Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the digital marketing strategy for Healthy Juice products in Ulul Ilmi MSMEs with a SWOT analysis method supported by NVivo software. The data used in this study was obtained from primary sources, namely the interviews and observations of Ulul Ilmi MSME owners, and secondary data from the results of the collection of media articles related to this research. Using NVivo facilitates secondary data analysis in media articles relevant to digital marketing topics, allowing for more in-depth identification of patterns and themes—data analysis techniques to identify data and digital marketing strategies using the SWOT Matrix. The findings from this research analysis indicate that Ulul Ilmi MSMEs have the main strengths in product quality and the ability to innovate, which can be used to expand market reach through digital strategies. Significant opportunities are found in the increasing health trends among the public and the ease of access to marketing through digital platforms. However, this research also reveals weaknesses in mastery of digital technology and the threat of increasingly fierce competition. By utilizing NVivo, this study successfully identified digital marketing strategies that MSMEs can implement to optimize market potential and strengthen competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of green accounting and financial performance on company value and the role of economic performance in mediating the impact of green accounting on company value. The research population is 47 banking companies listed on the IDX from 2021 to 2023. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 132 observation research samples. The results of the study show that green accounting has a positive effect on company value. At the same time, financial performance cannot mediate the influence of green accounting on company value. The study's results support the stakeholder theory that companies must consider environmental impacts to improve relationships with other stakeholders. The research results can also encourage governments and regulatory authorities to develop policies that support ecological transparency and sustainable accounting reporting. This research is limited to collecting green accounting data for some companies that do not present sustainability reports separately, making it difficult for researchers to trace the data.

Abstract

The latest study highlights the importance of the role of digital transformation in increasing the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, the complex interaction between factors influencing digital adoption in MSMEs in the creative economy sector is still unresearched, especially in developing countries. This study aims to investigate the determinants of digital transformation adoption among MSMEs, focusing on the relative influence of organizational, technological, and environmental factors. We use a quantitative approach by conducting a survey of 254 MSME owners and managers. The data was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to assess the relationship between variables. Our findings reveal that organizational factors exert the strongest influence on digital transformation adoption, followed by technology factors. Environmental factors, while significant, show a relatively lower impact. This study contributes to a more diverse understanding of digital transformation in MSMEs by emphasizing the excellence of the organization's internal capabilities. Our study shows that policies aimed at driving digital adoption should prioritize strengthening organizational readiness alongside technology support.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of financial management on enhancing the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in traditional Indonesian food outlets. Data were gathered through direct observation of these MSMEs using primary sources. The research adopts an action research approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis used Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Testing, and Hypothesis Testing with SPSS software. The findings reveal that financial planning, financial record-keeping, and the separation of personal and business finances have a significant and positive effect on the performance of MSMEs. The R-Square (R²) value of 0.825 indicates that these independent variables can explain 82.5% of MSME performance variation, while the remaining 17.5% is attributed to other factors not explored in this study. The practical implications of this research suggest that traditional Indonesian food MSMEs should emphasize structured financial planning, accurate financial record-keeping, and precise separation of personal and business finances. These practices will enable MSMEs to assess their performance better and make informed business decisions. The study recommends that MSMEs adopt sound financial planning practices, maintain precise financial records, and consistently separate personal from business finances. By doing so, MSMEs can improve their financial management, enhancing business performance and sustainability.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of social media marketing activities, specifically entertainment and eWOM (electronic word-of-mouth), on brand loyalty, with brand awareness as a mediating factor. The main objective of this study is to explore how entertainment and eWOM influence brand loyalty through brand awareness in the context of fashion product marketing on TikTok social media. This study used a quantitative method with purposive sampling, involving 120 respondents who were surveyed through questionnaires. Results show that entertainment and eWOM significantly increase brand awareness, which in turn has a positive impact on brand loyalty. In addition, brand awareness fully mediates the relationship between entertainment and eWOM regarding brand loyalty. Entertainment on TikTok can create an emotional attachment with consumers, while eWOM serves as organic marketing that influences consumer decisions. Therefore, to increase brand loyalty, brands should create entertaining content and encourage consumers to share their positive experiences through eWOM. In conclusion, brand awareness plays an important role in building brand loyalty, and engaging content marketing and strong social interaction can increase brand awareness and consumer loyalty on social media platforms such as TikTok.

Abstract

Customs and Excise Audit is the authority held by the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE) in accordance with 125/PMK.04/2007 concerning Customs Audits. West Java's DGCE (one that has that function) has nine audit teams and aims to complete 42 audit reports in 2023. In mid-October 2023, this office received a non-regular audit assignment of seven auditees and had to select a team that could be assigned from a total of nine audit teams. The average audit completion time from 2017 to mid-2023 has always increased. Audits ideally finish within three months of assignment, as per Minister of Finance Regulation No. 125/PMK.04/2007, Article 12, paragraph (1). The author uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the decision-making process to determine seven audit teams with the smallest potential for audit report lag. Collaboration with experts and previous research results are also used to determine the criteria in the process. Notably, the identification of audit teams 1 and 5 as having the highest potential for audit report lag, based on criteria derived from expert collaboration and previous research, was empirically validated. Both teams, when assigned audits under real-world conditions, produced reports with completion times exceeding the average, underscoring the predictive validity of the study's methodology.

Abstract

This research explores the role of social entrepreneurs in creating social impact through implementing good governance. Social entrepreneurs often combine business goals with social missions, using sustainable business models to address social issues such as poverty, the environment, and education. Good governance is the key to success because it ensures transparency, accountability, and inclusive participation in decision-making. This qualitative research highlights how good governance practices can strengthen the legitimacy and sustainability of social enterprises and increase positive impacts in society, especially in Bali. This research explores the role of social entrepreneurs in creating sustainable social impacts through the Theory of Change approach and the Penta Helix model. Theory of Change is used to formulate effective social transformation strategies by identifying the ultimate goal and the critical steps needed to achieve it. Meanwhile, the Penta Helix model facilitates collaboration between five key elements—government, academics, business, community, and media—to strengthen the social innovation ecosystem. This research highlights how social entrepreneurs can utilize these two approaches to strengthen good governance, increase accountability, and expand positive impacts on society through inclusive and sustainable partnerships.
