Abstract

The object of this research is the educator basic data information system (DAPODIK at SMK Negeri 1 Palembang. this research aims to test the quality of information system services. the sample used in this research was school teachers as system users. the sampling technique uses non-probability sampling. the number of samples in this study was 70 respondents. this research uses a qualitative approach. the data analysis technique used for hypothesis testing is path analysis. The method used in this research is Webqual 4.0, which uses 4 indicators: usability, information quality, service interaction quality, and user satisfaction. based on Webqual 4.0 variables. the results of the analysis show that the usability quality score is 2,800 with a percentage level of 84.25%, supported by regression, which proves usability quality has a significant positive effect on user satisfaction. the information quality score result is 2,450 with a percentage level of 84.45%, supported by regression, which proves that information quality has a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, while the service quality score result is 2,100 with a percentage level of 81.33%, supported by regression which proves service quality has a positive effect significant to user satisfaction.

Abstract

E-learning is a teaching and learning medium that is carried out via a computer connected to the internet. E-Learning can replace all the facilities available at the place of learning. Interactions carried out by users give rise to various perceptions. This relates to the User Interface and User Experience, if a platform does not meet adequate user experience aspects, such as content that is less familiar and does not meet user expectations. This study aims to design an E-learning user interface so that it can create a design that meets user expectations and makes it easier for users to carry out online learning activities using the design thinking method. The results of design measurements using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method get an average score on the Attractiveness scale with a value of 1.80, Efficiency with a value of 1.67, Dependability with a value of 1.51, Stimulation with a value of 1.62, and Novelty with a value of 1 .13 with the benchmark category "Good" while the Perspicuity scale gets an average value of 1.61 and remains in the benchmark category "Above Average". Based on the results of design testing that have been received by users, using the design thinking approach used in the empathize, define, ideate, prototyping and testing stages can help in designing interface designs that suit user needs to get good results

Abstract

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication method that allows users to access multiple website services using one account and one login process. OpenID Connect (OIDC) is a protocol based on OAuth 2.0 and provides user identity information through JWT (JSON Web Token) tokens. Virtual Private Server (VPS) is a service that can be configured according to user needs. Internet users have many accounts needed to access various online services such as email, social media, online shopping, and many more. Each online service usually has a different username and password. Users often find it difficult to remember each password needed. In addition, using the same password on each online service is also not recommended because it can increase security risks. Based on this problem, an SSO system is needed that is useful for helping users in logging in. The SSO system will be tested with two Dummy Students and Dummy Elearning clients using Black Box Testing with the Equivalence Partitioning technique. From the test results, it was obtained that the SSO system showed that 83% of the test scenarios were successfully carried out

Abstract

A company profile website is a website that displays information about the company's background, products or services, contact information, and brief news about the company. The Talang Kelapa Sub-District Office already has a website to convey information. Still, no administrative services can be done online on the website, so the community must come directly to the Talang Kelapa sub-district office to carry out administrative services. Due to the lack of information, many people need to learn about the Service Information and Profile of the Talang Kelapa Sub-District Office. With this situation, the researcher is interested in compiling this research activity by taking the title "Company Profile of the Talang Kelapa District Office, Banyuasin Regency." It is hoped that the Information System will make it easier for people to get information about the profile of the Talang Kelapa District Office. Using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The software development method used in this research is the prototype method. System testing will be carried out using the black box testing method.

Abstract

The Company Profile Website Information System has become an increasingly important means of introducing organizations to the broader community. Effective and efficient exposure is crucial for promoting related services, programs, and information in the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) in Pali Regency. This research shows that the prototype method can be applied to develop a company profile by utilizing HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL programming languages. This system can provide accurate and up-to-date information to the public and increase awareness about the services offered by the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Pali Regency. This research contributes to the application of information technology in the government and public service sectors, especially in strengthening the image of organizations through modern digital expressions.

