Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini: (1). Untuk mengetahui budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh teamwork terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3). Seberapa besar pengaruh budaya kerja dan teamwork terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat populasi sebanyak 163 penenuan banyaknya sampel menggunakan rumus taro yamane didapatkan sampel sebanyak 116 sampel. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis korelasi dan analisis determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi r sebesar 8,11 yang menjelaskan kedua variabel independen memiliki korelasi dan hubungan yang sangat kuat. Koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 65,7% yag berarti variabel budaya kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 65,7% dan 34,3% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam penelitian ini. Persamaan linear berganda adalah Y = 8,795 + 0,282X1 + 0,581X2 +e. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menguji hipotesis 1 yang memperoleh t hitung 6,387 > t tabel 1,65845, uji hipotesis 2 yang memperoleh t hitung 6,387 > t tabel 1,65845. Selanjutnya uji f yang memperoleh hasil f hitung 108,190 > f tabel 3,08. Dari perhitungan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Budaya Kerja dan Teamwork Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Kramat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Kepuasan nasabah pada Bank BTN KCP Jampang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Data yang diolah adalah hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada nasabah bank BTN KCP Jampang. Dengan menggunakan populasi sebanyak 800 orang dan sampel sebanyak 243. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Untuk menjelaskan deskripsi penelitian yang berkaitan dengan hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis: Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji t (parsial). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas layanan teller berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan nasabah bank BTN KCP Jampang.

Abstract

Faculty of Economics and Management is one of the faculties at IPB University, Dramaga, Bogor. Faculty of Economics and Management (FEM) IPB University has an average waiting period for work > 6 months higher than the IPB University average. Work readiness is something that students must have, one of the factors that affect work readiness is self-efficacy. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficay on the work readiness of students of the Faculty of Economics and Management. The research data were obtained from primary data and secondary data from filling out questionnaires by FEM IPB University students in 2020, journals, books, and sources. The study used simple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy affects student work readiness with a correlation value of 42.5%..

Abstract

RM Terapung Minahasa Utara is one of the business entities in the food and beverage industry located in North Minahasa Regency. However in practice, RM Terapung Minahasa Utara has not paid salary in accordance with the applicable minimum wage. The purpose of this study was to identify the compensation system implemented by the restaurant, analyze the basic factors for determining compensation (compensable factors), and design an ideal compensation system to be implemented in RM Terapung Minahasa Utara. This research was conducted in February 2023-April 2023. The methods used in this research are descriptive analysis, point method, job value, job grading, salary mapping, adhered and overlapping methods. RM Teapung Minahasa Utara compensation system was not ideal. The compensation factors used in RM Terapung Minahasa Utara are working experience, skill, teamwork, communicating and influencing, customer service orientation, problem solving, physical efforts, working complexity, and responsibility. The ideal compensation system to be implemented by restaurant is an adhered compensation system which located in the min–mid point range.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of work climate and motivation on employee performance at the Primary Health Care Unit (UPTD Puskesmas) in Tasikmalaya City. Employee performance (Y) is affected by work climate (X1) and motivation (X2) both partially and simultaneously. However, there are dimensions within each variable that require improvement, such as leadership's responsiveness to assistance requests in the work climate and the provision of recognition in motivation. The research employs a descriptive and verificative survey method with path analysis. Findings reveal that a positive work climate fosters a conducive work environment, while strong motivation drives employees towards achieving organizational goals. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that factors of leadership, work climate, motivation, and employee performance are interrelated within the context of Primary Health Care Units, contributing to the effectiveness of primary healthcare services.

