Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of leadership, the motivations and performance of employees to the satisfaction of employment at the district office Ngantru Tulungagung regency .This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population and samples of all office employees, there were 22 responders. Data insertion method using questionnaire, field observation and literature method. While data analysis uses linear regression analysis. The research shows that leadership, The staff's motivations and performance have an effect on employees' satisfaction. It is supported by the result of r square or coefficient determination (KD) shows 90.6 % so interpreted if variable X1 (leader), X2 (motive) and X3 (employee performance) have a contribution of 90.6 % to variable Y (job satisfaction) and 9.4 % are influenced by other factors besides variable X. In addition, in the f count 68,347 receive is worth of 0,000 sig. Thus showing that the f count > f table or 68,347 > 3,13 with the sig 0,000 < 0,05. Thus received hypothesis. While on the outcome of the t count for partial that leadership, motivation and the employee performance led to satisfaction of employees at the district office Ngantru Tulungagung regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kerja lembur terhadap kinerja ASN. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno yang terletak di Kota Blitar pada tahun 2024. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 62 ASN yang ditentukan dengan metode sampel total atau sensus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kerja lembur secara simultan terhadap kinerja ASN adalah signifikan; (2) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja ASN adalah signifikan; (3) pengaruh kerja lembur terhadap kinerja ASN adalah signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Seberapa besar pengaruh konflik external,konflik internal dan Jobdesk terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Bengkulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 35 karyawan. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik total sampling. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi berganda dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, konflik external, konflik internal dan jobdesk berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, konflik external, konflik internal dan jobdesk terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

A library is a source of knowledge that contains elements of buildings, collections, human resources, and equipment. The library is charged with being able to implement the concept of emotional branding to create a nuance that can cultivate emotional closeness between the library and the librarian that make the librarians will get benefit from the services provided and they will be loyal librarians, so the rate of use of the library will increase. The library is claimed to have a large knowledgeable human resources and have the ability to manage the library as an undertaking that does not stand by itself. This qualitative research aims to design a strategy to optimize library human resources as information speakers on the ‘Safari Layanan of Bung Karno Library’ to Alpha Generation in the Blitar City. The research results show that in general, this activity has gone well and is acceptable, understood by older participants in the Alpha generation classification. However, as an attempt to optimize and deliver more outcomes, the conventional process business used is better with adopt the concept of Kaizen to applying continuous learning from the evaluation of one activity already implemented to be an improvement for the next activity. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kajian pemanfaatan hasil perikanan melalui pembinaan Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Tulungagung kepada kelompok pembudidaya ikan. Fokus utama penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembinaan, keterlibatan pembudidaya ikan terhadap pembinaan dan dampak dari pembinaan yang diberikan oleh Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Tulungagung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis sumber data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan yang diberikan oleh Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Tulungagung berdampak positif bagi pembudidaya ikan yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kualitas dan kuantitas hasil budidaya ikan. Dengan menerapkan teknik-teknik baru yang diajarkan selama pembinaan seperti manajemen kualitas air, penggunaan pakan yang lebih efisien, dan pencegahan penyakit, pembudidaya kini mampu meningkatkan produktivitas budidaya mereka secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang kajian pemanfaatan hasil perikanan melalui pembinaan Dinas Perikanan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil budidaya ikan

Abstract

The high level of public need for transportation has encouraged entrepreneurs to develop transportation technology. They compete to attract public interest so that they are interested in using their services in order to increase company profits. In this research the author will analyze the influence of financial performance using the economic profitability method with indicators of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Economic Value Added (EVA) in 10 transportation and logistics service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data taken is financial report data for transportation and logistics service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 in the form of balance sheets, profit and loss reports, or the company's annual financial reports. After analyzing the economic profitability method with the Return on Assets (ROA) indicators, Return on Equity (ROE) indicators, it can be concluded that the financial performance results using the ROA and ROE methods of the 10 companies tend to fluctuate every year. Meanwhile, the financial performance results using the EVA method from 10 companies also tend to fluctuate every year.

Abstract

Research on the influence of leadership and work motivation aims to analyze and explain the influence of digital leadership and work motivation on the accessibility of collections within the information service and collaboration workgroup at the UPT Proklamator Bung Karno Library. The research data was collected using a questionnaire method and the data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis using the F test and T test. Data collection using a census, so that data is taken from the entire population. The independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is collection accessibility. This research was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data was analyzed and tested using the F test and t test. The results showed that partially the digital leadership variable had an effect on the accessibility of the collection, and the work motivation variable had an effect on the accessibility of the collection. Simultaneously, the leadership variable and the work motivation variable affect the accessibility of the collection.

Abstract

Based on Undang-Undang RI Number 43 of 2007 concerning libraries, the ultimate goal of library services is user satisfaction. Every development carried out by the library is aimed at the interests of users so that user satisfaction can be achieved. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the significance of librarians' competence and the quality of membership services on user satisfaction. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach using a sampling of 100 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The test in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study explain that the librarian competency variable has no effect on user satisfaction; the quality of membership services affects user satisfaction; while together the competence of librarians and the quality of membership services affect the satisfaction of users at the UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno.

Abstract

Until 2022 and 2023, Gojek remains superior in the online transportation market in Indonesia. Gojek is an opportunity for business partners to develop their business and generate more economic benefits. Partners' financial management abilities are very necessary, in managing income and expenses, financing, saving and investing (Hilgert & Hogarth, 2003). The purpose of this research is to determine the significance or how much influence Income, Financial Literacy and Financial Technology both partially and simultaneously have on the Financial Management Behavior of GoCar Partners in Kediri. This research includes quantitative research that produces discoveries using statistical procedures. Primary data had taken using the questionnaire method, found 91 samples from the entire population using the purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the partial T Test, Income, Financial Literacy and Financial Technology each partially have a positive and significant effect on the Financial Management Behavior of GoCar partners in Kediri. From the results of the Simultaneous F Test, it is found that Income, Financial Literacy and Financial Technology simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Financial Management Behavior of GoCar partners in Kediri. This shows that income level, financial knowledge and ability to use financial technology together can influence a person's ability to organize, plan, manage, control and save finances in everyday life.

Abstract

SMK bertujuan untuk menyiapkan lulusan siap kerja, ironisnya SMK menjadi penyumbang pengangguran terbesar di Indonesia. Upaya SMK untuk mengatasi pengangguran adalah mengadakan program Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran dan manajemen BKK SMK Negeri 1 Kediri dalam meningkatkan keterserapan lulusan, serta mengetahui keberhasilan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi BKK. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Tempat penelitian di SMK Negeri 1 Kediri. Informan penelitian ditentukan secara purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan peran BKK dalam meningkatkan keterserapan lulusan ditunjukan dengan cara kerjasama industri, penawaran lulusan, pemberian bimbingan, rekrutmen, job fair, dan penelusuran lulusan. Manajemen BKK dilakukan dengan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Secara keseluruhan BKK SMK Negeri 1 Kediri telah berhasil menjalankan perannya walaupun terdapat faktor-faktor penghambat yang dialami.
