The aim of JIEMAR ( Journal of Industrial Engineering & Management Research is to publish theoretical and empirical articles that are aimed to contrast and extend existing theories, and build new theories that contribute to advance our understanding of phenomena related with industrial engineering and industrial management in organizations, from the perspectives of Production Planning/Scheduling/Inventory, Logistics/Supply Chain, Quality Management, Operations Management and Operational Research. The contributions can adopt confirmatory (quantitative) or explanatory (mainly qualitative) methodological approaches. Theoretical essays that enhance the building or extension of theoretical approaches are also welcome. JIEMAR selects the articles to be published with a double bind, peer review system, following the practices of good scholarly journals. JIEMAR is published monthly (on-line versions), following an open access policy. On-line publication allows to reduce publishing costs, and to make more agile the process of reviewing and edition. JIEMAR defends that open access publishing fosters the advance of scientific knowledge, making it available to everyone. Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explore the benefits of implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in various industries and provide suggestions to be applied to the defense industry. The method of writing this article is a literature review, namely reviewing by collecting, understanding, analyzing and then concluding as many as 26 international journal articles about the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) published from 2014 to 2021 regarding the application of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) methods in various industrial sectors and defense industry. The analysis used used 25 content analysis of journal articles. The results of the literature review analysis state that the application of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) can have benefits for companies, namely. Abstract

- The purpose of this article is to explore the benefits of implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in various industries and provide suggestions to be applied to the defense industry. The method of writing this article is a literature review, which is a review by collecting, understanding, analyzing and then concluding as many as 30 international journal articles on the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) published from 2014 to 2021 regarding the application of the Kaizen method in various industrial sectors and the defense industry. The analysis used is 30 journal article content analysis. The results of the literature review analysis state that the implementation of Customer Relationship Management(CRM) can have benefits for companies, namely CRM can help teams to improve customer satisfaction, help increase customer retention, help better internal communication, help optimize marketing, help maximize business performance, help maximize business performance by increasing up-selling opportunities and cross-selling. CRM in addition to looking for new customers in addition to maintaining the level of satisfaction of existing consumers, knowing the level of company ownership in consumers, namely by knowing consumer needs, knowing consumer needs in the future, namely through the results of transactions that have been carried out and from the results of data analysis. transaction data that has been collected, knowing abnormalities in each transaction activity, namely knowing criminal acts such as fraud and so on, knowing improvements that must be made to the services provided to consumers, being able to analyze transaction data patterns, for example being able to find out the combination of products to be sold at certain times, reducing operational risk, namely by knowing predictions that will occur and mistakes that have been made through customer history. Based on the results of the literature review, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is recommended to be applied in the defense industry.

Abstract

The results of the literature review analysis state that the application of Kaizen can have benefits for companies, namely being able to avoid waste, being able to change and adapt quickly, produce products on time, complete products faster, improve production flow, improve product quality, develop responsive employees, help deal with uncertainty, increased productivity, reduced costs, improved quality, optimal use of resources, improved better communication, increased employee morale.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of tax incentives and good corporate governance on tax Avoidance. Population in this research is a manufacturing company food and beverage sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2020. The sample of research by using purposive sampling method as 12 companies that meet in the criteria. The technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is panel data regression, with data processing using the E-views 10 program. The results show that tax incentives and good corporate governance simultaneously affect the tax avoidance. While partially the institutional ownership and audit quality variable has an effect on tax avoidance, tax incentives and independent commissioners have no effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

The Navy in carrying out their duties requires various supplies. One of these supplies is class II supplies, one of which is uniforms. The support for uniform supplies so far has not been optimal in terms of materials and availability throughout Indonesia. Indonesia has a large-scale national textile factory. The textile factory community was analyzed using the SWOT method for its role in supporting class II supplies. The results of the SWOT analysis of the national textile factory are in the 4th quadrant which supports the WT (weakness-threat) defensive strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between Eco supply chain management and operational performance, the relationship between Eco supply chain and environmental performance, and the relationship between environmental performance and operational performance. This research is quantitative with survey technique as a data collection tool. The sampling technique was proportional random sampling using an online questionnaire as a data collection tool with 250 staff of industry managers as respondentsThe data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 3.3.3 software tools. Based on the analysis concluded that Eco supply chain management has a positive effect on operational performance, Eco supply chain has a positive effect on environmental performance, Environmental performance has a positive effect on operational performance, environmental performance mediates the effect of eco supply chain on operational performance.

