Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews (in-depth interview) and direct observation. For analytical techniques using Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The results showed that the mediator's communication model in Islamic marriages through ta'aruf process in Palu City consisted of (a) Asking marriage readiness. The mediator will ask the brothers and sisters related to their readiness to marry in Islam through the ta'aruf process, (b) Self Biodata. For brothers and sisters who are ready to get married are required to write their data consisting of name, height, profession/occupation, number of siblings to the illness, (c) Face-to-face communication is divided into two stages (1) Introduction. Both of them can only convey messages through a dividing barrier like a curtain, but if they feel comfortable, the mediator allows the brothers to see the face of the sisters even though veiled and can communicate directly, and (2) Applying. In this process, the cleric as a mediator has the role of providing enlightenment to the woman's family or parents regarding Islamic marriage so that it is not complicated and (d) Advice. Before getting married, the cleric as a mediator first gives marriage advice, such as maintaining prayer time prayers and other worship, not being selfish, responsible based on the role of husband and wife, and the most important thing is not having an affair.

Abstract

One of the current trends is the LCGC (Low Cost Green Car), one of the LCGC cars that people are interested in is the Toyota Calya. However, like other automotive products, the Toyota Calya did not escape the complaints of its users. The complaint that is often experienced by consumers is that the rear shock absorber of the Toyota Calya has collapsed and leaked, even though the age of this car is actually not even 3 years old and the kilometers have not reached 40 thousand kilometers. In this final project, the author conducts several analyzes of what only cause damage to the shock absorber Toyota Calya. In this study, load tests and measurements were carried out on several factors that caused damage to the Toyota Calya shock absorber. From the results of the study, it was found that the damage to the shock absorber occurred due to the fatigue material in the shock absorber seal, causing oil leakage in the rear shock absorber of the Toyota Calya. The cause of damage to the genuine Toyota Calya shock absorber is due to deformation of the shock absorber spring due to the spring not being able to reduce the force load that occurs when the vehicle is fully loaded, so that the shock absorber has a stroke (shortening) that exceeds the allowable standard limit. This causes the shock absorber to last longer. One solution to prevent the Toyota Calya shock absorber from sinking is to replace the shock absorber and spring with Kayaba's after-market products. Kayaba shock absorber has a larger diameter spring wire and a larger shock absorber diameter than the genuine Toyota Calya shock absorber. The second solution to prevent the Toyota Calya shock absorber from being damaged quickly is to reduce the full load on the vehicle. To avoid deflection or sinking symptoms in the rear shock absorber of the Toyota Calya is to reduce the full load on the vehicle. This of course will extend the life of the shock absorber, because a large spring deflection would result in damage faster in shock absorber components.

Abstract

Lifting machines are used to move cargo at a location or area, department, factory, construction site, storage and unloading area. In principle, the working movement of the lifting machine is to raise and lower the load. Some lifting machines can also move horizontally, rotate, move vertically, and so on. For example, cranes can lift loads, shift, hold them up when needed and carry as specified. The formulation of the problem is to find out what is the lifting speed, power consumption and performance of the Overhead Crane with Part Botomo load at PT. PARAMOUNT BED INDONESIA. the research method uses engineering research methods and theoretical research. The purpose of this study was to determine the lifting speed, power consumption and performance generated when lifting Botomo Parts using the Overhead Crane machine at PT. PBI. In this study using 2 different rpm variations, the first uses 1000 rpm which is taken from the average value, namely the lifting speed is 6.81 m/min and the power consumption is 9.14 kW, the second uses 1,200 rpm which is taken from the average value. namely the lifting speed of 5.32 m/min and the power consumption of 6.86 kW, then this value was compared with the value of the lifting speed and power consumption in the Overhead Crane specification at PT. PBI, namely the lifting speed of 5.04 m/min and power consumption is 5.3 kW, from the results of the comparison, the performance value of the Overhead Crane engine at PT. PBI is 70%.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of tax incentives implementation for taxpayers impact of the corona virus desease pandemic 2019 based on PMK-110/PMK.03/2020 in Ambon City and the impact of implementing tax incentives for taxpayers affected by the corona virus pandemic 2019 and state revenues from the tax sector. The conceptual framework in this study uses the Effectiveness Theory of William Dunn (1998) and PMK No. 110/PMK.03/2020. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and literature review. The results of the study show that the implementation of tax incentives for taxpayers affected by the 2019 corona virus disease pandemic in the short term is very effective. But in the long term it is not effective because this fiscal policy does not reflect cost efficiency, tax incentives have not been enough to boost tax revenue. 110/PMK.03/2020 has not been evenly distributed for all affected sectors, this tax incentive policy has a negative response by some taxpayers because their business fields are not covered in PMK No. 110/PMK.03/2020 and this tax relaxation policy for the long term is considered inappropriate because it will burden the State Budget with a fairly large state debt. In the short term, the tax incentives for PPh Article 21, PPh Article 22 Import, PPh (final) SMEs, PPh (final) Construction Services, PPh Article 25 and VAT refunds, have a positive impact on taxpayers. And in the long term, the implementation of this tax incentive in Ambon City will have an impact on economic stabilization so as to accelerate the economic recovery phase, there will be a decrease in the national tax revenue target, and will increase government debt.
