Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of transformational leadership of school principals in improving teacher performance at SMPN Purwodadi. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through observations, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, vice principal, and six teachers. The results revealed that the four dimensions of transformational leadership— idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration—were effectively implemented, significantly contributing to the improvement of teacher performance. This research affirms that transformational leadership style is a productive approach to fostering a supportive work environment and encouraging professional growth among teachers.

Abstract

Electronic payment systems have transformed financial transactions; however, user adoption among university students remains inconsistent. This study this gap by examining the effects of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk on users’ intention to adopt DANA, one of the leading digital wallet providers in Indonesia. Guided by the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), survey data were collected from 302 Indonesian university students and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that perceived ease of use significantly influences both perceived usefulness and behavioral intention, while perceived usefulness strongly predicts perceived risk and user intention. Perceived risk exerts a positive but weaker effect on behavioral intention. Collectively, the model explains 69.6% of the variance in user intention, thereby confirming the explanatory power of TAM in the context of digital wallets. Theoretically, this study validates and extends TAM by incorporating perceived risk; practically, it offers insights for e-wallet providers and regulators to design digital financial services that are secure, efficient, and user-friendly. The study’s limitation lies in its single-sample focus on university students, which restricts generalizability. Future research should involve a larger and more diverse population and integrate moderating factors such as trust and financial literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, and profitability of oil and gas sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2019-2022. The method applied in this study is quantitative and uses panel data regression with a sample of 14 companies. The model testing uses the Chow Test, Hausman Test, and Lagrange Multiplier, and the results show that the Random Effect Model is the most appropriate. The results show that the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) has a significant positive effect on Price to Book Value (PBV), indicating that dividend policy is a driver for companies. On the other hand, the Debt Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Equity (ROE) do not have a significant effect on PBV. However, when taken together, DPR, DER, and ROE have an effect on PBV with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 13.47%. This indicates that, in the oil and gas sub-sector, investors pay more attention to the consistency of dividend policy than debt policy and profitability in evaluating company performance. The practical and managerial implications that can be drawn from this study are the need for company management to maintain and sustain dividend policy in the long term in order to increase investor confidence and enhance company value.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mendorong pemanfaatan sistem pembayaran digital secara masif di berbagai sektor. Namun, tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem tersebut masih dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor persepsional yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi persepsi risiko, kepercayaan, dan kemudahan penggunaan terhadap kepuasan pengguna pembayaran digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap pengguna aktif pembayaran digital. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna (β = 0,361; p < 0,001), demikian pula kepercayaan yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien jalur terbesar (β = 0,402; p < 0,001). Sebaliknya, persepsi risiko berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna pembayaran digital (β = −0,289; p < 0,001). Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut mampu menjelaskan 71,2% variasi kepuasan pengguna (R² = 0,712), yang menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian memiliki daya jelas yang kuat. Temuan ini memperkuat integrasi Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Expectation Confirmation Theory (ECT) dengan memasukkan persepsi risiko sebagai determinan penting kepuasan pengguna pembayaran digital. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya bagi penyedia layanan pembayaran digital untuk meningkatkan kemudahan penggunaan, membangun kepercayaan, serta mengelola risiko yang dirasakan pengguna guna meningkatkan kepuasan dan keberlanjutan penggunaan layanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai serta menguji peran budaya organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada pemahaman bagaimana faktor perilaku individu dan kondisi psikososial tempat kerja berkontribusi terhadap capaian efektivitas kerja dalam konteks organisasi publik. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada pegawai dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier serta moderated regression analysis. Pengujian dilakukan untuk menilai pengaruh parsial, simultan, serta efek interaksi moderator dalam menjelaskan variasi efektivitas kerja. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa, kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Lingkungan kerja non fisik juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepatuhan terhadap aturan dan kualitas relasi sosial di tempat kerja berperan penting dalam mendukung kinerja yang efektif. Pengujian simultan memperlihatkan bahwa kedua variabel independen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Disiplin menyediakan fondasi perilaku kerja yang tertib, sedangkan lingkungan non fisik menyediakan konteks psikologis yang mendukung implementasi perilaku tersebut secara produktif. Selanjutnya hasil uji moderasi menunjukkan bahwa, budaya organisasi memperkuat pengaruh kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap efektivitas kerja. Nilai penjelasan model meningkat setelah memasukkan moderator. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa nilai dan norma organisasi berperan sebagai penguat hubungan antarvariabel dalam mendorong efektivitas kerja pegawai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh E-Government dan Perilaku Kerja terhadap Kualitas Layanan Publik di Kecamatan Megang Sakti menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 3. Hasil pengujian outer model menunjukkan bahwa, seluruh indikator pada konstruk E-Government, Pelayanan Publik, dan Perilaku Kerja memiliki nilai outer loading di atas 0,70, sehingga memenuhi validitas konvergen. Nilai Average Variance Extracted (AVE) masing-masing konstruk juga berada di atas 0,70, yang menegaskan bahwa, indikator mampu menjelaskan varians konstruk secara memadai. Uji validitas diskriminan melalui cross loading menunjukkan bahwa, setiap indikator memiliki korelasi tertinggi terhadap konstruk yang diukurnya dibandingkan dengan konstruk lain. Reliabilitas konstruk juga sangat baik, ditunjukkan oleh nilai Composite Reliability (>0,96) dan Cronbach’s Alpha (>0,95) pada seluruh variabel. Hasil analisis inner model menunjukkan bahwa, E-Government berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pelayanan Publik, demikian pula Perilaku Kerja yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berkontribusi terhadap Pelayanan Publik dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,195 dan Adjusted R² sebesar 0,158, yang menunjukkan bahwa 19,5% variasi Pelayanan Publik dapat dijelaskan oleh model, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik memerlukan sinergi antara penguatan sistem digital dan pengembangan perilaku kerja aparatur secara profesional dan berorientasi pada pelayanan masyarakat

