Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh religiusitas dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Pusat CV. Aura Seed Indonesia yang semua beragama Islam atau muslim. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 55 responden yang diambil dari karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan Likert Scale dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel religiusitas dan motivasi kerja memiliki hubungan yang linear dengan variabel kinerja. Berdasarkan uji T yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel religiusitas dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja. Adapun berdasarkan uji R square yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel religiusitas dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 74,3% terhadap variabel kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and motivation on employee performance at the Kediri Pratama Tax Service Office (KPP). Employee performance is a strategic factor in achieving the effectiveness of public organizations, where competence and motivation are the main elements that are interrelated in increasing work productivity. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The research sample consisted of 74 KPP Pratama Kediri employees selected through a census. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and literature studies, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that competence and motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance (F count = 51.137; sig < 0.05). Partially, competence had a positive effect on performance (t count = 2.980; sig = 0.04), and motivation also had a significant positive effect on performance (t count = 6.218; sig < 0.001). The R² value of 0.590 indicates that 59% of the variation in employee performance is explained by these two variables. This finding confirms that improving competency through training and strengthening work motivation through a fair and transparent reward system can improve employee performance and organizational effectiveness at the Kediri Pratama Tax Office.

Abstract

The Personal Characteristics Test (Tes Karakteristik Pribadi/TKP) is one of the key components of the Basic Competency Selection (Seleksi Kompetensi Dasar/SKD) for Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) administered through the Computer Assisted Test (CAT) system of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN). TKP assesses dimensions such as personality, integrity, public service, networking, socio-cultural adaptability, information technology proficiency, professionalism, and anti-radicalism attitudes that are relevant to the demands of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) profession. This study aims to analyze the effect of TKP scores on the professionalism level of ASN in the Kediri Regency Government, as measured by the ASN Professionalism Index (Indeks Profesionalitas ASN/IP ASN). The research employed a quantitative approach using secondary data from the 2021 CPNS selection results and the 2024 IP ASN assessment. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results show that TKP scores have a positive and significant effect on ASN professionalism, with the largest contribution compared to other SKD components. These findings highlight the role of TKP as a key indicator in the ASN recruitment process, correlating with post-appointment performance and work ethic. The study recommends maintaining and improving the quality of the TKP instrument to ensure greater adaptability to the challenges of modern public service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of external interventions by non-governmental organizations (NGOs) on the work stress level and leadership effectiveness of principals at public senior high schools in Kediri Regency and Kediri City. NGO interventions that often exceed the limits of social oversight have resulted in increased psychological pressure and disruptions to school leadership performance. This research employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method, supported by qualitative data from in-depth interviews. The results show that external intervention by NGOs has a positive and significant effect on the work stress levels of school principals, indicated by a t-statistic value of 5.123 and a p-value < 0.05. However, the influence of such interventions on leadership effectiveness was not statistically significant, with a t-statistic of 1.763 and a p-value > 0.05. In-depth interviews reinforced these findings, revealing that school principals experience various forms of pressure, threats, and discomfort due to NGO interference, although they continue to uphold professional and regulation-based leadership. This study highlights the urgent need for clear regulations and boundaries regarding the role of NGOs in educational environments to ensure their presence supports educational quality rather than creating psychological burdens that interfere with school management

Abstract

Public service quality is an important indicator of good governance in the public sector. Despite Tulungagung Regency achieved a “very good” rating in the Bureaucratic Reform Index and the Public Service Index, the Community Satisfaction Survey reveals lack in work discipline. This study examines the effects of work discipline on public service quality at Organizational Division of Regional Secretariat Tulungagung Regency. This study used a quantitative approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale (1 to 5) administered to 103 respondents, then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help SPSS computer program. The findings indicate that work discipline positively influence public service quality. These results underscore the strategic role of human resource capacity and behavioral compliance in enhancing the reliability, timeliness, and professionalism of services in local government institutions. This study provides empirical evidence to the public sector management literature that sustained investment in discipline governance is crucial for improving public service quality performance.

