Abstract

This research aims to analyze the human resource management (HRM) strategy implemented in improving employee performance at UPI Zero Waste, Tulungagung Regency. The main focus of the research is evaluating the effectiveness of HRM policies and their impact on employee satisfaction, participation, efficiency and effectiveness of performance. The research method used is a qualitative and quantitative approach by conducting interviews, observation and quantitative data analysis. The research results show that the implementation of HRM policies contributes positively to employee satisfaction, which is reflected in their active participation in employee development programs. Performance efficiency and effectiveness have also increased as a result of a well-planned HRM strategy. Apart from that, good performance management and giving appropriate rewards are important factors in encouraging employee motivation. This research provides a comprehensive picture of effective HRM strategies in improving employee performance at UPI Zero Waste. The implications of these findings can provide a basis for similar organizations to improve and optimize HRM policies to achieve higher and sustainable performance goals.

Abstract

Regional Development Banks have a role in supporting the economy of a region, namely as an access provider of capital for individuals and business entities in the form of credit. In carrying out the intermediation function, banks are required to apply the principle of prudence in distributing credit to debtors. One of the current issues is that there has been a shift in BPD's business strategy, which previously relied on the consumer credit sector, but is now starting to shift to the productive sector. This cannot be separated from the credit distribution diversification strategy so that it is more optimal and does not rely on just one sector. This research will test whether credit diversification has an effect on credit risk and profitability at Regional Development Banks (BPD) in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative research approach. The data used in this research is secondary data from financial reports released by BPD for the 2020-2023 period. The population in this research is the Regional Development Banks in Indonesia, namely 27 banks. The sampling of companies in this research used a purposive sampling method, resulting in a sample of 22 banks. The results of the research show that credit diversification has a negative and significant influence on credit risk variables. In addition, credit diversification has a positive and significant influence on the profitability variable (ROA).

Abstract

The performance of each employee is different from other employees according to their level of knowledge, skills, and motivation. Human resource management carried out professionally can improve employee performance. The aim of this research is to determine the significance of the influence of motivation, work environment, and work benefits on performance. The data research techniques in this research are Questionnaire/Questionnaire techniques, Observation, and Documentation Techniques. Data Quality Test using Validity and Reliability Test. Data analysis techniques use Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test, and T Test. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be explained that the influence of motivation on performance has a sig value. 0.011<0.05. The influence of work environment variables on performance has a value of sig.0.011 <0.05. The influence of the work allowance variable on performance has a sig value. 0.001> 0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that the variables of motivation, incentives, and work environment have a significant influence on performance at the UPT Proklamator Bung Karno Library.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno dengan membagikan kuesioner penelitian ke 75 ASN sebagai responden, alat untuk menganalisis data yaitu SPSS. Hasil pengolahan data membuktikan bahwa indikator variabel telah memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Variabel kualitas SDM dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Hasil pengolahan data membuktikan bahwa indikator variabel telah emenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Variabel kualitas SDM dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of green marketing and e-WOM (electronic word of mouth) on repurchase intention through Brand Image, with a case study of Kopi Kekinian shop consumers in Kediri City. The population in this research consists of all consumers of Kopi Kekinian shops in Kediri City. The research sample is a portion of these consumers, selected using purposive sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The analysis results show that green marketing has a significant positive effect on Brand Image. e-WOM has a significant positive effect on the Brand Image of the product. Green marketing has not effect on repurchase intention. e-WOM has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention for the product. Brand Image has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. Brand Image can mediate the influence of green marketing on repurchase intention for Kopi Kekinian in Kediri City. However, Brand Image does not mediate the influence of e-WOM on repurchase intention for Kopi Kekinian in Kediri City.

Abstract

Employees are one factor which is very important for the organization to achieve target. Increasing employee performance is influenced by several factors including career development, work engagement, and job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of career development and work engagement partially on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction partially on performance, the influence of career development on performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, and the influence of work engagement on performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at KPP Pratama Pare. The method in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study was KPP Pratama Pare employees, totaling 101 people, where the entire population was used as the research sample. This research data collection technique uses questionnaire distribution and personnel documentation data. This research uses the path analysis method. The results of this research data analysis show that KPP Pratama Pare employees: 1). Career development influences job satisfaction, 2). Work engagement influences job satisfaction, 3). Career development influences performance, 4). Work engagement influences performance, 5.) Job satisfaction influences performance, 6). Career development influences performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, 7). Work engagement influences performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is dynamically continuing to innovate to meet all forms of banking service needs while consistently remaining a key partner for the Indonesian people in developing their economy. This aims to reach more customers, improve service quality, and innovate by offering digital products and services to meet the banking and financial needs of customers from all walks of life, even in the most remote areas of Indonesia. BRISPOT is an internal application of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk which is a digital innovation in marketing activities, initiatives, decisions, monitoring of the activity of marketers and customers, as well as managing customer documents, loans and deposits, managing debtor and fund storage data, user performance, to know the contribution that has been given to the company. This qualitative research aims to examine the issues faced by marketing personnel in utilizing the BRISPOT application and to identify strategies for optimizing the use of the application. Research findings related to the general constraints concerning technical issues in applications that tend to be slow in synchronizing information with external parties such as the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Credit Information System (SLIK), as well as technical constraints related to slow loading processes due to network issues and the gadgets being used. In general, the marketing team is able to take swift action as a solution so that these obstacles do not hinder their work, while optimization strategies to address these challenges have been pursued to completion by those in authority.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh green product knowledge, green packaging dan perceived price terhadap green purchase intention konsumen AMDK merek MAS di Kota Bengkulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 110. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 110. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik accidental sampling. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda, korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi berganda, uji t dan uji F yang diolah dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS 21. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, green product knowledge, green packaging dan perceived price berpengaruh terhadap green purchase intention. Secara simultan, green product knowledge, green packaging dan perceived price berpengaruh terhadap green purchase intention pada konsumen AMDK merek MAS di Kota Bengkulu

Abstract

Formal education is structured education provided by official institutions such as schools and universities. In addition to obtaining degrees, formal education also aids in personal development, critical thinking, and shaping individual character. For Civil State Apparatus (ASN/Aparatur Sipil Negara), advancing formal education is essential for self-improvement, career growth, and adapting to the changing times. Motivation and interest are key factors in an ASN's decision to pursue further education. Government policy support through various regulations encourages ASN to enhance their competencies. The objective of this research is to examine the influence of employees' motivation to advance formal education and organizational policies on human resource development at KPPBC TMC Kediri. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, with data collection conducted through questionnaires and data processing using SPSS.
