AbstrakSandiwara Amal merupakan seni pertunjukan yang lahir dari kreatifitas masyarakat. Diperkirakan tumbuh sekitar yahun 1950-an hingga hari ini. Pertumbuhannya diproduksi dalam kerangka tradisi Masyarakat Ocu/Kampar. Adapun bentuk produksi tersebut berpijak dari main-main siang atau main alek-alek (permainan anak-anak pada masyarakat Kampar dalam bentuk bercerita). Ditransformasi menjadi bentuk pertunjukan Sandiwara Amal oleh Masyarakat Ocu. Sandiwara Amal merupakan kreasi baru masyarakat Dusun Pulau Belimbing dalam bentuk teater rakyat. Sandiwara Amal biasa dilaksanakan pada Pasca Bulan Suci Ramadhan, Sandiwara Amal di Dusun Pulau Belimbing Kabupaten Kampar. Dramaturgi digunakan sebagai pijakan guna mengupas bentuk dan gaya Sandiwara Amal.Kata Kunci: Sandiwara Amal, Gaya, Bentuk, MasyarakatÂ AbstractCharity play is a performing art that was born from the creativity of the community. It is thought to have grown around the 1950s to the present day. its growth is produced within the framework of the Ocu/Kampar community tradition. As for the form of production, it is based on daytime playing or playing alek-alek (children's games in the Kampar community in the form of storytelling). Transformed into a Charity Play by the Ocu Community. The Amal Play is a new creation of the Belimbing Island Hamlet community in the form of folk theater. Charity plays are usually held after the Holy Month of Ramadan, Charity plays in Belimbing Island Hamlet, Kampar Regency. Abstract Submission of draft regulations may be proposed by the head of the area and can also be proposed by legislators as proposed initiative DPRD. Formulation of the problem: How does the implementation of filing draft from DPRD to draft legislation that comes from the head of the region from 2016 till 2019 in Serang City? How is the economic impact of the implementation of the draft submission from the DPRD and the draft coming from mayor of Serang City? What are the obstacles and barriers of Serang City DPRD initiative in submission the right proposal draft? What are the efforts to support the implementation of the DPRD Serang City in submitting draft initiative? Qualitative research methods with normative juridical approach and empirical juridical. The research location in the Serang City DPRD with the Legal Section of the Serang City Regional Secretariat. Conclusions: The implementation of the draft regulation on DPRD initiatives with the Mayor's proposal, in terms of quantity or amount from 2016 to 2019 as many as 30 proposals from the Mayor and as many as 21 Regional Regulations on DPRD initiatives. In the same draft quality, but there are few obstacles in the implementation of initiatives related to the formation of draft regulations implementing initiatives that DPRD be less than the maximum. The economic impact in the form of budgetary expenditures directly associated with the preparation of the budget for one academic papers on average Rp 50.000.000, - and to finance the discussion stages of starting an academic presentation, public test, parliament committee discussions, study visits and meetings plenary average for one draft Rp 250.000.000, -. Constraints and obstacles in the proposed initiative filed draft rights are affected by external factors and internal factors are: Internal factors consisting of socio-economic factors and human resources include the level of education and experience of the organization. Efforts to support the implementation of the right to propose draft legislation initiatives include the development of the functions of DPRD, empowering legislators to improve the quality and arrangement of the institution of DPRD. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan mengkaji serta memperoleh deskripsi secara komprehenship tentang bagaimana implementasi nilai-nilai agama terhadap pengembangan karakter cinta lingkungan hidup dan bagaimana faktor-faktor penunjang dan penghambat dalam kegiatan Pengembangan Karakter cinta lingkungan hidup di SMP Trimurti. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian mengatakan bahwa Pendidikan lingkungan hidup harus mampu mendorong terjadinya integrasi kearifan sikap dan perilaku dalam menghadapi masalah yang timbul karena tatanan alam (gempa bumi, meletusnya gunung api dsb), dengan kerusakan atau kerugian karena perilaku jenis makhluk hidup termasuk manusia. Abstrak Anak tunagrahita mengalami hambatan merespon rangsangan sehingga memerlukan penanganan khusus melalui pendidikan jasmani adaptif. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani adaptif sudah berjalan akan tetapi kurang maksimal karena kondisi anak yang berbeda, sumber belajar yang minim, motivasi serta pengertian orang tua yang kurang. Tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani adaptif cabang olahraga bulutangkis bagi anak tunagrahita ringan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah tiga orang guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru melaksanakan semua tahapan pembelajaran, namun masih menemui kesulitan sehingga guru berupaya mencari buku sumber, metode yang bervareatif, memotivasi anak untuk meningkatkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Rekomendasi ditunjukkan bagi guru agar dapat menyesuaikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan kondisi dan kemampuan anak. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan terhadap belanja modal, dana alokasi khusus (DAK) terhadap belanja modal, Sisa lebih perhitungan Anggaran (SiLPA) terhadap belanja modal, pendapatan, dana alokasi khusus (DAK) dan Sisa Lebih perhitungan Anggaran (SiLPA) terhadap belanja modal. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan BLUD UPTD Puskesmas Tanjung tahun 2018-2020.Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 data, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Pendapatan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap belanja modal. 2) Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap belanja modal. 3) Sisa Lebih Perhitungan Anggaran (SiLPA) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap belanja modal. 4) Pendapatan, Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dan Sisa Lebih Perhitungan Anggaran (SiLPA) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap belanja modal. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendesain dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Pariwisata Berbasis Web Pada Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Buol. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan model waterfall menggunakan metode pengembangan system Development Life Cycle. Sistem informasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Software XAMPP Control Panel V3.2.2 yang mendukung banyak sistem operasi dan sebagai web server offline (localhost) dengan bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dan database MySQL PhpMyAdmin. Hasil penelitian untuk mempermudah kerja user dalam menerima dan menyebarkan informasi Pariwisata dan pelaporannya. This type of research includes qualitative research with the waterfall model using the Development Life Cycle system development method. This information system is designed using XAMPP Control Panel Software V3.2.2 which supports many operating systems and as an offline web server (localhost) with the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and the PHPMyAdmin MySQL database. Abstrak Persebaran wilayah khususnya di Indonesia tidak terlepas dari perhatian luas mengenai kegiatan transportasi udara, salah satu fasilitas yang disediakan oleh maskapai adalah jasa pengangkutan cargo dan pos. Pengangkutan cargo dan pos tidak terlepas dari kendala internal maupun ekternal, yang mana permasalahan ini tidak terlepas dari segi pelayanan pemeriksaan keamanan.Regulated Agent adalah badan hukum Indonesia berupa agen kargo, freight forwarderyang disertifikasi Direktorat Jenderal dalam kegiatan bisnis dengan Badan Usaha Angkutan Udara atau Perusahaan Angkutan Udara Asing untuk melakukan pemeriksaan keamanan terhadap kargo dan pos yang ditangani atau yang diterima dari Pengirim. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana standarisasi pengiriman cargo dan pos pada Regulated Agent PT. KMSI LOP serta apa saja hambatan dan upaya dalam melakukan penanganan kargo dan pos. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian deskriptif yang dinyatakan melalui penyataan atau hasil yang mendeskripsikan dari suatu penelitian. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan menganalisis standarisasi dari kegiatan keamanan cargo dan pos yang dilakukan oleh Regulated AgentPT. KMSI LOP, prosesnya tersusun secara sistematis dari kegiatan pemeriksaan dokumen barang yang akan dikirim, pemeriksaan terhadap isi barang menggunakan X-Ray dan pemeriksaan random/manual serta penyerahan barang oleh Regulated Agentke maskapai, hingga mekanisme penanganan jika ditemukan barang atau dokumen yang berbahaya (Dangerous Goods). Hambatan atau kendala yang dihadapi di lapangan, pertama para pengirim tidak melengkapi dokumen atas barang yang di kirim. Kedua, terlambatnya pengiriman barang menuju Regulated Agent oleh pengirim barangsehingga mempengaruhi waktu pemeriksaan yangdilakukan oleh Regulated Agent. Ketiga, kurangnya pemberian waktu oleh maskapai kepada Regulated Agent PT. KMSI LOP hanya selama 2 jam untuk melakukan pemeriksaan barang. Upayamengatasi hambatan yaitu memberitahukepada setiap pengirim untuk melengkapi dokumennya dan meminta kompensasi waktu kepada pihak maskapai agar pemeriksaan barang dan data akurat, mengingat keamanan atas barang tersebut. Kata Kunci:Regulated Agent, Keamanan Kargo dan Pos Abstract The distribution of the region, especially in Indonesia, cannot be separated from the widespread attention regarding air transportation activities, one of the facilities provided by the airline is cargo and postal transportation services. Cargo and postal transportation cannot be separated from internal and external constraints, where this problem cannot be separated from the aspect of security inspection services. Regulated Agent is an Indonesian legal entity in the form of a cargo agent, freight forwarder or other field certified by the Directorate General that conducts business activities with an Air Transportation Business Entity or a Foreign Air Transport Company to conduct security checks on cargo and post handled or received from the Shipper. Thus, the purpose of this study is to find out how to standardize cargo and postal shipments at the Regulated Agent PT. KMSI LOP and what are the obstacles in handling cargo and post. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. This type of research is in the form of descriptive research which is stated through statements or results that describe a research. The researcher concludes that in carrying out the activities of analyzing the standardization of cargo and postal security activities carried out by the Regulated Agent PT. KMSI LOP, the process is structured systematically from document inspection activities of goods to be sent, inspection of the contents of goods using X-Ray and random/manual inspection and delivery of goods by Regulated Agents to airlines, to handling mechanisms if dangerous goods or documents are found (Dangerous). Goods). Obstacles or obstacles encountered in the field, first the senders did not complete the documents for the goods sent. Second, the delay in the delivery of goods to the Regulated Agent by the shipper, thus affecting the time