Abstract

In a project, the planning stage is the key to success because it determines the allocation, funding, time and quality to be achieved. In order for work efficiency and effectiveness to be fulfilled properly, the implementation of the project is influenced by planning and scheduling factors. Construction project control is a systematic activity or effort to determine standards that are in accordance with the planning objectives, compare implementation with planning, and make necessary corrections so that costs, resources, and time can be used effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the desired construction project goals. If there is an imbalance between the plan and the realization of the work, then the project may experience delays like what happened to the Lantamal VI Makassar Naval Pier project. The project experienced several delays in work and required rescheduling, so a special method was needed that could speed up the project implementation time. The purpose of this study is to accelerate the duration of work and get project costs after implementing the fast track method. The results of implementing the fast track method can reduce the time by 64 days or experience a time acceleration of 20.9% from the initial duration of 306 days, the total project cost before the acceleration is Rp. 50.365.788.654,89 After acceleration with the fast track method which affects the overhead cost to Rp. 49,312,386,539, the total cost reduced is Rp. 1,053,402,116 or a savings of 2.09% of the total cost.

Abstract

The objective of this investigation was to identify the risk factors and dominant factors that affect the duration and cost of the U-Ditch installation work for the Moncongloe District drainage development project in Maros, South Sulawesi. Observation and questionnaires were implemented to conduct the investigation. Project proprietors, planners, supervisors, and implementers comprised the respondents to the questionnaire. The SPSS Version 26 program was employed to analyze the data. The data was processed in a series of phases, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing of multiple linear regression, T test, F test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that the Standardized Coefficients Beta values of the independent variables were as follows: in the first order, variable X2 (Material) = 0.555, in the second order variable X3 (Equipment) = 0.445, in the third order variable X1 (Weather) = 0.255, in the fourth order variable X5 (Environment) = 0.254, and in the fifth order variable X4 (Labor) = 0.213. The risk factors that influence the duration and costs of the U-Ditch installation work for the Moncongloe District Drainage Development Project in Maros, South Sulawesi, as determined by these results, are as follows: materials, equipment, weather, environment, and labor. The risk factor on the independent variable X2 (Material) is the most dominant risk factor that affects the time and cost of installing U-Ditches on the Moncongloe District Drainage Development Project, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi Province, as it has the largest Standardized Coefficients Beta value of 0.555 in comparison to the Standardized Coefficients Beta value of the other independent variables.

Abstract

It is important to choose a scheduling method that is appropriate to the type and characteristics of a construction project in order to ensure the smooth running of a project. A project scheduling study is carried out which can consider probability aspects so that you can determine the level of accuracy in scheduling and the project completion time. The project case study studied was the Rongkong River Flood Control Development Project, North Luwu Regency, which experienced a delay of 7 days from the predetermined schedule, due to very high rainfall conditions at the construction project implementation location. This research was carried out using the PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) method by reviewing research data in the form of work contracts, time schedules, RAB and monthly reports, to obtain the optimistic (a), pessimistic (b) and most likely (m) durations. The results of the study show that the PERT method can complete the Rongkong River Flood Control Development Project, North Luwu Regency, FY 2021 with a total expected time (TE) of 220 days faster than the planning schedule of 240 days, with a duration difference of 20 days faster than scheduling. existing. Based on the probability table, a planning schedule using PERT of 220 days only has a probability of project completion of 87.7%, while a planning schedule of 240 days has a greater probability of project completion with a probability of 90.1%. The results of this study show that PERT is not effective when used for scheduling. restart a project that is late.

Abstract

BP2JK currently has an organizational structure with duties and authorities that have been determined for each section. However, in its implementation there are still some unclear instructions from leaders in carrying out tasks, and there are still leaders who do not pay attention to the needs and desires of subordinates. The effectiveness of an organization can be influenced by work engagement, transformational leadership, organizational culture, and knowledge management. Therefore, improvements through human resources are very necessary in restoring the performance of a company or organization. Objective: The aim of this research is to identify factors and analyze the level of significance of factors that influence the effectiveness of the BP2JK organization in the West Sulawesi Region. Method: The research method used is quantitative research. The unit of analysis used in this research focuses on individual employees of BP2JK West Sulawesi Region with a population of 100 people. The sampling technique to determine the sample that will be used in this research uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling with a sample result of 80 people. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. Results: The results obtained in this research are the influence of transformational leadership on organizational effectiveness resulting in a t-statistic of 2,632 > 1.98. Can be concluded Acceptable. The influence of organizational culture on organizational effectiveness produces a t-statistic of 1.257 < 1.98. Can be concluded Unacceptable. The influence of knowledge management on organizational effectiveness produces a t-statistic of 0.818 < 1.98. Can be concluded Unacceptable. The influence of work engagement on organizational effectiveness produces a t-statistic of 4,775 > 1.98. Can be concluded Acceptable. Conclusion: Transformational leadership factors and work engagement have a significant effect on organizational effectiveness. The factors of organizational culture and knowledge management do not have a significant effect on organizational effectiveness. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide input to the BP2JK West Sulawesi Region in an effort to increase organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

