Abstract

This research explores the effect of transformational leadership and work autonomy on employee performance through the role of innovative work behavior as a mediator. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through a survey involving 45 marketers from various industries as respondents in this study. The questionnaire results were then analyzed using PLS-SEM software. The findings show that transformational leadership positively and significantly influences employee performance and this influence can be explained through the mediating effect of innovative work behavior. However, the opposite result was found between work autonomy and employee performance where work autonomy did not positively and significantly influence employee performance. Managers can enhance marketing personnel performance by implementing transformational leadership. This leadership style fosters innovative work behavior which is very useful for overcoming problems and challenges at work.

Abstract

The creative industry has emerged as a rapidly growing sector in the global economy, with the challenge of maintaining employee performance being a primary concern. This study investigates the impact of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Performance, with Work Passion as a moderating factor. Data were collected from 220 employees in the creative divisions of television media companies in Jakarta, chosen through purposive sampling, and analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that Transformational Leadership significantly enhances OCB, positively affecting Employee Performance. Work Passion, a crucial element in this study, strengthens the impact of OCB on Employee Performance, indicating its crucial role in fostering innovation, quality, and dedication in the creative industry. These findings suggest that industry practitioners should focus on psychological factors like Work Passion to maximise the benefits of transformational leadership and OCB in improving employee performance. The implications highlight the need for leaders to communicate a clear vision and foster an environment where work passion can thrive, ultimately leading to superior performance outcomes.

Abstract

This study's primary goal is to identify the variables that affect Batola Regency local government agencies' performance. Barito Kuala Regency received a good predicate based on the results of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia's SAKIP category announcement. However, Several SKPDs did not adhere to it, even though their reports on the findings of the government agency performance accountability assessment still had a strong enough foundation. Thus, a study about this phenomenon is required to ascertain the degree of responsibility of government agency performance in SKPD Barito Kuala Regency. The difference between this study and previous studies lies in the research variables on compliance with laws and regulations. The study's findings show that the clarity of budget targets, accounting control, and reporting systems have a significant impact on the performance accountability of government agencies in Barito Kuala Regency, whereas compliance with laws and regulations has no effect. The preparation of specific budget targets will facilitate the achievement of budget targets and as accounting control. The local government monitors and assesses all activities whether they are economical, efficient, and effective in providing services to the community. Abstract

This research discusses the importance of sustainable marketing activities for the long-term success of companies. The research highlights the need for a multidimensional and systematic approach to understanding sustainable marketing by including the cultural dimension. Due to the lack of studies looking at the effect of four dimensions of sustainable marketing activities on customer loyalty, this study aims to test the effect of sustainable marketing activities on brand image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. This research focuses on Generation Y and Z consumers in Greater Jakarta who are more concerned about sustainability issues and are aware of global fashion brands that have implemented ESG. Data from 218 samples selected using judgmental sampling were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The findings show that all dimensions of sustainable marketing activities significantly affect brand image, which sequentially influences customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study finds that cultural dimension has the greatest effect on brand image, while social dimension has the lowest effect. The positive brand image is found to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. These findings confirm the application of signaling theory, and further practical implications are provided based on the findings.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the nano influencer model innovation (ni) on purchasing decisions (kp) through consumer behavior (pk) and purchase interest (mb) on micro and small business or MSME products carried out in the media. In addition, this research also explores the mediating role of consumer behavior (pk) and purchase interest (mb) in relation to decision making (kp). using primary data collected in this research through a questionnaire clicked through Google Form by a total of 125 respondents. Sampling was carried out deliberately, with a focus on students who had experienced or had experience as influencers. Research findings show that ni, kp, and mb have a significant influence on kp in the Jakarta Bogor Depok Tanggerang Bekasi or JABODETABEK area. In addition, a significant influence of pk was found, and mb was identified as the main mediating factor between ni and kp, which were correlated with each other. With a sample size of 270, data were gathered quantitatively using a Likert scale (1–5), and structural equation modeling with partial least squares (SEM-PLS 3) was used for analysis. The findings show that SMM and CSR have a substantial positive direct impact on consumer trust, which significantly benefits brand image. Brand Image can be enhanced through substantial channels, as demonstrated by the indirect benefits of SMM and CSR through Consumer Trust. The model displays intense goodness of fit and predictive relevance, suggesting that SMM and CSR play critical roles in forming consumer trust and, in turn, brand image. These findings offer insightful information for retail businesses looking to enhance their brand image through socially conscious activities and strategic marketing.
