Abstract

This study wasconductedtofindoutthe obstacles of implementation of Islamic education at the Elementary School of Lobugoti Sigotom Julu District Pangaribuan District North Tapanuli. North Tapanuli is a very familiar area with kinship or kinship. It is very unfortunate if this does not care about each other. This research is expected to provide solutions for the implementation of Islamic religious education in the form of procurement of Islamic religious teachers and the provision of school facilities and infrastructure that support the teaching and learning process at the school. Islamic religious education is essentially an effort to transfer religious values, knowledge and culture that are carried out continuously so that values can be a source of motivation and aspirations and benchmarks in the actions and attitudes and thinking patternsfor adherents. Research on the obstacles of the implementation of Islamic religious education in Lobugoti Sigotom Julu State Elementary School, Pangaribuan Tapanuli Utara District is included in field research, withgrounded theory method. Technique of taking informant in this research done by purposive. Data sources are obtained directly through the parties concerned through interviews, observation and document analysis. This research is very useful for the benefit of the people, the nation and the state in realizing the ideals of the Indonesian republic's struggle, where with religious education, the moral of the students become better.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sebagai suatu organisasi yang ranahnya di bidang informasi dan berorientasi kepada pengguna, tentunya harus mengikuti perkembangan sesuai dengan keinginan penggunanya. Pengguna perpustakaan saat ini adalah rata-rata berasal dari kaum millennial sehingga sistem yang disediakan juga harus sesuai dengan keinginan mereka yang serba digital dan canggih. Saat ini perpustakaan sudah memiliki teknologi yang memungkinkan semua hal pengelolaan tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi elektronik. Teknologi elektronik tentu tidak terlepas dari dua hal, yaitu hardware dan software. Hardware tidak akan dapat berfungsi apabila software tidak menyertainya begitu pula sebaliknya. Bisa dikatakan hardware itu merupakan penghubung brainware atau manusia untuk dapat mempergunakan software. Dari hasil penelitian yang tim penulis lakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Sistem Informasi Manajemen Perpustakaan (SIMP) mempermudah pengguna untuk mendapatkan informasi yang mereka inginkan dan menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk berjalannya kegiatan operasional perpustakaan STIPAP.

Abstract

Peran ulama di tengah perkembangan komunitas sosial budaya yang disebabkan oleh pandangan, Asumsi dan kenyataan yang berkembang di tengah-tengah masyarakat tentang kemampuan keilmuan dan kealiman ulama. Pergeseran tersebut juga muncul dari sikap dan pribadi ulama tersebut secara langsung yang ditampilkannya dari peran dan pelaksanaan sosial keagamaan ulama tersebut terhadap masyarakat disatu sisi pesantren yang menerima sistem dan tuntutan perkembangan zaman. Walaupun pendidikan kader ulama mampu menjadi solusi melahirkan kompentensi seorang ulama namun di satu sisi terjadi problematika ketika berbicara legalitas alumninya ketika ingin bekerja secara formal seperti contoh Problematik kelembagaan Pendidikan Tinggi Kader Ulama sampai saat ini adalah keberadaan atau akreditasinya belum dikatakan sebagai pendidikan formal masih bersifat non formal.

Abstract

Baban village has a tahfidz program educational institution that has the magnetic power to attract interest as well as the development of human resources of the local community, especially in terms of religious education such as memorizing the Qur'an. The history of the establishment of the tahfidz program with the Ilan method begins with the anxiety of a hafidzoh named Ahdil Ummamiyah when he saw the children in Baban village playing more than learning, this was what later made him feel called to establish the tahfidz program in the Baban hamlet. The tahfidz program is held 3 times a day, at the dawn, the Asr, and the evening. The method used in this program is the Ilan method and rewards for those who have progressed in memorizing and giving punishment when not adding to the memorization of the Koran. The Baban Hamlet community is very enthusiastic about supporting this program by participating in the implementation of the Ilan method. This research shows that the holding of the Tahfidz program in the Baban hamlet can build citizens' concern for children who memorize the Qur'an. Al-Qur'an is a source of Islamic law that can bring calm to those who read and practice it especially for those who can memorize it. This study discusses the implementation of the Tahfidz program in the village of Baban. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with the method of extracting observational data, interviews, and documentation. With a focus of research: First, the history of the establishment of the Tahfidz program in the village of Baban. Second, the implementation of the tahfidz program with the Ilan method. Third, the community response to the Tahfidz program in the Baban village. Fourth, the impact on children who take part in the Tahfidz program in Baban sub-village. This research is important because the researcher tries to describe how the implementation of the Tahfidz program in the hamlet of Baban. This research is also interesting because the researchers also tried to describe how the response of the Baban hamlet community to the Tahfidz program.