Abstract

Tax revenue growth is still below expectations. Low tax rates in Indonesia resulting in low per capita income, low levels of taxpayer compliance, and other factors reflect this. This study aims to determine the effect of tax rates, tax socialization, e-filing, and tax awareness on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Pluit. This research uses a direct random sampling technique based on the Slovin formula. Research findings show that socialization and tax knowledge influence taxpayer compliance. Primary data used in the research was collected from 100 individual taxpayers through distributing questionnaires. The findings from this study indicate that tax rates and electronic filing have no impact on taxpayer compliance. Taxpayer compliance in paying taxes can be influenced by factors of tax socialization and tax knowledge made to taxpayers. This has a positive impact on taxpayer compliance. Several other variables in this research, such as E-filling, actually have no effect on taxpayer compliance with paying taxes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis perilaku keuangan (behavioral finance) investor individu terhadap investment decision making pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Studi ini mensurvei 149 investor individu. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Variabel dependen adalah investment decision making dan variable independen adalah Heuristic, Prospect, Market, dan Herding. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Heuristic, Market dan Herding berpengaruh positif terhadap investment decision making dan prospect tidak berpengaruh terhadap investment decision making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of distributive justice and procedural justice on performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable for honorary teachers at Madrasah Aliyah in Pacitan Regency. Respondents in this study were honorary teachers or non-permanent teachers at Madrasah Aliyah in Pacitan Regency, East Java. The sample used is 200 respondents, taken by saturation sampling technique. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis and data processing using IBM SPSS 21 software. This study found that distributive justice and procedural justice have a direct positive effect on performance. Distributive justice and procedural justice have a direct positive effect on job satisfaction. The work goals have a direct and significant positive effect on performance. The purpose of mediating the effect of distributive justice on performance. The purpose of mediating the effect of procedural fairness on performance. The difference between this study and previous research is that the object of this research is only focused on the Pacitan Regency area, while the research subjects are representatives of honorary teachers in the Pacitan Regency at the Madrasah Aliyah level. This study focuses on factors that affect performance, namely job satisfaction, procedural justice, and distributive justice. Based on this research, Kemenag or Kemendikbud Pacitan in the future can pay attention to the variables of this research aspect in the decision-making process and pay more attention to the welfare of honorary teachers. Limitations in the data collection process, the information provided by respondents through questionnaires sometimes does not show the respondent's actual opinion, this happens because sometimes there are differences in thoughts, assumptions, and different understandings of each respondent, as well as other factors such as honesty in filling out respondents' opinions in the questionnaire.

Abstract

Self-care is self-care is done to maintain good health, both physically and psychologically. No one in four people experienci mental problems in the world, an estimated 450 milion people worldwide who experience mental health disorder (World Health Organization). The purpose of research to describe self-care in patient with mental disorders regarding personal hygiene, ornate, eating, and toileting (defecate or urinate) in the Liver of the Foundation Sun Tasikmalaya City. Self-care deficit is impaired ability to perform activities which consisted of a shower, ornate, eating, and toileting (defecate or urinate) or personal hygiene independently. The method in this research is descriptive. The patient population 200 people with mental disorders, sampling random was 22 people, the type of research instrument used observation sheet, measured by observing the way. The result of self-care personal hygiene of patients with mental disorder category are not good (100%), personal care ornate category are not better than male patients (41%), personal care ornate of the patients were female category was not good (45%), both category (14%), personal care eating the category is not well (91%), while self-care toileting (defecate oe urinate) category is not good (82%). Both category (18%). Self-care deficit mental patients due to a lack of motivation and lack of facilities and infrastructure. All patients with mental disorders self-care deficit, expected to officer foundations to increase motivation and attention to the fulfilment facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to look at the growth and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to be able to help and improve the economy and absorb as many workers as possible as well as the introduction of superior regional products, especially Micro and Medium Enterprises. The analysis method is carried out through explanatory research, with the PLS/SEM application. The concepts and problems studied look at causal relationships, then explain the variables that cause the problems studied. The findings from this research show the influence of organizational culture, strategic orientation, on organizational performance. There is an influence of organizational culture, strategic orientation on innovation capability. There is an influence of innovation capability on organizational performance. There is an influence of organizational culture, strategic orientation on organizational performance which is mediated by innovation capability. The theoretical implication is that innovation capability through increasing its dimensions can improve the organizational performance of Micro and Medium Enterprises and can increase the trust and loyalty of related parties. Improve and develop production quality first, paying attention to development and innovation. Strategic orientation will provide a good indication of the organizational performance of Micro and Medium Enterprises. The managerial implication states that product quality, in the process of organizational performance involvement of all entrepreneurs with third parties is very close, so that cooperation and conformity with technical specifications to the wishes of the community must be a top priority. The quality of Micro and Medium Enterprises in terms of cooperation, production quality, performance of departments such as decision makers, is a picture that can be felt by the community or collaborating parties, so these various qualities must be a priority for improving Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
