Abstract

AHP is designed to solve complex problems in hierarchies, unclear structures, uncertain opinions of a decision, many decision makers, and inaccuracies in existing data. This study aims to determine the criteria and sub-criteria in identifying the talent of taekwondo athletes aged 12 to 14 years. The data collected and analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with the expert choice application. The method used in this research is a combination method (mixed-methods research) by conducting a literature review and providing questionnaires to 30 taekwondo experts in West Java. Of the thirteen sub-criteria, ten sub-criteria were the highest with data analysis using AHP. The ten sub criteria include mesomorph, endomorph, height, ectomorph, V02Max, Body Mass Index, weight, agility, speed and leg length.

Abstract

Soccer is a team game, which is very popular with all Indonesians and even the world. Objectives: 1) Training methods between zig-zag run and t-drill in increasing dribbling speed, 2) Differences in high and low balance on increasing dribbling speed, 3) interaction between agility training methods with balance on increasing dribbling speed. This study uses an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. The independent variables in this study are zig-zag and t-drill running, high and low balance attribute variables, and the dependent variable is dribbling speed. The population is 36 players. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which amounted to 36 players. Data from the final test were analyzed with two-way ANOVA statistics. The results of calculations using SPSS 25 were obtained: 1) The first hypothesis obtained F count> Ftable or 86.532> 3.33 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. 2) The second hypothesis obtained F count> Ftable or 77,184> 3.33, and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. 3) The third hypothesis obtained F count > Ftable or 9.615 > 3.33, and a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05. Conclusion: the group treated with the zig-zag run agility training method is better than the tdrill agility training group at dribbling speed. the group that has high balance is better than the group with low balance at dribbling speed. There is an interaction between agility training and balance level on dribbling speed.

Abstract

Pétanque sport is a sport of dexterity in throwing the blindest ball from the iron by getting the target ball closer (pointing) and keeping the opponent's ball away (shooting), and both feet are in a circle. The purpose of this study was to determine the flexibility of the shoulder joint in UNJ pétanque athletes seen from the position of the players, namely pointer, middle, and shooter, and measurements were carried out in the flexion and extension positions. The method used in this study is to use a descriptive method with a measurement technique that measures the flexibility of the shoulder joint. The population in this study was UNJ pétanque players totaling 30 people with a sampling technique namely with accidental sampling technique totaling 24 people. Data collection technique by measuring the flexibility of the shoulder joint using a goniometer. The research was conducted on the 2nd floor of the Biomechanics Lab of GOR UNJ. The results of the study on flexion measurements at the position of pointer players are 187.78°; Middle 201.67° and Shooter 187.78°. While the extension measurement at the pointer position is 83.33°; Middle 84.17° and Shooter 84.44°. The conclusion of this study was obtained Flexion measurements on pointers, middles, and shooters are all in the very good category. Normally 0-180°. The extension measurements on the pointer, middle, and shooter are all in the excellent category. Normally 0-60°. So, pointer, middle, and shooter players have the same physical condition that does not have a significant difference in shoulder joint flexibility.

Abstract

The end of the woodball game is to put a wooden ball through a gate installed in the ground. Victory is obtained from the lowest shot or few strokes on each track or several tracks. Gating is one of the techniques in woodball that determines the end of the game. Success in gating strokes cannot be separated from the training process carried out. Training is carried out on PWbC woodball players by adjusting the distance and position of the ball, without any training aids. Beginner players find it difficult to practice basic swing gating. Gating shots that are not yet stable and not right on target. PWbC woodball players waste gating shots when playing 12 fairways and 24 fairways. The aim of this research is to provide a gating practice model using a drill gating tool. Media tools have a role in training the basics of a consistent swing. The research method used in this research is experimentation. Using a one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection was carried out by measuring gating precision on 25 PWbC club participants in South Tangerang city, carrying out the test using a gating accuracy test instrument. The results obtained were 4 (four) participants in the very good category. Gating ability in the good category numbered 10 (ten) participants, in the medium category there were 7 (seven) people, then there were only 3 (three) participants who had the poor category in gating ability.
