Abstract

Al-Quran Education Park (TPQ) is one of the places to learn that is spread in almost all parts of Indonesia. Especially for Malang and surrounding areas, the management of TPQ is still not optimal, for example TPQ in Mojosari Village, Gambiran, Kepanjen District, Malang Regency. Management that has not reached the good category needs a helping hand from the UM abdimas team, considering the UM RENSTRA which wants to realize the downstreaming of science and research results. The Abdimas team consisting of lecturers across faculties, apart from having experience in research and service, also has a real role in their respective regions regarding TPQ and takmir. The undoubted competence of the team and the additional composition of students are expected to assist the implementation of management training activities at partner TPQ. Management training is expected to improve the quality of TPQ management from several aspects, namely: finance, programs, and governance. This activity is carried out using training methods (knowledge and skills) which are carried out in a structured and periodic manner. Each activity evaluates (measures) the achievement/success of the Abdimas program. Questionnaires are provided as data collectors for final analysis. In general, activities have been running smoothly and the public is quite satisfied with the index reaching 0.75.

Abstract

There are so many types of traditional food in Indonesia that have a unique taste and characterize the local culture. However, nowadays many traditional specialties are still unable to compete with modern foods such as Geti Wijen. Some of the things that cause it are promotions that have not been widely used in various media and the appearance of packaging that is less attractive. One of the geti wijen businesses is Geti Mrs. Atmo in Dusun Geneng, Purwosari, Wonogieri District. This business has an unattractive packaging because the packaging process still uses simple tools and materials, namely plastic and wax. Therefore, the team provided a packaging tool assistance program and usage training to improve packaging quality. Implementation methods include planning activities, providing tools, implementing training, and evaluating programs. This program has provided many benefits for Mrs. Atmo in improving the quality of products that are able to compete in the market. Partners have packaging tools and attractive packaging designs so that the packaging process is faster.

Abstract

This training aims to improve lecturers competence in constructing RPS and assisting lecturers in compiling the document of RPS. This training was conducted at Islamic University of Indragiri (UNISI) involving 8 lecturers of English Department. This training and mentoring activity was divided into three sessions, first is conveying basic concept of RPS, second is constructing RPS and the third is discussing and presenting RPS. From a series of activities, it can be concluded that the ability of the English department lecturers of Islamic University of Indragiri has increased. This training is also able to correct errors made the lecturer in constructing RPS.

Abstract

The author of the Book of Al-Akhlak Lil Banin is Al-Ustadz 'Umar bin Achmad Baradja, he is a scholar who has very noble character. Since childhood he was raised and educated by his maternal grandfather, Shaykh Hasan bin Muhammad Baradja, a scholar of nahwu and fiqh. Nasab Baradja comes from Seiwun, Hadramaut, Yemen. The spirit of struggle carried out by Al-Ustadz 'Umar bin Achmad Baradja to spread religion and form good moral character in early childhood in Indonesia in general and in Ampel in particular, who saw the moral damage that had undermined the morals of teenagers at that time. So that Al-Ustadz 'Umar Baradja composed as well as compiled the book Al-Akhlak Lil Banin to guide them to always do positive things, such as keeping their bodies clean, clothes, to morals to Allah SWT, parents, teachers, friends and so on. , and the character most described by him is the character of social care. The problems that will be discussed are, (1) Who is Al-Ustadz 'Umar Baradja and his activities (2) What is the thought of Al-Ustadz 'Umar Baradja in the book Al-Akhlak Lil Banin . The thoughts of Al-Ustadz 'Umar Baradja in the book Al-Akhlak Lil Banin are more focused on special morals for boys, because they are prepared for the future to become leaders. If he grows up in noble character and grows up with the right education, he will also become a role model and be obeyed by his children in particular and the wider community in general

Abstract

Women's Farmers Group (KWT) Nira Lestari became one of the groups engaged in the use of coconuts. Products produced by KWT Nira Lestari include liquid sugar, ant sugar, VCO and liquid smoke. The processing of products on KWT is not fully optimal, the liquid smoke produced cannot be used as a food aroma such as the function of liquid smoke in general because the processed results of liquid smoke are still pitch black and contain carcinogen compounds. This activity aims to design a liquid smoke redefiment technology at KWT partner Nira Lestari. The methods used include a specific review of the needs and potential of partners, preparation of implementation, technology design, analysis of tool concept design, video creation of program implementation, creation of product application playbook, and evalusai with partners. The results achieved from this activity are in the form of a design of liquid smoke distillation technology, video and application usage manual. The design of this distillation technology design is expected to be applied independently by partners, thus becoming a tool that has the potential to improve the quality of liquid smoke products and increase partner productivity.

