This study aims to find the effectiveness of the application of cooperative learning (CL) Jigsaw type in an effort to improve the activities and learning outcomes of Indonesian, Science, and Mathematics Students of class III.A SD Negeri 2 Cakranegara. The benefit of this research is as references in the implementation of the learning process in the real class for teachers to improve competence in the learning process and to enhance the activities and learning outcomes of learners. This research was conducted in two cycles, and each cycle activity involved; planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The final result of acting in cycle II showed that the teacher observation result got average score (4,69) and the result of observation learners reached average score (4,33). Meanwhile, the learning outcomes of learners achieved an average value (86.39), meaning that the success indicator (> 75.00) has been exceeded. Since the success indicator has been proven in cycle II,then the research is stopped in cycle II.

The aim of this study was to describe the process of students’ responsibility building through the implementation of character education in online learning. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were students of class X IPA consisting of 27 students. Instruments of the research used were data of observation, reflection of every class teaching, lesson plan (RPP) and mentor’s feedback. All of the data were obtained during the implementation of the Field Implementation Program (PPL). The data analysis technique used every result of previous research to support the data findings in the field which were described in a qualitative description. The results of this study indicated that the implementation of character education is the right solution to be able to shape students’ responsibility. The process of character building of students’ responsibility through the implementation of character education is carried out in a holistic and integrated manner through providing motivation, class regulations, delivery of subject matter, group discussions and reflection activities. The character building of students’ responsibility is carried out optimally covering all aspects of students, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pelatihan lifeskill bidang tata boga untuk meningkatkan motivasi berwiausaha wanita tuna susila dan (2) mendeskripsikan hasil dari penyelenggaraan program pelatihan lifeskill tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari pengelola program, instruktur dan warga belajar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis model interaktif melalui tahapan reduksi data, display data, verifikasi & penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) implementasi pelatihan lifeskill bidang tata boga telah terselenggara dengan cukup baik, pengelola program menyelenggarakan kegiatan pelatihan dengan melalui tahapan manajemen program pelatihan seperti perencanaan pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, monitoring, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Dari keseluruhan kegiatan pelatihan warga belajar/peserta pelatihan dilibatkan dalam proses perencanaan sebagai bentuk meningkatkan partisispasi warga belajar dalam mensukseskan program pelatihan tata boga yang telah diselenggarakan; dan (2) Hasil penyelenggaraan program pelatihan lifeskill bidang tata boga yakni warga belajar memiliki motivasi untuk berwirausaha dan menguasai keterampilan dalam bidang tata boga serta pengelola panti memberikan modal bantuan usaha berupa alat-alat dapur atau fasilitas memasak yang berfungsi sebagai media pendukung bagi warga belajar untuk berwirausaha.

This study aims to describe the results of the analysis of physics teaching materials for high school energy sources based on the perspective of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all materials in physics teaching materials for class XII in Pemalang Regency with samples of energy sources in 5 class XII teaching materials used by teachers in Pemalang Regency. The research instrument was in the form of a text / unit check list analysis based on the ESD indicator to obtain data.The results of the study found that the teaching materials used represented the ESD theme with an average appearance proportion of 21.56%, for the socio-cultural aspects of 8.05%, for environmental aspects 7.53% and 5.98% for economic aspects. From the results of research based on requests to develop ESD-based teaching materials on energy sources.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of healing in cut wounds by administering Jatropha curcas in a gel formulation that is effective in healing cuts of tested animals. The sap was obtained by breaking Jatropha curcas (Jathropha curcas), stored and then was formulated into a gel with a sap concentration of 0%, 8%, 16%. The wound healing effect test was carried out on mice by injuring 15 mm and was smeared every day with Jatropha gum gel and compared to Betadine until the wound healed. The result of the study showed that the gel formula with a concentration of 0% healed wounds on the 10th day, an concentration of 8% healed the wounds on the 8th day, and a concentration of 16% on the 6th day, whereas Betadine 10% as a comparison of mice died. Thus, from the research conducted it can be concluded that Jatropha curcas in the form of gel preparations can provide the best healing effect at a concentration of 16% with the fastest wound healing time of 6 days.