of inspection carried out by the Regulated Agent. Third, the lack of time given by the airline to the Regulated Agent PT. KMSI LOP only takes 2 hours to inspect goods.Efforts to overcome obstacles are to notify each sender to complete their documents and ask the airline for time compensation so that the inspection of goods and data is accurate, considering the security of the goods. Abstrak Bandar udara Tunggul Wulung Cilacap dipilih untuk menjalankan dan mengembangkan sistem manajemen yang efektif dan efisien, agar mampu mendorong peningkatan profesionalisme kinerja pegawai dan mampu menciptakan keharmonisan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan Bandar Udara Tunggul Wulung Cilacap. Penelitian Bandar udara Tunggul Wulung di Cilacap memiliki sekitar 50 karyawan yang disurvei dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada peserta dan meninjau dokumen terkait. Koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan analisis regresi berganda merupakan teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS Versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dibuktikan dengan nilai hasil nilai thitung sebesar 2,786 > ttabel 2,010 dan nilai signifikansi 0,257 < 0,05. Variabel motivasi menunjukkan dengan nilai hasil nilai thitung sebesar 2,206 > ttabel 2,010 dan nilai signifikan 0,063<0,05. Terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. sebesar 75,1%. Sedangkan 24,9% yang di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja karyawan Abstract Cilacap's Tunggul Wulung Airport was chosen to run and develop an effective and efficient management system, in order to be able to encourage increased professionalism of employee performance and be able to create good harmony. This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership style and motivation affect employee performance at Tunggul Wulung Airport, Cilacap. Research The Tunggul Wulung airport in Cilacap has about 50 employees surveyed in this quantitative study. Data was collected by giving questionnaires to participants and reviewing related documents. The coefficient of determination, t test, and multiple regression analysis are analytical techniques used to answer the hypothesis. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Version 22 The results showed that simultaneously Leadership Style and Motivation had an effect on employee performance, with a significant value of 0.257 > 0.05. The motivation variable shows a significant value of 0.063> 0.05, meaning that partially motivation has an effect on employee performance. The influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance is 75.1%. Teaching Vocabulary Mastery Through Think-Pair-Share Technique to the Efl Students of AMIK Tri Dharma Vemmy Maidita Nur Aisyiah

Abstract This research aims at finding out whether the think-pair-share technique of learning can be applied to develop the vocabulary mastery of the EFL students of AMIK Tri Dharma. The researcher focused the vocabulary mastery with the objectives: 1) to know the meaning of the words; 2) to know the pronunciation of the words; 3) to know the category of the words, and 4) to know how to use the words in sentences or contexts. The subject of this research was 18 EFL students of AMIK Tri Dharma. This was a classroom action research which was done in two months. The researcher applied two cycles during the research. The result of the research shows that the application of the think-pair-share technique can develop the vocabulary mastery of the EFL students of AMIK Tri Dharma. This can be proven by the increase of the score on the test from 53.05 to 60.4 than to 74.7. The treatment was stopped after 88,8% of the group achieved the criteria of success. The application of think-pair-share technique was effective to develop the EFL students’ vocabulary mastery. Keywords: EFL student, Think-pair-share, vocabulary mastery

Abstrak Tujuan Peneitian ini yaitu merancang dan menganalisis Sistem Informasi Berita Desa Berbasis SMS Gateway menggunakan PHP dan MySQL Pada Kantor Desa Sidondo II Kabupaten Sigi. Sistem informasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan gammu versi 1.33.0 sebagai penghubung antara modem dan database, modem yang digunakan yaitu huawei mobile boardband. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan PHP dan database MySQL. Penyampain informasi oleh petugas Desa Sidondo II hanya menggunakan pengeras suara dari masjid, sehingga informasi yang disampaikan tidak tersampaikan kepada seluruh masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rancangan sistem informasi berita desa berbasis SMS gateway pada Kantor Desa Sidondo II Kabupaten Sigi, sistem tersebut dapat membantu petugas Desa Sidondo II dalam menyampaikan berita atau informasi sehingga informasi yang disampaikan dapat diketahui seluruh masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Desa, SMS Gateway, Gammu, PHP, dan MySQL Abstract The purpose of this research is to design and analyze an SMS Gateway-Based Village News Information System using PHP and MySQL at the Sidondo II Village Office, Sigi Regency. This information system is designed using Gammu version 1.33.0 as a liaison between the modem and the database, the modem used is Huawei Mobile Boardband. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL database. Information conveyed by Sidondo II Village officials only used loudspeakers from the mosque, so the information conveyed was not conveyed to the whole community. The result of this study is the design of an SMS gateway-based village information system at the Sidondo II Village Office, Sigi Regency, the system can assist Sidondo II Village officials in conveying news or information submitted to the entire community.
