Abstract

This research aims to describe the perceptions of PJOK teachers towards the independent curriculum in elementary schools in the Wahidin Sudirohusodo Cluster, Batang District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research was the PJOK teacher of the Wahidin Sudirohusodo group, Batang District. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively qualitatively by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and withdrawing data. The results of the research show that PJOK Teachers' Perceptions of the Merdeka Curriculum in SE-Gugugus Wahidin Sudirohusodo Elementary School, Batang District, namely a curriculum whose learning is freed up or modified according to the needs of students, which has 2 distinctive characteristics, namely Differentiated Learning and the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile or P5, aims to to develop students' potential and interest in learning, students have the freedom to think and express themselves, teachers teach according to the students' stage of achievement and development. The socialization of the independent curriculum in the form of bintek was felt to be less effective because the delivery time was too short and the material was very complex. There are 4 things in independent curriculum learning planning, namely the first is understanding learning outcomes, the second is formulating learning objectives, the third is arranging the flow of learning objectives, the fourth is designing learning. After these four things are done, the teacher creates a learning module. The implementation of independent curriculum learning focuses on essential material, developing student competencies in each phase. using a differentiation approach, and implementing P5. Evaluation of independent curriculum learning is by carrying out 3 evaluations, namely diagnostic, formative and summative. The way teachers adapt the two curricula in schools is to plan, implement and evaluate 2 curricula. The difficulties faced by the PJOK SE-Gugugus teacher Wahidin Sudirohusodo in implementing the independent curriculum in the Batang District Elementary School, namely the absence of PJOK independent curriculum package books as a learning resource for children, limited classroom space, lack of laboratory or library facilities, teachers still have experience with independence. low learning, limited references, uneven access to learning, time management, teachers lacking mastery of the material presented, programs that have not been achieved and inadequate facilities.

Abstract

This research and development paper was created to provide an updated product from previous research in the form of a product “Development of Pencak Silat Scythe Kick Training Model: This Research Focuses on Kick Speed Ability” that can serve as a reference for coaches in providing training models for athletes and also as a reference tool for independent learning/training athletes. The results have shown that this sickle kick training model is readily implementable. Based on the average results of the evaluation of experts, namely martial arts experts, experienced martial artists and exercise experts, the results are 98% and fall into the category of worthy of application and are supported by the results of the pretest post test pretest correlation Pearson 1 .997** Sig. (2-tailed) ,003 N 4 4 Posttest Pearson correlation ,997** 1 Sig. (2-tailed) ,003 N 4 4**. The correlation is significant at the level of 0.01 (2-tailed). From the above results, the results of the pretest and posttest on the ability of sickle kick speed that was conducted produce a correlation value of 0.997> 0.959, it is found that there is a relationship between the Pencak Silat sickle kick training model and the ability to kick speed, with a significant value of 0.003 <0.05. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a positive relationship in the kick training model aimed at kick agility on the ability to kick sickle kick speed in martial arts.

Abstract

Physical education is a component of education that emphasizes physical activity, which is essential in the learning process. The primary goal of physical education is to enhance physical skills, motor abilities, emotional control, and a healthy lifestyle through well-planned programs of physical activities, sports, and health. Observations indicate that during PJOK lessons, especially on volleyball material, many students at SMA Labschool Unesa 1 show a lack of interest in participating in the lessons. The researcher uses audio-visual media, which is expected to help improve students' learning outcomes, particularly in the overhand and underhand serve in volleyball. The aim of this study is to determine the impact of audio-visual learning media on the learning outcomes of overhand and underhand serves. This research is a quantitative experiment using a randomized control group pretest-posttest design that includes an experimental group and a control group. The mean pretest score for the experimental group was 5.59 for the underhand serve and 5.62 for the overhand serve, while the posttest scores were 7.07 and 7.21, respectively. The standard deviation for the pretest underhand serve was 1.701 and for the overhand serve was 1.545; for the posttest, the underhand serve had a standard deviation of 1.602 and the overhand serve had 1.207. In the control group, the pretest scores were 5.33 for the underhand serve and 5.67 for the overhand serve; the posttest scores were 6.80 and 6.93, respectively. The standard deviation for the pretest was 1.755, and the posttest showed a result of 2.301. The research results indicate that the use of audio-visual media did not significantly affect students' learning outcomes, as the percentage results from both groups were low. Therefore, it is recommended that the use of audio-visual media in teaching volleyball basic techniques should more effectively integrate technology in the learning process. Additionally, teachers should provide more creative audio-visual lessons that are tailored to the course material and students needs.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the perceptions of students in the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program at Riau University regarding the implementation of the Teaching Assistance program in 2022. The research problem includes discrepancies and a lack of socialization concerning the program's implementation. The study employs a qualitative design with a descriptive approach. The research population consists of 11 students from the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation program at UNRI and their supervising teachers. Purposive sampling was used to select participants, and data was collected through semi-structured interviews, documentation, and literature review. Data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, involving data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Triangulation was employed to ensure data validity. The findings indicate that students are not fully prepared to implement the Teaching Assistance program due to insufficient preparation and being in the early stages of their studies. Additionally, the lack of understanding and socialization of the program, along with the irrelevance of the credit conversion, presents further challenges. In conclusion, students' readiness is insufficient, and the credit conversion issue is significant. Future research should focus on improving the socialization process and refining the program specifications in line with established guidelines.
