Abstract

ABSTRAKAnggur laut (Caulerpa sp.) merupakan salah satu jenis alga hijau yang tumbuh di beberapa wilayah Indonesia, diantaranya Pulau Sapudi, Madura. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antioksidan pada anggur laut (Caulerpa sp.) asal Pulau Sapudi Madura dengan metode pengeringan yang berbeda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu perhitungan rendemen, analisis proksimat, analisis fitokimia dan analisis antioksidan menggunakan DPPH (2,2-diphenyil-1-picrylhydrazyl). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan anggur laut dengan metode pengeringan sinar matahari memiliki randemen 11,62%, sedangkan sampel anggur laut dengan pengeringan angin memiliki randemen sebesar 7,87%. Hasil analisis proksimat sampel kering menunjukkan bahwa anggur laut dengan pengeringan sinar matahari memiliki kadar air 10,33%, kadar abu 27,62%, kadar lemak 0,07%, kadar protein 0,87%, kadar serat 0,20% dan kadar karbohidrat 60,92%. Sampel anggur laut dengan pengeringan angin memiliki kandungan kadar air 12,11%, kadar abu 38,15%, kadar lemak 0,13%, kadar protein 0,87%, kadar serat 0,25% dan kadar karbohidrat 48,49%. Ekstrak kasar sampel anggur laut dengan pengeringan sinar matahari menunjukkan adanya kandungan alkaloid dan saponin. Sementara ekstrak kasar sampel anggur laut dengan pengeringan angin menunjukkan adanya kandungan saponin dan fenol hidrokuinon. Hasil analisis antioksidan dari perbandingan kuarsetin diperoleh nilai 2,640 ppm. Aktivitas antioksidan dari sampel kering sinar matahari memiliki nilai IC50 sebesar 491,961 ppm yang berarti aktivitas antioksidannya sangat lemah. Sementara sampel kering angin memiliki nilai IC50 sebesar 199,932 ppm yang artinya aktivitas antioksidannya lemahKata Kunci: Anggur laut (Caulerpa sp.), antioksidan, pengeringan berbedaABSTRACTSea grapes (Caulerpa sp.) are a type of green algae that grows in several regions of Indonesia, including Sapudi Island, Madura. This research aims to determine the antioxidant activity of sea grapes (Caulerpa sp.) from Sapudi Island, Madura using different drying methods. The methods used in this research are yield calculation, proximate analysis, phytochemical analysis and antioxidant analysis using DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl). The results of the research showed that sea grapes using the sun drying method had a yield of 11.62%, while sea grape samples using wind drying had a yield of 7.87%. The results of proximate analysis of dried samples showed that sun-dried sea grapes had a water content of 10.33%, ash content of 27.62%, fat content of 0.07%, protein content of 0.87%, fiber content of 0.20% and carbohydrates 60.92%. Wind-dried sea grape samples had a water content of 12.11%, ash content of 38.15%, fat content of 0.13%, protein content of 0.87%, fiber content of 0.25% and carbohydrate content of 48.49%. Sun-drying crude extracts of sea grape samples showed the presence of alkaloids and saponins. Meanwhile, wind-drying crude extracts of sea grape samples showed the presence of saponins and phenol hydroquinone. The results of antioxidant analysis from the comparison of quarcetin obtained a value of 2,640 ppm. The antioxidant activity of the sun-dried samples had an IC50 value of 491.961 ppm, which means the antioxidant activity was very weak. Meanwhile, the wind-dried sample had an IC50 value of 199.932 ppm, which means the antioxidant activity was weak.Keywords: Sea Grapes (Caulerpa sp.), antioxidant, different drying

