using Norm Reference Assessment (PAN). The results of data processing were carried out using the Paired Sample T-test Hypothesis Test, namely that there was a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, so Ha was accepted. This shows that the results of learning to swim freestyle with psychomotic, cognitive and affective aspects of children improved after being given treatment. Through this research, swimming learning can be made more varied with a variety of fun water games so that children are more enthusiastic about starting to learn freestyle swimming.

Abstract

Petanque is a type of ball game sport where the goal of this game is to throw an iron ball (bosi) as close as possible to a wooden ball (boka) as a target with both feet inside a small circle called a circle. The purpose of the study was to analyze the biomechanics of pointing motion in the sport of petanque which is divided into three parts, namely the prefix, execution, and end. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive analysis approach method. The method used is using the survey method of the pointing throw test and the video recording documentation method, analyzing the video using kinovea software. The results of the biomechanical analysis of pointing motion data on South Sulawesi PON athletes produce an arm backswing angle of 55 O - 60 O and the right arm release angle of 78 O - 90 O which produces a ball height of 1.00 - 1.77 meters.

Abstract

This study aims to determine effectiveness of high intensity interval training (HIIT) in improving athlete performance using a literature review approach. PRISMA standards for systematic reviews and meta-analyses were followed in this review investigation. Studies had to be published from 2022 to June 2024. In the search procedure, the following keywords were used: (1) HITT; (2) athlete performance. Scopus search engine was used in the data source of this study. Seventeen articles were created from the 121 search results in the database that were modified to meet the requirements. Research shows that HIIT can lead to significant improvements in various aspects of physical fitness, such as maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max), functional physical performance, fitness indices, and agility.

Abstract

This research is about the influence of kinesthetic perception, balance, coordination, motivation and dribbling in Luwu Soccer School 2020 players. The population of all Luwu Soccer School 2020 players aged 15 years is 25 people. descriptive and path analysis SPSS 25. Research results: 1) There is no direct influence on kinesthetic perception on (0.008<0.05). 2) There is no direct effect of balance on motivation, (0.008<0.05). 3) There is no direct effect of balance on motivation (0.008<0.05). 4) There is direct influence of kinesthetic perception on herding (0.004>0.05). 5) There is a direct influence of balance on dribbling (0.000>0.05). 6) There is a direct influence of eye-foot coordination on dribbling with a coefficient value of (0.349< 0.486). 7) There is direct influence of kinesthetic perception through motivation on dribbling, (0.579>0.510). 8) There is a direct effect of balance through motivation on dribbling 0.953 0.034. 9.) There is a direct influence of eye-foot coordination through motivation on dribbling, 0.001 0.043. This shows that there is a direct influence between the kinesthetic perception variable through motivation on the ball dribbling ability of Luwu Soccer School players.
