Approval of medical measures is approval given to the patient or the patient'sfamily after getting complete information about the medical action to be done and therisks. According to Decree No. 290 of 2008, all medical measures must be approved.Lawsuits and lawsuits against doctors and hospitals in Indonesia today often occur, oneof which is related to medical records. Based on this background, the author formulatedthe problem of how effective the implementation of medical action approval based onDecree No. 290 of 2008 at Rsgm Unsoed Purwokerto and whether the factors that affectthe effectiveness of the implementation of medical action approval based on Decree.This research is an empirical juridical type of research, which examines legalprovisions derived from secondary data in the form of primary, secondary, and tertiarylegal materials and from primary data obtained from respondents and sources byconducting research in the field in the form of observations and interviews then analyzedqualitatively and the results of analysis are explained by descriptive methods. Thelocation of the study is at purwokerto Dental and Oral Hospital.Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the implementation ofmedical approval at RSGM Unsoed has not been fully effective. Factors that affect theimplementation of approval of medical actions based on Decree No. 290 of 2008 at RsgmUnsoed Purwokerto are factors of legal substance, legal structure and legal culture ofrsgm unsoed community. The substance factor of the law is the director's regulationwhich still does not fully refer to Permenkes 290 of 2008. The legal structure hasconstraints on law enforcement related to the limited number of human-age resourcesthat result in the absence of supervision of the implementation of approval of medical anddentist actions that are not professionalism. Legal cultural factors have constraints in theform of low patient legal awareness, lack of patient knowledge levels, and indifference topatients. Another factor that affects is the infrastructure factor. Suggestions for RSGMUnsoed, among others, need to be made policies related to supervision and enforcementof the implementation of medical action approvals and must be socialized, policies needto be made in the integration unit, the addition of dentists and provide leaflets to takehome related to medical actions that will be carried out by dentists

Efforts to uphold these human rights can also be carried out in consulting institutions. One of prisoners' rights in prison is the right to receive visits from their families. In Law Number 12 Year 1995 Article 14 letter (h) concerning Penitentiary states that prisoners are entitled to receive family visits, legal counsel or certain other people. The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1) What are the procedures for conducting prisoners' online visits to Class II A prison facilities in Permisan Nusakambangan? 2? What are the obstacles in making prisoners' online visits to Class II A prison facilities in Permisan Nusakambangan? The research method used in the study is a sociological juridical approach using descriptive methods using a qualitative approach. The results of this study are that the effectiveness of the online-based legal work system is related to the visit of prisoners in prisons especially in Class IIA Permisan Nusakambangan Island has been effective. It can be seen from some of these activities that the Cilacap prison officers are also supervised and used as an alternative means of visiting family visiting hours. However, in applying the online / web-based visit, there are obstacles related to the lack of computer skills of the employees, especially for registering visits online and the difficulty of accessing the code on visitor registration.

Arah pembangunan ketenagakerjaan telah jelas dalam Pasal 27 ayat (2) Undang – Undang Dasar Tahun 1945 yang menyatakan bahwa setiap warga negara berhak atas pekerjaan dan penghidupan yang layak bagi kemanusiaan. Masalah hukum yang tengah mengemuka saat ini adalah masih rendahnya kesadaran hukum masyarakat. Akibatnya, pelanggaran hukum banyak terjadi, salah satunya adalah di bidang ketenagakerjaan yaitu masih adanya diskriminasi terhadap perempuan di tempat kerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian yuridis normatif. Diskriminasi terhadap perempuan di tempat kerja disebabkan oleh tingkat pendidikan pekerja yang rendah dan kurangnya sosialisasi baik dari pihak perusahaan maupun pemerintah mengenai perlindungan terhadap pekerja perempuan. Pencegahan diskriminasi perempuan di tempat kerja dimulai dari perusahaan yang merupakan pihak yang berkaitan langsung dengan pekerja dengan tidak mempertimbangkan alasan – alasan emosional, sensitif, atau tidak berwibawa ketika menilai pekerja perempuan. Pencegahan juga dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap perusahaan dalam pelaksanaan peraturan mengenai hak pekerja perempuan dan penerapan sanksi yang tegas bagi perusahaan yang tidak melaksanakan.Kata Kunci : Diskriminasi, Perempuan, Tenaga Kerja

