Abstract

Whether a business survives or not depends on the strategy used by the business owner, where the strategy used to satisfy customer needs is in accordance with what is expected, it would even be better if it exceeds customer expectations. Entrepreneurs in the culinary business must pay attention to changes in the behavior of each consumer, so that the products offered sell well. Understanding consumers is very important because it will become capital for the business in the future to achieve goals, one of which is achieving consumer satisfaction. Based on the title of this research, to find the influence of quality, price and service on customer satisfaction, the method used in this research is quantitative. Data analysis is the process of systematically searching and compiling data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The analytical model used to analyze the influence of Quality and Price variables on Customer Satisfaction is by using the SPSS computer program (software). The approach taken in this research is a quantitative approach that focuses on the influence of quality, price and service on customer satisfaction at Kedai Itah Tangkiling. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data analysis techniques in this research are multiple linear regression, F statistical test, individual parameter significance test (T test), and coefficient of determination R2. Based on the description previously explained, it can be concluded that quality, price and service simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. Based on the test results above, it can be seen that the Fcount is 60,829 with the Ftable value being 2.85, so the Fcount > Ftable or 60,829 > 2.85, and the significance level is 0.000 < 0.05. So H1, H2 and H3 are accepted

Abstract

This research uses quantitative research methods. The population is all economic education students and the sample in this research is economic education students class of 2020, FKIP, Palangka Raya University, totaling 37 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data collection techniques are through observation, documentation and questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing through the F test and t test which are processed using the SPSS 25 for Windows application. Based on the results of data analysis using the multiple linear regression equation, the value Y =49,293+ 0,765X1+1,996X2. And the magnitude of the influence of the two independent variables is 46,8%, so 53.2% is influenced by other independent variables that have not been studied by researchers

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran merupakan suatu tindakan yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha agar produk yang mereka pasarkan terlihat menarik dan dapat terjual sehingga mampu mendapatkan keuntungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dengan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah matriks SWOT sesuai judul dan tujuan dari penelitian itu sendiri yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran Angkringan NABA dalam menghadapi persaingan usahanya. Pada matriks SWOT dapat menggambarkan secara jelas bagaimana peluang dan ancaman eksternal yang dihadapi Angkringan NABA dapat disesuaikan dengan kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimilikinya melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa kekuatan dari Angkringan NABA yaitu lokasi yang strategis, kualitas pelayanan yang baik, harga terjangkau, komunikasi yang baik antara konsumen yang karyawan, tempat santai yang luas, dan jaringan melalui media sosial. Sedangkan kelemahan dari Angkringan NABA yaitu tempat lesehan yang masih terkena cipratan air hujan, pengantaran pesanan yang lama, banyak nyamuk, dan tempat duduk kursi yang terkena asap bakaran. Peluang yang dimiliki oleh Angkringan NABA yaitu lahan parkir yang luas, menu yang beragam, rasa yang enak, dan masuk di semua umur dan kalangan. Sedangkan ancaman yang dimiliki oleh Angkringan NABA yaitu pesaing dengan bisnis yang sama dan Adanya promosi dari pesaing. Strategi pemasaran yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan lebih memperhatikan pengunjung, dapat menambah jumlah karyawan, selalu berinovasi pada menu yang ditawarkan, tetap menjaga kualitas produknya,melakukan perawatan tempat agar konsumen tetap merasa nyaman

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the implications of the Theory of Planned Behavior in elucidating students' interest in learning financial accounting courses by adopting the framework of the Theory of Planned Behavior, which includes attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and learning interest. The sample in this study consists of undergraduate students in the economic education program at the University of Palangka Raya who are actively enrolled in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The data collection method is a survey using a questionnaire as the research instrument. The total sample size is 69. Data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the WarpPLS 8.0 program. The results of the study indicate that the Theory of Planned Behavior is a relevant theory in explaining students' learning interest. The findings show that attitude toward behavior and subjective norms positively influence students' interest in learning financial accounting courses, while perceived behavioral control does not affect students' interest in learning financial accounting courses

Abstract

Basically, SWOT analysis is a method used by companies to formulate business strategies to outperform competitors in business competition. By knowing the internal strengths and weaknesses of the company and the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, so that the company can win its competition. This research has the aim of analyzing its SWOT and the marketing strategy applied by Cokelat Klasik. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive. The results showed that Cokelat Klasik business partners have used SWOT analysis, can use the following alternative strategies: SO: continue to innovate and emphasize the concept of modern youth, maintain the quality of drinks, and provide good and maximum service to consumers. ST: Maintaining quality and customer satisfaction, delivery services, buying a generator. WO strategy: competitors as motivation, giving consumers the option to choose products, using promotional media, adding toppings to each drink, reporting consumer complaints about products to the franchisor. WT strategy: Setting competitive prices but not harming partners, always making innovations to differentiate themselves from their competitors. Meanwhile, Cokelat Klasik has applied SWOT analysis into a business strategy in developing its business and gaining an advantage in its business competition