Abstract

ABSTRAKTeknik pengolahan ikan di Indonesia yang sering dijumpai yaitu pemindangan. Pemindangan merupakan proses pengolahan dan pengawetan ikan dengan cara merebus dalam suatu wadah dan dalam jangka waktu yang tidak dapat ditentukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini   untuk menganalisis karakteristik mutu secara organoleptik, kimia, dan secara mikrobiologi pada ikan pindang yang ada di Kecamatan Brondong Kabupaten Lamongan. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis organoleptik, proksimat, dan angka lempeng total (ALT). Hasil penelitian analisis mutu pindang salem dan layang pada pengujian organoleptik dengan parameter kenampakan, bau, rasa, tekstur, dan lendir mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 8,4±0,45 dan 8,5±0,57 sesuai standart SNI 2346.2:2015. Pindang salem dan layang mempunyai nilai kadar protein yang tinggi yaitu sebesar 21,28±0,24% dan 23,20±0,54%. Parameter biologi ALT pada pindang salem dan layang masih memenuhi standart aman untuk dikonsumsi karena kandungan ALT sesuai pada SNI 2332:3:2015. Pindang salem dan layang  telah memenuhi SNI 2717:2017 sehingga layak untuk dipasarkan dan dikonsumsi manusia.Kata Kunci: ALT, organoleptik, pemindangan ikan, proksimat.ABSTRACTFish processing techniques in Indonesia that are often encountered are pemindangan. Pemindangan is the process of processing and preserving fish by boiling it in a container and for an indefinite period of time. The purpose of this study was to analyze the organoleptic, chemical, and microbiological quality characteristics of boiled fish in Brondong District, Lamongan Regency. The analysis used in this study included organoleptic, proximate, and total plate count (TPC) analysis. The results of the analysis of the quality of boiled salem and Decapterus sp. organoleptic testing with the parameters of appearance, smell, taste, texture, and mucus obtained an average value of 8.4±0.45 and 8.5±0.57 according to the standard of SNI 2346.2:2015. Boiled salem and Decapterus sp. have high protein content values, namely 21.28±0.24% and 23.20±0.54%, respectively. The biological parameters of TPC in boiled salem and Decapterus sp. still meet the safe standards for consumption because the TPC content is in accordance with SNI 2332:3:2015. Pindang salem and Decapterus sp. have complied with SNI 2717:2017 so they are suitable for marketing and human consumption.Keywords: ALT, boiled fish, organoleptic, proximate.

Abstract

ABSTRAKObjek wisata adalah salah satu tempat yang menjadi daya tarik bagi semua orang untuk berlibur. Analisa valuasi ekonomi berguna untuk menilai barang dan jasa lingkungan berupa keindahan alam yang dimanfaatkan sebagai objek wisata. Pantai Tlangoh merupakan pantai yang berpotensi menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata pantai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian wisata dan valuasi ekonomi di Pantai Tlangoh. Hasil kesesuaian wisata Pantai Tlangoh memiliki nilai sebesar 95,5% dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pantai Tlangoh memiliki tingkat kesesuaian yang sangat sesuai. Nilai valuasi di Pantai Tlangoh sebesar Rp6.455.920.000 untuk nilai manfaat langsung, Rp645.592.000 untuk manfaat pewaris dan Rp300.000.000 untuk nilai keberadaan. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha melalui analisis finansial jangka pendek dan penerapan Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) pada teknis produksi. Waktu dan Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2023 – Februari 2024 bertempat di UKM Enza Lele. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Metode pengambilan sampel berupa metode purposive sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menganalisa finansial jangka pendek yang meliputi penerimaan dan keuntungan, revenue cost ratio (RC), break event point (BEP), dan rentabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh keuntungan produk lele fillet sebesar Rp. 65.148.000/tahun dan produk lele furai sebesar Rp. 83.472.000/tahun. Produk lele fillet memiliki nilai RC 1,36 dan produk lele furai memiliki nilai RC 1,5, kedua produk tersebut memiliki nilai RC 1 yaitu usaha menguntungkan dan layak diusahakan. Usaha produk lele fillet perlu menjual minimal 5.988 kemasan, sedangkan produk lele furai perlu menjual minimal 5.295 kemasan. Rasio rentabilitas usaha sebesar 60,81% yang berarti usaha mampu menghasilkan keuntungan yang dari modal yang diinvestasikan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi penerapan GMP, UKM Enza Lele sesuai dalam menerapkan standar GMP yang telah ditetapkan oleh peraturan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Nomor 17/PERMEN-KP/2019 Tahun 2019, mencakup pada seleksi bahan baku, penanganan dan pengolahan ikan, penanganan dan penggunaan bahan tambahan, pengemasan, dan penyimpanan hasil produksi.Kata kunci: Analisis Finansial, Good Manufacturing Practice, Lele Fillet, dan Lele furaiABSTRAKThe purpose of this study is to analyze business feasibility through short-term financial analysis and the application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to technical production. Time and Place The research will be carried out in December 2023 – February 2024 at Enza Lele UKM. This research uses the case study method. The sampling method is in the form of purposive sampling method. The analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis by analyzing short-term finances which include revenue and profits, revenue cost ratio (RC), break event point (BEP), and profitability. Based on the results of the study, the profit of fillet catfish products amounted to Rp.65.148.000 /year and furai catfish products amounted to Rp 83.472.000/ year. Fillet catfish products have an RC value of 1.36 and furai catfish products have an RC value of 1.5, both products have an RC value of 1, which is a profitable business and worth trying. The fillet catfish product business needs to sell a minimum of 5.988 packaging, While furai catfish products need to sell a minimum of 5.295 packaging. The business profitability ratio is 60,81% which means that the business is able to generate profits from the capital invested. Based on the results of observations on the implementation of GMP, Enza Lele SMEs are in accordance with implementing GMP standards set by the regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 17 / PERMEN-KP / 2019 of 2019, including the selection of raw materials, handling and processing fish, handling and using additional materials, packaging, and storage of production results. Abstract