Abstract

The public needs good governance. The challenges of governance today and in the future are much greater, so bureaucratic reform or changes in the system of government administration are needed. One effort to realize bureaucratic reform is through the concept of berakhlak work culture as a manifestation of basic values ​​that must be upheld by every ASN, especially for employees of the Regional Secretariat of Tulungagung Regency. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of a berakhlak work culture on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Tulungagung Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative method with a multiple linear equation model with SPSS statistical tools. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the Slovin formula so that a sample of 140 respondents is obtained. The data used is primary data measured by a Likert Scale through a questionnaire instrument distributed via Google Forms. The results of this study indicate that a berakhlak work culture has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Tulungagung Regency. In general, this indicates that the implementation of a berakhlak work culture with good morals is good enough to improve the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Tulungagung Regency and implement a form of good governance.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa, manufaktur, maupun perdagangan dituntut untuk selalu bisa eksis dalam memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan pelanggan. Persediaan merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang harus dikelola secara optimal agar dapat memenuhi kualitas dan kuantitas yang diinginkan oleh pelanggan. Pengelolaan persediaan barang memegang peranan penting dalam proses kegiatan jual beli pada perusahaan dagang, sehingga penting bagi perusahaan untuk mengelola dan mengawasi persediaan yang dimilikinya. Volume produksi yang terus meningkat atau stabil diangka yang besar serta biaya-biaya yang diminimalisir tentu akan menjadi sebuah jaminan tersendiri bagi Perusahaan dalam kelangsungan hidup perusahaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui optimalisasi volume produksi benih kacang Panjang melalui pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku di CV. Aura Seed Indonesia. Metode penelitian melibatkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara terhadap pimpinan dan beberapa tim dari CV. Aura Seed Indonesia, serta observasi langsung ke lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan persediaan benih kacang Panjang di CV. Aura Seed Indonesia telah dilakukan secara maksimal dan sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku. Sehingga volume produksi di CV. Aura Seed Indonesia dapat meningkat dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan benih kacang Panjang di perusahaan.

Abstract

Kinerja SDM yang baik diperlukan untuk memastikan pelayanan publik berjalan dengan optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Implementasi Aplikasi Kian Prima Dalam Manajemen Kinerja SDM Pelayanan Publik Di Kota Kediri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 12 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan, dokumentasi, wawancara, observasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Aplikasi ini membantu dalam pemantauan kinerja secara real-time, meningkatkan koordinasi antar unit, serta mempercepat pengambilan keputusan. Namun, implementasi masih perlu diperkuat dengan pelatihan berkelanjutan dan evaluasi rutin untuk memastikan optimalisasi penggunaan aplikasi secara maksimal. Saran dalam penelitian ini yaitu melakukan evaluasi berkala terhadap penggunaan aplikasi untuk memperbaiki dan menyesuaikan fitur sesuai kebutuhan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of partnership status and compensation on the performance of courier officers at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) KCU Palembang. The background of this study is based on the increasing competition in the logistics industry due to the development of e-commerce, which demands an increase in the quality of human resources, especially courier officers. The study used a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. The research sample consisted of 79 courier officers selected through saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination (R²). The results showed that partnership status and compensation had a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on courier officer performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.611 indicates that 61.1% of the variation in courier officer performance can be explained by these two variables. This indicates that clarity of partnership status and fair compensation can increase motivation, loyalty, and productivity of courier officers. Researchers recommend that PT Pos Indonesia strengthen its partnership system and improve its compensation policy to improve the company's performance and competitiveness in the national logistics industry.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the differences in the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of generation z civil servants and Government Employees with Employment Agreements in Tulungagung Regency Government. The increasing composition of generation z civil servants and Government Employees with Employment Agreements requires regional leaders to be more adaptive and inspiring, considering that this generation has different characteristics from previous generations. This type of research is quantitative with a comparative approach (comparing). The independent variable (x) in the form of transformational leadership style and the attachment variable in the form of civil servant and Government Employees with Employment Agreements performance are used as research objects. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include instrument testing, descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression twice and hypothesis testing. Research results (1) Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of generation z civil servants (2) Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on generation z PPPK performance (3) There is a difference in the magnitude of the influence of transformational leadership style on performance between the generation z civil servant and Government Employees with Employment Agreements groups
