Abstract

The low understanding of students at SMAN 2 Padang Panjang about salt hydrolysis. This phenomenon affects their learning outcomes which can be seen in the incomplete KKM scores. They should be able to clearly explain the hydrolysis of salts in three levels of chemical representation which include the macroscopic level, the submicroscopic level and the symbolic level. To overcome this, it is necessary to conduct an analysis in order to know the disclosure of students' competence about the material. This study aims to analyze students' conceptions of salt formed from a strong acid and a strong base, a weak acid and a strong base, a strong acid and a weak base and the pH formed. This is a descriptive research. The data collection technique is by using tests. Open-ended questions were used in this study, which consisted of eight questions. Each question consists of three parts, namely the macroscopic level, the submicroscopic level, and the symbolic level. Students' answers from the test were classified into five categories: complete conception, incomplete conception, alternative conception, no conception and no response. The analysis shows that the percentage of students' understanding of the complete concept category at the submicroscopic level is the lowest. However, students' understanding at the macroscopic and symbolic levels is better than at the submicroscopic level.

To approach this problem, use the theory of Prwirosento in Edy Sutrisno. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from direct interviews of all employees involved in the implementation of the Work Supervision Function. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Then do the data analysis and translate the data obtained from the data that has been selected, and then draw conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded that: first, the results of the study indicate that the supervision carried out by the Regional Inspectorate of Sukabumi Regency has not reached maximum supervision because it is hampered by the vastness of the Sukabumi Regency area, the lack of human resources, the uneven ability of employees, the uncooperativeness of the regional organizations when asked for information, , The lack of communication carried out by the leadership of regional organizations when facing problems that occur in the field. The two efforts were made to overcome these obstacles by increasing the number of experts, increasing the ability of employees through training, building positive communication with all regional organizational leaders, and changing the paradigm of supervision to become more friendly

Abstract

This paper is a theoretical-reflective study of changes in business organizations. As an unavoidable reality, change occurs with various arguments. One of them is when there is an awareness of the importance of change that comes from within the business organization itself. This reflective study takes the premise of a well-known psychologist, David McClelland. There are three motives for someone to do something, namely the need for achievement, the need for power, and the need for affiliation. An example of a case that is used as an illustration in this study is the spectacular change in the state-owned company, Telkom. Ir Cacuk Sudaryanto at the time of his leadership became a model company leader who skillfully combined the three motives above into an energy of change that invites admiration.
