Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan manajemen risiko pada amil, relawan, dan risiko hukum di Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS) Inisiatif Zakat Indonesia (IZI) Jawa Timur. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan mengandalkan wawancara semi terstruktur kepada pimpinan kantor dan analisis dokumen pendukung. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari dokumen internal dan literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko utama yang dihadapi IZI Jawa Timur meliputi pergantian SDM, kewenangan pejabat, dan ketidakpatuhan terhadap ketentuan perundang-undangan. Strategi mitigasi meliputi pelatihan SDM, kontrak kerja tahunan, pengawasan ketat, dan audit syariah tahunan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sistem manajemen risiko yang baik dapat menjaga operasionalisasi dan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi berupa penguatan sistem manajemen risiko berbasis teknologi dan pengembangan kebijakan mitigasi yang lebih komprehensif untuk mendukung peran IZI Jawa Timur dalam mengelola zakat secara amanah dan efektif.

Abstract

This study analyzes how digital transformation in Niagaland Surabaya implements marketing strategies. This type of research is a qualitative approach, while the data collection techniques are interviews and thematic analysis to identify the main patterns in the implementation of this strategy. The results of the study revealed that Niagaland actively uses social media, especially Facebook and WhatsApp, to reach customers in various locations, both near and far from the operational area. This can be supported by the fact that the company relies on fresh generation Z human resources, which produce creative and innovative content. The content produced, especially video content, will attract customers' attention because it is also relevant and interesting to them. Such an approach not only strengthens relationships with customers but also significantly expands Niagaland's market reach. The digital transformation implemented has been able to increase the effectiveness of the company's marketing. In addition, customers also get a better experience thanks to more personal interactions and interesting content. This study concludes that social media-based strategies and content creativity are the keys to Niagaland's success in utilizing digital transformation for its business growth..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management and development strategies of Warung Tegal (Warteg) as a form of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. A literature review of five journals indicates that price and service are the main factors influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Furthermore, the implementation of a marketing mix involving product innovation, competitive pricing strategies, digital promotion, and strategic location selection has been proven to enhance the competitiveness and revenue of Warteg. Excellent service strategies, such as cleanliness, friendliness, and 24-hour operational hours, serve as key differentiators amidst intense competition, although a consistent blueprint for excellent service has yet to be established.

Abstract

The substantial annual decrease in the number of People’s Credit Banks (BPR) drives this study. The ongoing drop is attributable to the consolidation or merging of BPR and in part to the revocation of business licenses. The purpose of this study is to assess and scrutinize the financial ratios pertaining to the performance of banks providing credit to individuals. This study utilizes quantitative data. The utilized data is secondary, sourced from the Indonesia Financial Services Authority website and the relevant People’s Credit Banks. The panel data regression was used as the analytical method, implementing the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach through E-Views 9. The results indicated that the Loan to Deposit Ratio, Operating Costs, and Operating Income all had a positive and significant impact on Return on Asset. Moreover, Non-Performing Loan Net had a positive an insignificant effect on Return On Asset. Simultaneously, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Operating Costs and Operating Income, and Non- Performing Loan Net had a positive and significant effect on Return on Asset.

Abstract

The Connell Twins are influencers who carry out interesting personal branding activities for Generation Z. The content on The Connell Twins' Instagram account displays lifestyle content that has a negative impact. This study aims to analyze the perspective of Generation Z on personal branding built by The Connell Twins through the Instagram social media platform. Instagram has become one of the main social media used to share visual content. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and an interview, observation, and documentation approach. This study uses the Use and Effect Theory to understand the impact of social media in shaping lifestyle and self-perception among Generation Z. The results of the study indicate that although The Connell Twins have succeeded in building an iconic and attractive self-image for their followers, there is a risk of negative impacts, especially related to unrealistic lifestyles and cultural norms that are not always in accordance with the social environment of their followers in Indonesia

Abstract

Regulation of the Minister of Trade (Permendag) No. 8 of 2024 aims to increase the efficiency of strategic goods distribution and strengthen the domestic industry. However, the implementation of this policy faces various challenges, especially in the textile sector which is experiencing increasing production costs and decreasing competitiveness. This study uses qualitative methods with interviews and secondary data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of this policy. The results of the study indicate that the freedom to import textiles from China without government protection greatly affects business growth and requires a more effective mitigation strategy. This study recommends policy adjustment steps so as not to hinder the growth of the industrial sector.

Abstract

The spirit of entrepreneurship as early as possible needs to be implemented in Indonesia considering that interest in entrepreneurship is still very low. Students should prepare to start a business, not look for a company, including the largest number of students at the Faculty of Economics, Muara Bungo University. This research wants to know the influence of self-efficacy, motivation, and family environment on interest in entrepreneurship. The data collection technique for this research uses a questionnaire with a sample size of 150 respondents and the sampling technique is simple random sampling. Based on data processing with Smart PLS 3.0 was found that only motivation and family environment had a significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship, but the three variables influenced students' interest in entrepreneurship by 0.592 in the moderate category. It's hoped that economic Faculty students at Muara Bungo University will be able to develop entrepreneurial interests that can create jobs

Abstract

Promotion is one of the key factors influencing sales activities conducted by companies. It is a mandatory strategy used to market and sell products to consumers. Various promotional strategies are implemented to attract consumer interest. This research discusses the role of customer value promotion in purchasing decisions at Indomaret. This study employs a quantitative method with a survey technique, using a random sampling approach with 40 Indomaret consumers. The data was collected through questionnaires. The results indicate that customer value promotion significantly influences purchasing decisions at Indomaret.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of..human resource planning on organizational performance. HR planning is the key element in workforce management to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Method of this research used literature review referring to various previous studies. The results show that effective HR planning can increase productivity, reduce employee turnover, and enhance job satisfaction. These findings indicate that companies need to adopt adaptive HR planning strategies to address globalization challenges and technological advancements.

Abstract

This study explores the role of human resource (HR) competencies in driving innovation and transformation in batik SMEs, amidst globalization challenges. A qualitative descriptive method was employed to collect data through observation, interviews, and surveys. The findings reveal that most batik SMEs possess basic competencies in batik production but require improvements in design innovation and technology adaptation. Developing HR competencies through digital design training, online marketing, and strategic management is essential to enhance competitiveness and business sustainability. This study recommends continuous training programs and cross-sector collaborations to support the growth of batik SMEs in domestic and international markets.
