Abstract

Leadership is key in managing an organization, therefore in the management field, it must be studied. Many leadership research is produced by management researcher but it is still lack in studying Islam concepts. This article argues that Islamic leadership to guide ummah, justice, humanity and love each other. Muhammad Prophet is an ideal leader model, therefore the managers and leaders should follow his leadership.

The preparation of an instructional strategy becomes part of the instructional design with several important key components, such as instructional sequence activities, content outlines, instructional methods, media and instructional tools, and time.

Abstract

Perkembangan pendidikan Islam di Kabupaten Dairi tidak dapat terlepas dari proses masuk dan berkembangnya Islam di Kabupaten Dairi. Pendidikan Islam berkembang seiring banyaknya tokoh-tokoh pembawa Islam yang mendirikan lembaga lembaga pendidikan Islam mulai dari masjid, pesantren serta madrasah. Kondisi pendidikan Islam di Kabupaten Dairi menampakkan perkembangan yang baik bagi kemajuan penddikan Islam di tengah-tengah daerah yang mayoritas penduduknya adalah non Muslim.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the group communication strategy in motivating students learning at Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Middle School Medan. The research method used in this research is analytical descriptive which provides as detailed data as possible and then analyzes it in the form of written words. This study is included in the qualitative category, with the location of the study conducted at the Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Education Foundation Medan Jl. Setia Budi No.191 Medan. source of data in research obtained through literature review literature. Then the source of the data came from the results of in-depth interviews with informants namely VIII-C Middle School students, Principal of Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Middle School, then a number of Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Middle School teachers were added. The results of this study illustrate the strategies used in group communication using the active learning approach through problem-solving methods in the hope that students can learn actively by solving problems in their lessons while researchers are only instructors to solve problems so as to create intelligence, knowledge, personality, noble character and the skills to live independently. Communication Planning conducted by Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Middle School Teachers, namely face to face communication, is used if they expect the effect of behavior change from the communicant, because it is more persuasive and uses media communication (mediated communication), is used more for informative communication by reaching out to more communicants but very weak in terms of persuasion. The implementation of group communication conducted by Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Middle School Teachers is, In this case, the teacher uses the Group Investigation method, where this method involves students since planning, both in determining the topic and the way to learn it through investigation.

Abstract

Organization is a collection of several people who have the same vision and idea. However, this does not mean that an organization can be carried out sustainably and harmoniously, there are many stumbling blocks when they run organization. Small or large organization does not guarantee the harmony of members in an organization. Through observation and literacy studies this writing contains some obstacles especially in the communication process in an organization. The causes often arise from internal organization such as disharmony between officials, selfishness, prioritizing group interests, which impact complicated problems and even can destroy the organization. If an organization has effective communication, it will be certain that every problem will be resolved properly. Effective communication is a way to make harmonis relationship in an organization, and then the goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan di sekolah tentang Pengaruh Kompetensi Sosial dan Motivasi Guru dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam pada Hasil Belajar Siswa Penelitian dilakukan oleh peneliti tentang pengaruh kompetensi sosial dengan hasil belajar siswa dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 33,042 + 0, 637 X1 dari 0,6372 = 0, 4057, pengaruh antara motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 33,430 + 0,754X2. Arti persamaan garis regresi adalah bahwa setiap perubahan satu variabel dari motivasi mengajar guru akan diikuti oleh perubahan 0,7542 = 0,5685, dan hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi sosial dan motivasi mengajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa Dengan persamaan garis regresi Ŷ = 22.209 + 0.385X1 + 0.373X2. Arti persamaan garis regresi adalah bahwa setiap perubahan variabel kompetensi dan motivasi guru akan diikuti oleh perubahan (0,385X1 = 0,1482 = 14,82%) + (0,373X2. = 0,1391 = 13,91%) hasil belajar siswa dengan arah yang sama pada konstanta 22.209 berarti bahwa 14.365% variasi dalam hasil belajar siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kompetensi dan motivasi mengajar guru.

Abstract

Regional Autonomy in the reform era along with changes in legislation regarding the management of the education financing system has had a serious impact on the education system that was initially centralizedto decentralized. This change has a positive impact on the region in the management of education, especially financing in the process of advancing education in each region, especially Islamic education. Because the needs of each region differ in conditions and problems, the central government provides a mandatory through the basic law in Law No. 22 of 1999 concerning regional government and Law No. 25 of 1999 concerning financial balance between the central government and the regions, which was later revised to Law No. 32 of 2004 concerning regional government and Law No. 33 of 2004, namely the regulation of two new regional revenue sources, namely regional balance funds and loans. With the decentralization of central authority to the regions means that a region is given the opportunity to recognize and find solutions to the problems of the region in advancing Islamic education.

Abstract

Pernikahan merupakan suatu ikatan yang sangat sakral dalam agama kita, karena dengan adanya pernikahan ini hasrat seseorang akan tersalurkan dalam bingkai ibadah. Serta akan mendapatkan keturunan yang dilegitimasi oleh agama. Namun jangan dikira bahwa hidup dalam sebuah ikatan perkawinan penuh dengan hiasan canda dan tawa bagaikan hidup dalam surga. Tentunya banyak kendala-kendala yang mereka hadapi baik itu disebabkan oleh faktor ekonomi, orang tua maupun lingkungan. Memang semua jenis kendala, baik yang rumit hingga sangat rumit yang ada di dalam keluarga harus selalu dicoba untuk sama-sama kita selesaikan dengan baik-baik, agar kita dapat mempertahankan hubungan pernikahan kita dengan baik dan tidak terlibat kedalam cerai (talak). Tetapi apabila sudah sangat terpaksa dan kebersamaan di dalam hubungan semakin lama semakin terasa tidak tenang, menyiksa dan masalah yang ada semakin lama tidak kunjung membaik, maka dengan sangat terpaksa melakukan talak/prceraian diperbolehkan meskipun hal ini tidak disukai oleh Allah swt.

Abstract

Discussion of the curriculum based on the philosophy of Islamic education is a must, because the philosophy of Islamic education is a compass and foundation for various kinds of educational activities and activities in order to achieve educational goals. The necessity of discussing the perspective of Islamic education philosophy is to avoid the obscurity and obscurity of the curriculum. Explanation of the path of light (manhaj), suggests that the curriculum is an educational tool that must be taken integrally to achieve educational goals. As Islam considers that the purpose of education is to shape a person's personality that makes him a human being, with the pattern of piety, we mean that people are spiritually and physically intact, able to live and develop naturally and normally because of their submission to Allah SWT. This paper is entitled The essence of the curriculum in the perspective of Islamic education philosophy, which will discuss the understanding, branches, principles, and urgent matters concerning the curriculum in the realm of philosophy.
