Abstract

PLN Customer Service Unit (ULP) Banjarbaru, through its Energy Transaction Division (TE), is responsible for processing meter activation data and energy transaction calculations. Currently, the process of combining siaga reports and DILL data is performed manually, which is time-consuming and prone to calculation inaccuracies for additional charges. To address this issue, this study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Meter Activation Data Management and Energy Transaction Information System to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed in data management. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, consisting of system analysis, design, coding, and testing stages using the blackbox testing method. The system is designed using an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD), and Flowchart, and is built with PHP, HTML, MySQL database, and the CodeIgniter 4 (CI4) framework. Testing results show that the system performs as expected, assisting staff in recording, managing, and reporting meter activation data and energy transaction calculations more efficiently and accurately.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires digital service systems to have high performance and optimal availability. One of the main challenges in managing web-based services is the system's ability to deal with an unpredictable surge in the number of users. If not anticipated, this can cause a decrease in performance and even detrimental downtime. This study aims to analyze and implement the concept of auto scaling and load balancing in an effort to improve the performance and availability of web-based services. Auto scaling functions to automatically adjust the number of server resources according to workload needs, while load balancing plays a role in distributing network traffic evenly to several servers. The research method used is an experiment, by implementing and testing service performance before and after the implementation of auto scaling and load balancing. The test results show that the combination of the two technologies is able to increase the speed of service response, reduce server load, and maintain optimal service availability. This research is expected to be a reference in the development of reliable and efficient cloud-based systems.

Abstract

Decision Support Systems (DSS) play a crucial role in assisting decision-makers by analyzing large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights. The core performance of a DSS relies heavily on the computational algorithms embedded within its structure, which are responsible for data processing, pattern recognition, and prediction. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of three commonly used algorithms Decision Tree (C4.5), Naive Bayes, and K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) in supporting decision-making processes using healthcare-related data. The analysis focuses on three performance metrics: classification accuracy, computational speed, and memory usage. A benchmark dataset on heart disease from the UCI Machine Learning Repository was utilized for empirical testing. Results indicate that the Decision Tree algorithm achieved the highest accuracy (92%) and interpretability, making it well-suited for transparent decision-making contexts. Naive Bayes demonstrated the fastest processing time and lowest memory consumption, making it ideal for real-time or resource-constrained systems. Meanwhile, K-NN showed moderate performance but was sensitive to parameter tuning and data volume. These findings suggest that algorithm selection should be aligned with system requirements and resource availability. The study contributes to the development of more efficient and tailored decision support systems by providing empirical evidence of algorithmic strengths and limitations across multiple evaluation dimensions.

Abstract

Kota Batam adalah kota terbesar di kepulauan Riau, merupakan jalur masuk tersibuk ketiga di Indonesia setelah Bali dan Jakarta. Terletak dekat dengan Singapura, Batam merupakan resor favorit untuk wisatawan mancanegara di Singapura yang berharap dapat lebih dekat dengan alam, bersantai untuk liburan singkat, sambil bermain golf, atau berlayar, menikmati keindahan alam yang dimiliki Batam. Saat ini sudah banyak layan informasi wisata Batam berbasis web, akan tetapi cukup menyulitkan bagi wisatawan untuk memperoleh informasi secara langsung, tepat dan efisien. Dengan adanya aplikasi sistem informasi wisata Batam berbasis android dalam memilih dan menentukan tujuan wisata yang akan dikunjungi diharapkan dapat membantu bagi wisatawan dan juga pihak pemerintah Batam dalam mempromosikan pesona kota Batam. Hasil dari perancangan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Wisata Kota Batam berbasis Android ini nantinya akan memberikan informasi dalam bentuk deskripsi secara umum dari objek wisata itu sendiri dan peta yang dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung. Penggunaan Google Maps sebagai aplikasi pendukung dalam memilih dan mencari rute perjalanan ke objek wisata dalam aplikasi ini menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam menentukan keberadaan objek wisata tersebut.

