Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dinamika dan kontribusi pendidikan muhammadiyah di Indonesia khusunya di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Metode penelitian merupakan sebuah penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah guru di SD Muhammadiyah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan pendidikan muhammadiyah di sekolah dasar diinternalisasikan pada setiap proses pembelajaran dilakukan melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. SD Muhammadiyah memberikan pelayanan pendidikan serta mengembangkan keterampilan, minat dan bakat anak melalui program ekstrakurikuler. Program ekstrakurikuler diantaranya adalah Pramuka dan Pencak silat. SD Muhammadiyah juga sangat mengedepankan nilai-nilai keislaman dan kemuhammadiyahan melalui kegiatan-kegiatan Baca Tulis Al- Qur”an, Hafalan Hadist, Bahasa Arab, Doa Harian, Shalat Dhuha, Shalat Berjamaah, Peringatan Hari Besar Muhammadiyah dan Islam.

Abstract

The principal's transformational leadership model at SD Negeri 126 Borong, Bulukumba Regency, will be tested for practicality and efficacy. This study examined SD Negeri 126 Borong, Bulukumba Regency principals and teachers. Research and development follows the ADDIE model, which has five steps: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (evaluation). Data was collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. A model development observation sheet, research instrument sheet, questionnaire on school principals and teachers' practicality and effectiveness, and documents on school principals' transformational leadership model implementation at SD Negeri 126 Borong, Bulukmba Regency are used in the research instrument. Data analysis is done using qualitative and quantitative methods. This research shows that the principal at SD Negeri 126 Borong, Bulukumba Regency can implement the transformational leadership model to mobilize all stakeholders to achieve school goals, such as improving the teaching and learning process, establishing a positive school learning direction and climate, and improving excellent service to achieve high academic achievement (learning outcomes). Based on observations of school principals implementing transformational leadership and questionnaire responses from principals and teachers, this model passed the practicality test. The effectiveness test results show that this model is effective in moving all stakeholders to achieve school goals, including improving teaching and learning, establishing a positive school learning direction and climate, and improving excellent service to achieve high student academic achievement (learning outcomes).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan buku ajar "Analisis Sosial Masyarakat Terintegrasi Keislaman", menggunakan metode ADDIE yang meliputi tahapan Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Buku ini ditujukan sebagai referensi pembelajaran bagi dosen dan mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Analisis Sosial Masyarakat Islam. Proses pengembangan buku melibatkan analisis kebutuhan mahasiswa, perancangan produk, pengembangan dan validasi oleh ahli, uji coba, serta evaluasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan buku ini layak digunakan tanpa revisi, dengan nilai rata-rata 90,9 pada aspek isi/materi, dan 96,6 pada aspek kegrafikan, menilai kualitas materi, bahasa, soal latihan, tata letak, pemilihan background, ukuran dan jenis huruf, warna, sajian, serta sumber materi. Dalam aspek keefektifan, berdasarkan evaluasi formatif dan sumatif, buku ini memperoleh nilai rata-rata 85,11, yang menandakan efektivitas tinggi sebagai sumber referensi pembelajaran dengan predikat A-. Kesimpulannya, buku ajar "Analisis Sosial Masyarakat Terintegrasi Keislaman" telah terbukti efektif dan layak sebagai bahan ajar yang memadai untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran dalam mata kuliah Analisis Sosial Masyarakat Islam.

Abstract

Lots of apps are created to make all the things easier to be done. For example TikTok, Facebook, You tube, WhatsApp, and another apps . The whole features would get when the user installed on their device. The objective of this research is to know the English students perception in using Youtube as one of the media in learning English. The focus of this research only discuss about YouTubeThe kind of this research is qualitative research with descriptive method. Qualitative research is a research that use to describe the data by explaining it without the number. There are 20 students from English department that choose as the respondent. The instrument of this research is questinnaire. There are 15 statements given on the questionnaire. This research used likert scale to see the respon of respondent. The data is collected by using google form. Researcher share the link to each respondent. The result of this study was most of the students agree Youtubes is better than another apps and the respondent more used Youtube than other apss to study English. Some of the primacy of this app such as; have longer time, various of video, provide paid and unpaid and it is not consumed big data. With these primacy, students’ agree that this app suit to study English.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak metode pembelajaran Amtsal dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar akidah akhlak di MTs Negeri Binjai. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuasi-eksperimental dengan faktor 2 x 3, membandingkan strategi pembelajaran Amtsal dan ekspositori sebagai variabel bebas, serta gaya belajar (visual, auditorial, kinestetik) sebagai variabel moderator, dan hasil belajar sebagai variabel terikat. Dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2023/2024, melibatkan dua kelas terpisah dengan total 67 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling, dengan kelompok eksperimen menerima perlakuan ekspositori dan kelompok kontrol menerima perlakuan Amtsal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket untuk mengukur gaya belajar peserta didik. Analisis data menggunakan ANOVA dua arah 2 x 3, dengan uji normalitas dan homogenitas sebagai prasyarat. Teknik statistik F digunakan dengan tingkat signifikansi α = 5%. Temuan penelitian menyimpulkan beberapa poin utama. Pertama, strategi pembelajaran Amtsal secara signifikan memengaruhi hasil belajar akidah akhlak siswa MTs Negeri Kota Binjai, dengan siswa yang menerima pembelajaran Amtsal memiliki kemampuan menghafal yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran ekspositori. Kedua, gaya belajar juga berpengaruh pada hasil belajar, di mana siswa dengan gaya belajar visual, auditorial, dan kinestetik menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan dalam hasil rata-rata ketika menggunakan kedua strategi pembelajaran. Ketiga, interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan gaya belajar memberikan dampak tambahan terhadap hasil belajar, menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi tertentu dari metode pembelajaran dan gaya belajar dapat memberikan dampak yang lebih positif terhadap pemahaman akidah akhlak siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis mobile dengan visualisasi 3D dalam pembelajaran. Pengaruh tersebut ditinjau dari peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena masih kurangnya pemahaman terhadap materi abstrak dalam pengenalan alat jaringan komputer. Oleh karena itu diperlukan inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa studi literatur dan metode eliminali PICO untuk menentukan inklusi dan ekslusi artike. Sumber literatur yang digunakan berasal dari portal pengindeks Google Scholar, Sinta, Garuda dan lain-lain. Peneliti mendapatkan 11 referensi terkait tujuan penelitian mulai tahun 2020 hingga 2023. Hasil studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan augmented reality dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, meningkatkan minat belajar, meningkatkan hasil belajar dan meningkatkan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

