Abstract

Studio Citarasa Fotography (SCF) is a photographer business that has been operating for 5 years since 2017 with a total of 87 customers. This number of consumers according to interviews with the studio owners is very small because the studio has not stopped promoting both inside and outside the city. The objective of this research is to design the UI/UX e-commerce Photography Services website in the Citarasa Photography studio and implement the Lean UX Model based on simple and responsive design, understanding user wishes and needs, informative, interactive, complete, sustainable, and personalized. Research results based on the test scenario respondents/participants successfully completed all UI/UX tasks for e-commerce photography services without significant restrictions, but in the scenario there is little information provided about the possibility of making changes for iterations to become more responsive in which the screen can be adjusted to an android or tablet screen. In addition, the test results obtained using the System Usability Scale (SUS) were achieved with an average score of 89.25. It can be said that the score is in the best imaginable category with a scale of A. This means that based on usability, the data obtains a judgment that is acceptable or acceptable.

Abstract

This research focused on RT.003 RW.003 in Macan Lindungan Bukit area. The RT.003.RW.003 area is included in Bukit Baru Village, Ilir Barat I District, Macan Lindungan Region. Bukit Baru Village has existed since February 22, 1996. Initially, Bukit Baru Village was the result of the expansion of Bukit Lama Village. Bukit Baru sub-district, especially the RT.003 area, was initially very quiet and deserted because most of the area was swamp, where the population was still very small. Along with the progress of development and the increase in living standards and the success of government, especially RT.003, Bukit Baru Village, it can be said to be developing well. As an area that is still developing towards a developed society area, the selection of RT.003 and RW.003 in this area is still done manually. Where residents are invited to come to the meeting hall to vote, with paper and pens distributed by the committee to choose the candidate for RT/RW chairman. In this research, we will develop an E-Voting application system, which will be implemented in RT.003 in Macan Lindungan area. E-Voting was developed to make it easier for citizens to vote and to know the results quickly. The method used in software development uses the Waterfall system planning method using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and system testing uses black box testing. With the web-based e-voting application development model, residents no longer have to come to the polling place but residents can simply vote from home. The programming language used in developing this e-voting application is Web-based PHP and a database that uses MYSQL. Residents who are voters in RT.003 area will be given a user name and password in the online voting process, and can see the vision and mission platform of RT.003 chairman candidates in the e-voting application. The e-voting system that was built provides an interface that is easy for users to use and offers a data search process and election report results that can be immediately known, compared to manual processes.

Abstract

Nusindo Rekatama Semesta is a company located in the Sleman Regency area, Jombor Lor, Sinduadi. PT. Nusindo Semesta is a company in the corporate management industry that has been operating since February 2011. PT. Nusindo Rekatama Semesta provides wireless hotspot facilities where employees and visitors who come can take advantage of an internet connection that can be accessed via laptops, smartphones, or other devices such as those that support wireless technology. However, the implementation of hotspots needs to be corrected; for example, per-client bandwidth still needs to be focused. It aims to overcome per-client bandwidth usage and create a captive login portal as a security system so that those who do not have access rights cannot use internet access in the company. Using the hotspot login authentication system within the company. With the application of Mikrotik Router OS as a router in the company's network, it can overcome the instability of wireless network connections, and the captive portal login feature on Mikrotik can prevent users who do not have access rights from being able to use the internet access in the company.

Abstract

This research focuses on evaluating the quality of the e-learning system at Universitas Mahakarya Asia using the McCall Method. The study aims to provide insights into the performance of the online learning platform e-learning.unmaha.ac.id. Involving criteria such as correctness, reliability, efficiency, integrity, usability, and maintainability, the research yields an overall score of 79.6%. The evaluation results indicate high reliability and integrity but highlight areas for improvement in the correctness of information and ease of maintenance. Improvement recommendations are provided to enhance content accuracy and improve the user interface for a smoother experience. Special emphasis is given to improving maintainability for the sustainability of the platform. These findings lay the foundation for developing a more user-responsive e-learning system, reinforcing the role of Mahakarya Asia University in providing quality online education

Abstract

The admission of new students is a key element in the success of a university. In its effort to enhance efficiency in admitting new students, Nurul Huda University proposes applying the K-Means Clustering method as a solution to manage candidate student data more effectively and intelligently. The data used in this research is derived from the Admission of New Students process for the academic years 2021/2022 and 2022/2023, totaling 1275 entries, which will then be processed using data mining techniques to generate analysis. The goal is to determine promotional strategies based on the origin of profiles of newly enrolled students. The method applied is clustering with the K-Means algorithm. After data processing, analysis is conducted using the Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) technique, consisting of five stages: selection, preprocessing, transformation, data mining, and evaluation. The implementation in this research utilizes Rapidminer software, resulting in three data clusters: Cluster 1 with 345 entries, covering 27% of the total; Cluster 2 with 86 entries (7%); and Cluster 3 with 835 entries (66%). For promotion, the marketing team is deployed to districts dominant in the East OKU region and potential areas outside the East OKU District. They conduct direct visits to introduce Nurul University to students, distribute brochures, display pamphlets, and adapt strategies using a promotion mix strategy

