Abstract

Forward roll movement is one of the materials that exists in the learning of Physical Education. However, there were many students who did not dare to do forward roll movement because of anxiety. The researchers used inclined field media to help reduce anxiety. The goal of this research is to find out how much the influence of the inclined field media in reducing the level of anxiety of the students. The approach used in this research is quantitative descriptive with a pre-experimental design one group pre-test posttest method. The results of the research showed that the pretest for the level of anxiety had an average score of 83.44, after given treatment the students obtained an average rating of 80.89. From the results of the treatment using the media of the inclined field, the student's anxiety rate decreased by 4% and the learning outcome of the student also improved. The anxiety level of 11th-grade students from SMAN 21 Surabaya, specifically in the IPA 3 class, towards forward roll learning, is included in the medium category. As for the learning outcomes, the pretest scores for the forward roll were an average of 65.28, while after the treatment, students achieved an average score of 76.67. Therefore, students experienced an 18% improvement in learning outcomes.

Abstract

In a school environment, there must be a program that can increase the talents and interests of each student. This program is an extracurricular that is useful for improving students' talents in academic and non-academic activities. An example is developing talent in students who have an interest in sports activities. At SMA Negeri 21 Surabaya, the sports that students are interested in are basketball and futsal. But every extracurricular definitely has participants with different physical abilities. Students' physical abilities can be determined by carrying out a physical fitness test through one of the VO2max tests. The purpose of providing VO2max is to find out whether futsal and basketball extracurricular participants have different levels of physical fitness. Measurement of physical fitness level uses a bleep test where extracurricular participants will run according to the sound made by the instrument. Each level gets faster for the sound. After measuring the level of physical fitness for each extracurricular activity, the measuring tool used to determine differences in physical fitness levels is SPSS 26. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the results of physical fitness levels are almost the same. Because the results of the independent sample t-test do not show a result of 0.000, The results of the calculation show 0.293, which is not said to have a significant difference in the level of physical fitness of futsal and basketball extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 21 Surabaya.

Abstract

Pencak silat is one of the most popular extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 2 Ponorogo. Pencak silat is also a sport that is quite popular among the people in the Ponorogo Regency itself. Therefore, students at SMA Negeri 2 Ponorogo take advantage of the pencak silat extracurricular which is also superior in achievement at the school. But after the worldwide disaster due to the impact of the corona virus, extracurricular activities were also hampered due to a long pandemic. Previously, extracurricular participants had superior achievements due to routine training activities, so they experienced a decline in achievement due to the covid-19 pandemic. If achievements can excel, surely every extracurricular participant before the pandemic must have good physical condition. But a test has never been carried out to find out whether the students' physical condition is good or not. Therefore, after this pandemic, researchers want to conduct a physical test survey through MFT which aims to determine the level of physical condition of extracurricular participants. The test can also be used as aalt to find out why the achievements of extracurricular participants have decreased after the co-19 pandemic.

Abstract

In physical education, a pleasant atmosphere is needed. Because physical education is a subject that can help students get rid of boredom from learning subjects that are considered difficult. With a pleasant atmosphere in the learning material, students will feel comfortable and not feel forced when the teacher gives them movement assignments. An example is providing a game modification of one of the materials, which can be considered quite boring because it only focuses on physical activities and technical learning, namely athletic material. One of the numbers in athletics that can be used for game modification is the relay race, which can build a sense of cooperation between students. By providing game modifications to the relay race, students will feel more happy and comfortable when doing physical education learning on athletics material. Not only can the atmosphere make you happy, but it can also increase students' interest in learning physical education because they feel comfortable. To determine the level of student excitement, the tool used is an instrument in the form of a joy questionnaire. With the help of SPSS 26 to process the data after the research is done. The results of the research conducted showed that students who received therapy were more enthusiastic than those who did not. The percentage of students who received therapy was 46.19%, while the number of students who did not receive therapy was 9.5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between BMI, body fat, and physical fitness in U23 futsal players. The data collection method was carried out through a survey using purposive sampling on the University of Indonesia futsal team and Pivot FC totaling 44 participants. The value of aerobic capacity is measured by a bleep test. BMI, body fat, and visceral fat values were measured using the BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) method. Spearman rank correlation test results (1) There is a correlation between BMI and physical fitness r = -0.422, significance P value = 0.002 (2) There is a correlation r = -416 between body fat and physical fitness, Significance P value = 0.003 (3) There is a relationship between visceral fat and physical fitness of r = -400, with a significant P value of 0.004. The results of the analysis using multiple correlation UI with linear regression showed that BMI, body fat, and visceral fat had a simultaneous influence of R = 0.521(3) which is a moderate influence.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of basic dribbling technical abilities in the game of soccer. This research is quantitative descriptive research in observing phenomena in the field through tests and measurements. The test was carried out at SMK Negeri 5 South Konawe with the entire population of 30 people actively participating in extracurricular activities. The sampling technique uses total sampling, namely the entire population, so that in this study the sample was 30 people. The test instrument used is the dribbling test. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics with percentages. The results of this research are that the majority of students have sufficient dribbling abilities, with 63% of the total students analyzed falling into this category. This shows that the majority of students have sufficient basic dribbling skills to play soccer. A small portion of students (10%) are still in the poor category, while other students (7%) have achieved a high level of dribbling skills in the very good category. Thus, the distribution of dribbling abilities among students was investigated. This can be a basis for coaches and educators to design appropriate training programs, taking into account individual needs and providing appropriate support to improve dribbling skills.

Abstract

This research is based on the absence of research related to self-efficacy with physical education learning outcomes in elementary schools. Learning outcomes are the gains achieved at the end of learning. Self-efficacy is one of the many factors that affect learning outcomes. In this study, researchers aimed to determine the correlation between self-efficacy and physical education learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SDN 032 Tilil Bandung with a total of 101 respondents. The instrument used, namely the General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES). The results of this study, namely there is a correlation evidenced by Sig. 0.001 <0.05 with low strength (r=0.335). This study shows that self-efficacy contributes to influencing learning outcomes with a coefficient of determination of 10.6% (r2 = 0.106). That way the results of this study that self-efficacy is one of the factors that have a relationship with physical education learning outcomes but there are still other variables that affect learning outcomes.