Abstract

Load balancing on a low-voltage distribution sistem by adjusting the phase of the new load to be installed requires information on the type of line phase that will be connected to the load. In this research, a phase reading method is proposed using Esp32 with LoRa communication. The purpose of this research is to make a method of reading phase with independent and reliable communication. The phase reading method is carried out by calculating the time difference between the periodic zero values of a phase and then comparing it with other phases to determine the type of phase based on its similarity. With this principle the effect of harmoniks can be reduced where the harmoniks do not affect the time of the zero value of the periodic sinusional wave. Based on the results of the review conducted, this method is better than the conventional method using an electronic mosfet circuit or logic gate where the reference signal cannot be adjusted and the fabrication process is for high-cost commercialization

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how big the impact of compensation, job satisfaction and leadership on the performance of company employees in the midst of an effort to survive the prolonged covid pandemic conditions. The method used is a quantitative research method. The sampling technique was done by random sampling. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents from 100 employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and t test. The results of the hypothesis test (t test) show that the variables of job satisfaction (X2) and Leadership (X3) have no effect on performance. Because based on the results of the analysis that affects performance only compensation (X1), then to improve employee performance, what needs to be done is to improve compensation indicators.

Abstract

Dalam pembahasan di SMP Negeri 36 Purworejo, sekolah ini juga sudah banyak mendapatkan sebuah penghargaan besar dari berbagai lembaga karena selalu aktif berperan dan mengikuti informasi yang baik sekiranya siswa mampu mengikutinya. Di SMP Negeri 36 Purworejo banyak siswa yang berbeda agama, sehingga guru harus lebih fokus agar sekolah ini tetap terjunjung tinggi nama baiknya dengan sekolah yang lain, hal ini didapatkan dari hasil terjun di lapangan dan wawancara dengan guru di SMP Negeri 36 Purworejo dan siswa yang belajar di situ, sekaligus masyarakat di SMP Negeri 36, sebagian masyarakat SMP Negeri 36 mengatakan bahwa dalam sekolahan SMP Negeri 36 Purworejo banyak siswa yang berbeda agama, juga berbeda budaya. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep humanis religius dalam pendidikan Islam Di SMP Negeri 36 Purworejo. Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab permasalahan: (1) Bagaimana konsep pendidikan Islam berbasis humanis religius Di SMP Negeri 36 Purworejo ? (2) Bagaimana relevansi humanis religius dalam konteks pendidikan Islam masa kini ? Permasalahan tersebut dibahas melalui studi lapangan yang datanya diperoleh dari berbagai wawancara yang berhubungan dengan humanis religius dan wawancara secara langsung. Semua data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Humanis religius merupakan suatu cara pandang agama yang menempatkan manusia sebagai manusia dan suatu usaha humanisasi ilmu-ilmu dengan penuh keimanan yang disertai hubungan manusia dengan Allah SWT dan sesama manusia atau hablun min Allah dan hablun min al-nas. Implementasi dalam pendidikan Islam menekankan aspek akal sehat, individualisme menuju kemandirian, semangat mencari ilmu, pendidikan pluralisme, lebih menekankan fungsi daripada simbol, dan keseimbangan antara pemberian penghargaan dan hukuman. (2) Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam masa kini, pendidikan Islam harus berorientasi pada pendidikan nondikotomik. Dengan tidak memisahkan dua dimensi ilmu yaitu ilmu agama dan ilmu umum. Lembaga pendidikan Islam bukan hanya mengajarkan ilmu agama saja tetapi juga mengajarkan ilmu-ilmu umum (sains dan teknologi). Dalam hal ini, lembaga pendidikan humanis di SMP Negeri 36 Purworejo merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi dari pendidikan Islam nondikotomik.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship of e-Marketing (EM) on Company Performance, e-CRM (EC) on Company Performance ,e-Marketing (EM) on e-Loyalty , e-CRM (EC) have a positive effect on e-Loyalty (EL), e-Loyalty (EL) on Company , e-CRM (EC) on Company Performance (CP) through e-Loyalty (EL) and e-Marketing (EM) on Company Performance (CP) through e-Loyalty (EL). This research is a quantitative research with a questionnaire approach. Data processing tools use the SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The primary data collection method was by distributing online questionnaires through online surveys to 110 staff of defense industries. The questionnaire consisted of two parts. The first part contains questions to collect respondents' demographic information. The second part is the main component of the questionnaire that is statements related to the research variables. Based on regression test results shows the result e-Marketing has significant effect on Company Performance, e-CRM has significant effect on Company Performance, e-Marketing has not significant effect on e-Loyalty, e-CRM has not significant effect on e-Loyalty, e-Loyalty has not significant effect on Company Performance, e-CRM has not significant effect on business sustainability through e-Loyalty. e-Marketing has not significant effect on Company Performance through e-Loyalty.
