The impact of repeated disasters on urban communities is damage and loss of life. However, currently disaster risk education introduces risk mitigation and disaster preparedness in minimizing the impact of disasters in urban areas. Disaster risk reduction has been included in the school curriculum. The purpose of writing this article is to examine the role of schools in disaster mitigation, disaster curriculum in schools. Empowering school-age children to understand disaster mitigation is the first step in building a disaster-aware community. So that when a disaster occurs, people no longer experience confusion and panic, because they have understood how to reduce disaster risk. School-age children are expected to be able to bring the knowledge they have learned from school and become "agents" who can build a culture of disaster awareness in their environment, so that a resilient society can be realized in dealing with disasters.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of social capital on the interest in entrepreneurship with self-efficacy in STPKat students. This study aims to analyze the effect of student social capital on entrepreneurial interest with self-efficacy. In order to answer this problem, Bourdie's theory of social capital and Bandura's theory of self-affication are used. This research method is quantitative, with a focus on analyzing the influence of student social capital on the interest in entrepreneurship with self-efficacy. The analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis, looking for the effect of social capital variable (X) on entrepreneurial interest and self-efficacy (Y). The results obtained are social capital has a positive influence coefficient, 0.355 the higher the social capital of a student, the higher the self-efficacy, or an increase of 35.5%. Social capital has a significance t of 0.540, which means this significance is > 0.05, so social capital has no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest and self-efficacy in STPKat Semarang students. Test the coefficient of determination on the adjusted R Square value. the contribution of social capital (independent variable) 8.8% to self-efficacy, in the sense that 81.2% can be found in further research outside the social capital variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using outdoor study in developing spatial intelligence at SMA Angkasa Husein Bandung. This research uses the expose facto, with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire with analytical techniques using linear regression test and correlation coefficient test. The variables in this study are the effectiveness of the outdoor study as the independent variable and spatial intelligence as the dependent variable. The sample in this study was 90 students. The results aims that the effectiveness of the outdoor study correlates with spatial intelligence with an R count of 0.824, meaning that value of the effectiveness of the outdoor study students' spatial intelligence has a very significant effect of 82.4% which shows that the outdoor study method is effective in developing spatial intelligence. The coefficient of determination Rsquare (R2)is 0.515 or 51.5%. This shows that the effectiveness of the outdoor study contributes to the spatial intelligence of students by 51.5%, the remaining 48.5% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in this study. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the outdoor study can develop students' spatial intelligence effectively in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of the world is so fast marked by the very rapid progress of science and technology, globalization has an impact on all sectors of life, including education. Globalization poses a challenge to the world of education that in the 21st century, 4C competencies (Communication, Collaboration, Critical thinking, and Creativity) are needed so that students in their lives in the future are able to compete and survive in the midst of global competition. The development of 4C competencies in students can be done with various approaches, one of which in this study is the development of contextual learning-based learning e-modules. Through this module, students are presented with factual knowledge that is close to their environment and life so that they can develop critical and creative thinking skills. Communication and collaboration skills are developed with group discussions to complete the exercises in the module. The module was developed using the ADDIE model, based on expert assessments, the atmospheric dynamics learning e-module got a score of mode 4 which was declared feasible to use. Meanwhile, based on the assessment, students got a mode score of 5 on each aspect of the assessment which means very good. Test the effectiveness of the e-module on students with a pretest-post test only design, the score increased from 56.67 to 84.00, which means that the e-module is effective to use.
