Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kepemimpinan visioner memiliki korelasi terhadap kinerja guru pada lembaga pendidikan. Menggunakan pendekatan Meta-Analisis dan tinjauan sistematik dengan menggunakan software JASP 0.18.1.0. Data yang ditemukan sebanyak 11 artikel melalui pencarian pada google scholar dan mendeley search serta sincedirect dengan kata kunci kepemimpinan visioner, kinerja guru. 11 artikel dipilih berdasarkan karakteristik dan kriteria peneliti yang telah ditentukan. Data diambil0dari artikel1terpilih adalah0jumlah sampel (N) dan nilai0r pada masing-masing artikel, lalu ukuran0efek dianalisis meliputi; lembaga pendidikan. Data-data hasil penelitian korelasi kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja guru pada lembaga pendidikan, dianalisis secara mendalam untuk menemukan seberapa besar hubungan kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian0ini diawali dengan1merumuskan topik0penelitian, menelusuri1hasil penelitian yang0relevan untuk dianalisis. Hal tersebut0dapat di lihat dari hasil penelitian yang memperlihatkan bahwa Hasil analisis0dengan model random1effect menunjukan1terdapat korelasi positif0yang signifikan0antara kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja guru Z ; 13,592 P; <0,001; 95% (0,253; 0,339).. Adapun korelasi kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja guru termasuk0pada kategori signifikansi rendah1(re: 0,300). Katakunci: Meta0Analisis, Kepemimpinan Visioner, Kinerja Guru, Lembaga Pendidikan.

Abstract

Indonesia, as a multicultural country, faces a variety of differences that lead to conflicts such as violence, oppression, and identity crisis. Plurality, which is a source of national strength, can at any time turn into a trigger for conflict if there is no understanding, tolerance and mutual understanding in addressing differences. Even in one class there are various kinds of differences and the classroom teacher is an important control holder in managing gender diversity, social status, ethnicity, and even intelligence diversity in the classroom. This study aims to understand multicultural-based classroom management strategies at the early childhood education level. Using a descriptive qualitative approach as a method of research. The place where the research was conducted was in one of the PAUD foundations named Nur Miyazaki Islamic Character School Kindergarten. Researchers made observations and conducted interviews with the Principal and class B teachers as data sources. Through the results of the study, it can be seen that the teacher's strategy of managing gender diversity, social status diversity, ethnic diversity, and social status diversity in the classroom is effective in developing the character of caring, sharing, tolerance, responsibility, and willingness to cooperate with one child with another. Although sometimes children respond with resistance to the new habit, the teachers successfully manage the children's emotions well.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of digital marketing training as a technology-based business development strategy for MSMEs. The purpose of this article is to introduce and describe digital marketing training methods that can help MSMEs utilise the potential of digital technology in their marketing and business development. The method that is used in this article is a literature review of reliable sources related to digital marketing training and MSMEs development. The results of the literature review showed that digital marketing training can provide significant benefits for MSMEs in improving their skills and knowledge in digital marketing. This article also outlines some practical steps that can be implemented in digital marketing training for MSMEs, such as identification of digital target markets, use of digital tools and platforms, and measurement and analysis of digital marketing results. The conclusion of this article is that digital marketing training can be an effective strategy in technology-based business development for MSMEs, helping them increase their visibility, market access, and overall profitability.

