Abstract

This project's objective is to create students' character in line with the values ​​of Pancasila which have been inherited since the founding of Indonesia. This field survey using the case study method targets schools that have implemented a uniform independent learning curriculum across all classes Document analysis, observations, and interviews were used as data gathering methods.This research shows that the P5 project at SMKN 1 Palu has successfully promoted multicultural values such as tolerance, empathy, cooperation, and appreciation of diversity among students of different religions and cultures. Students can express their cultural identity and appreciate differences through various activities such as art exhibitions, work performances, and interactive learning in class. This research concludes that the P5 project can effectively strengthen multicultural values for the school environment includes students from various religions and cultures. This study suggests the need for continued support and collaboration between schools, families, communities, and the government to ensure the success of implementing P5 in schools. By synergizing with all stakeholders, we can encourage pupils should participate actively in efforts to maintain harmony of diversity and national resilience of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Masyarakat Jawa dilekatkan dengan konotasi diam sebagai ekspresi marah, Konotasi tersebut berkaitan erat dengan Prinsip keluhuran pada kebudayaan Jawa. Hal tersebut dikarenakan masyarakat Jawa dituntut untuk selalu menjaga keharmonisan sosial dengan menyembunyikan ekspresi marah. Namun ungkapan diatas terbantahkan dengan adanya misuh dikalangan masyarakat Jawa. Misuh dianggap sebagai suatu ungkapan ekspresi kemarahan bagi orang Jawa, tetapi juga dianggap sebagai bentuk rasa senang, kagum, bentuk lawakan, dan bentuk keakraban. Berawal dari dua fenomena tersebut, tulisan ini ingin menguraikan mengenai Bagaimana masyarakat Jawa yang identik dengan praktik misuh memaknai tindakan diam ketika menghadapi suatu konflik? Bagaimana bentuk ekspresi masyarakat Jawa yang ekspresif dengan misuh dalam menghadapi konflik?. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi dengan menggunakan kerangka berpikir milik Geertz yakni interpretative simbolik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kajian Pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, masyarakat Jawa yang ekspresif dengan misuh memaknai diam sebagai bentuk rebel terhadap keharmonisan. Serta mereka menggunakan satru sebagai cara untuk menghadapi konflik. Mereka akan cenderung mendiamkan bahkan mengucilkan seseorang ketika mereka memiliki konflik dengan orang tersebut.

Abstract

Online gambling among students has become an increasing concern. This research aims to determine how online gambling affects students' financial, social and academic achievement. This qualitative study seeks to reveal a situation or object in its context and tries to find meaning or in-depth understanding to produce descriptive data. This study uses exploratory research design is used to explore attitudes and reasons for online gambling and its impact on students' lives. The results show that online gambling has a significant negative impact on students' financial, social and academic achievement. Online gambling decreases academic performance due to the buildup of ongoing stress. Furthermore, online gambling affecst students' financial conditions by increasing the costs to play online gambling. The social impact of online gambling changes the students behavior in friendship and family.

Abstract

The macopat art in Sumenep Regency, particularly in Aengdake Bluto Village, is a traditional cultural form with moral and religious educational values. Macopat serves as a medium for spreading values and education, instilling noble values within the community, especially in Java and Madura. However, in the current era of globalization, macopat art is rarely found and is at risk of disappearing. This study examines the issues surrounding the religious moderation values in macopat art in Aengdake Bluto Village, Sumenep. The research focuses on the implementation of macopat art and the religious moderation values embedded in it. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, involving interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects consist of macopat artists, local community members, and community leaders. The results indicate that the religious moderation values in macopat art include simplicity, tolerance, anti-violence, and accommodation toward local culture.

Abstract

This study explores the foundational theories of Deep Learning (DL), its implementation challenges, and its impact on personalization, learning adaptation, and student outcomes. Using a qualitative descriptive approach based on a literature review, secondary data was gathered from scientific articles and relevant publications. The findings highlight DL's significant potential in enhancing education quality through personalized learning, rapid feedback, and material adaptation. However, challenges such as infrastructure limitations, insufficient teacher training, and data privacy issues remain major obstacles. DL can also improve student engagement through curriculum integration. This study provides new insights into the application of DL in education and offers recommendations for further research. With collaboration among stakeholders, DL holds the potential to transform educational systems into more inclusive and adaptive frameworks

Abstract

This research aims to examine the outdoor learning approach at the Pokekea Megalithic Site in increasing historical understanding among Tadris Social Sciences (TIPS) students at UIN Datokarama Palu. This approach allows students to learn directly on site, develop observation skills, and explore local cultural values ​​and history. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that learning at megalithic sites can increase student enthusiasm and participation, deepen their understanding of historical concepts, and strengthen appreciation of local cultural heritage. Therefore, this approach is considered effective to be applied in history learning, especially involving historical sites as learning resources.

Abstract

This article aims to understand the phenomenon of hyperreality in the OOTD (Outfit of The Day) fashion uploads of visitors to Seduh Cafe in Pantai Kelapa, Tuban Regency, through the social media platform Instagram. This phenomenon is interesting because OOTD on Instagram often creates a world of hyperreality, where the boundaries between the real and the artificial become blurred. This research uses hyperreality theory, which suggests that the distinction between the real and the artificial has disappeared. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique follows the Miles and Huberman model which consists of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that to display the ideal OOTD fashion, visitors to Seduh Cafe in Kelapa Beach often simulate their OOTD in various ways that exceed their original identity. This indicates that OOTD visitors to Seduh Cafe can create a world of hyperreality on Instagram, because every action they take has been simulated. Without realizing it, these visitors manipulate reality to cover the original reality, so that there is no longer a clear distinction between the real and the artificial. In fact, the artificial reality becomes more convincing and has drowned out the original reality itself.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and its impact on the character values ​​of students at Datokarama State Islamic University, Palu. In this technological era, AI is used in various fields, including education, which can influence the way students learn and interact. The research used a qualitative method approach, data collection was carried out through surveys and interviews with students and lecturers. The research results show that the application of AI in the teaching and learning process not only increases academic efficiency, but also contributes to the formation of student character, such as collaboration, Critical Thinking, creativity and self-confidence. Lecturers' efforts to strengthen character values ​​by providing examples, integrating values ​​in learning, creating a conducive learning environment, individual guidance and conducting comprehensive evaluations. This research recommends the wise use of AI in learning activities. The use of AI must be in line with strengthening character values ​​in students. It is hoped that these findings can become a reference for educational institutions in utilizing AI technology wisely to improve the quality of learning and student character.