Pengajuan pailit dapat dilakukan apabila Debitur tidak memenuhi kewajibannya untuk membayar piutang yang telah jatuh tempo kepada dua atau lebih Kreditornya. Debitur dapat menghindari terjadi kepailitan dengan mengajukan perdamaian. Perdamaian dalam Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) lebih ditekankan pada rencana penawaran pembayaran atau melakukan restrukturisasi pembauran utang. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaturan perjanjian perdamaian sebagai langkah restrukturisasi utang dalam Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis normatif. Perdamaian dalam proses PKPU merupakan salah satu jenis perjanjian. Perdamaian berisi salah satunya merupakan rencana debitur dalam melakukan restrukturisasi terhadap utangnya biasanya dengan Rescheduling berkaitan dengan waktu pembayaran berupa pelunasan utang pokok maupun bagi hasil, profit margin, maupun fee yang merupakan kewajiban dari debitor. Selain itu, rescheduling juga dikombinasikan dengan debt to equity swap, hair cut, pengurangan dan penundaan jumlah bunga tertunggak, asset sales dan equity carve-outs serta penambahan utang baru. Perjanjian perdamaian yang telah disahkan (homologasi) oleh pengadilan maka perdamaian tersebut telah memiliki kekuatan hukum yang mengikat bagi Debitor dan para Kreditor

The Integrated Criminal Justice System in the Criminal Code is the basis for the implementation of criminal justice process that really works well. In proving criminal cases, law enforcement is tasked with finding material truths, basing on evidence tools in order to fulfill the elements of the article charged to the Defendant. A person's punishment is not sufficient if the person has committed an act that is against the law or against the law. For criminalization still need to condition, that the person who committed the act has a fault or guilt (subjective guilt), his actions must be accountable to the person. The Indonesian Penal Code does not specifically regulate criminal liability but only regulates the circumstances in which the author is not accountable. This research was compiled using normative juridical research type knowing the determination of the limits of psychiatric aspects, especially people with mental disabilities in criminal liability according to Article 44 of the Criminal Code and a comprehensive understanding of the application of psychiatric aspects in the Criminal Verdict Number: 16/Pid.Sus/2019/PN.Wsb. The limitation of mental disability as stipulated in Article 44 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code, is medically classified according to the Classification and Diagnosis of Mental Disorders Guidelines (PPDGJ)-III as a clinical reference to determine the classification of mental retardation. The judge may consider visum et Repertum Psikiatricum to assist in presenting elements that can determine the defendant's accountability. The inability to be responsible for people with mental disabilities as a reason for forgiveness cannot be punished. Law enforcement is expected to enforce the Mental Health Screening Guidelines for the Benefit of Law Enforcement. There is a need for regulatory standardization both in internal and joint regulations in the field of law with medical in the application of the determination of the limits of the ability of responsible perpetrators of criminal acts suffering from mental disabilities.

After the issuance of Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment, foreign and domestic investors were given equal treatment. Equal treatment of domestic and foreign capital is an important principle of investment policy. Article 6 paragraph (1) of Law Number 25 of 2007 states that the Government provides equal treatment to all investors originating from any country conducting investment activities in Indonesia in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. Furthermore, paragraph (2) states that such treatment does not apply to investors from a country that obtains special rights based on an agreement with Indonesia. Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation is expected to be able to absorb the widest possible Indonesian workforce in the midst of increasingly competitive competition and the demands of economic globalization. With the ease and simplification of the entry of foreign investment and foreign workers in Indonesia, it is able to attract the interest and desire of foreign investors to invest in Indonesia.

