Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of Facility and Safety Management (MFK) at the Mutiara Sukma Mental Hospital (RSJ). This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The informants for this research are MFK implementers, namely the K3 committee/installation, management, structural officials and visitors. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews. Examination of the trustworthiness of the data in this research includes credibility and dependability. Data analysis uses the thematic analysis model. The result of this research is that the evaluation of MFK implementation at the Mutiara Sukma Mental Hospital (RSJ) is less active in involving K3 installations in the planning process up to the evaluation. Implementation of Facilities and Safety Management (MFK) can run well if there is a clear priority scale and results that can be measured according to targets. It is necessary to improve the implementation and socialization of programs, such as the Hospital Disaster Plan, Contractor Safety Management, and fire protection systems that need to be identified and periodically evaluated for the security and safety of all those in the hospital environment. The four phases in the PDSA cycle have not run optimally. Increasing human resource capacity, managerial commitment, K3 structure and clarity of funding sources are still obstacles. Collaboration between K3 installations and policy makers is needed to reformulate improvements to the implementation of Facility and Safety Management (MFK).

Abstract

The referral system is a healthcare management system that carries out the transfer of mutually accountable responsibilities for a specific medical case or health problem either vertically, meaning from a less capable unit to a more capable unit, or horizontally, meaning among units of similar capabilities. The referral system regulates the flow of where someone with a particular health problem should seek examination for their health issues. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Implementation of Outpatient Referral for Participants of the Health Social Security Agency (BPJS Kesehatan) at Mataram Community Health Center. The method used in this research employs a qualitative descriptive approach to gain an overview of the analysis of outpatient referral implementation for BPJS Kesehatan participants at Mataram Community Health Center. Descriptive means that the data collected are in the form of words, images, and not numerical values. The findings of the research indicate that the implementation of outpatient referral at the Community Health Center shows that it has not fully run smoothly. Patient knowledge varies, with some understanding and others not understanding. The facilities and infrastructure are still lacking, some diseases diagnosed under code 144 are still referred, many referrals are initiated by the patients themselves, and there are outpatient referrals from outside healthcare facilities.

Abstract

The Port Health Office (KKP) is a Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) within the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia which is responsible to the Director General of Disease Prevention and Control (P2P). The Port Health Office (KKP) has at least three scopes of work, namely preventing disease and health problems, managing airport/port environmental health. This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence the timeliness of ship clearance at the Mataram Class II Port Health Office in thesheet working area. The type of research used is analytical observational research using a cross sectional approach. Analytical surveys are surveys or research that explore how and why this health phenomenon occurs. Cross sectional is a method where the independent variable and the dependent variable are observed at the same time. The cross sectional approach aims to explain the factors that influence the timeliness of services for ship clearance at the Mataram Class II Port Health Office in the 2023 Working Area. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it was found that p value = 0.000 or less than (0.05) in factor on the timeliness of filling the sinkhole, then we get p value = 0.026 or less than (0.05) on the ship's sanitary condition factor. This means that these two factors have an influence on the timeliness of ship clearance at the Mataram Class II Port Health Office in the Sheet Work Area. The results of the logistic regression analysis show that the dominant factor is the timeliness of filling out the synchroplasty on the timeliness of services for ship clearance at the Mataram Class II Port Health Office in the Sheet Work Area. There is an influence between the timeliness of filling the sinkhole and the timeliness of ship clearance and there is an influence of the sanitary condition of the ship and the timeliness of ship clearance at the Mataram Class II Port Health Office, Working Area (Wilker) Sheet.

Abstract

Giant grouper is a highly sought-after cultivated fish in Indonesia due to its high market value. One of the challenges in grouper aquaculture is the infestation of the sea leech ektoparasite Zeylanicobdella arugamensis. The prevalence rate of ektoparasite infestation reaches up to 100%. An effective method to manage ektoparasite infestation is through molecular profiling, serving as preliminary literature in the development of molecular biology efforts to overcome cultivation challenges in giant grouper. This research aims to study the homology and relationship of Zeylanicobdella arugamensis on giant grouper in East Java, specifically in Lamongan, Mandangin, Situbondo, and Lombok. The method used is RT-PCR with mtDNA COI gene primers. Molecular sequence data were collected from samples and compared with data from NCBI GenBank, and analyzed using Neighbor-joining phylogenetic tree method and homology data analysis on BLAST. The research results indicate clinical symptoms in giant grouper including swelling, lesions/wounds, pale skin, decreased appetite, and fin erosion. Electrophoresis results from PCR products show a single band at 750bp for samples from Lamongan, Situbondo, Mandangin, and Lombok. DNA sequencing results on NCBI BLAST and homology analysis against the reference gene were conducted. Homology analysis results between samples from Situbondo and Lamongan show the highest similarity at 98.28%, whereas the lowest similarity is between samples from Mandangin and Situbondo at 88.51%.