Abstract

Aplikasi Pembelajaran On-line (e-Learning) Untuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan merupakan suatu inovasi bagi sekolah menengah kejuruan . Ada dua hal mendesak yang melatar belakangi pembuatan web e-learning ini, yaitu: Pertama, kelemahan pola pembelajaran (pembelajaran tatap muka di dalam kelas) yang dipakai oleh setiap sekolah menengah dan sederajat. Kedua, perkembangan teknologi yang telah maju dengan pesat perlu dipikir oleh para stageholder pendidikan guna meningkatkan kondisi pembelajaran. Tujuan utama yang terkandung dalam penulisan tesis ini adalah pembuatan Aplikasi Pembelajaran Online (e-Learning) Untuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK).Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam perancangan dan pembangunan aplikasi e-Learning adalah metode perancangan berbasis object oriented melalui tahapan pembuatan UML, pembuatan rancangan basis data. E-Learning dibangun dengan mengadopsi standar Learning Technologi Architecture (LTSA) IEEE 1484. Hasil yang dicapai adalah ketersediaan aplikasi pendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dapat diakses secara online. Aplikasi e-Learning berbasis web ini menambah fasilitas guru dan siswa dalam hal berkomunikasi, pemberian materi pelajaran, pemberian ujian, dan menambah fasilitas dalam pemberian informasi nilai.

Abstract

Kursi roda adalah alat bantu berjalan bagi beberapa orang yang memiliki kekurangan pada anggota gerak tubuh seperti lumpuh dikaki, orang yang sudah lanjut usia (manula) yang tidak mampu lagi berjalan sendiri, ataupun orang yang sedang menjalani perawatan di rumah sakit. Salah satu kendala bagi pengguna kursi roda adalah masih kurang kemandiriannya artinya ada suatu saat dimana pemakai kursi roda masih memerlukan bantuan orang lain, misalnya saat melintasi jalan tanjakan dan jalan turunan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diatas, maka pada penelitian ini dirancang dan dibuat sebuah kursi roda dengan menggunakan remote control (joystick) sebagai pengendali gerak dari kursi roda agar dapat melintasi jalan tanjakan dan jalan turunan secara mandiri. Kursi roda yang dirancang dengan mengimplementasikan metode PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) yang akan mengontrol arah dan kecepatan pergerakan motor DC yang dilengkapi dengan sensor rotary encoder sebagai pembacaannya, agar pergerakan kursi roda saat melewati jalan tanjakan dan jalan turunan dengan kecepatan yang sama. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu bekerja sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Pengujian respon kontrol kursi roda dengan menggunakan metode PID akan menentukan respon kontrol terhadap setpoint. Nilai parameter Kp, Ki, dan Kd dengan error terkecil telah diperoleh untuk kondisi jalan datar, tanjakan dengan sudut 7,5°, turunan dengan sudut 7,5°, dengan berat beban pengendara 50kg dan 60kg. ----- Wheelchairs is a tools for helping someone or people who have a deficiency for example a lame foot, people who are elderly (seniors) are no longer able to walk on his own, or those who are undergoing treatment in hospital. One of the obstacles for wheelchair users is still lacking independence means there is a moment where wheelchair users still need the help of others, for example when crossing the road climbs and roads derivative. Based on the above reason, the study was designed and created a wheelchair with a remote control (joystick) as motion control of a wheelchair to be able to cross the road and the road climbs derivatives, in order to cross both of the road's condition with independently. The implemented method of PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) to control of the direction and speed of movement of a DC motor, also uses a rotary encoder sensor readings, so the movement of the wheelchair ramp is currently passing through both of the road's condition with the same speed. Results of the study show that the designed system is able to work in accordance with the purpose of study. Testing response wheelchair control by using PID control will determine the response to set point. Value parameters Kp, Ki, and Kd with the smallest error was obtained for flat roads, climb at an angle of 7.5 °, 7.5 ° angle derivative, with rider weight 50kg and 60kg.

