Abstract

The radiographic examination technique of the Thoracolumbar Vertebrae with scoliosis cases consists of right and left bending Anterior posterior (AP), Lateral, and Anterior Posterior (AP) projections, as well as the addition of the Ferguson method and fulcrum projection. The procedure for scoliosis examination at radiology installation in RSUD (Regional Hospital) Karanganyar is unknown, so it is necessary to do research to find out the examination procedure and the effectiveness of using these projections. This study aims to determine the procedure for radiographic examination of thoracolumbar vertebrae with clinical scoliosis at the Radiology Installation of RSUD Karanganyar. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection method included observing scoliosis examination which included preparation of tools and materials, patient preparation, and examination techniques, then reinforced by interviews with radiographers and doctors to find out the procedures and reasons for using these projections. The results of observations and interviews were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, then conclusions were drawn. The results of the study showed that the thoracolumbar vertebrae examination procedure with clinical scoliosis in Radiology Installation of RSUD Karanganyar used the AP and Lateral projection technique. The reason for using AP and Lateral projections was because these projections served as initial screening for scoliosis patients and could already establish a diagnosis. Both projections provided a smaller dose of radiation received by the patient and were in accordance with the request of the sending doctor. It is advisable for further examination of the thoracolumbar vertebrae with clinical scoliosis add the right and left bending projections and Ferguson, because it aims to provide information that cannot be seen from the AP and lateral projections.

Abstract

In early January 2019, scientists identified a new infectious disease caused by the coronavirus. On March 23, 2020 Indonesia implemented a nationwide closure of schools and universities (Lockdown), which resulted in more than 91% of the world's student population stopping their studies. During this school closure, all face-to-face learning was cancelled, forcing many schools to quickly switch from face-to-face learning to fully online learning. The sudden transition to fully online learning has been stressful for many teachers, parents and students who prefer hands-on instruction. The purpose of this researcher is to analyze lesson learned the influence of online learning, the role of parents and teachers in motivating student learning during the co-19 pandemic. This study used data collection using the survey method, namely by distributing questionnaires online and using the method Structural Equation Model (SEM), where data processing and analysis uses SPSS 24 software with Likert scale measurements (scale 1 to 5) and smartPLS 4. The sample in this study was students aged 17 to 19 years in class 12 high school who studied online during the Covid 19 pandemic The results of this study indicate that the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic has various role problems experienced by teachers and parents in motivating learning. The problem from parents is that parents have not been able to meet the urgent needs of their children (Laptops, Internet, cellphones, etc.) for learningonline in the context of a pandemic, while teachers face barriers to interaction and socialization that do not occur in online learning.

Abstract

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), an institution authorized by law in the Indonesian constitutional system based on the 1945 Constitution to eradicate corruption in a constitutional manner that has duties and authorities independently and is free from the influence of any power based on Law No. 30 of 2002 concerning Corruption Eradication Commission. One of the powers possessed by the Corruption Eradication Commission is the authority to register and examine the wealth reports of state administrators as regulated in Article 7 paragraph 1 letter A of Law No. 19 of 2019 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission, which until now in reality has not This is not due to laws that have not regulated, but rather the implementation of these rules which are considered still ambiguous in terms of the authority to give these sanctions and the form of sanctions given to state officials who are not disciplined in reporting their assets is still less firm and has not provided a deterrent effect to state officials both before and after taking office. The report on the assets of state officials (LHKPN) is regulated in Article 29 of Law Number 30 of 2002 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission in conjunction with Article 5 of Law Number 28 of 1999 concerning State Administrators that are Clean and Free from Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism. Sanctions will be given to state officials who do not report their assets both before and after serving as state officials. The sanctions are in the form of administrative sanctions. LHKPN is mandatory for all state administrators, whether in the form of movable objects, tangible or intagible or anything owned by state officials that can be valued in money, including wives and children in their dependents as well as property ownership on behalf of other people obtained both before and after. after taking office. This This clearly hinders the KPK from carrying out its authority in conducting LHKPN. The norms and sanctions as regulated in the law are not clear because it is not clear which authority norms are given to full authority in examining and announcing LHKPN.

