Annual Conference on Islamic Early Childhood Education (ICIECE) merupakan konferensi yang diadakan secara rutin setiap tahun oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Tema yang dikaji dalam konferensi ini adalah tema-tema mutakhir yang relevan dengan pengembangan pendidikan anak usia dini. Kami mengundang pendidik, peneliti, praktisi, dan pemerhati pendidikan anak usia dini untuk mengirimkan artikel yang relevan dan mempresentasikanya dalam forum konferensi. Artikel terpilih yang telah diseminarkan akan dipublikasikan dalam bentuk prosiding (print dan online).

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman yang diikuti dengan perkembangan teknologi perlahan-perlahanmennggeser keberadaan permainan tradisional. Sekarang ini jarang sekali kita melihat anak-anakmemainkan permainan tradisional seperti telepon bambu, kelereng dan petak umpet. Permainantradisional merupakan kekayaan budaya lokal yang seharusnya dapat dimanfaatkan dalampembelajaran, justru tergeser dengan munculnya berbagai permaianan yang dapat diunduh secaraonline di komputer maupun di gadget. Adapun permasalahan yang ada di atas, bahwa kecerdasananak dapat dikembangkan melalui cerita menggunakan media permaianan tradisional. Teknik yangdipakai dalam penulisan ini adalah kajian pustaka. Hasil kajian pustaka yang telah dikaji bahwakecerdasan linguistik anak bisa dikembangkan melalui cerita. Dimana cerita tersebut diaplikasikan pada permainan tradisional meliputi telepon bambu, kelereng dan petak umpet.Adapun permainan tradisional tersebut dapat memberi manfaat melatih keterampilankomunikasi anak dan mengenalkan anak pada salah satu jenis alat komunikasi karenapermainan ini dilakukan secara bersama-sama. Abstract

Bercerita menggunakan media boneka untuk anak usia dini merupakan kegiatan yang sangatmenarik bagi anak. Karena dengan adanya media boneka anak akan tertarik dalam menyimakcerita yang dibawakan oleh orang tua atau guru. Cara tersebut sangat efektif terutama untukmengembangkan kemampuan bahasa anak, selain itu untuk mengembangakn kognitifkeerdasan anak usia dini. Anak seakan dapat merasakan suasan ayang sesunguhnya denganadanya boneka tersebut sesuai dengan cerita yang dibawakan. Selainitu melaui penuturan olehpencerita anak akan memperhatikan kata, bunyi dan eksresi pencerita, dari situ anak dapatbelajar dalam memahami berinteraksi, dan memahi bahasa. Bahasa menjadi aspekperkembangan anak yang sangat penting untuk diberikan stimulus. Tugas orang tua danpendidik agar dapat memberikan pengarahan dan ajaran anak agar anak dapatmengembangkan kemampuannya dengan baik. Kemampuan yang dikembangkan yaitukemampuan bahasa verbal maupun kemampuan bahasa nonverbal. Abstract

Kebudayaan merupakan suatu kebiasaan yang akan ada disetiap daerah bahkan menjadi cirikhas tersendiri. Budaya akan hilang jika tidak dilestarikan dan dirawat oleh generasi selanjutnya,karena zaman semakin canggih membuat generasi lupa bahkan tidak mengenal kebudayaannyasendiri. Saat ini masyarakat jawa kembali menghidupkan kebudayaan yang ada supaya terusberkembang dan menjadi kearifan lokal, yaitu kebudayaan wayang. Wayang ada kurang lebih900 tahun yang lalu, dan terus mengalami kemajuan. Dahulu wayang digunakan oleh wali songodalam menyebarkan agama Islam melalui cerita-cerita yang menjadikan wayang sebagai media.Oleh sebab itu banyak masyarakat jawa yang akhirnya masuk Islam. seiring berjalannya waktuwayang tidak hanya di gunakan untuk mengkisahkan yang bisa dilihat orang dewasa bahkanbisa di tampilkan pada anak usia dini guna membangun kebudayaan Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to determine the education of early childhood faith through stories in the TKITA1 group At-Taqwa Grabag Magelang. The research methodology used uses a qualitativeapproach. The technique used in this study is the technique of observation, interviews,documentation with data collection tools, namely interview guides, observation, documentationand field notes. The population in this study were all A1 group children, totaling 22 people withone class teacher and one accompanying teacher. The results showed that the education ofearly childhood faith through storytelling applied at the At-Taqwa Grabag TKIT in Magelang wasconducted using picture books, videos, and using teaching aids such as hand puppets, fingerpuppets, puppets, and flannel boards. The storytelling activity was carried out at least once amonth especially on Friday as the development of children's faith education through narrating,coloring and writing the name of the Prophet's heart. Abstract

Character Education is a process of transformation of the values of life, whether it is the value ofgood character or bad character values that otherwise would is grown in the behavior ofindividuals who will be united in him, to be characteristic of the individual. Character educationis built from an early age, where the child's development is very rapid. Abstract

Story and character education are two very important things in early childhood education. Storyis a method for conveying messages through an event. Whereas character education is an effortor guidance that aims to shape a child's personality. Character value in early childhood is a verybasic value that must be owned by each individual, therefore, steps to develop it through thereality of living together that make children feel the goodness of that value. One method incharacter education is through stories, in which the story is one of the expressions in the Qur'anwhich can be grouped into historical, parable, and amateur stories. Abstract

One of the basic value that must be possessed by a child to become a human who is able toaccept differences is to have a good religious tolerance attitude in behaving as God’s people,family member, and society member. Early childhood is the best time to embed the tolerancevalue as the foundation in diversity. The importance of this, the golden age developmentperiod in early childhood so this is important that tolerance value is embedded early on,then it can be born a generation that can well tolerate in social, religious, and culturalaspects. This is done as the provision for children to interact in the middle of societydiversity. The differences in ethnicity, religion, and culture will be found in society including inthe school later. Therefore, the understanding of tolerance that has been embedded sincechildhood is very useful as the preparation for children to understand, learn, and get along withtheir environment. By teaching about tolerance can help the children to see that the world theylive in is full of diversity that needs to be appreciated and respected