ABSTRAKIndonesia merupakan negara maritim yang memiliki banyak pulau, pulau tersebut mempunyai sumber daya perairan yang melimpah. Indonesia memiliki potensi perairan yang sangat besar baik dalam sektor kelautan dan sektor perikanan. Jenis ikan air tawar yang cukup digemari oleh masyarakat yaitu ikan lele, selain karena harganya yang relatif murah, cara perkembangbiakannya sederhana, pertumbuhan cepat, dan memiliki kandungan gizi yang cukup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian probiotik terhadap kualitas air meliputi suhu, pH, DO (Dissolved Oxygen) dan amonia pada kolam pendederan ikan lele sangkuriang. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) dengan 3 kolam dan 3 perlakuan diantaranya tanpa perlakuan probiotik, probiotik ke air dan probiotik ke pakan ikan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari bulan November hingga Desember 2023. Hasil pengukuran dan analisis di laboratorium menunjukkan hasil pengukuran suhu, pH dan DO yang paling optimal berdasarkan SNI 6484.3 Tahun 2014 yaitu suhu pagi pada kolam 2 yaitu 27,96 ℃ dan suhu sore 29,85 ℃, pH pagi pada kolam 2 yaitu 8,11 dan pH sore 9,26, DO (Dissolved Oxygen) pada kolam 2 yaitu pada awal 2,51 mg/L dan akhir 3,11 mg/L dan amonia terendah yaitu kolam 1 dengan nilai 2,385 mg/L dan 2,050 mg/L. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya probiotik yang diberikan kepada kolam perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kualitas air yaitu suhu dan pH karena nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,05. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan nilai Log TPC (CFU/ml) koloni bakteri yang ditemukan pada kolam ikan dengan perlakuan yang berbeda masing-masing memiliki nilai yang berbeda dari setiap seri pengenceran yang digunakan.    Kata Kunci : Ikan lele sangkuriang, probiotik dan kualitas air.ABSTRACTIndonesia is a maritime country that has many islands, these islands have abundant water resources. Indonesia has enormous water potential both in the marine sector and the fisheries sector. A type of freshwater fish that is quite popular with the public is catfish, apart from its relatively cheap price, simple breeding method, fast growth and sufficient nutritional content. This research aims to determine the effect of providing probiotics on water quality including temperature, pH, DO (Dissolved Oxygen) and ammonia in Sangkuriang catfish nursery ponds. The research was carried out using the RAL (Completely Randomized Design) method with 3 ponds and 3 treatments including no probiotic treatment, probiotics in the water and probiotics in the fish feed. Research data was collected from November to December 2023. The results of measurements and analysis in the laboratory showed that the results of temperature, pH and DO measurements were the most optimal based on the 2014 6484.3 SNI, namely the morning temperature in pool 2 was 27.96 ℃ and the afternoon temperature was 29.85 ℃. Morning pH in pool 2 is 8.11 and afternoon pH is 9.26, DO (Dissolved Oxygen) in pool 2 is 2.51 mg/L at the beginning and 3.11 mg/L at the end and the lowest ammonia is pool 1 with a value of 2.385 mg/L and 2,050 mg/L. The results of this test showed that the probiotics given to the treatment ponds did not significantly affect the water quality, namely temperature and pH because the significance value obtained was 0.05. The results also showed that the Log TPC (CFU/ml) value of bacterial colonies found in fish ponds with different treatments each had different values from each dilution series used.Keywords : Sangkuriang catfish, probiotics and water quality.