A relationship that occurs between the doctor and dentist and the patient will create an examination result that contains an explanation of the patient's health condition. The results of doctor and dentist examinations of patients are summarized in a medical record summary, the contents of the medical record belong to the patient which is confidential and must be guarded by the dentist, so all medical secrets contained in the medical record are the full rights of the patient concerned. Medical record files need to be kept confidential so that they are not easily read by parties who are not competent to know the patient's medical secrets. Based on this background, the authors formulate a problem, namely how the effectiveness of the implementation of medical secrets at the Dental And Oral Hospital (RSGM) Of Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto. And what are the obstacles to implementing medical secrets at the Dental And Oral Hospital (RSGM) Of Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto. This study aims to explain the analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of medical secrets at the dental and oral hospital (rsgm) of jenderal soedirman university purwokerto and the analysis of obstacles to the implementation of medical secrets at the Dental And Oral Hospital (RSGM) Of Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. This research is a juridical type of research sociological, by examining the legal provisions of primary data obtained from informants and resource persons by conducting field research in the form of observations and interviews and secondary data in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials, then analyzed qualitatively and the results of the analysis. Which is explained by the descriptive method. Research location at the Dental And Oral Hospital (RSGM) Of Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the Dental And Oral Hospital (RSGM) Of Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto in carrying out medical confidentiality related to medical records was carried out in accordance with peraturan menteri kesehatan number 269 of 2008 concerning medical records. However, its implementation has not been carried out effectively because the medical record work unit of the Dental And Oral Hospital (RSGM) Of Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto does not yet have a medical record confidentiality policy, but the rsgm hospital refers to the policy of patient and family rights. So that the process of implementing the confidentiality of medical records in the Dental And Oral Hospital (RSGM) Of Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto unit has been carried out properly, namely in terms of room access rights filling. In addition, there are obstacles in the implementation of medical records at the Dental And Oral Hospital (RSGM) Of Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto related to the existence of legal factors, namely hospital policies regarding the imposition of sanctions for violations of confidentiality of medical records. In addition, there is a lack of facilities and facilities for storing and filing medical records.

Government bestows authority to regional governments to provide protection for victims of gender-based violence and children as regulated in Article 9 and Attachment of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. In order to carry out this authority, the Purbalingga Regency Government established Purbalingga Regency Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2017 concerning Protection of Victims of Gender-Based Violence and Children in Purbalingga Regency. This Regional Regulation regulates the implementation of Gender-based Violence Victims Protection and child protection through prevention and protection efforts, namely complaint services, legal aid services, repatriation and social integration services, social rehabilitation and community participation established by service centers and integrated service center units at the sub-district level. The integrated service center and the sub-district integrated service center unit obey to carry out the tasks as stipulated in Article 9 and Article 19 of the Purbalingga Regency Number 2 of 2017 concerning the implementation of the Protection of Gender-Based Violence and Children, although not optimally because it has not been supported by sufficient budget and infrastructure, law enforcers who do not have a gender perspective, there is still a lack of socialization to the community regarding the regulation. On the other hand,patriarchal culture is deeply rooted in society.

ABSTRAKKedudukan hukum ketenagakerjaan dalam tata hukum nasional dibagi menjadi 3 bidang , yaitu bidang administrasi, bidang perdata, dan bidang pidana. Tindak pidana bidang ketenagakerjaan merupakan suatu perbuatan melawan hukum yang dilakukan baik pengusaha maupun tenaga kerja yang melanggar perjanjian kerja, peraturan perusahaan, perjanjian kerja bersama, dan Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan di mana ancaman sanksi pidananya diatur dalam Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan. Meskipun sudah ada dan jelas norma aturannya, namun kenyataanya mekanisme pidana dalam Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan masih jarang diimplementasikan sehingga kerap terjadi pelanggaran oleh perusahaan karena ketiadaan penegakan hukum yang tegas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian yuridis normatif. Penegakan hukum ketenagakerjaan berlangsung melalui 3 tahapan yaitu preventif edukatif, represif non yustisial, dan represif yustisial. Tahap represif yustisial dilakukan melalui proses penyidikan oleh PPNS Ketenagakerjaan dengan cara yang diatur dalam hukum acara pidana. Berdasarkan teori sistem hukum Lawrence M Friedman, faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penegakan hukum pidana ketenagakerjaan menjadi belum efektif, diantaranya: faktor struktur hukum yaitu persepsi yang keliru baik dari aparat penegak hukum maupun pihak terkait menyebabkan penegakan hukum ketenagakerjaan kurang optimal, faktor subtansi hukum bahwa dalam Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan masih belum mengatur semua kejahatan yang terjadi terhadap pekerja yang merupakan tindak pidana, dan faktor budaya hukum bahwa dari pekerja belum mampu membedakan antara perselisihan dan pelanggaran pidana ketenagakerjaan dan serikat pekerja kurang cermat memposisikan kasus antara perselisihan atau pelanggaran sehingga lebih mengedepankan kasus perselisihan daripada pelanggaran.Kata Kunci : Hukum Pidana Ketenagakerjaan
