This study aims to determine students' perceptions of online learning in practical courses at the Bali Tourism Polytechnic during the corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic. The students’ perceptions are limited to the aspects of teaching and learning, capabilities (lecturers' abilities), and facilities and infrastructure. The population in this study were all students of Room Division Management program of the Bali Tourism Polytechnic. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique which only focused on students who were taking practical courses in the Room Division Management program. Data were collected using online questionnaires and in-depth interviews with several students to obtain more detailed information. The data analysis technique used qualitative analysis consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that students' perceptions of online learning in practical courses are positive, with details of the teaching and learning aspects of 67%, the aspects of capabilities (lecturers' abilities) of 94%, and of the aspects of facilities and infrastructure of 79%. Based on the results of the interview, it was found that the problem lies in the devices owned by students that are not compatible to access online learning so it is difficult to do practicum at home.

Liwungan Island is only mainstays of marine tourism in the Tanjung Lesung Beach tourist area. This area has been equipped with adequate infrastructure and supporting facilities, such as telecommunications networks with international and local telecommunications service facilities, electricity networks and clean water facilities. Based on the findings of the condition of tourism component, Liwungan Island has its own charm but is not supported by adequate access and facilities. In addition to the difficulty of getting public transportation, the condition of the Tanjung Jaya Village port which is the only access for tourists to Liwungan Island is still a concern, in the end tourism on Liwungan Island has stagnated. Mixed methods or hybrid methods are used in this study. Based on the results of the Liwungan Island tourism experience survey, it was found that tourists' expectations of the experiences they got while visiting Liwungan Island were not met, while the Tanjung Lesung area had been designated as one of the 10 Priority Tourism Destinations in Indonesia. With the spread of attractions in the area, one of which is Liwungan Island, research on the tourism component, tourism carrying capacity and tourist experience of the area becomes a very important thing to do.

The research aims to investigate community participation in KSPN Bedugul towards tourism recovery efforts. Data was collected by observation, survey and interview using questionnaires and interview guides. The sampling technique used was purposive and snow ball sampling and the data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and the typology theory of community participation in tourism from Pretty were referred to. The results showed that the overall community participation in the recovery of tourism in the New Normal era at KSPN Bedugul, appears very small (below 50%). Based on the seven levels of participation typology, the level of participation in the Bedugul community from the lowest can be seen as follows: manipulative participation with average value of 0.556 or 27.8%; passive participation (0.546 or 27.3%); participation by consultation (0.563 or 28.1%); participation for material incentives (0.82 or 41%); functional participation (0.293 or 14.6%); interactive participation (0.156 or 7.8%); self-mobilization and connectedness (0.9 or 45%). It is recommended that stakeholders involve the community in tourism recovery efforts, as well as the re-establishment of organizations such as Pokdarwis. It is also necessary to increase public awareness of the meaning of tourism for improving their standard of living.

This study aims to determine the differences in financial behavior among generations X, Y, and Z. This study uses the Kruskal-Wallis test to examine differences in financial behavior. Based on the results of the Kruskall-Wallis test, it is concluded that there are differences in financial management between Generations X, Y, and Z, with a Chi-Square value of 12,579 and an Asympt. Sig. of 0.002 < (0.05). Generation differences will also lead to differences in information in each generation that can affect financial behavior. This study supports the Theory of Planned Behavior, which states that humans behave in a conscious way by considering relevant information.

Catur Village is a center for Kintamani Arabica Coffee production, the distribution of the coffee products has been carried out throughout Bali to foreign countries such as Japan, Europe, America, and Australia with the brand "Kopi Catur Arabika Kintamani". As a tourist village, Catur needs to have a strong tourist attraction to attract tourist visits. The study of the development of the Kintamani Arabica Catur Coffee processing attraction as a gastronomic tourist attraction is the right step to create a strong story or story in the minds of tourists. The purpose of this study was to determine the development strategy of coffee processing as a gastronomic tourist attraction. The research method used is qualitative using SWOT analysis. The results show that there are 13 strategy formulations that can be used in the development of coffee processing as a gastronomic tourist attraction, of these 13 strategies there are 11 strategies that have been realized, but the realization must be further optimized.

Attitudes toward tourism development vary greatly among different approaches. To cautionary approach, this inter-nation phenomenon is seen as fruiting a hulk of various physical and social excess. To others, adaptation and scientific approaches, when well planned, organized, implemented, and controlled. tourism development can bear lots of advantages both to the tourists and host countries. In Bali, many researchers from different scientific backgrounds found enough empirical evidence that tourism development generates numbers of beneficial influence for the development of the Balinese culture.

Peran dan pemberdayaan desa pakraman unluk menimiang kegiatan kepariwisataan di Bali , berkaitan dengan peran dan pemberdayaan lembaga tradisional lainnya yang melakukan polisentrisitas dengan desa pakraman yakni sistem subak. Disamping itu tentu saja dengan desa dinas. Ketiga lembaga ini hams mampii melakukan polisentrisitas yang optimal, demi terwuiudnya suasana harmoni dan kebersamaan. scsuai semaiigat yang ada pada konsep Tri Hita Karana. Kondisi seperti ini sangat penting artinya bagi kegiatan kepariwisataan di Bali . Peran desa pakraman dalam kepariwisataan di Bali adalah dengan mewujudkan suasana harmoni dan kebersamaan baik pada intern desa pakraman yang bersangkutan maupun antara desa pakraman dengan lingkungan sekitarnya . Peran dan pemberdayaan desa pakraman sebaiknya jangan sampai kebablasan. sehingga justru dapat menimbulkan konfiik. Desa pakraman di Bali perlu terus diberdayakan, agar mampu menjalankan perannya sectira maksimal dalam menunjang sektor pariwisata di Bali . Pemberdayaan dilakukan. baik di bidang ekonomi, sosial, kelembagaan, dan pengelolaan objek wisala yang ada di kawasan desa pakraman yang bersangkutan. Pemberdayaan desa pakraman seharusnya dilihat dari sudut pandang sistem kebudayaan, yang dilihat dari subsistem poki pikir, sosial, d;tn artefak. di mana seintia subsistem itu satu dan lainnya adalah saling terkait.

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini, lanskap pemasaran pariwisata daerah tujuan wisata Bali telah mengalami pergeseran yang cukup signifikan. Halini tidak teilepas dan adanya pengaruh perubahan-perubahaii lingkungan peinasaran, baik pada tingkat internasional maupun di tingkat regional. Untuk tetap dapat mempertahankan posisinya sebagai salah satu daerah tujuan wisata utama dunia di tengah-tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat. Bah perlu segera menyusun langkah-langkah strategis di bidang pemasarannya. Strategi penetrasi pasar (market penetration strategy) dapat dipertimbangkan untuk menghadapi berbagai tantangan jangka pendek. sedangkan untuk jangka panjang strategi diversifikasi (diversification strategy) akan merupakan pilihan yang lebih tepat untuk menghadapi adanya kecenderungan pasar wisata dunia yang semakin terfragmentasi. Di sampingnitu. kemajuan yang pesat di bidang teknologi informasi harus dapat dimanfaatkan secara tepat untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran daerah tujuan wisata Bali.
