Abstract

The positive impact of advances in information technology has been felt through the various conveniences provided, maximizing every organizational activity. One example is the use of information technology, especially the use of the internet in government activities. It has become an electronic information medium that plays an important role in improving services to the community. Information technology, as a means of managing data, enables government agencies and organizations to achieve their goals more efficiently. Good use of information technology can provide better services for the problems faced by private companies and government agencies.E-Commerce, as a form of online marketing and sales, has become a relevant strategy for every business. DefinitionE-commerce is the process of buying and selling transactions via the internet, with the website as the main platform for carrying out the process. Businesses such as Toko Ratna Siahan, which sells household appliances, electronics and kitchen equipment, are lookingE-Commerce as an attraction because it can provide better information. Even though Toko Ratna Siahan has superior products in kitchen equipment, consumer demand continues to increase. To overcome this challenge, Toko Ratna Siahan needs to innovate. However, the sales transaction system which is still manual is an obstacle, including the lack of storage and processing of sales transaction data, promotions which are still traditional in nature, and the absence of online sales. To overcome this problem, system implementation is neededE-Commerce. This system will provide comprehensive information about the goods being sold and enable direct sales transaction processes. The aim is to increase the effectiveness of the services provided by the Ratna Siahan Store and help maximize the marketing process and sales transactions, overcoming the obstacles faced by the store.

Abstract

The library is a place to seek information and knowledge through reading and according to expert Prof. Sulistyo Basuki A library is a room or building used to store books and other publications which are usually stored based on a certain arrangement for use by readers and not for sale. This tool for detecting the number of visitors, noise levels and controlling light intensity in the library was created with the aim of assisting librarians in organizing activities in the library and creating a comfortable and conducive library situation. This tool utilizes the Internet of Things Platform to view data on the number of visitors, noise levels and light intensity controls which are connected via the officer's smartphone. This tool will detect the number of visitors that exceeds capacity, detect sound that exceeds the set limits, and light intensity that is not appropriate for the library. This tool will convey information in the form of a warning sound produced by the Driver Buzzer

Abstract

Decision Support System for Selecting the Best Teachers in PABAKU Private Vocational School Stabat uses the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method with criteria of Attendance, Attitude, Discipline, Ability to Motivate, and Responsibility. The purpose of this research is to develop a decision support system to help the school principal in selecting the best teachers. The benefits are to improve the quality of education and to help maintain the performance of qualified teachers. The research methodology includes system analysis, functional and non-functional requirements analysis, system design, system planning, and system development. The advantage of this system is that it can assist school principals in making accurate and efficient decisions, while the disadvantage is that it requires accurate and up-to-date data. It is expected that the decision support system for selecting the best teachers can improve the quality of education and maintain the performance of qualified teachers.

Abstract

Technological developments in the current era of globalization are moving very rapidly and the information circulating is more and more complex so that the world of education must be able to keep abreast of technological developments, especially in the field of computer technology, along with current technological developments. The human need for information at this time has become so easily fulfilled with the presence of the internet, which makes it possible to transfer information in just a matter of seconds. An educational institution cannot be separated from the curriculum, whose job is to handle and supervise those related to educational facilities and infrastructure needed by schools to support the smooth teaching and learning process. As for the software development method used is the Prototype method and the programming language used is PHP, HTML, CSS, and JQuery, as well as for the database using MySQL. The expected results in this web-based academic information system at the Widyastuti Jakarta Kindergarten School, are expected to be a solution to overcome the problems faced.

Abstract

Computer devices do not always function properly. There are times when the device is damaged, and the user of the device will try to repair it by going to a service center or computer repair shop. Of course, in this case, the user will lose time and energy. Therefore, the design of a mobile web-based computer device repair service application is needed because this application can make it easier for device users to order computer device repair services online according to our needs and can be accessed anywhere without time and place restrictions. The research was conducted using a descriptive method that attempts to describe objects as they are in reality. The aim of this research is to determine the status of the device being serviced. This application was created using the Web programming language PHP, HTML, CSS using a MySQL database. The research carried out was able to develop an information system that helps in ordering computer equipment repairs.