Abstract

PILKADA (Regional Head Election) and its deputy are routine activities carried out by each region to carry out democratic government activities. The Provincial KPU carries out Pilkada, and Regency / City KPU is collectively responsible for implementing general elections, supervised by the Provincial Bawaslu and Regency / City Bawaslu. The Palembang City Bawaslu's task in the vote counting process is to oversee the movement of recapitulation data from the TPS Supervisor level, Village / Sub-district Supervisors (PKD), and District Election Supervisory Committee (Panwascam) to the City Bawaslu so that there is no vote inflation which is considered dishonest and unfair. The process of collecting C1 and C-Plano form data to be recapitulated from the lower level to the upper level at the Palembang City Bawaslu collected, the process will take a relatively long time if done manually, especially limited by the long distance and poor natural conditions. In line with the development of increasingly modern technology, considering the need for data and the need for rapid dissemination of information on Pilkada results, in this study, the author will design Real Counting (also known as parallel vote aggregation) as a helpful way to monitor and accelerate the vote aggregation process in the form of an application prototype. This study aims to provide a prototype design for the Pilkada real count application at Bawaslu Palembang City. The software development method used in this study is the waterfall model method, which consists of analysis, design, coding, testing, and support or maintenance.

Abstract

This study aims to classify various types of flowers using the deep learning method with the Convolutional Neural Networks MobileNetV3-Small architecture. The research stages include data collection and sharing, model training using the MobileNetV3-Small architecture, and testing with evaluation using the Confusion Matrix. Eight models with hyperparameter variations were tested to find the model with the highest accuracy. Model five achieved the highest validation accuracy of 99.25%. The evaluation showed that model five achieved the highest accuracy of 92%. These results indicate that increasing the amount of data and parameter settings can significantly improve model accuracy, indicating that the model can achieve near-perfect performance with more training data and optimal parameter settings. This study uses open-access data from Kaggle covering five types of flowers: daisy, dandelion, rose, sunflower, and tulip.

Abstract

Technology in buying and selling can be utilized to increase company profits. PT. Palembang Berkah Bersama was established in April 2017 with the business brand Lamonde Palembang, a business venture making cakes and bakeries. The product ordering process takes a long time because consumers must come to the Lamonde Palembang store or type via WA or telephone. Hence, the shop assistant has a little difficulty in recapitulating data if there is an order simultaneously. Based on interviews conducted by researchers with Mr. Erik, Marketing Manager of Lamonde Palembang, the daily sales turnover is around 60-80 pieces of cake and bread. Therefore, what is needed by Lamonde Palembang is an ordering system where the system is used to handle the ordering process online. With this system, it will be easier for consumers to order products because they can directly choose the products provided, where there are also prices for each product. The total cost of the order also appears to be well and can be determined quickly. Shop assistants can also more easily see and list orders and product sales

Abstract

In the increasingly advanced development of the business world, competition between one company and another is getting tighter. The company's financial condition can influence the business's ups and downs. Because, in principle, a company is founded to make a profit. One of the problems that can be solved by implementing an information system in a company is the recording of company financial data. Apart from that, the role of finance in a company is vital and is needed in both large and small companies. The media used to assess a company's financial condition is seen from financial reports. Financial reports result from collecting and processing financial data presented in report form so that users can use it to assess company performance and make the right decisions. The profits earned by the company each year have a direct effect on the company's financial condition. PT. Gunung Putih Putra still uses Microsoft Excel to process financial data. However, the limitations of Microsoft Excel, such as data not being updated and inaccurate, and its lack of user-friendliness, are posing significant challenges. These challenges need to be addressed urgently. The company will be introduced to an application that uses the Object Oriented Programming Language, namely Microsoft Visual Basic 2013.

Abstract

The research discussed the development of a face recognition technology for the login system of an e-commerce website. The study's main focus was enhancing the security and efficiency of online transactions through the use of biometric identification systems. The researchers implemented a Face Recognition Login Website using a CNN, known for its ability to extract features and classify faces effectively. The research involved various stages, such as data collection through a web camera, data pre-processing, and the design of a CNN architecture with feature learning and classification layers. By deploying this CNN-based facial recognition technology on e-commerce websites, the researchers expect to add an extra layer of security, boost user trust, and offer a safer and more convenient online transaction experience.
