Abstract

The author aims to find out the relationship between Islamic economic philosophy and developing economic ideology. The author tries to put forward the relationship between Islamic economic philosophy and the Pancasila ideology as the foundation of the nation. The method research used descriptive qualitative method by a literature study and a normative phisopic. The results of the analysis of this paper suggest that the post-sila economy has aspects in common with the principles of Islamic economic values, namely; the first precept with at-Tawhid, the second with al 'Adalah, the third precept with Ukhuwwah, the fourth precept with Musywarah and the fifth precept with Falah.

Abstract

Islamic capital markets instruments such as stocks, mutual funds, and sukuk are tools to drive economic growth through the capital market sector. The financial sector's performance in the first semester remained stable in 2022. The indicator that is getting stronger in the JCI index is 5.02% or a year-to-date level of 69 11.58 as of June 2022. This article aims to find out the performance of the Indonesian Islamic capital market for the 2022 period. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach regarding the development and growth of sharia capital market performance after Covid-19 pandemic. The result of the discussion for the population has an Islamic majority population, so the capital market industry is expected. To accommodate and collect contributions from Muslim citizens to be active in the stock market, especially the Islamic stock market, and a local investor in the Indonesian Sharia capital market. Realize naturally that investment products are developed following Islamic principles and teachings. The financial sector's performance in the first semester remained stable in 2022. The indicator getting more assertive in the JCI index is 5.02% or a year-to-date level of 69 11.58 at the end of June 2022.

Abstract

Sharia compliance is crucial for Islamic Financial Institutions, so SSB an importantelement is the existence. The SSB is tasked with providing advice and suggestions tothe directors as well as supervising and making decisions, policies related to bankactivities so that they comply with sharia principles. The amount of remuneration inseveral banks is a problem in this research, so is it really necessary to have SSB in everybank, will the DSN not be enough? Remuneration can be allocated as an additionalfinancing fund for debtors. This paper examines the relationship between SSBeffectiveness, their remuneration, asset efficiency. Using a quantitative descriptivemethod, the Common Effect Model CEM as a model and form of dummy variable crosssection data. The results that can be drawn from this study are the SSB remuneration,the number of members of the SSB, the total number of meetings held and the size ofthe assets have a significant effect on financing. Even though the percentage ofremuneration in several banks is not reasonable, the role of SSB in each bank is stillvery much needed according to their roles and obligations.

Abstract

This study’s purpose is to describe the development of research related to Islamic banks during the Covid-19 pandemic. Various published national standard studies on the theme of sharia banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses the Publish or Perish (POP) application to explore various related studies sourced from Google Scholar. The data used is for 3 years, namely the period from 2020 to 2022. The keywords used in the article search are sharia banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. From the search results, the articles obtained will be inputted into the Vosviewer application, for descriptive analysis, an analysis of the results obtained after being shown by the application is carried out. Then input was carried out in the VOSviewer application, then the results were found from research for three years with the theme of sharia banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results showed that from the Vosviwer application, there were 38 articles obtained from the publish or perish (PoP) application, the results of Network Visualization, Overlay Visualization, and Density Visualization. There are 8 clusters, with various items from each cluster. For the literature review, 7 research themes related to sharia Banking during the Covid-19 Pandemic were found.

Abstract

The online Higgs domino maisir chip transaction among millennials in the Bengkalisregion is the focus of this study. The purpose of this study was to determine how the millennial generation views online Higgs domino chip transactions and how they affect them. This kind of exploration is subjective examination. This kind of research uses descriptions and field conditions to develop concepts, understandings, and theories. Descriptive analysis is the method used in this study, which aims to accurately describe a person, disease, symptom, or group. The Interview is the method that is used to collect data. It is a form of verbal communication that aims to gather information. Written documents like diaries, magazines, documents, meeting minutes, and others are used to gather information on Islamic law and opinions about the Maisir Higgs domino chip transaction in the Bengkalis area for the millennial generation. The law of online Higgs domino maisir chip transactions, which includes the prohibitions of gharar, usury, and maisir from an Islamic economic perspective, are the findings of this study.

Abstract

With the development of the population which continues to increase along with thetimes, there is also a shift in people's lifestyles and human desires to be able to meettheir needs, this can be seen from the many community businesses that make ends meetand encourage the family's economy without thinking about the impact on thesurrounding environment. The purpose of this study is to find out how theimplementation of the green economy and partnership program is carried out in the tofuprocessing industry in a socio-economic system to encourage sustainable development,so that later it is hoped that the results of this research resume can serve as an examplefor other processing industries to implement green economy and partnership programs.good for the socio-economic system. This research is a descriptive study using literatureand summarizing the results of previous studies. This research shows the results that thetofu processing industry on Singkep Island, Bandar Lampung City has implemented apartnership program, and through this research it can also be seen that the processingindustry studied has implemented green economy principles in promoting sustainabledevelopment. development. The existence of an exemplary application of partnershipprograms and the green economy can foster a socio-economic system that is inaccordance with the main objectives of Islamic economics, namely creating aprosperous society based on justice, equity and balance.