Material mobilization in Eastern Indonesia is different from other locations, difficult road access will cause large shipping prices, so it can affect the increase in the price of a material. The success of a construction work cannot be separated from the optimization of the implementation of three main components, namely cost, time and quality. Each component plays an important role and is interdependent with each other. One of the methods that may be used in material procurement planning is Material Requirement Planning or called MRP. From the problem of scheduling the arrival of materials in the Klasari – Wonosobo Road Improvement project, Sorong Regency, MRP (Material Requirement Planning) can be analyzed, starting with making project scheduling and then continuing with planning the ordering of materials needed during the project with the lot sizing method to produce more efficient material supply time so that it can be used and applied by contractors to plan more material purchases effective and efficient. The results of the research were the material needs of concrete road structures and talud structures in the Klasari-Wonosobo road improvement project in Sorong Regency using the requirement planning method, 925,161 kg of cement material was obtained; rough ggregate ; 2,288,752.50 kg ; Fine agregate 1,545,822 kg ; U24 plain iron 20,259.44 kg; U32 threaded iron 3,181.73 kg and water 490,074 liters. The material that is broken down is cement; rough agregate ; smooth agregate; U24 plain iron and U32 iron. In this MRP method, the material with the largest amount is the most suitable in terms of procurement, storage and use, namely coarse ggregate; 2,288,752.50 kg compared to other materials.

Abstract

Dinas Tata Ruang dan Bangunan Kabupaten Gowa merupakan dinas teknis yang memiliki kewenangan dalam hal pelayanan IMB dan mengatur perencanaan dengan peruntukannya, dimana instansi terkait harus memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat. Faktor utama yang menentukan keberhasil setiap organisasi/instansi dalam melayani masyarakat adalah tercapainya kepuasan masyarakat. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan IMB, kesesuaian antara kepuasan dengan kepentingan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan IMB, dan atribut yang seharusnya prioritas agar diperbaiki dalam pelayanan IMB di Dinas Tata Ruang dan Bangunan Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini termasuk sebagai penelitian kuantitatif dan pengambilan data dengan metode survey. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa: Kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan IMB di Dinas Tata Tuang dan Bangunan Kabupaten Gowa diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 3.22 dengan kategori cukup tinggi, Kesesuaian antara kepuasan dengan kepentingan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan IMB di Dinas Tata Tuang dan Bangunan Kabupaten Gowa sebesar 89,95%, dan Atribut yang perlu menjadi perhatian agar diperbaiki dalam layanan IMB di Dinas Tata Ruang dan Bangunan Kabupaten Gowa adalah layanan online.

Abstract

Manajemen tenaga kerja yang harus diperhatikan adalah kemampuan, jumlah, perekrutan, pengarahan, pengawasan, dan lain-lain. Kemampuan tenaga kerja yang baik akan menghasilkan nilai produktivitas kelompok pekerja yang tinggi dan menentukan keberhasilan pelaksanaan jadwal proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis produktivitas pekerja pada pekerjaan struktur beton bertulang yakni pekerjaan kolom, balok, dan plat yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerja pada proyek pembangunan Rumah Sakit Hasri Ainun Habibie Kota Parepare. Perhitungan produktivitas dilakukan dengan metode Time Studi. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai produktivitas pekerja pada pekerjaan pemasangan bekisting kolom, bekisting balok, dan bekisting pelat berturut-turut adalah: kolom 8.27 M²/Org/Hari, pekerjaan bekisting balok 12.091M²/Org/Hari, dan pekerjaan bekisting pelat 24.32 M²/Org/Hari, pekerjaan penulangan kolom 473.57 Kg/Org/Hari, pekerjaan penulangan balok 126,31 Kg/Org/Hari, pekerjaan penulangan pelat 378,22 Kg/Org/Hari, pekerjaan pengecoran kolom 72,16 M³/Org/Hari, pekerjaan pengecoran balok 16.68 M³/Org/Hari, dan pekerjaan pengecoran pelat 10.30 M³/Org/Hari.

