Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide education, training and assistance in improving strategy and IT-based business performance for seafood MSME in the village of Labuan Banten. This training focuses on solving product problems that do not have Branding, packaging, are not hygienic, do not have traditional sales and marketing strategies and low average sales. Solutions for the problem is training and assistance in Branding and packaging strategies as well as the use of digital marketing are alternative solutions to problems in the short term to improve the performance of seafood MSME in Labuan village. It is hoped that after this activity is carried out, the MSME can have strong Branding, good packaging and a wide range of buyers and in the end can directly increase sales and indirectly help the regional economy and families.

Abstract

Technology has changed the teaching and learning process in the world of education. The most visible change is the use of learning media in schools. The presence of digital media provides a variety of educational innovations, where rigid and monotonous conventional learning will be replaced by learning using digital media which is considered more practical, flexible, and not limited by space and time. One of the learning media is a website. Based on the results of interviews with teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Windusari, they said the importance of online learning media, especially when online learning demands. Therefore, in this PKM, the authors carry out google sites training activities to improve the ability of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Windusari to create learning media. After training on making teaching media using google sites will help teachers in making interesting learning materials and conveying them to students. So that this activity will provide good benefits to teachers, students, and SMK N 1 Windusari, Magelang Regency. Many teachers were previously reluctant to use making websites because of difficulties. However, after this training, the teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Windusari began to be enthusiastic about making learning media using google sites. Because using google sites is quite easy for teachers to do.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing this Community Service activity is to provide counseling to the community to increase understanding of the benefits of having RW Siaga in each area, especially in the Sempur sub-district, Bogor. This counseling emphasized the importance of effective communication in the implementation of RW Siaga programs that must be carried out by the community in order to minimize the increase in Covid-19 cases in each region. To achieve a resilient community in the face of disasters, a supporting factor is needed, namely social capital. Social capital is one of the important factors in building a strong society, where it is an individual ability in relation to other people in a community based on norms and mutual trust to achieve common goals. For this reason, the government has taken the initiative to create RW Siaga in each region so that the community is more orderly in implementing Prokes. This outreach activity has been carried out in August 2021, through a webinar.

Abstract

One of the important factors in a business is human resources. The quality of qualified human resources is able to make small industries successful. For the glorious economy of a small industry, it can be a better economy for a country. Therefore, small and medium enterprises need to be developed, one of which is in terms of human resources. Phenomena that occur in general in a small industry related to human resources include the lack of mastery of information technology. The use of the right technology has a relationship with the development of UMKM that have good competitiveness in the industrial era 4.0. This phenomenon is also experienced in one of the home industry in the South Tambun area which is used as a partner. From the results of the observations made, there are problems experienced by partners, including the distribution of limited production and marketing that is carried out conventionally by relying on word to mouth techniques. The stages of this service activity start from counseling, mentoring and mentoring. The briefing of the material presented was the process of managing the marketplace using Tokopedia and the process of designing logos and labels using Canva. From the evaluation of activities, it showed a percentage of pre-test values of 37% and post-test scores of 93. Then for evaluation related to the implementation of activities regarding enthusiasm and satisfaction of activities reached 92%.

Abstract

The education curriculum continues to change according to technological developments, but the current two-year conditions are different. Since two years ago, in the pandemic era, the curriculum applied in schools is the 2013 curriculum and the prototype curriculum. The prototype curriculum is a development of the 2013 curriculum, also called the emergency curriculum. For the 2022/2023 school year, the government establishes an independent curriculum for schools that are ready to implement it. This technical guidance is very much needed for school principals and teachers so that the implementation of an independent curriculum can be carried out, technical guidance carried out online is able to make participants comfortable, and motivated to keep following until the material is finished, because the technical guidance carried out is arranged very systematically with a well-designed learning design. good. the results of the technical guidance that has been carried out, all participants understand and are ready to implement the independent curriculum and support the implementation of the independent curriculum in their respective schools by making real action reports and sending them to the learning management system.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to build community independence in order to develop the potential of the surrounding environment, especially entrepreneurship programs in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. This community service activity method uses the lecture or counseling method, discussion and learning that is practiced by participants and resource persons. The lecture method is used to convey general knowledge about the development of entrepreneurial intentions for the people of Desa Mekarsari. Learning methods are used to transfer knowledge and skills possessed by resource persons to community members. This training involved lecturers from Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya, in collaboration with the residents of Mekarsari Village, Kec. Tambun Selatan, Kab. Bekasi as the target subject.

Abstract

Child Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) is one of the communities established by the DKI Jakarta government in order to build a communication platform. RPTRA is managed by a group of individuals who have good intentions in managing it. Not only that, managers are sometimes faced with other tasks, which also require the role of all management members. As in other groups, group dynamics occur within them. For example, in the form of things throwing work responsibilities, reporting to each other, resulting in the process of working together being hampered and making the work process not smooth. The implementation of the webinar activity is carried out with the asynchronous method, in the sense that the participants and the team do not conduct the seminar on a live broadcast. But by communicating in WhatsApp groups, questions and evaluations using the g-form, delivering material through YouTube media. Through outreach activities which lasted for approximately five hours and carried out asynchronously, the counseling provided benefits for the participants.

Abstract

Utilization of information and communication technology is applied to help facilitate human work and make it easier to get information. Utilization of information technology for government agencies is a useful tool to improve services to the community. Mangunjaya Village is a government agency at the village level that directly provides services to the community. The services provided include making cover letters, such as Identity Cards (KTP), Family Cards (KK) and Birth Certificates. With the help of information system technology, the Cover Letter service for the Mangunjaya Village Apparatus, Tambun Selatan District, is expected to help the community service so that it can be relatively more optimal and faster. This activity, which was held in Mangunjaya Village, out of a total of 30 participants who expressed satisfaction with the seminar held in Mangunjaya Village, as many as 57% were very satisfied, 30% satisfied and 13% said they were quite satisfied with the presentation delivered by the speaker.

Abstract

The lack of public awareness of the implementation of the Covid-19 health protocol has made the spread of Covid-19 even more massive, for example on December 1, 2020 in our country Indonesia has reached 543,975 positive cases with 17,081 deaths and 454,879 recoveries and if we refer to the data on CoronaVirus cases in the world, it has reached 2,500 cases. positive 63,315,184 with 1,469,835 deaths and 40,602,957 recoveries. The data was obtained from the Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center. This activity provides education to the people of Lubang Buaya Village on the importance of wearing masks, washing hands and maintaining distance as well as providing education to the community about the dangers of the Covid-19 virus and providing benefits to the community on the importance of preventing the spread of Covid-19 in the form of counseling.

Abstract

In the process of thinking, humans need a methodology as a guide to be orderly and directed. Likewise in understanding social phenomena. For ordinary people, social phenomena are seen as a daily reality. For researchers, behind a social phenomenon there is a discrepancy between the ideal concept and reality. This community service activity was carried out to provide training to the Indonesian People's Struggle Union – Serikat Perjuangan Rakyat Indonesia (SPRI). SPRI as a non-profit organization that focuses on urban poverty issues requires a way to use research methodologies in a short, fast and precise way in understanding and finding solutions to poverty problems in the capital city of Jakarta. This training is carried out by providing material ranging from the basic understanding of research to the process of using the preparation of research methodologies to support the tasks of SPRI.
