Learning outcomes are indicators of success in learning, learning outcomes are closely related to activity, namely if student learning activities are good then learning outcomes will be good, so that activeness and learning outcomes are important to have, but the reality in school learning outcomes and student activity is low, this is because the model and the media used does not facilitate active students in learning which has an effect on learning outcomes, one solution to the problem of the media and the module is the use of the quiz team model assisted by the lectora inspire. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Quiz Team model with the help of Lectora Inspire on learning outcomes and activeness of class X. The design of this study was a pretest - posttest control group design with a quasi-experimental type. The sampling technique using cluster random sampling was obtained X MIA 1 as the experimental class and X MIA 2 as the control class. Hypothesis testing using MANOVA obtained sig 0.00 < 0.05, meaning that there is an effect of the Quiz Team model assisted by the Lectora Inspire media on learning outcomes and student activity.

This study aims to determine the external factors and internal factors that cause learning difficulties and their relationship with the learning outcomes of Biology class XI IPA MAN 3 Padang. The change in the online learning process to offline learning since the Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on external factors and internal factors that cause learning difficulties that affect student learning outcomes. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative research methods. The study was carried out at MAN 3 Padang with a population of 165 students of class XI science who were registered in the even semester of the academic year 2021/2022, with a sample of 33 students. The sampling technique is random sampling, which is done randomly, using an error rate of 5%. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire containing statements of external factors and internal factors of students' learning difficulties using a Likert scale, and documents on students' learning outcomes for Biology in the even mid-semester exams for the 2021/2022 academic year. From the results of the study, it is known that the level of learning difficulties for external factors obtained an average value of 3.52 in the high category, while the level of learning difficulties for internal factors had an average value of 3.26 in the high category. The results of the Pearson product moment correlation test using the SPSS 20 program obtained a value on the external factor of 0.073 which is strongly correlated and the form of the relationship is negative and the internal factor has a value of 0.910 which is perfectly correlated with the negative relationship between external factors and internal factors with Biology learning outcomes in students. class XI IPA MAN 3 Padang. The results of the t test showed that the external factor tcount was -1.853 and the internal factor tcount was -113 indicating that there was no influence of external factors and internal factors (X) on students’ Biology learning outcomes (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of hybrid learning strategies applied to the discovery learning model on students' high order thinking skills. This type of research is quantitative research using quasi-experimental methods. The research design used was post test only control group design. The data collection methods used are tests and documentation. The research instrument used is a test question sheet in the form of multiple-choice questions developed based on the HOTS question grid. There are 2 data analysis techniques used, namely 1) Prasyarta tests include homogeneity tests and normality tests, 2) Hypothesis tests include T-tets tests, F tests, and eta tests. The results showed that from the T-test there was a difference in the average HOTS score of control and experimental class students with sig scores. 0.000, the F test shows that there is an influence with the sig value. 0.000, and the Eta test shows that there is a moderate influence that can be seen from the correlation value of 0.544. It can be concluded from the use of Hybrid learning strategies on students' High Order Thinking Skills shows that there is a moderate influence on increasing student HOTS between control and experimental classes.

This study aims to reveal the effectiveness of Blended Learning as an online and mixed learning strategy by analyzing various research studies related to Blended Learning obtained from the Google Scholar database. The method used in this study is a method with a library approach or what is known as a literature study from research articles for 2020-2022. Article selection is carried out through the process of identification, screening, and eligibility. So that 10 articles are relevant to the objectives and problems of the literature study. Based on the literature study that has been carried out, the results show that the use of Blended Learning by utilizing several digital technology-based applications as learning support can be said to be effective for increasing literacy skills, critical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cognitive learning outcomes of students.

This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation and learning outcomes of biology in class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo, West Pasaman Regency. In the learning process, motivation plays an important role, especially student learning outcomes. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative research methods. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo, West Pasaman Regency with a population of 126 students of class XI MIPA enrolled in the odd semester of the academic year 2021/2022, with a sample of 94 students. The sampling technique was simple random sampling which was carried out randomly, using a significance of = 5%. The data collection in this study used a questionnaire containing statements of student learning motivation using a Likert scale, odd mid-semester exam scores for the 2021/2022 academic year. The results of the Pearson product moment correlation test are 0.611 (61.1%) on extrinsic motivation (X1) and intrinsic motivation (X2) of 0.505 (50.5)%, meaning that there is a fairly strong relationship between extrinsic motivation (X1) and intrinsic motivation. (X2) with the results of learning biology in class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo, West Pasaman Regency. The results of the t-test showed that the t-count of extrinsic motivation (X1) was 7.410 and the t-count of intrinsic motivation (X2) was 5.618 indicating that there was a significant relationship. The coefficient of determination of extrinsic motivation (X1) is 37.4% and intrinsic motivation (X2) is 25.5%, this means that extrinsic motivation (X1) and intrinsic motivation (X2) contribute to student biology learning outcomes (Y).

This study aims to describe the learning interest and cognitive learning outcomes of students with the Learning Cycle 7E learning model on environmental pollution material. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of Pre-Experimental Design and One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The research sample was all students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Antang Kalang. The research instruments included learning interest questionnaire, cognitive learning outcomes test, and learning applicability observation sheet. Questionnaires and tests were given before and after the implementation of the Learning Cycle 7E model, while observations were made during the learning process. Data analysis shows that interest in learning based on the calculation of N-gain testing using excel shows there is an increase but still low. While the cognitive learning outcomes between pretest and postest experienced changes but classically said to be incomplete. This model also shows a high level of applicability, indicating its suitability for the context of biology learning at the high school level.

The urgency of analyzing the needs of learning media is very important to analyze the needs of student learning media because there is a possibility that future learning will increase. For this reason, it is important to conduct further research on school policies in meeting student learning needs during the learning process. This study aims to analyze the needs of learning media in biology subjects at SMAN 4 Tanjungpinang. The research method used was descriptive and quantitative analysis with data collection through questionnaires and interviews with biology teachers. The subject of this study was a grade 11 science student of SMAN 4 Tanjungpinang. The results showed that teachers always use learning media in every meeting and with the existence of learning media makes students motivated and not easily bored in the learning process. However, students still need a variety of learning media to support learning needs. This article emphasizes the importance of effective learning through the use of appropriate media and materials.
