Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja dan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai adalah Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi. Dalam penelitian ini populasi penelitian mengacu pada seluruh pegawai dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi sebagai berikut: Y = ? + ?1 X1 + ?2 X2 + ?3 X3 + e. Berdasarkan analisis statistik, indikator dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel. Pada uji asumsi klasik, model regresi berdistribusi normal. Pada penelitian ini variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya adalah kompensasi; variabel motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan.

Abstract

Perkembangan perekonomian di Indonesia tidak lepas dari partisipasi usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM), sedangkan bentuk interaksi antar UKM terlihat dari partisipasinya sebagai penyedia lapangan kerja dan kontribusinya terhadap produk domestik bruto. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk, inovasi proses, dan inovasi manajemen terhadap kinerja. Mengukur pengaruh inovasi terhadap kinerja dan variabel indikator mana yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 600 UKM sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 21 digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah inovasi produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, inovasi proses berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dan inovasi manajemen berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja. Besarnya pengaruh variabel inovasi produk, inovasi proses, dan inovasi manajemen terhadap kinerja masih dalam kategori rendah dan variabel inovasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja UKM.

Abstract

The implementation of restorative justice in solving domestic violence cases from a criminal law perspective has several continuities . The restorative justice approach prioritizes recovery and reconciliation, involves the active participation of all parties involved, and can prevent cycles of violence from recurring. However, it is important to consider that restorative justice is not always suitable for all cases of domestic violence and punishment which is classified as a serious violation and must be applied with caution. This paper will cover a statutory review (statute approach) regarding the prevention of domestic violence using a formal juridical perspective that applies in Indonesia. It will also discuss from the point of view of victims, perpetrators, and law enforcement officials regarding the restorative justice system and the legal relationship between the concept of preventing acts of violence, from within the applicable criminal law whether it is sufficient to protect victims when using a restorative justice system. This study will analyze the prevention of domestic violence with a restorative justice approach, the pattern of relationships between the victims and the perpetrators. The ultimate goal of this research is to see the application of restorative justice from criminal law and to determine the most effective restorative justice method in a peaceful and humane way. Using a normative method with a descriptive approach, then the method used for drawing conclusions from normative research, using a deductive method.

Abstract

This article explores the complex issue of legalizing and decriminalizing prostitution, drawing from the perspectives of Alexander Kollantai and feminist historical backgrounds. It traces the roots of prostitution in India, particularly affecting vulnerable populations, and examines the ongoing debate between radical feminists and proponents of state involvement. The economic dimensions of the sex industry, the global legal frameworks, and the contrasting approaches in countries like Sweden, the United States, and the Netherlands are analyzed. The role of the state, highlighted by India's legal provisions, is scrutinized alongside the failures in implementing rehabilitation schemes. The article proposes a bottom-up approach, addressing the demand and supply dynamics, creating economic opportunities, and fostering social capital to improve the welfare of women in prostitution. It concludes by advocating for comprehensive strategies involving government and civil societies to combat the multifaceted challenges posed by commercial sexual exploitation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine from an ontological aspect the influence of effective leadership and transformational leadership on employee performance in business organizations in the digital era. Literature review is the method used in this research where data collection was carried out using articles collected from 2018 to 2023. Reference articles were 31 scientific articles obtained from Google Scholar by searching "effective leadership", "transformational leadership" and "employee performance". The theoretical benefit of this article is to increase knowledge about the ontology of the influence of effective leadership and transformational leadership on employee performance in business organizations in the digital era, then the practical benefit of this article can be used as a reference for further research. This literature review integrates concepts, theories, and empirical findings to provide a comprehensive understanding of how effective and transformational leadership influences employee performance in the digital era.