Abstract

This research contributes significantly to understanding the effect of TGT learning model type Lu lu China Blind with PAK-21 principles on student learning outcomes in the context of geography lessons. The quantitative research method with Quasi experimental design provides an in-depth understanding of the positive impact of the application of this learning model. The use of post-test only control group design with two groups, experimental (X1) and control (X2), provides a solid base to evaluate the effectiveness of the learning model. The results of the post-test which showed a higher average score of experimental class students (83.44) compared to the control class (72.62) indicated that the TGT learning model can improve student learning outcomes in geography subjects. The difference in mean scores worth 10.82 provides an overview of the significant advantages of using the TGT learning model in the context of geography learning. Data analysis using t-test provides a strong statistical basis to support this finding, confirming that the application of TGT learning model has a significant positive impact on students' learning outcomes at SMAN Negeri 1 Rangsang Barat. This finding can serve as a basis for recommending the use of TGT learning model of Lu lu Cina Buta type with PAK-21 principle in learning geography in various schools. The results of this study can also be a reference base for further development in designing innovative and effective learning strategies to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tesis ini adalah hasil penelitian pustaka tentang Metode Pembelajaran Prespektif Al-Qur’an Dan Relevansinya Dengan Pendidikan Agama Islam Sekarang yang sasarannya adalah 4 ayat Al Qur’an tentang metode pembelajaran menurut Ibnu Katsir dan M. Quraish Shihab. Tujuan dari penelitian di sini disebabkan karena akhir-akhir ini banyak sekali metode dan pendekatan yang terus bermunculan dan diterapkan dalam pendidikan diberbagai bidang mata pelajaran, tetapi dari beberapa metode tersebut tidak ditemukan atau kurang sesuai dengan metode pembelajaran atau suatu istilah yang berasal dari Al-Qur’an. Karena bagaimanapun konsep PAI yang digunakan untuk membentuk, membangun, dan mengkader generasi penerus umat islam merupakan hasil muatan ayat al-Qur’an dan teks hadis. Metode pembahasan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif-kualitatif dan komparatif. Adapun teknik pengolahannya yakni: data collection (mengumpulkan data), procces choice (proses pemilihan), data foccusion (pemusatan perhatian) dalam data reduction (yakni metode menyederhanakan data-data yang masih bersifat umum), data display (proses untuk menjawab rumusan) dan terakhir conclusion (menarik kesimpulan). Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahawa metode pembelajaran menurut Al-Qur’an dalam QS. Al-Nahl: 125, QS. Lukman: 12-19, Al-Kahfi: 177 dan QS. AL-Baqoroh:189 yaitu mencakup metode ceramah, diskusi, kisah atau cerita, suri taladan, demonstrasi dan tanya jawab. Adapun relevansinya dengan Pendidikan Agama Islam Sekarang, yaitu: Hikmah, yaitu dialog dengan menggunakan kata-kata yang benar, bijak, lembut, sopan, memudahkan, disertai dengan dalil-dalil yang kuat (ilmiah dan logis). Mau’izhah, yaitu nasehat-nasehat yang lemah lembut lagi benar, ajakan pada suatu hal yang positif atau memberi pelajaran dan peringatan dengan dalil-dalil (argumentasi) yang dapat diterima oleh akal. Jidal, yaitu berdebat atau membantah dengan peserta didik yang tidak menerima pendapat atau ajakan dengan cara-cara yang terbaik, yang tidak emosional, tidak ada unsur celaan, ejekan, sindiran dan kesombongan. Demonstrasi, dapat menjadikan perhatian siswa lebih mudah dipusatkan pada proses belajar dan tidak tertuju pada hal-hal lain, dan dapat mengurangi kesalahan dalam mengambil kesimpulan. Tanya jawab, memang dapat menjadi sebuah metode yang menarik dalam pembelajaran, karena peserta didik akan menjadi aktif dengan memberikan pertanyaan atau memberikan jawaban tentang apa yang mereka ketahui.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media animasi Powerpoint terhadap minat belajar IPA siswa kelas V DI SDN PEJAGAN 1 BANGKALAN. Jenis penelitian ini eksperimen semu dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas V SDN PEJAGAN 1 BANGKALAN pada semester satu Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Variabel penelitian meliputi variabel bebas (penggunaan media animasi Powerpoint) dan variabel terikat (minat belajar). Sample penelitian adalah siswa kelas V-A SDN PEJAGAN 1 BANGKALAN Tahun Ajaran 2023-2024. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester I Tahun Ajaran 2023-2024. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket minat belajar. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah hasil angket minat belajar. Data penelitian ini diambil dari data hasil angket , dengan menggunakan uji validitas,reabilitas,normalitas,dan hipotesis untuk mengetahui hasil pada angket minat belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media animasi Powerpoint terhadap minat belajar IPA terbukti berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar pada siswa.