Abstract

The crime of money laundering does not stand alone because the assets placed, transferred, or diverted by way of integration were obtained from the crime, meaning that there was already another crime that preceded it (predicate crime). There are 26 (twenty-six) types of predicate crimes obtained from the proceeds of money laundering crimes as stipulated in Article 2 Paragraph (1) of Law No. 8 of 2010. Basically, these activities consist of three steps, each of which stands alone but is often done together, namely placement, layering, and integration. Moreover, the crime of money laundering is closely related to financial, economic, banking, investment, juridical issues, and even social and political issues that have national and even global impacts as found in the case with Decision Number 46/Pid.Sus/2021/Pn. Srg.The research method used in this study is a normative juridical research method using a statutory approach. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that the juridical construction is considered by the judge in deciding case number 46/Pid.Sus/2021/Pn. Srg namely by paying attention to the elements contained in the articles used by the public prosecutor in the indictment. When viewed based on legal principles, the application of these articles is appropriate for the crimes committed by the defendants, but based on the principle of justice, the decisions issued by the Panel of Judges are deemed not to be able to fulfill a sense of justice, because the victims do not receive complete compensation in accordance with with the losses they suffered, as well as the confiscation of evidence of economic value, it was felt that they did not fulfill a sense of justice because the state in this case did not suffer any losses.

Abstract

The study was conducted at RSPAD Gatoet Soebroto with activity measurement method using dose calibrator and counting gamma cameras with ROI (region of interest) technique in the total thyroid area and outside the thyroid gland called background. With sample of 30 people, the age range is 25-60 years with clinical hyperthyroidism. The thyroid gland is performed by injecting Tc-99m pertechnetate as much as 3-5 mCi intravenously, then imaging the thyroid gland for 10-15 minutes after injection using a dual headspect gamma camera. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of position change, background ROI distance and radioisotope biodistribution on the Tc-99m pertechnetate uptake value on thyroid scan examination. The results showed the percentage of thyroid uptake at distance of 2 cm various background positions obtained mean 24.106 ± 3.476%, at distance of 4 cm various background positions were obtained averaging 24,107 ± 3,476% and at distance of 6 cm various background positions obtained a mean of 24,108 ± 3,476%. While biodistribution showed in the area of the thyroid gland and surrounding salivary glands in hyperthyroid disease, the mean value of the thyroid gland was 562293.167 ± 122587,58 count, the pharynx was obtained at an average of 23344,36 ± 13573,35 count, on the right mandible was obtained at 8745,66 ± 4200,01 count, and the left mandible obtained a mean of 9610.66 ± 4479.10 count. The relationship between percentage of thyroid uptake in the background of 2 cm and thyroid hormone levels is shown in the equation line Y (T3) = - 0.1586X + 6.3315 (r = - 0.5378 where the relationship is strong and meaningful p = 0.0580), Y (FT4) = 0, 9374X - 16,738 (r=0.5118 strong relationship, and means p = 0.0738), and Y (TSH) = 0.1775X - 2.2629 (r = 0.1715 weak relationship and not meaningful p = 0.5754). In conclusion there is a strong relationship between the percentage of uptake with thyroid hormone T3 and FT4, on the contrary a weak relationship with TSH hormone.

Abstract

The efficiency of the power generated by the solar panel will decrease as the temperature increases above the standart test conditions temperature on the surface of the solar panel. The decrease will reach 0.45% for every 10C increase. Cooling is required to prevent a drastic increase in temperature on the surface of the solar panel. Passive cooling using phase change materials is often used in an effort to keep the temperature of solar panels from getting too high. Based on this background, this study aims to analyze the effect of phase change paraffin material on an alumunium backsheet decreasing temperature and increasing the output power of solar panels. In this study, data collection used direct experimental methods with data analysis using quantitative and qualitative models. The results showed that the paraffin phase change material placed on an aluminum backsheet can reduce the temperature of the solar panel by 2.07% and increase the power output of the solar panel by 1.85%.