Abstract

This paper aims to critically analyze the phenomenon of agricultural land rent in Nagori Perlanaan, Bandar-Simalungun through Yusuf Qardhawi's Law perspective. The research is field research, where the data collection methods are: Observation, Interviews and documentation. The study found that the phenomenon of agricultural land rent in Nagori Perlanaan was with money. From Qardhawi's view, this practice is prohibited. The reason is that there is a prohibition from several prophetic traditions (hadits). In addition, this method contains elements of injustice and vagueness. Such method cannot be excluded with other rental models such as house, vehicles and so on. In this context, the muzâra'ah system or profit sharing is more appropriate, because tenant farmers are more protected and guaranteed.

Abstract

Pesantren is the oldest Islamic education institution in Indonesia. At first, the pesantren was known as a traditional educational institution that was taught in surau, prayer rooms, mosques, or the foyer of a teacher using the bandongan and sorogan methods. The books studied in Jurisprudence are generally written in Arabic without lines (harakat) usually called bare books (without harakat) or yellow books (because the paper is yellowish in color). Later, along with the times and advances in science and technology (science and technology), as well as the enactment of the National Education System Law, education in pesantren has been more formulated, in essence there has been an update or modernization of the pesantren education system including: a) developing curriculum in accordance times, b) complementing the means of supporting the learning process, c) developing the santes lifeskill, d) providing a vehicle for self-actualization in the community. Facing the era of globalization which has an impact on various changes both in the economic and socio-cultural fields, the Islamic boarding school is required to respond adaptively and even innovatively with a balanced knowledge of both diniyah and madiyah. So in facing the challenges of the times, pesantren must also always hold the principles of renewal while upholding the values of Islamic teachings, having guided freedom, being able to self-regulate, having a high sense of togetherness, respecting parents and teachers, love of science , independent and simple as an effort to maintain the existence and Islamic identity of its adherents.

Abstract

Daulah Bani Umayyah, sebagaimana dicatat dalam sejarah merupakan kelanjutan dari khulafaurrasyidin, suatu pemerintahan pada masa khulafaurrasyidin yang pernah mengukir sejarah peradaban Islam selama kurang lebih 30 tahun, sejak berakhirnya risalah kenabian Muhammad saw. Namun, dalam perkembangannya ia kemudian berubah menjadi sistem kerajaan, yang peralihan kekuasaan-Nya dijalankan berdasarkan keturunan. Hal ini menyebabkan bergesernya sistem pemerintahan Islam, dari sistem demokrasi (syura) menjadi sistem monarchy heridetis (kerajaan turun temurun). Masa kekuasaan Dinasti Umayyah yang cukup panjang, kurang lebih 91 tahun merupakan salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan kejayaannya, sehingga mampu memberikan kontribusi yang sangat besar bagi perkembangan peradaban Islam. Berangkat dari uraian di atas, kajian ini akan mencoba menelusuri sejarah berdirinya dinasti Umayyah, yang pembahasannya difokuskan pada permasalahan peradaban yang terjadi, meliputi asal-usul, latarbelakang dan penggagas terbentuknya dinasti Umayyah.

Abstract

Every student's behavior, consciously or not, is always colored by values ​​that come from the concept of religion he believes in, and always tries to instill these religious values ​​in order to live in himself and others. Through religious education it is hoped that it can encourage students to obey their religious teachings in their daily life and make religion the ethical and moral foundation in their personal, family, community, national and state life. The problems of Islamic religious education in public schools seem to be placed in second place when compared to other subjects. Most of the students do not pay attention to focus on studying Islamic religious education. This problem is none other than the fundamental cause because Islamic religious education does not include lessons at the UN, student behavior is not a measure of starting only based on cognitive, limited hours of Islamic religious education in schools.

Abstract

Communication between teacher and student in the implementation of learning is crucial to the acquisition of targeted learning outcomes, this is because the purpose of communication is the effort to deliver messages from the communicator to the communicant so that they have the same meaning. Same here the meaning is the same interpretation of a teacher who teaches in class to students. Children with physical impairment are children who have a damaged or disturbed condition as a result of impaired form or obstacles in the bones, muscles, and joints in their normal functioning. This condition can be caused by illness, accident or can be caused due to innate. Access to education for the physically disabled is no different from a normal child, they both have the right to obtain education such as gaining knowledge, abilities, and skills. Although many individual differences are expressed between one child and another, human rights remain the same as are the rights of extraordinary children the same as normal children. The communication strategy of Islamic religious education teachers is expected to be realized properly so that in the delivery of the material gets a foot back, For this reason, the authors convey the results of research in the form of Communication Strategies of Islamic Education Teachers for Tunadaksa children in LB LB YPAC Medan.

Abstract

Asy'ariyah rapidly developed from the 11th century AD. Together with the spread of Sufism (Sufi), this understanding also gained support by rulers in several Islamic governments. Ash'ariyah became the official school of the Gaznawi dynasty in India in the 11th-12th century that caused this understanding to spread from India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, to Indonesia. Asy'ariyah's understanding is very strong in the body of Muslims and the aqidah continues to spread among Muslims. They do not realize that their understanding is a deviation from the auspices of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah, a new idea that exists after the end of the main generation of people: companions, tabi'in, and tabi'in.