Abstract

Jembatan penyeberangan orang adalah fasilitas bagi pejalan kaki yang digunakan untuk menyeberangi jalan yang padat lalu lintas menggunakan jembatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui tingkat pelayanan dan nilai efektivitas jembatan penyeberangan orang (JPO) di depan Makassar Town Square pada ruas jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan. Analisis dilakukan dengan cara menghitung volume pejalan kaki yang melalui dan yang tidak melalui jembatan penyeberangan orang (JPO) di jam sibuk pagi, siang dan sore. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data Arus (flow) didapatkan hasil sebesar Q = 0,255 pejalan kaki/m/menit, untuk analisis data keceptan rata – rata ruang (space mean speed) didapatkan hasil sebesar (Vs) = 1,200 m/menit, kecepatan rata – rata waktu (time mean speed) didapatkan hasil sebesar (Vt) = 1,204 m/menit, untuk analisis data kepadatan (density) didapatkan hasil sebesar D = 0,212 pejalan kaki/m2, dan untuk analisis data ruang (space) didapatkan hasil sebesar S = 4,712 m2/pejalan kaki. Sehingga, tingkat pelayanan jembatan penyeberangan orang di depan Makassar Town Square pada ruas jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan berada pada pada kategori LOS B. Sedangkan untuk hasil analisis data efektivitas jembatan penyeberangan orang (JPO) didapatkan hasil sebesar 43,496%, sehingga tingkat efektivitas jembatan penyeberangan orang (JPO) di depan Makassar Town Square pada ruas jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan berada pada kategori “Cukup Efektif”.

Abstract

Proyek pembangunan gedung Sudirman Office Kecamatan Ujung Pandang Kota Makassar dengan nilai kontrak Rp.8.038.735.740,00 dijadwalkan selesai dalam kurun waktu 32 minggu. Dengan adanya keterlambatan selama 6 minggu dari minggu ke-8 hingga minggu ke-14 dikarenakan banyak pekerja tidak hadir seperti terisolasi di daerah dan karantina, maka dilakukan pengendalian waktu sehingga biaya akhir tidak melewati nilai kontrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besarnya biaya tiga indikator earned value, yaitu BCWS, BCWP, dan ACWP serta menghitung perkiraan besarnya biaya dan waktu yang diperlukan untuk penyelesaian pengerjaan proyek. Data yang didapat dari proyek antara lain Master Schedule proyek, kurva S, Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), laporan mingguan proyek dan biaya aktual proyek. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Earned Value yang didalamnya memadukan unsur biaya dan waktu serta prestasi fisik pekerjaan. Dari hasil analisa diketahui bahwa biaya yang dikeluarkan lebih besar dari biaya yang dianggarkan ditunjukkan dengan nilai CPI = 0,98 dan waktu pelaksanaan lebih lambat dari jadwal rencana ditunjukkan dengan nilai SPI = 0,84. Hasil perhitungan perkiraan biaya akhir proyek sebesar Rp.8.216.411.445,19 dengan perkiraan waktu penyelesaian 38 minggu, menunjukkan bahwa proyek mengalami keterlambatan 7 minggu dari 32 minggu yang direncanakan.

Abstract

Dalam pembangunan gedung Fakultas Hukum Universitas Muslim Indonesia terkhusus pada pekerjaan struktur, dilakukan penjadwalan dengan membandingkan 2 (dua) metode yaitu Critical Path Method (CPM) dengan Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). Kedua metode ini memiliki perbedaan dalam mengestimasi waktu di mana CPM hanya memerlukan satu variasi waktu untuk setiap kegiatan proyek, sementara metode PERT menggunakan tiga variasi waktu untuk setiap kegiatan di mana waktu ini digunakan untuk menghitung nilai yang diharapkan. Maksud dari penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui hasil dari penerapan masing-masing metode dalam penjadwalan waktu pada pekerjaan struktur bangunan dan untuk mengetahui yang mana lebih cepat antara kedua metode tersebut dalam pengendalian waktu proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan menggunakan metode CPM, proyek pembangunan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Muslim Indonesia pada pekerjaan Struktur tahap 1 diketahui lintasan kristis yaitu pada kegiatan A1-A2-B2-D1-D2-E2-F2-G1-G2-H2 selama 17 Minggu. Dengan menggunakan metode PERT, proyek pada pembangunan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Muslim Indonesia pada pekerjaan Struktur bangunan tahap 1 diketahui lintasan kritis yaitu pada kegiatan A1-A2-B2-D1-D2-E2-F2-G1-G2-H2 selama 22 minggu dengan probabilitas 99%.
