Abstract

This study analyzes the financial performance of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. in 2023 using financial ratios, including profitability, liquidity, and solvency. The data used originates from the company's annual financial statements. The applied method is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, utilizing financial ratios such as Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Current Ratio. The results of the study indicate that PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. has a stable financial performance, with increased profitability, healthy liquidity, and maintained solvency. These findings have significant implications for strengthening the company's competitiveness in the tobacco industry market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of road infrastructure, Human Development Index (HDI), labor, and minimum wage on economic growth with Investment as a moderating variable. This study uses secondary data in the form of panel data obtained from the official BPS website in Indonesia with an observation period of 2018-2023. The analysis method used is panel data regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with E-Views 12 software. The results of the study show that the variables of road infrastructure, HDI, and labor have a significant positive effect, while minimum wages have a significant negative effect on economic growth. Investment is able to moderate the effect of road infrastructure, labor, and minimum wages on economic growth, but is unable to moderate HDI on economic growth. This study emphasizes the importance of realizing more effective and efficient investment so that it can support the role of road infrastructure, HDI, labor, and minimum wages in increasing the rate of economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

Creating a supportive atmosphere in a restaurant requires proper planning. Studies have a goal of analysis of a u.r. agency strategy implemented to increase customer satisfaction. Studies employ qualitative descriptive methods by collecting data based on observation, interviews, and documentation. Studies show that the trrc restaurant has incorporated elements of the atmosphere stores such as interior displays, stores of layout, exterior, and interiors capable of positive effects on customer satisfaction. The trrc restaurant creates a comfortable atmosphere through restaurant design, lighting, entrances, and table arrangement. In addition, the trrc restaurant also provides live music entertainment day and night to increase the appeal for customers. The atmosphere store strategy used by the trrc restaurant proves to be effective in increasing customer satisfaction shown with positive comments from customers. Studies are expected to provide referencing to other restaurants on the basis of the build strategy store atmosphere to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of tourist attractions, Muslim Friendly Tourism, and Content-Based Social Media on the decision to visit Gunungpring Muntilan Religious Tourism. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data types and purposive sampling as sampling techniques. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents in the form of a written list of questions with a sample of 385 respondents. The test was carried out using data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regressions, and hypothesis tests. The analysis tool uses Eviews 13. Based on the results of data analysis in the T test, it shows that tourist attraction (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit (Y). Muslim friendly tourism (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit (Y). Content-based social media (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit (Y).

Abstract

The digital era has opened up great opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to expand their markets through digital platforms such as e-commerce and social media. However, this transformation also presents challenges in maintaining business integrity and ethics amidst fierce competition and increasing consumer awareness. This study aims to analyze the application of business ethics in MSME digital practices and its impact on increasing sales. With a literature approach and secondary data analysis from national reports, this study found that the application of ethical principles such as transparency, honesty, and social responsibility has a positive impact on consumer reputation and loyalty, which ultimately improves sales performance. The results of this study are expected to be a strategic reference for MSME actors in developing sustainable and ethical digital businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Whistleblowing system and internal audit on fraud occurrences, as well as their roles in supporting Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The analytical method employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS), using a sample of 132 employees at PT XYZ (Persero). The findings reveal that both the Whistleblowing system and internal audit have a positive and significant effect on GCG but do not have a significant impact on fraud occurrences. Furthermore, GCG itself is not proven to significantly reduce the incidence of fraud. These results imply that improvements in internal control and reporting systems should be accompanied by additional efforts to effectively mitigate fraud within the organization.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana literasi keuangan, toleransi risiko, dan perilaku keuangan berdampak pada keputusan investasi dengan kreativitas sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Studi ini menggunakan data primer dan dianalisis dengan Statistical Software Suite, (SPSS). Menurut penelitian, dari 243 Responden yang telah diteleti dan data valid. orang yang memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang keuangan lebih cenderung membuat keputusan investasi yang bijak dan terencana. Namun, toleransi risiko dan perilaku keuangan tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, yang menunjukkan bahwa faktor lain mungkin lebih menentukan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Interaksi anatara literasi keuangan dan kreativitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berinvestasi, tetapi dengan dampak negatif. Sementara interaksi antara toleransi risiko dan kreativitas dan juga interaksi antara perilau keuangan dan kreativitas tiak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berinvestasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan sangat penting saat membuat keputusan investasi, dan bahwa karena pertimbangan yang lebih kompleks, kreativitas dapat menyebabkan keputusan menjadi lebih lama

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Marketing Mix and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction through Brand Equity at PT Bank Bukopin Tbk, Cikarang branch. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total sample of 265 respondents. The research analysis technique employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that Marketing Mix and Service Quality have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. This study also indicates that Marketing Mix and Service Quality significantly influence Customer Satisfaction through Brand Equity. The study proves that the higher the quality of service, the greater the level of customer satisfaction. Based on the analysis, companies can develop more effective marketing strategies, leading to improved service quality, which ultimately enhances customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan supaya mengetahui pengaruh remunerasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas pegawai pada divisi perencanaan dan penempatan sumber daya manusia dan divisi remunerasi dan kesejahteraan Direktorat sumber daya manusia Universitas Indonesia Depok. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan desain deskriptif dan kausal serta pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan diuji dengan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa remunerasi dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work discipline and compensation on employee performance at Hotel Bagus Jati Gianyar. The population in this study were employees of Hotel Bagus Jati Gianyar, with a sample of 53 respondents. The method used was saturated sampling, where sampling used the entire population. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, partially and simultaneously leadership style, work discipline and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Bagus Jati Gianyar. The leaders of Hotel Bagus Jati Gianyar should be able to protect employees, improve employee discipline such as reprimanding employees who are late or employees who always ask for permission with unreasonable reasons, and it is also recommended to maintain employee work-life balance such as adjusting salaries or compensation according to working hours, job positions and government regulations.