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dengan cermat menyelidiki pengalaman ekstensif para calon guru di Indonesia yang, sebagai non-penutur asli bahasa Thailand, mengajar siswa sekolah menengah pertama Thailand dalam bahasa Inggris. Pandangan positif para pendidik terungkap melalui analisis menyeluruh terhadap kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Studi ini menekankan pengaruh besar guru terhadap motivasi siswa, partisipasi aktif, dan pemahaman bahasa Inggris, menggarisbawahi peran penting mereka dalam membentuk pendidikan bahasa Thailand. Studi ini menekankan kendala rumit yang dihadapi guru di Indonesia ketika menghadapi kesenjangan budaya, kesenjangan bahasa, dan variasi dalam kemahiran siswa. Tantangan-tantangan ini menilai kemampuan pendidik untuk beradaptasi dan ketahanan mereka. Terlepas dari kerumitan lingkungannya, mereka menggunakan teknik pedagogi yang mujarab yang melampaui hambatan bahasa dan budaya. Gaya mengajar mereka efektif karena kemampuan beradaptasi mereka. Temuan-temuan ini mempunyai implikasi lebih luas yang melampaui bidang pendidikan, dan menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi sejumlah individu dan kelompok yang terlibat. Kemampuan beradaptasi dan kemanjuran yang ditunjukkan oleh guru-guru Indonesia dapat menjadi sumber inspirasi bagi para pendidik untuk mengintegrasikan kepekaan lintas budaya ke dalam praktik pengajaran mereka. Para pengambil kebijakan harus mempertimbangkan keberadaan lingkungan pengajaran lintas budaya dan merumuskan kebijakan pendidikan yang mendukung dan inklusif. Temuan ini dapat membantu program pelatihan guru dalam mengembangkan intervensi spesifik yang membantu guru dalam menavigasi konteks bahasa dan budaya yang beragam. Penelitian ini menyoroti jalan menuju pengajaran bahasa Inggris yang lebih halus dan selaras dengan budaya di Thailand. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam pengajaran lintas budaya, calon guru yang bukan penduduk asli Indonesia yang bisa berbahasa Thailand telah menunjukkan hasil yang menggembirakan. Mengakui dan memperingati kemampuan untuk bangkit kembali dari keterpurukan dapat membantu komunitas pendidikan dalam membina jaringan pendidikan bahasa yang beragam dan saling berhubungan yang melampaui batas-batas nasional. The educators' positive views are revealed through a thorough analysis of the questionnaire and in-depth interviews. The study emphasizes the substantial influence of teachers on student motivation, active participation, and comprehension of the English language, underscoring their pivotal role in shaping Thai language education. The study emphasizes the intricate obstacles that Indonesian teachers encounter when dealing with cultural disparities, linguistic disparities, and variations in student proficiency. These challenges assess the educators' ability to adapt and their resilience. Despite the intricacies of the environment, they employ efficacious pedagogical techniques that transcend linguistic and cultural obstacles. Their teaching style is effective due to their adaptability. These findings have broader implications that extend beyond the field of education, offering valuable insights for a range of individuals and groups involved. The adaptability and efficacy demonstrated by Indonesian teachers can serve as a source of inspiration for educators to integrate cross-cultural sensitivity into their teaching practices. Policymakers ought to take into account the presence of cross-cultural teaching environments and formulate educational policies that are both supportive and inclusive. These findings can assist teacher training programs in developing specific interventions that aid teachers in navigating diverse linguistic and cultural contexts. This research sheds light on the way towards a more refined and culturally attuned English language instruction in Thailand. Despite the challenges of cross-cultural teaching, non-native Indonesian preservice teachers who speak Thai have demonstrated encouraging outcomes. Acknowledging and commemorating this ability to bounce back from adversity can assist the educational community in fostering a diverse and interconnected network of language education that transcends national boundaries. Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dampak penggunaan aplikasi Quizizz dalam pembelajaran kosa kata serta memahami persepsi siswa terhadap pengalaman penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Metode penelitian melibatkan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif terhadap respons siswa terhadap aplikasi Quizizz. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah menengah dari berbagai latar belakang dan tingkat kelas. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan dengan mewawancarai siswa dan mengumpulkan pendapat mereka tentang persepsi terhadap Quizizz, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan terhadap aplikasi, serta pengalaman penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Sementara itu, analisis kuantitatif melibatkan pengolahan data dari survei yang menilai hubungan antara penggunaan Quizizz dengan minat belajar dan hasil pembelajaran kosa kata siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Quizizz memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan dalam pembelajaran kosa kata. Siswa merespons secara positif terhadap fitur-fitur gamifikasi dan interaktif yang disediakan oleh Quizizz, dan mereka mengalami peningkatan minat belajar serta hasil pembelajaran kosa kata. Dukungan dari guru dan relevansi aplikasi dengan materi pembelajaran juga terbukti mempengaruhi penerimaan siswa terhadap aplikasi ini. Sumbangan penelitian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana penggunaan Quizizz dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil pembelajaran kosa kata mereka. