Journal of Industrial Engineering & Management Research (JIEMAR)
The aim of JIEMAR ( Journal of Industrial Engineering & Management Research is to publish theoretical and empirical articles that are aimed to contrast and extend existing theories, and build new theories that contribute to advance our understanding of phenomena related with industrial engineering and industrial management in organizations, from the perspectives of Production Planning/Scheduling/Inventory, Logistics/Supply Chain, Quality Management, Operations Management and Operational Research. The contributions can adopt confirmatory (quantitative) or explanatory (mainly qualitative) methodological approaches. Theoretical essays that enhance the building or extension of theoretical approaches are also welcome. JIEMAR selects the articles to be published with a double bind, peer review system, following the practices of good scholarly journals. JIEMAR is published monthly (on-line versions), following an open access policy. On-line publication allows to reduce publishing costs, and to make more agile the process of reviewing and edition. JIEMAR defends that open access publishing fosters the advance of scientific knowledge, making it available to everyone. This study has three main purposes: first, to examine the effect of transactional leadership on knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior. Second, to examine the effect of knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior. Third, to examine the mediating role of knowledge sharing in the relationship between transactional leadership and innovative work behavior. The quantitative method is considered appropriate for this study, and a questionnaire is used to collect data from a total of 210 employees in Tire Industry who participated in the study. The SmartPLS-SEM version 3.0 is used to analyze data. The results reveal that transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing. However, transactional leadership directly has no significant effect on innovative work behavior. In addition, knowledge sharing positively and significantly affects innovative work behavior. This finding demonstrates that knowledge sharing becomes an essential mediator of transactional leadership and innovative work behavior in Tire Industry.

Consumers tend to prefer ordering healthy food and ordering food online by utilizing Mobile Food Ordering Applications. The purpose of this study was to measure the behavior of users of the Mobile Food Ordering application using the UTAUT 2 model, the UTAUT model which has been developed with the addition of independent variables. The data used in this study is primary data. Primary data is data obtained directly in the field. The data collection technique in this research is a survey. The sampling method used the purposive sampling method with the criteria for users of the Mobile Food Ordering application, namely GoFood, GrabFood and ShoppeFood in the last month. A survey of 100 respondents was conducted during November 2021. The collected data was processed using the SEM method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that Performance Expectancy (PE) has no significant effect on Behavioral Intentions (BI). Effort Expectance (EE) or business expectations of application use have a significant effect on Behavioral Intentions (BI). Social Influence (SI) or social influence has no significant effect on Behavioral Intentions (BI). Facilitating Condition (FC) is not significant to Behavioral Intentions (BI) and Use Behavior (UB). The purpose of this study was to 1) find out the obstacles faced by the DRM Workshop in presenting financial reports, and 2) Assist the DRM Workshop in presenting financial reports based on SAK ETAP. The presentation of financial statements in a company is very important to do, because from these financial statements we can find out that our company is making a profit/loss. The research method used is descriptive analysis method, which is a writing method that utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively, and the data used is primary data, because the data is obtained directly from the results of interviews with the DRM Workshop owner, namely in the form of information on the presentation of the DRM Workshop financial statements. The DRM workshop recording financial statements is still very simple, only limited to the total of expenses and income. The DRM workshop has not recorded financial statements in accordance with SAK ETAP. Constraints that affect the DRM Workshop have not implemented financial reports according to SAK ETAP, namely because of educational background, DRM Workshop considers financial reports to be less important, and there is still a mix of business and personal finances.

Naga City, Camarines Sur generates roughly 80 tons of garbage per day and is heavily polluted with persistent floods due to improper waste disposal. Nearing the city landfill’s maximum capacity, the city’s Solid Waste Management Office (SWMO) set waste management programs to efficiently manage waste. One of which is the Plastic Banking Project, a public-private partnership for waste diversion and income generation in local communities. Plastic Bank is dedicated to stop ocean-bound plastics and reduce poverty through their recycling ecosystem. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Plastic Banking Project on its contributions to the income in the three partner barangays through the registered and unregistered plastic bank members. Multiple Regression Model is used to determine the impact of the project on being a formal register member of Plastic Bank. This study proves that an increase in collected solid waste kilos per month increases monthly income. On the other hand it found out that labor hours and social benefit tokens had no relationship with monthly income. However in the descriptive analysis of the study, the researchers found out that the majority of the respondents state that being an active collector for the plastic banking project, impacts them through additional income and benefits and can engage more people to turnover solid waste in Plastic Bank.

Gayam is a tree-shaped plant that has uses as a food product, especially its fruit seeds. Gayam is on a branch of the Gayam tree. Usually Gayam is only processed by boiling and frying it. the goal is to process whether Gayam fruit can be processed into stuffing in Mochi. The type of research used is development research. Development research is a research method that produces finished products in the form of products and tests the effectiveness of these products. In this study, the researcher used a procedural research method. A procedure is an action or activity stage to complete a process. The research procedure starts with the preparation, implementation and final process in making Mochi Stuffing using Gayam fruit. The desired browning also gets a good thing because the natural color is given from the Gayam fruit itself. is close to perfect. So it can be said that the research on processing Gayam fruit as a mochi filling has been successful and is suitable for consumption.
