Abstract

This study aims to solve the problems that exist on the website of the Human Resources and Personnel Development Agency of Empat Lawang Regency. Since 2018, this website has experienced minimal significant updates, causing information to become outdated and not in accordance with the needs of today's society. Limited features and unattractive designs also affect the user experience. Therefore, researchers will implement a Content Management System (CMS) for the development of this website. CMS allows users to create and manage websites easily, update content regularly, add new features, and design good websites. The results of this study produce an aesthetic, easy-to-navigate, and feature-rich website for accessing personnel information and human resource development. This website is also designed to be responsive and secure, supporting Empat Lawang Regency in improving the quality of service to its people

Abstract

The Negeri Agung village is a place where administrative service activities are carried out. The Negeri Agung village office still carries out service activities manually, in which the community still has to come directly to the village office. Based on the results of this study, the researchers tried to design a web-based administrative service system using a prototype method to facilitate the community and village office staff in carrying out services. With this service system, it is hoped that it can assist village communities in registering anywhere and anytime without having to come to the village office

Abstract

Information Technology is a technology used to manage Data, including processing, obtaining, compiling, storing, and manipulating data in various ways to produce quality information, namely relevant, accurate, and timely information; the development of Information Technology continues at a rapid pace, and its impact is felt in almost all aspects of our lives. These changes affect how we work, learn, play, and communicate, and they continue to open the door to innovations and greater changes in the future. This study aims to develop a more practical, innovative door lock system through voice recognition technology. Using Arduino Uno as the main microcontroller, this system can automatically recognize specific voice commands to operate the door lock. Integrating hardware and software allows users to control the door lock simply by saying pre-programmed command words. The results of the study indicate that this system has the potential to be a more user-friendly alternative compared to conventional lock systems. Furthermore, this system can be further developed by adding additional security features such as biometric verification or integration with smart home systems.

Abstract

Information technology (IT) governance is an alignment practice that is tailored to the company's goals, so that it can help the company compete with other competitors. The implementation of IT based on the COBIT 2019 framework is intended to help improve the success of the company's performance. In the current industrial era, many advances have occurred, such as the emergence of online stores that have a high level of competitiveness, including the corporate sector. So that the problems identified in the company CV Ifadadah Daya Bersama are still carrying out company activities traditionally by not implementing a comprehensive IT governance evaluation, so there are problems in managing internal ordering information and inventory data. The analysis is carried out based on the system of online company activities by adopting COBIT 2019.

Abstract

The process of selecting a new house is a complex decision that involves careful consideration of multiple interacting criteria, including price, location, building size, facilities, and surrounding environment. In today's competitive real estate market, potential buyers often struggle to make optimal choices due to the overwhelming number of options and factors to consider. An effective decision support system (DSS) is essential to address this challenge. This research implements the Weighted Product (WP) method to systematically map and evaluate alternative choices of new houses based on predetermined criteria. The WP method was specifically chosen for its robust capability in handling multi-criteria decision-making processes where various factors interact and influence each other. The study analyzed data from 50 housing properties across different locations, considering eight key criteria weighted according to buyer preferences. The research methodology included data collection, criteria weighting, WP calculations, and result validation. The findings demonstrate that the WP method successfully provides accurate and reliable results, enabling potential buyers to make well-informed decisions aligned with their preferences. The implemented system showed an 85% satisfaction rate among test users, confirming its effectiveness in simplifying the complex house selection process by systematically evaluating available options.

Abstract

Customer churn is a phenomenon when customers stop using the services of a particular company and switch to services from another company. This phenomenon is very detrimental to the company, especially in terms of finance and reputation. Therefore, the Company needs to deal with this problem by designing an effective strategy. This study aims to create a data visualization in the form of a dashboard using the Tableau tool. In this study, descriptive analysis is used to draw conclusions and design strategies in dealing with customer churn problems. Based on the visualization results, it was found that the customer churn phenomenon tends to occur at the beginning of the subscription period, especially in the first month, and customers who choose the month-to-month contract type tend to experience churn. In addition, the payment method and type of internet service selected by the customer also affect the churn rate.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah menyebabkan lonjakan besar dalam jumlah data musik yang tersedia, khususnya pada platform streaming seperti Spotify. penelitian ini menerapkan metode K-Means Clustering guna mengelompokkan lagu berdasarkan kemiripan fitur audio seperti danceability, energy, valence, acousticness, dan tempo. Proses penelitian menggunakan metodologi SEMMA (Sample, Explore, Modify, Model, Assess), dimulai dari pengumpulan data lagu terpopuler Spotify tahun 2024 yang berjumlah 6.513 lagu dengan 19 atribut. Setelah dilakukan eksplorasi, modifikasi, normalisasi, dan pemodelan, jumlah klaster optimal ditentukan menggunakan elbow method dan hasil evaluasi menggunakan silhouette score sebesar 0,435. Hasilnya, terbentuk tiga klaster musik yang merepresentasikan perbedaan karakteristik audio. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode K-Means efektif dalam mengelompokkan musik, dan dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan algoritma alternatif untuk hasil yang lebih presisi.

Abstract

Sanggar Bibib is a well-known makeup artist service provider in Prabumulih City. Sanggar Bibib's booking system is still conventional, relying on old methods such as SMS, telephone, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings, because it lacks a systematic ordering system and underutilizes existing technology. Furthermore, potential customers are still embarrassed to ask about the price of makeup services. Based on the results of this research, the author attempted to design an Android-based booking system to facilitate the process of ordering makeup artist services at Sanggar Bibib. This booking system is expected to enable ordering so that negotiations are not lengthy and potential customers don't have to ask directly to find out the price list

Abstract

Digital transformation in public service delivery requires community readiness in understanding and utilizing technology. At the village level, digital information systems such as Prodeskel, EPDeskel, Siskeudes, and SIPADES have been implemented by local governments to improve efficiency and transparency. However, low levels of digital literacy among citizens can hinder optimal use of these digital services. This study aims to map the digital literacy capabilities of the community in Sanga Desa Subdistrict as a basis for assessing their readiness to access technology-based public services. The research employed a quantitative approach using questionnaires based on the Digital Literacy Global Framework (UNESCO), which includes five dimensions: information and data literacy, communication and collaboration, digital content creation, safety, and problem-solving. A total of 500 respondents from 17 villages participated in the study. Data analysis using the digital literacy index and SPSS revealed that the majority of residents fall into the high and very high categories of digital literacy. However, some villages still demonstrate low readiness levels. This study recommends strengthening digital literacy training, developing digital infrastructure, and fostering collaboration between government and communities to support the success of digital transformation in rural public services