Abstract

Coaching for adolescents can be initiated through knowledge of future challenges, both in personal life and in socializing. This study aims to determine the knowledge of adolescents about Generation Planning (GenRe) through the values ​​of local wisdom. The research was conducted at a senior high school in Kecamatan Tanah Abang, Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir with the research subjects being high school students who were selected by random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires on knowledge of reproductive health, drugs and addictive substances, as well as local wisdom. The results showed that 68.33% of students knew enough about reproductive health, 80% of students knew well about drugs and addictive substances and their consequences, and only 50.40% of students knew and practiced the values ​​of local wisdom in everyday life. Based on the results of the study, students' knowledge regarding Generation Planning is included in the sufficient category so that it is necessary to inculcate the values ​​of local wisdom and socialize Generation Planning by parents, teachers, and community leaders in order to create a golden generation in the future.

Abstract

The development of education in the world cannot be separated from the development of the industrial revolution because it indirectly changes the order of education and changes the order of learning in the classroom. Information and technology affect the activities of students and teachers. The role of the teacher, who has been the sole provider of knowledge, has shifted somewhat. The role and presence of the teacher in the classroom will be increasingly challenging and require very high innovation as the use of learning media. It is expected that literacy-based learning media as a problem solver for teachers in managing the classroom. The problem in the field is that there are still some teachers using the media in teaching the old system, most students have not been able to use the technology that has been developed at this time, most are still using the monotonous learning system, some students have not had the opportunity to learn to use the media. The method in this service uses counseling or learning media training which aims to provide understanding to teachers and students. The results that the team carried out went well according to the plans that had been prepared before the activity took place.

Abstract

The basic level weaving training aims to train skills, making weaving in simple shapes with simple patterns and patterns to motivate and increase creativity in students. the method used in the training is to provide guidance and practical training to PIAUD Semester IV STAI students Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan. This activity was carried out for 2 days (2 meetings), the first meeting was the process of explaining the material and explaining the tools and materials to be used as well as hands-on practice on how to make basic weaving, namely single, double, double and triple woven. The second meeting of the weaving practitioners used Combination Weaving, Gambir Flowers, and Mata Walik patterns. The training participants were very enthusiastic about the training carried out, and were interested in conducting basic weaving training, more specifically in making a new work from the basic weaving skills that had been taught. Individual trainees can make some of the basic weaves that have been taught, either in single, double, combination and other patterns of weaving.

Abstract

This community service aims to train the UMKM of Musi Banyuasin village for product creativity from a village to produce superior products of the highest quality and can be marketed through a more modern way, namely e.commerce. The method applied is lectures and direct practice, the benefits of E-commerce are quite helpful, namely online shopping, humans no longer have to go to shopping centers. The output of this service activity adds to the knowledge and expertise of Village MSMEs in selling village handicrafts. Visiting e-commerce sites, and shopping for all completed transactions and goods until your doorsteps. The various conveniences of E-Commerce, being able to start an e-commerce business is a promising business so you don't need to hesitate to try it. The Village Innovation Program (PID) increases rural productivity by relying on local economic development and entrepreneurship, both in the realm of community business development, as well as businesses initiated by the Village through Village-Owned Enterprises and Joint Village-Owned Enterprises, as well as Village Leading Products (Prudes ) and Superior Products for Rural Areas (Prukades) to drive and develop the Village economy. Improving the quality of human resources (This link between rural productivity and the quality of human resources is expected to occur in the short term as well as significant impacts in the long term through investment in basic education and health.

Abstract

The curriculum as several educational plans needs to be developed dynamically according to the needs and changes that occur in society with reference to the development of curriculum models. In line with this, among the many models of curriculum development, one that must be considered is choosing a curriculum development model. The selection of the development model is not based on the advantages and benefits and opportunities for optimal results, but also needs to be adapted to the education system and education processing system adopted and which educational concept model is used. serves as a means to facilitate a communication, or as a perspective guide for making decisions, or as a planning guide Therefore, the model can help us form the concept of the process by showing certain principles and procedures, as for the purpose of this mentoring is to provide insight to teachers in the development of the 2013 curriculum model. In addition, teachers who pursue escape are expected to improve their skills in carrying out learning activities. To achieve the expected goals of this training, lectures, demonstrations, exercises and assignments are used. The targets in this service are teachers SMA Tengku Sulung districts Sungai Batang. The methods used are in the form of seminars, demonstrations, and exercises or assignments.