Abstract

Apart from being a place of worship, a mosque can become a center for thepeople's economy. One of the Islamic instruments that can be used is productivewaqf. Nadzir waqf who doubles as mosque takmir must have good knowledge ofmanaging waqf assets so that they can become a driving force for the economy insociety. Therefore, this study aims to empirically examine knowledge, attitudes, andpractices in empowering people by takmir mosques in Indonesia. The method usedin this study is quantitative by using the concept of Knowledge, Attitude, andPractice (KAP) theory using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysistechnique. Data collection in the field was carried out by distributingquestionnaires to 514 private mosque takmirs spread across 25 provinces in Indonesia. This research is expected to contribute to the development of waqf inIndonesia as an effort to increase the welfare of the people.

Abstract

Menurut catatan Kementrian Agama tahun 2016, luas tanah wakaf di Indonesia mencapai 49.444,01 ha.Dari sekian banyak aset wakaf yang ada, hanya sebagian saja yang diolah secara produktif. Kekurangan dana merupakan penyebab yang paling umum ditemui, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah instrumen untuk pengumpulan dana guna mengembangkan asset wakaf. Sukuk merupakan sebuah instrumen ekonomi yang berdasarkan pada pengumpulan dana dari investor. Untuk itu integrasi sukuk dan wakaf akan menjadi instrument pembiayaan yang  efektif. Pesantren sebagai salah satu pioneer pendidikan Islam di Indonesia telah lama menggunakan wakaf sebagai salah satu dasar pembangunannya dan juga tonggak ekonominya, sayangnya banyak dari asset wakaf yang dimiliki pesantren belum dimanfaatkan secara produktif dikarenakan kekurangan dana pengembangan. Di Indonesia, sukuk wakaf masih sangat riskan diaplikasikan. Untuk itu penulis ingin menyusun model sukuk wakaf yang mungkin diaplikasikan di pesantren dengan tidak mengabaikan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi pesantren dan tidak melanggar regulasi yang ada. Penelitian dan penyusunan model ini akan menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP). Metode ini ditujukan untuk membentuk suatu model sekaligus memutuskan model mana yang mungkin dapat diterapkan dalam pembangunan ekonomi pesantren.  Selain itu, penulis juga akan melakukan penelitian secara literature untuk membangun suatu teori yang kuat dalam pembangunan dan pencarian masalah model-model sukuk wakaf. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan kesepakatan dari para responden ada pada taraf yang rendah dalam pemilihan model. Namun begitu, tetap terdapat salah satu model yang unggul dibanding dengan model lainnya meskipun berbeda tipis. Menurut responden, sukuk wakaf yang paling mungkin diaplikasikan adalah sukuk wakaf melalui pemerintah.

Abstract

Kemiskinan yang terjadi di Indonesia disebabkan oleh distribusi harta kekayaan yang tidak adil. Salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut yaitu dengan menghimpun dana zakat produktif. Pendayagunaan zakat produktif tersebut dapat berfungsi sebagai modal usaha dalam pemberdayaannya UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme distribusi zakat produktif di BAZNAS Kota Yogyakarta dan pengaruh distribusi zakat produktif dalam pemberdayaan UMKM di Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari wawancana, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 mustahiq dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk mengetahui mekanisme distribusi zakat produktif di BAZNAS Kota Yogyakarta. Metode analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan uji t, koefisien korelasi, dan koefisien determinasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh, kuatnya hubungan, dan besar pengaruh distribusi zakat produktif (X) terhadap pemberdayaan UMKM secara materi (Y1) pemberdayaan UMKM secara non-materi (Y2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa distribusi zakat produktif di BAZNAS Kota Yogyakarta melalui program pengawasan dan pembinaan dalam pengelolaan usaha mustahiq. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa zakat produktif berpengaruh positif yang sangat kuat dan signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan UMKM secara materi dan pemberdayaan UMKM secara non-materi. Beberapa saran dalam penyaluran dana zakat produktif disalurkan kepada mustahiq dengan pembinaan yang lebih intensif serta mengoptimalkan pemberdayaan ekonomi dan spiritual agar mustahiq dapat lebih mandiri dalam pemenuhan kebutuhanya.

Abstract

Zakat sebagai ibadah yang bernilai sosial memiliki peran yang amat penting dalam membangun ekonomi dan menghilangkan kesenjangan antara orang kaya dan orang miskin sehingga dengan zakat diharapkan keadilan hadir dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Dewasa ini ulama mengeluarkan bentuk zakat yang belum dikenal pada zaman Rasul maupun sahabat yaitu zakat profesi, melihat banyaknya pekerjaan yang juga tidak ada pada masa itu namun memiliki penghasilan yang besar. Zakat dapat berperan maksimal jika dikelola oleh lembaga pengelola zakat bukan secara langsung oleh tiap individu, sayangnya banyak dari muslimin yang membayarkan zakat secara langsung bukan karena kurangnya pemahaman tentang agama melainkan karena kurangnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga pengelola zakat. Berangkat dari latar belakang diatas, pada penilitian ini penulis ingin melihat lebih dalam pengelolaan zakat profesi yang terjadi pada lembaga pengelolaan zakat terlebih dalam sistem pengumpulan dan pendistribusian dana zakat. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian diatas penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang mendeskripsikan sistem pengelolaan zakat yang diterapkan oleh BP-ZIS Bisnis Indonesia. Dari hasil penilitian sederhana ini, peniliti menemukan bahwa dalam pengelolaan zakat profesi di BP-ZIS Bisnis Indonesia belum terdapat pendataan muzaki dan mustahiq sehingga dana zakat belum memberikan manfaat maksimal untuk membangunan ekonomi mustahiq dan kesadaran muzaki untuk membayarkan zakat profesinya.