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of competency and job placement on the job satisfaction of Non-Civil Servant Government Employees (PPNPN) at Silampari Airport Lubuklinggau, with compensation as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach, the research employed a survey method with a saturated sample of 134 respondents. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, and the analysis utilized Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that compensation has the strongest positive effect on job satisfaction, followed by competency, which also demonstrates a positive and significant impact. However, job placement does not significantly influence job satisfaction. Moreover, compensation does not act as a moderating variable that enhances or weakens the relationship between competency and job placement on job satisfaction. These findings emphasize the critical role of fair and transparent compensation systems and the need for continuous competency development, such as through training programs, to increase job satisfaction among PPNPN employees. The study underlines the necessity for organizations, particularly public institutions like airports, to prioritize employee welfare through effective human resource management practices. The research provides valuable insights and recommendations for policymakers to develop more strategic and welfare-oriented HR policies that can improve the performance and satisfaction of non-civil servant personnel in government sectors

Abstract

This research quantitatively investigates the roles of transformational leadership and career development in shaping employee performance, with employee motivation acting as a moderating factor, within the Department of Communication, Informatics, Statistics, and Encryption (Kominfotiksan) of Lubuklinggau City. The study’s focus on Lubuklinggau’s Kominfotiksan Office arises from observed deficiencies in motivational dynamics: leadership offers limited recognition of employees’ completed tasks, attendance at training sessions remains low, and strategic departmental objectives do not translate effectively into on-the-ground actions, thereby compromising the quality of public information services. Furthermore, a reluctance to cultivate digital competencies persists, stemming from scarce training and a widespread underappreciation of technological fluency. The research population encompasses all Kominfotiksan Office personnel, and a purposive sample of 47 employees was drawn. The analysis employs multiple linear regression augmented by Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Findings indicate that both transformational leadership and structured career development exert statistically significant influences on performance, whether in isolation or collectively. Motivation, in turn, amplifies the effects of both independent variables on employee performance, confirming its role as a reinforcing moderator.