Abstract

Fire is one of disasters in Indonesia. From several fire cases, buildings are the most dangerous locations. This is due to the difficult process of evacuation which one of them caused by panic victim. To solve these problems will be made a robot rescue that can guide the victim to find a safe evacuation. Rescue robots have sensors that can detect fire, and smoke to determine which areas are dangerous to pass. Robot made with a rocker bogie system that is able to pass obstacles with good stability. Robot also equipped with a compass and ultrasonic sensors to guide the movement in search for a safe place. To find the fastest and safest path, the robot has an artificial neural network algorithm (ANN). With this algorithm, robot can find a safe and fast path. Learning process is done by referring errors that occur. From the learning process any errors or errors will continue to be fixed. In order for the dimensions of the robot not too large, the computation of ANN is embedded in a 32-bit microcontroller STM32F4. The result of this research is a prototype of rescue robot equipped with ANN algorithm. From the test that has been done, the robot success to find the safest path with the accuracy of 75% with an average speed of 25.49 seconds. Keywords: Rescue robot, Rocker-Bogie, STM32F4, and Artificial Neural Networks --- Kebakaran adalah salah satu bencana yang sering terjadi di Indonesia. Dari beberapa kasus kebakaran, gedung bertingkat merupakan lokasi paling berbahaya. Hal ini dikarenakan sulitnya proses evakuasi yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh kepanikan korban. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka akan dibuat sebuah robot penyelamat yang mampu memandu korban mencari jalur evakuasi yang aman. Robot penyelamat yang dibuat memiliki sensor yang bisa mendeteksi api, dan asap untuk mampu menentukan area yang berbahaya untuk dilewati. Robot dibuat dengan sistem mekanik rocker bogie yang mampu melewati halangan dengan kestabilan yang baik. Robot juga dilengkapi dengan sensor kompas dan ultrasonic untuk memandu pergerakanya dalam mencari tempat yang aman. Untuk menemukan jalur tercepat dan teraman, robot memiliki sebuah algoritma jaringan syaraf tiruan (JST). Dengan algoritma ini robot mampu mencari jalur yang aman dan cepat. Proses learning dilakukan dengan mengacu pada error yang terjadi. Dari proses learning tersebut setiap kesalahan atau error akan terus diperbaiki. Agar dimensi robot tidak terlalu besar, komputasi JST dilakukan secara embedded dalam sebuah mikrokontroler 32-bit STM32F4. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototype robot penyelamat yang dilengkapi algoritma JST. Dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan, robot berhasil menemukan jalur teraman dengan akurasi 75% dengan kecepatan rata-rata 25.49 detik. Kata kunci: Robot Penyelamat, Rocker-Bogie, STM32F4, dan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan.

Abstract

Decision support system has become one of the necessities that should be owned in a company which can help to estimate a situation by giving ratings. One of the example is to give assessment on the Job so that it can assist in monitoring the Work and estimate their underlying problems. There are many methods that can be applied in the assessment process one of them is profile matching method, which the assessment process is done by comparing the actual value with the target value has been determined to get value of competence-called gap. The small gap value affects the final value of the calculation method of profile matching where small value gap shows the actual value approaches the target value. Once it is done from the process of ranking the final value obtained to determine the effectiveness of a work.

Abstract

A hot aluminum alloy AA6082 and nickel disc of 560 °C and 850 °C was cooled by a spray nozzle with the spray flux of 4.2, 10 and 13.7 kg/m2s. The temperature history during the cooling process was recorded with use of an infrared camera. The energy balance equation is the basis for the numerical procedure of Heat Transfer Coefficient (HTC) calculation in the film-boiling regime. It is found that HTC is almost independent from kind of metals. HTC has a stronger function of surface temperature. With use of single droplet model in film boiling developed, vapor film thickness can be calculated to predict this trend.

Abstract

The use of mikrotik router in the process of forming a network system in a company both internally and externally is a common thing in the world of work, this is in line with the rapid development of technology today. In this study, researchers designed user permissions on ports using mikrotik routers as well as testing the security of port knocking methods and action tarpit firewalls. Port knocking method is a technique that temporarily closed port access. With the method of port knocking researchers can test the security of a port using a knocking port on the router mikrotik, so it can be known how safe port knocking method to protect certain ports. Port knocking used in mikrotik this router using winbox to see it, and also by using web service on winbox webfig already provided by party mikrotik router.