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Quizizz memiliki potensi besar sebagai alat pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran dan menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan berkesan. Dengan memahami dampak positif dari Quizizz, pendidik dapat memanfaatkannya secara lebih efektif dalam mendukung pembelajaran kosa kata siswa di masa depan. The research method includes both qualitative and quantitative analysis of student feedback on the Quizizz application. The participants in this study were high school students from diverse backgrounds and different grade levels. Qualitative analysis involved interviewing students to gather their opinions on perceptions of Quizizz, factors influencing acceptance of the application, and experiences with using it. Quantitative analysis entails analyzing data from surveys that evaluate the correlation between Quizizz usage and students' interest in learning as well as their vocabulary learning results. The research findings indicate that utilizing Quizizz has a notable beneficial effect on vocabulary acquisition. Students reacted favorably to the gamification and interactive elements offered by Quizizz, leading to heightened engagement in learning and improved vocabulary acquisition. Teacher support and the application's relevance to the learning material have been shown to impact student acceptance of the application. This research aims to explore how utilizing Quizizz can enhance students' learning motivation and vocabulary learning outcomes. This research suggests that Quizizz has significant potential as a powerful educational tool to enhance student engagement and facilitate an enjoyable and impactful learning process. Educators can enhance students' vocabulary learning in the future by comprehending the beneficial effects of Quizizz and using it more efficiently. Abstract

Learning activities and educational quality are at the centre of the educational stage. The quality of education can be assessed based on the discipline of students in the school or community environment and the competence of teachers. This study aims to reveal the influence of the school environment and teacher competence on student learning motivation. Quantitative research methods collect data through surveys with questionnaires and direct observation of students. The research results show that a conducive school environment and high teacher competence have contributed positively to student learning motivation. Factors such as positive relationships between teachers and students, a supportive classroom atmosphere, adequate learning facilities, and the use of innovative teaching methods form a motivating environment for students. Teacher competence to understand student needs, provide appropriate challenges, and create positive relationships also plays an important role in increasing student learning motivation. It is hoped that these results can serve as a guide for educational policies and teacher professional development to increase student learning motivation in the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the utilization of information and communication technology in learning Islamic Religious Education in Elementary/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (SD/MI). Through literature research method. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman data analysis model. Qualitative analysis activities are carried out interactively and continuously until they reach an adequate point. The steps taken include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion verification. This research explains the definition of information and communication technology, the utilization of information and communication technology in learning Islamic religious education, its positive and negative impacts, and examples of information and communication technology devices in learning Islamic religious education. The use of information and communication technology in learning Islamic religious education can expand access to education, increase administrative efficiency, and improve the quality of learning. However, keep in mind that the use of information and communication technology must be balanced with an understanding of appropriate and ethical use and careful supervision. The utilization of information and communication technology in Islamic learning can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of learning, but it also requires wise management. Thus, the utilization of technology and information used must still pay attention to the holistic aspects of education and the development of student character as a whole.