Abstract

Custom clothing has become a trend in the current era among young people. Custom clothing is interpreted as a request for goods or services made specifically to suit consumer personalization. This custom fashion trend has caused young people to become enthusiasts because they have a unique way of dressing and prefer to showcase their existence in appearance. Considering the large population of young people in Indonesia, the custom clothing business has significant market opportunities. Currently, many entrepreneurs have tried to start businesses in custom clothing. However, the challenge lies in aligning custom clothing with a platform for consulting on more personalized design preferences. Examining the youth market in Indonesia, which notably has a very large population, makes the custom clothing business have significant market opportunities. Many entrepreneurs have attempted to start businesses in custom clothing. However, the challenge is that custom clothing must be synchronized with a platform for consulting on more personalized design preferences. With the existence of media that can serve as a means between consumers and business actors, it will undoubtedly make the custom clothing business more adaptive, considering the habits of Generation Z, who prefer using digital media compared to visiting manufacturing locations directly. The problem faced by custom clothing business operators today, when viewed from both the consumer (customer) and producer (custom clothing business operator) sides, is that in order for issues from both the consumer and producer sides in the custom clothing ordering process to production to be well accommodated, a system is needed that can process the activities of both parties more easily with a user-friendly interface design. The User Interface starts with the Requirement phase to identify user needs. Next is the Design phase to create low-fidelity designs. In the Design Implementation phase, high-fidelity and interactive prototypes are created using Figma software. In the Design Evaluation phase, 20 assumptions about respondent acceptance of the e-custom user interface design were tested. The results showed that 15.8% strongly agreed, 21.1% were neutral, and 63.2% agreed. In the SUS (System Usability Scale) test, the user interface design scored 56. Based on this score, it can be hypothesized that the system has acceptability in the Marginal range, indicating a low category with a grade scale of F and an acceptance range at the Ok level, indicating that the design results are quite good based on user responses.

Abstract

In a supermarket, cashier guards or cashier security have an important role in maintaining the security and comfort of the cashier area. As a retail company, the company gives awards every month to the cashier division as a motivation for them. However, problems arise in performance appraisal because it is too subjective and can be influenced by personal opinion. Therefore, the authors conducted research to create a decision support system (DSS) that can assist in selecting the best cashier with the criteria of appearance, service, discipline, honesty, and responsibility. The method used in this research is Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS), which can solve complex problems effectively by speeding up the decision-making process. With the WASPAS method, problems are grouped based on criteria and weight so that the value of each criterion can be calculated. The results showed that Rozi (A4) was the best alternative with a value of 0.452 and deserved to be the best cashier at a supermarket.

Abstract

There are many businesses in the field of photography services that are in demand among the public, resulting in many requests from people who want to document certain memorable moments. Seeing the large number of people who want to immortalize every moment, this creates many opportunities for people who have expertise in this field and want to do business in this field and open new photo studios. Each photo studio has its own way of attracting people's attention, many photo studios also have different promotions in offering their services, both in terms of price and quality provided, which makes people confused in choosing a photo studio. In this research, we will utilize a Decision Support System (SPK) which is an alternative in determining the best photo studio. In determining the best photo studio, you must determine several necessary criteria such as service, facilities, price, customer satisfaction and quality. Therefore, we need a Decision Support System that uses the ROC (Rank Order Centroid) method and the OCRA (Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis) method to overcome existing problems. So that you get a weight value and you will also get the highest preference value from several choices. So we get the best alternative A8, namely Key Photography with a preference value of 0.495.

Abstract

The Education Department of Jambi City currently utilizes a School Managerial and Academic Information System (SIPMAS) to assist in monitoring the academic processes across all school levels under the jurisdiction of the Jambi City Education Department. SIPMAS is a system employed by individual teachers to upload teaching modules, instructional videos, syllabi and lesson plans, Student and Teacher Plans (TP and ATP), assessment guidelines, and learning evaluation results for each semester. To date, there has been no research conducted to monitor the system's performance, evaluate its usability, assess the system, and determine its alignment with the initial objectives set by the Jambi City Education Department for SIPMAS. Based on these considerations, a system evaluation was conducted using the 2019 version of the Control Objectives for Information and Associated Technology (COBIT) framework, with a focus on the Delivery, Service, Security (DSS) and Monitoring, Evaluate, Assess (MEA) domains. This evaluation aimed to measure the Process Capability Model (PCM) and conduct a gap analysis to assess the current maturity level of the SIPMAS system to meet the expected goals of the Jambi City Education Department. The research revealed capability level calculations for the selected objective domains, with the largest gaps observed in DSS02 (3.02), DSS03 (2.40), DSS04 (2.40), and MEA02 (3.10), all at level 1. This implies that the IT processes within the organization are starting to achieve their goals by implementing a series of activities, but there are still some shortcomings. These shortcomings can be characterized as the initial stages of an organized process towards goal achievement.

Provision of social assistance in the form of cash organized by the company,in order to support economic growth everyone is entitled to receive social assistance.The social assistence provided certaily takes into account many things that must br the basis for making the right decisoin so that the funds or assistance are right on targert.To support the organizing committee for provinding social assistance,of course,asses sereval main factors which will from the basis for evaluating each member,and these assesment factors consist of general,ecenomic,skill and discipline assesments. To support eeffectitiveness in determining the recipients of social assistance from the company,the right decision is made to determine the appropriate criteria for receiving social assistence and  of course this is the most important policy in the company so that the funds are right on target.This software is built based on a decision support system that has the ability to facilitate a management process in making the right decision in receiving a company’s annual social assistence,using the Multi-Objective Optimization On the Basis of Simple Ration Analysis Method.