Abstract

The main problem in this research focuses on how franchise businesses relate to problems that arise and often occur in franchise businesses. On this occasion the researcher explained the problems that emerged clearly. Based on normative juridical qualitative research, it was found that there are many problems in franchise businesses that always arise and the increasing number of franchise businesses appearing in society shows the importance of conducting studies related to legal protection for these businesses in Indonesia. Several ways to minimize the risk of legal problems in a franchise business include making a clear and complete franchise agreement, carrying out due diligence before entering into a franchise collaboration, understanding the laws and regulations related to franchise businesses, building good communication between franchisor and franchisee and providing training. and education for franchisees. By understanding the legal problems that often occur in franchise businesses and the steps to prevent them, franchisors and franchisees can minimize risks and build a successful franchise business

Abstract

Sustainable development has become an important concern for educational institutions around the world, with a growing emphasis on the integration of socio-cultural perspectives into the curriculum. This paper presents a critical analysis of the role of socio-cultural education in promoting education for sustainable development (ESD) within pesantren settings. It explores the key issues and challenges surrounding the incorporation of socio-cultural elements based on local wisdom. This research is entitled "Sociocultural Learning Model for Empowering Sustainable Development Education in Islamic Boarding Schools through Local Cultural Contexts: Case Study at IGM Al-Ihsaniyah Islamic Boarding School Palembang". The main focus of this research is to analyze the implementation and find a suitable model for ESD-based Sociocultural Learning. This research uses a qualitative method with an intrinsic case study, exploring in depth how the concept of ESD is implemented in the pesantren environment. The informants in this study consisted of 5 people who were residents of the pesantren. The results showed that the integration of ESD in the pesantren curriculum has great potential to strengthen character values, independence, and environmental awareness among students. The main supporting factors in this implementation are the support from the pesantren leadership, active participation from the pesantren environment, and the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. However, the study also found a number of barriers such as the limited understanding and awareness of educators regarding the concept of ESD, as well as the lack of resources and policy support that supports the implementation of ESD. These findings have implications for the importance of developing a Sociocultural learning model that is more comprehensive and adaptive to local needs in responding to the challenges of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

This research aims to find out how effective the implementation of halal certification is for MSMEs in the Lamongan district using Lawrence M. Friedman's legal system theory which consists of substance, structure, and culture. This type of research is empirical juridical research, with a sociological juridical approach. The location of this research was carried out at MSMEs in Lamongan Regency. The type of data used is primary data from field studies and secondary data from literature searches related to the discussion. The results of the research are that the implementation of halal certification for MSME products in Lamongan is quite effective. Where substance Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees and the Job Creation Law are the basis for implementing halal certification and this is explained in various implementing regulations below. The institutionalization or legal institutions implementing halal certification start from BPJPH and MUI and other authorized institutions up to the Lamongan district level. Meanwhile, culturally there is support from MSME business actors because it is based on religious characteristics, legal awareness, awareness to improve product quality, and massive socialization and training carried out by the Lamongan Regency Regional Government. Apart from the large amount of community support, it can be seen from the number of organizations that have taken on the role of accompanying halal certification

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of deradicalization policies with the aim of obtaining a comprehensive understanding of (1) the process of implementing deradicalization policies, (2) the actors involved or playing a role in the implementation of these policies, and (3) the impacts of implementing deradicalization policies. To achieve these objectives, we collected data through in-depth interviews, observations, and secondary data documentation. The data were analyzed using the Interactive Model. Based on the data analysis and discussion, the conclusions are as follows. First, the success of the policy implementation process is determined by: (a) the clarity and detail of the policy content, including the tasks of the implementers; (b) the implementation strategies used by the policy implementers; and (c) support from the environment in which the policy is implemented. Second, the effectiveness of the actor’s roles in the policy implementation process will be better if (a) there is communication, coordination, and facilitation of the actors’ needs in carrying out their tasks; (b) cooperation and mutual understanding of each actor’s role are established; and (c) the target groups and the community are involved from the planning stage to the implementation. Third, to achieve direct impacts, practical activities that provide economic benefits and skill development for the target groups are required. For indirect impacts, active involvement of the target groups and the community is necessary to collectively build awareness for improved attitudes and behaviors.
