This research is motivated by knowledge management that is notoptimal for each individual or organization, namely on employee performancewhere there are some employees who have not implemented knowledge management at PTPN III Medan, such as a lack of knowledge to manage information in the organization, so that employees in sharing knowledge between employees is not optimal. This study aims to determine whether knowledge management has an effect on competitive advantage. To find out whether knowledge management and competitive advantage partially affect employee performance, to find out whether knowledge management affects employee performance through competitive advantage. The total population in this study was 685 people and 103 were sampled by taking 15% of the total population. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that knowledge management had an effect on competitive advantage, knowledge management had a significant effect on employee performance, competitive advantage had no effect on employee performance, knowledge management had no effect on employee performance through competitive advantage.

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and interpersonal communication on team collaboration at the Medan City Tax and Retribution Management Agency partially. This is to find out whether organizational support moderates the effect of self-efficacy and interpersonal communication on improving agency performance in the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. The total population in this study amounted to 249 people, and using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 153 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that self-efficacy had a significant effect on the performance of agencies in the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Interpersonal communication has a significant effect on the performance of agencies in the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Self-efficacy has no effect on teamwork at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Interpersonal communication has a significant effect on teamwork at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. The development of the use of information technology in various fields provides added value to society in an advanced development process. The existence of the use of information technology has entered all sectors, especially when it has penetrated the transportation sector. The success of technology acceptance is reflected in the user's ability to apply this technology in their daily lives without encountering several obstacles. The substance of this study is to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived security on the behavioral intention to use the JAKET application. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents who were determined by convenience sampling approach. Data analysis using the SPSS application by displaying the results of data processing through test research instruments with validity and reliability, multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The research results prove that only perceived ease of use and perceived security have a significant effect on behavioral intention to use. This study aims to analyze empirically the effect of product quality and positioning on purchasing decisions through brand trust in the group health insurance PT. Generali Indonesia Sumatra Regional Life Insurance. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and path analysis techniques. Data were collected from 81 companies participating in group health insurance with the number of employees above (>) 50 people, as a sample. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Gemilang Sinar Jaya. This study uses a descriptive associative method with a quantitative approach. The population is consumers who made purchases in 2019 as many as 638 consumers and samples taken as many as 86 people. Calculation using SPSS. The results showed that product quality and service quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 15.009 + 0.294X1 + 0.422X2. The contribution of product quality, service quality, and customer satisfaction simultaneously is 44.8%, the calculated F value is greater than F table or (39.285> 2,700), with a significance of 0,000 <0,05. This study aims to: determine whether leadership affects the performance of employees of Bank BTPN KCP Blitar, find out whether communication affects the performance of employees of Bank BTPN KCP Blitar, find out whether leadership and communication together affect the performance of employees of Bank BTPN KCP Blitar. The object of this research is all employees of Bank BTPN KCP Blitar. The data in this study were taken from the results of questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data type with data sources namely primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the leadership variable partially had a significant effect on the employee performance variable. The communication variable partially has no significant effect on the employee performance variable. The purpose of the study was to determine the direct effect of the account representative service variable on taxpayer compliance through mediation of taxpayer satisfaction at KPP Pratama Medan Polonia. The object of the research is corporate taxpayers who are registered at KPP Pratama Medan Polonia. Data was collected using a questionnaire sent to 99 corporate taxpayer respondents to determine the taxpayer's perception of each research variable. Testing the validity and reliability of the data was carried out to ensure that the respondents' answers reflected the research variables. The analytical tool used is path analysis using SPSS. The results showed that the account representative service had a positive effect on corporate taxpayer satisfaction, and corporate taxpayer satisfaction had no effect on corporate taxpayer compliance. This study aims to determine the added value of palm sugar processing in Ogowele Buga Village, Dondo District, Tolitoli Regency. The data analysis method used is the Hayami method added value analysis. The results showed that the added value obtained by Palm Sugar was Rp. 1.300/kg or 52%, and the profit received by farmers is Rp. 1,000/kg or 40% means that every Rp.100 of the value of palm sugar products contains an added value of 52%. To increase the added value of the products produced, farmers need to continue to make efficiency, especially in terms of costs and raw materials used. The added value of palm sugar products according to this study is very feasible to be developed, but because the input of the main ingredients available is very little, the profits generated by farmers are also small, therefore a large number of main ingredient inputs are needed so it is recommended for the local government if you want to develop palm sugar products in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover on the company's profitability simultaneously and partially at PT.Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk for the period 2011-2018. Types and sources of data in this study was secondary data in the form of financial statements of the company PT.Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk in 2011-2018. Data analysis used multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing used the coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test) with data processing used SPSS statistics 20 program. The results showed that the coefficient of determination test (R2 ) obtained a result of 0.343 or 34.3%, indicating that the cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover variables were able to explain their existence to the profitability variable, while the remaining 65.6% was explained by variables not studied. The results of the study partially showed that cash turnover has no and insignificant effect on profitability, while accounts receivable turnover has a significant and significant effect on profitability. The purpose of this study was to effect Analysis of Work Environment Motivation and Job Satisfaction of Employee Performance. The analytical method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach and the multiple correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 20.0. Based on the results of data analysis equations. Based on hypothesis testing using t test that the style of Work Environment Motivation and Job Satisfaction positif and significant impact of motivation on employee performance. Results of studies simultaneously using the F test, indicating that all of the independent variables significantly affect the performance of employees. Rated R Square of 0.254 which means that the effect of variable X (motivation and job satisfaction) to variable Y (employee performance) is at 25,4% while the remaining 25,3% influenced by other variables beyond the variables studied.