This study shows how consultation improves students' speaking skills and how SD Inpres Bertingkat Mamajang 1 Kota Makassar third graders are interested in using it. The problem statements were 1) Does teacher-student consultation improve students' speaking skills? and 2) What are students' interests in using consultation? The research aimed to test the use of consultation as an oral device to improve students' speaking skills and describe their interest in it. Consultation was used to discuss learning difficulties and how to improve English, while the speaking test focused on accuracy in grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary; fluency in terms of no time spent researching further words; and comprehensibility in terms of students' ability to understand and be understood. The research used a pre-experimental method with one group pre-test and post-test and two data collectors: a speaking test and a questionnaire to assess students' speaking skills in pre- and post-tests and their interest in using consultation as an oral device. A Likert attitude scale was used to analyze speaking test and questionnaire data. The speaking test and questionnaire were taken from 30 third-grade A1 students at SD Inpres Bertingkat Mamajang 1 Kota Makassar in 2022/2023. The descriptive analysis showed that students' speaking accuracy improved from poor (2,6) to average (3,6) and fluency improved from average (16) to average (17) with mean scores 3,367. Students' speaking comprehensibility improved from poor (2,667) to average (3,467). Students' interest in consultation was high (mean score 79,175). Accuracy, fluency, and comprehensibility T-test values were greater than T-table 1,70. It suggested consultation could improve students' speech. There was evidence that consultation improves students' speaking skills and that they are highly interested in it as an oral device.

Abstract

In spite of increased mental health care resources at universities, depression rates continue to rise. This study examined cognitive load as a predictor of depression among undergraduate students at Nigerian universities. A correlational survey paradigm was utilized. A total of 1026 first-year students of the Faculty of Education and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Nigeria were included in this study. In the study, 300 undergraduate students [100 males and 200 females] from Nigeria's University of Nigeria were surveyed. The study collected data using the Cognitive Load Questionnaire (CLQ) and Beck's Depression Inventory (BDI). CLQ had a reliability coefficient of 0.93, while BDI had a reliability coefficient of 0.90. Two research assistants administered the instruments to respondents. Simple regression was utilized for the research questions. A Fisher Z-test was used to test hypothesis two, while A linear regression t-test was used to test hypothesis one. In Nigerian universities, cognitive load does not significantly predict depression among undergraduates. Among Nigerian undergraduate students, 2.2% of their depressive symptoms are associated with cognitive load as a result of their gender. Other factors that influence depression among undergraduates in Nigerian universities, such as stress, need to be identified and appropriate measures taken to ameliorate the increasing trend of depression among undergraduates.

Abstract

This research explored Indonesian EFL teachers' perceptions of implementing higher-order thinking Skills (HOTS) in English language classrooms. Specifically, it attempted to explore (1) teachers' understanding of HOTS, (2) teachers' perceptions of the implementation of HOTS in their EFL classrooms, and (3) teachers' perceived obstacles in the implementation of HOTS. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Five English language teachers at a senior high school in Serang Banten Province, Indonesia, participated in this research. The data were collected using semi-structured interviews and were analyzed following Miles and Huberman's (1994) qualitative data analysis procedures. The results revealed that all participants had a good understanding of the concept of HOTS, in which the definitions of HOTS given by all the participants were related to the sub-skills of Bloom's Taxonomy. All the participants also claimed they had implemented HOTS in English language teaching and learning. However, the implementation has yet to be effective due to some obstacles, which include students' low English proficiency, teachers' lack of competencies, and limited supporting facilities such as internet access, learning media, and learning sources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, learning motivation, and peers on student learning independence in elementary schools. The research method used was a survey and data analysis using regression techniques. The research sample consisted of fourth-grade students in two elementary schools, totaling 65 people. Data were collected through questionnaires that measured the level of self-efficacy, learning motivation, peers, and learning independence. The results showed that self-efficacy is positively and significantly related to the level of students' learning independence. The higher the level of students' self-efficacy, the higher the level of learning independence they show. In addition, learning motivation also has a positive influence on learning independence. Students who have high learning motivation tend to be more independent in overcoming their learning challenges. In addition to self-efficacy and learning motivation, peers also play an important role in students' learning independence. The results showed that supportive and positive peer relationships were associated with higher levels of learning independence. Based on these findings, efforts to improve students' learning independence can focus on strengthening self-efficacy and learning motivation, as well as creating an environment that supports positive relationships with peers.