Abstract

This study aims to see how the competitiveness of the cocoa processing industry in Indonesia, where the main raw material is cocoa which is one of Indonesia's leading commodities and is processed into several products through Indonesia's growing cocoa processing industry. This study compares the competitiveness of the cocoa processing industry in Indonesia with Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria and Brazil, which are the largest cocoa producers and processors in the world. This study provides an overview of the position of the Indonesian processing industry in the global market. The data in this study are sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics, International Cocoa Organization, UN COMTRADE, Ministry of Industry, and Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. To measure competitiveness, the Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) method was used using export data from five countries for the period 2015-2022. The results showed that Indonesia's RCA value was 9.12 and the country was in third position among the five countries. This means that the cocoa processing industry in Indonesia must be improved given its high cocoa production.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of bank health levels using the RBBR (Risk Based Bank Rating) approach and bank size on profit growth in Conventional Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 - 2022. The RBBR approach includes Risk Profile, Good Carporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital and Bank Size. The method used in this research is a quantitative method that uses secondary data with documentation studies in the form of conventional commercial bank financial reports which have been published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, namely www.idx.co.id, Financial Services Authority http://www.ojk. go.id, Bank Indonesia www.bi.go.id, and websites of related banks. The population in this research is all Conventional Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling, so that a sample of 39 banks was obtained. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 26. The results of this research show that Risk Profile which is proxied by Non Performing Loans (NPL) has a significant negative effect on profit growth, Earnings which is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), and Capital which is proxied by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant positive effect on growth. profit, while Good Corporate Govenrnance (GCG) and bank Size have no effect on profit growth. Practically, this research is to provide information, references and consideration for Conventional Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange to be able to increase bank profit growth by paying attention to the bank's health level and bank size by determining policies, making strategies and planning. to continue to improve the quality of bank performance, which will have an impact on increased profit growth, so that it can provide value for investors or other stakeholders

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence Tax Services Quality, Tax Sanction, Compliance Cost, E-filing, Tax Knowledge, and Tax Payers Trust on taxpayer compliance. The Independent variable is Tax Services Quality, Tax Sanction, Compliance Cost, E-filing, Tax Knowledge, and Tax Payers Trust. While the dependent variable is taxpayer compliance. This research is a quantitative research. The population as the object of research is all Corporate Taxpayers registered and required to report at KPP Madya Banjarmasin. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method and obtained 145 samples of Corporate taxpayers. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis and analyzed using SPSS 25. The result of this research showed that Tax Services Quality, Tax Sanction, E-filing, Tax Knowledge had an effect on the compliance of Corporate taxpayers registered with KPP Madya Banjarmasin, while the Compliance Cost and Taxpayers Trust had no effect on the compliance of Corporate taxpayers registered with KPP Madya Banjarmasin.

Abstract

UMKM berperan vital dalam perekonomian Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Palangka Raya, Kalimantan Tengah, melalui sektor industri kerajinan, khususnya aksesoris khas Dayak. Artikel ini menganalisis kontribusi UMKM kerajinan dalam mendorong pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan, dengan menggunakan studi kasus pada Toko Souvenir Fauzi yang menjual produk kerajinan tradisional seperti tas rotan, gelang batu, miniatur getah nyatu, manik-manik, dan aksesoris lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran UMKM dalam menciptakan model bisnis yang ramah lingkungan dan sosial, sesuai dengan teori triple bottom line yang mengintegrasikan aspek ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian lokal, mempromosikan pelestarian budaya, dan mendukung keberlanjutan sumber daya alam melalui pemanfaatan bahan baku alami. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses pasar, teknologi, dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang berkelanjutan masih dihadapi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas teknologi dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam untuk memastikan keberlanjutan jangka panjang UMKM kerajinan ini. Dengan demikian, UMKM kerajinan aksesoris khas Dayak berpotensi sebagai agen perubahan yang mendorong pembangunan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di Palangka Raya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) as a digital payment method at Joglo Lumintu Restaurant, Palangka Raya City, and examine its impact on business development strategies and operational efficiency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and questionnaires to the owner, employees, and customers of the restaurant. The results showed that the use of QRIS has provided convenience and security in the transaction process, increased operational efficiency through reduced transaction time, and facilitated more transparent financial records. However, the implementation of QRIS is still hampered by the preference for cash payments among older customers, who are less familiar with digital technology. In addition, QRIS transaction recording is still done manually, indicating the need for a more comprehensive digital management system integration. QRIS implementation is proven to increase customer satisfaction, especially among the younger generation, and has the potential to support business competitiveness. This research highlights the importance of digital education to customers and improving restaurant operations as strategies for developing a more efficient and modern culinary business.