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi membuka peluang baru dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran anak usia dini di lembaga pendidikan Islam seperti Raudhatul Athfal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang game edukasi menggunakan Construct 2 sebagai alat pengembangan, dengan fokus pada materi pendidikan Islam. Construct 2 dipilih karena antarmuka pengguna yang sederhana memungkinkan pendidik atau pengembang tanpa latar belakang teknis yang mendalam untuk merancang permainan dengan logika permainan yang kompleks. Game ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak-anak usia dini dengan menyajikan materi pendidikan Islam, seperti pengenalan huruf Arab, angka, kisah-kisah Nabi, dan nilai-nilai moral, melalui pengalaman bermain yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Metode pengajaran tradisional di Raudhatul Athfal akan dilengkapi dengan penggunaan game edukasi, memungkinkan anak-anak untuk belajar secara mandiri dan meningkatkan keterlibatan orang tua di rumah. Tujuan utama adalah menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran holistik yang merangsang perkembangan kognitif, moral, karakter, dan spiritual anak-anak. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan praktis untuk implementasi game edukasi dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam, dengan Construct 2 sebagai alat pengembangan yang efektif dan mudah digunakan.

Abstract

Computer-based data processing has developed greatly. In health institutions such as community health centers, the role of information technology can no longer be separated. Almost all community health centers currently implement computer-based systems to manage health-related data, such as maternal and child health (KIA). With a computerized system, we can provide good and fast service and present information effectively and efficiently. This requires the ability of human resources to master and follow developments in science and technology; the development of science is always followed by technological advances which are needed in data processing, namely by using computer tools and programs, data processing will be carried out well and the results Perfect.

Abstract

Managing motor vehicle administration and taxation in Indonesia, mainly through the One-Stop Integrated Administration System (SAMSAT), is crucial for enhancing public services. SAMSAT Banyuasin, as part of the government institution responsible for vehicle administration and taxation, faces challenges in service efficiency due to the continued use of a manual queuing system. This article aims to develop a Queue Number Information System to improve the structure, transparency, and user experience at SAMSAT Banyuasin. The literature review indicates that previous research has successfully optimized queuing systems in various service contexts, such as in bank teller services. This approach provides a conceptual foundation for designing the Queue Number Information System at SAMSAT Banyuasin. The research methodology involves collecting primary and qualitative data through direct observation and interviews. The design phase utilizes the Waterfall model, encompassing requirement analysis, system design (using UML), implementation, testing, and maintenance. Results and discussions include details about implemented features, such as the login interface, registration dashboard, queue number call/monitor dashboard, print report dashboard, and settings/configuration dashboard. The implementation process, testing, and maintenance are also explained. With this design, it is anticipated that the Queue Number Information System can be an effective solution to enhance service efficiency at SAMSAT Banyuasin. Implementing this technology will optimize administrative processes, reduce customer waiting times, and improve public satisfaction.

Abstract

The grocery trade sector is one of the vital sectors that provide basic needs for society. Grocery stores play a crucial role in maintaining the availability and accessibility of staple goods for consumers. However, in increasingly tight competition and evolving market demands, grocery stores must update and enhance their operational systems to remain competitive in the dynamic market.  In this context, the use of information technology, particularly in the form of desktop-based sales applications, has become an effective solution for improving operational efficiency and customer experience. Such applications enable grocery stores to manage inventory, record sales transactions, and analyze data more efficiently, which in turn can help improve productivity and customer satisfaction.  One of the grocery stores focused on in this research is Toko Sundari, which has long been an integral part of the local community. Toko Sundari faces challenges in efficiently managing grocery sales and enhancing customer experience. Therefore, developing a desktop-based grocery sales application at Toko Sundari can benefit the store significantly.  The main objective of this research is to create a desktop-based grocery sales application that can assist Toko Sundari in improving operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer experience. Additionally, this research aims to evaluate the implementation of the application at Toko Sundari and analyze its impact on store performance and customer satisfaction. This research utilizes Extreme Programming (XP) methodology as a model for designing the system

Abstract

Along with advances in information technology, the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School Foundation still relies on managing personnel data manually without adopting a personnel management information system. This research aims to design a personnel information system that includes employee data management, including rank, leave applications, attendance, further studies, and monitoring of employee performance. In this research, the methodology used is Extreme, which is used to model process flow. In contrast, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) are used to model data flow in a system, helping to clearly describe processes, data, and interactions between system components. The system development method used is extreme programming. Then, the system will be tested using the Black Box Testing method. The results show that the system is 100% valid and 100% compatible.