This study aims to determine the response and increase student achievement after implementation ofcooperative learning Make A Match in the subjects of Mathematics material properties of Build Space in classV SDN Penambong. This research is a classroom action research. The results of data analysis for each cycle asfollows: First cycle the learning outcome with an average score of 56.17, with classical completenessamounted to 52.78%, and the average of 66 student responses to both categories are good. In the second cyclethe learning outcome of students has increased, where classical completeness score of 75% with an averagescore of 72.03, and the average score of the students' responses also increased, 69.36 in good category either.And, the third cycle student the learning outcome has increased significantly, in which classical completenessof 94.44% with an average score of 48.88, and the average score student responses by 77 with excellentcategory. This indicates that students enjoy learning Mathematics after the application of learning models, inparticular models of cooperative learning Make A Match. It can be concluded that the response and studentsMathematics achievement has increased after the implementation of cooperative learning model of Make AMatch.

This research aims to produce a mathematics worksheet book based on a scientific approach in social arithmetic subject that is appropriate for use in seventh grade students of Junior High Schools. The development model was based on the ADDIE development model which included 5 stages namely: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The research subjects were seventh grade students of Citra Bakti Junior High School. The research instrument consisted of worksheet validation sheets, teacher response questionnaire, student response questionnaire, and observation sheet of learning activities. The quality and feasibility of the worksheet were based on the validity test by two validators and the practicality test was by 10 students of the test subject. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the results of the worksheet validity test obtained a validity score 3.21 or 80.2% and were on the validity criteria of "valid". So, it can be concluded that the worksheets that has been developed is valid and the results of the worksheet practicality test obtain an average practicality score of 10 students is 3.56 or 89%. This means that the worksheets developed is categorized into the high practicality criteria. Thus, the mathematics worksheet book based on a scientific approach in social arithmetic subject that is developed is feasible to be used for seventh grade students of Junior High School.

Background The holding of this research is the low competence of the target teacher In SD Negeri 46 Mataram in the preparation of Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) Based on KTSP that have less confidence in the learning process. The solution is provided assistance both groups and individuals in the preparation of RPP based on KTSP. The aim is to know the effectiveness of KKG-based mentoring activities in order to improve teacher competence in preparing RPP based on KTSP, which is useful to improve professionalism as principal and for teachers to improve the learning process in the classroom. This study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle twice a meeting. The stages of each cycle are planning, execution, observation, and reflection. The indicators of success in this study are; 1) the results of principal observation and teacher observation during the mentoring process has obtained the average score> 4.0, 2) teacher work in the preparation of RPP reach> 85% with the average value> 80.00. The result of the research in cycle I was observed by the principal average (3.40), average teacher observation (3.33) and average individual work result value (68,78) with percentage of achievement (0%). In cycle II the mean principal observation (4.10), average teacher observation (4.50) and average individual work result value (87,50) with percentage of achievement (100%). The success indicator has been reached, the research stated successful and stopped in cycle II. Conclusion; the implementation of assistance can improve the competence of the target teachers of SD Negeri 46 Mataram in the preparation of RPP based on KTSP. It is recommended that other Principals conduct similar research in an effort to increase the competence of teachers, and to subject teachers to be able to develop RPP based on KTSP.

This research aims to see the increase in students’ self-confidence by using group services with assertive training techniques. The method used in this study was a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The sample in this study were twelve students, aged 13-14 years at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Depok Yogyakarta. The instrument used in this study was a self-confidence scale. Analysis of the data used Wilcoxon test analysis and Mann-Whitney test. The results of the study showed that group guidance services with assertive training techniques had an effective effect on increasing student self-confidence. This can be seen from the increased self-confidence of students in the experimental group which has increased compared to the control group who was not treated with Assertive training techniques.

This study aims to shed some light on the significant impact of content videos in flipped learning classroom on students’ higher order thinking skills. The secondary aim of this study is to portray students’ perception toward the practice of flipped learning in assisting their higher order thinking skill development. A total of 36 elementary teacher education students at IAIN Surakarta are involved as participants in this pre-experimental study. Drawing on pre-test, post-test, and focus group discussion, the results of paired sample t-test show a significant difference on the students’ score of pre-test and post-test, meaning that flipped learning with content videos is effective to enhance the students’ higher order thinking skills. Furthermore, the focus group discussion reveals that the students positively perceive the practice of flipped learning instruction to enhance their higher order thinking skills. These results contribute to providing fruitful insights for teachers and school administrators as a teaching model to enhance students’ higher order thinking skills.