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research aims to determine the structure of the plankton community in the waters of Gampong Peunaga Cut Ujong, Meureubo, Meulaboh, West Aceh. The study was conducted in September 2023. The collection point consisted of 3 stations, and sampling was carried out at high tide with three repetitions. The filtering process uses a plankton net with a mesh size of 30 µm. Phytoplankton at the research location consists of five classes, namely Cyanophyceae, Euglenophyceae, Chlorophyceae, Bacillariophyceae, and Dinophyceae. Meanwhile, zooplankton consists of 7 groups consisting of Protozoa, Rotifera, Crustacea, Polychaeta, Gastropoda, Pelecypoda, and Nematoda. Phytoplankton has the highest percentage in the Bacillariophyceae class, reaching 71.7%, and the lowest 1% (Dinophyceae, Euglenophyceae, and Chlorophyceae). The abundance of phytoplankton at station three during the study ranged between 2,025,600 cells/m3 - 6,710,400 cells/m3 and zooplankton in the range of 23,400 ind/m3 - 33,480 ind/m3. The average diversity index (H') for phytoplankton was 1.04, the uniformity index (E) was 0.40, and the dominance index (C) was 0.50. Meanwhile, zooplankton has values H' (1.42), E (0.65), and D (0.36). To maintain the Peunaga estuary area as an ideal buffer area, it is recommended to regularly monitor the community structure of aquatic biota (plankton, benthos, and fish).Keywords: buffer ecosystem, community structure, dominance index, Navicula sp.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Udang galah (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) merupakan spesies endemik Indonesia dan menjadi salah satu yang memiiki potensi komersial menjadi komoditi unggulan perikanan budidaya air tawar di Indonesia. Namun pada budidayanya sering dijumpai kendala, baik dari tingkat kelulusan hidup yang rendah akibat kanibalisme dan kegagalan pada saat molting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapakah dosis cangkang sotong yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan frekuensi molting udang galah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimental. Desain yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 (empat) perlakuan. Perlakuan terdiri dari; Perlakuan A (0% serbuk cangkang sotong), Perlakuan B (5% serbuk cangkang sotong), Perlakuan C (10% serbuk cangkang sotong), Perlakuan D (15% serbuk cangkang sotong). Udang galah yang digunakan memiliki berat rata-rata awal 3,5 gr. Parameter uji adalah pertumbuhan berat mutlak dan frekuensi molting pada udang galah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis terbaik pemberian serbuk cangkang sotong ke dalam pakan untuk mempercepat proses molting udang galah pada penelitian ini adalah pada perlakuan B (5% serbuk cangkang sotong) 1,57 kali/ekor, yaitu menghasilkan tingkat pertumbuhan berat mutlak sebesar 12,3 g.Kata kunci: cangkang sotong, pertumbuhan, frekuensi molting, udang galah (Macrobrachium rosenbergii), kualitas airABSTRACTFreshwater prawns (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) are an endemic species to Indonesia and are one that has commercial potential to become a leading commodity in freshwater aquaculture in Indonesia. However, in its cultivation problems are often encountered, both from low survival rates due to cannibalism and failure during molting. The aim of this research was to find out what is the best dose of cuttlefish shells for the growth and molting frequency of prawns. The research method used was experimental research. The design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 (four) treatments. Treatment consists of; Treatment A (0% cuttlefish shell powder), Treatment B (5% cuttlefish shell powder), Treatment C (10% cuttlefish shell powder), Treatment D (15% cuttlefish shell powder). The prawns used had an initial average weight of 3.5 grams. The test parameters are absolute weight growth and molting frequency in prawns. The results of the research showed that the best dose of giving cuttlefish shell powder in the feed to speed up the molting process of freshwater prawns in this study  was treatment B (5% cuttlefish shell powder) 1.57 times/head, which resulted in an absolute weight growth rate of 12.3 g.Keywords: cuttlefish shell, growth, molting frequency, giant prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii), water quality

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan estimasi kepadatan koloni bakteri Vibrio spp. pada bulan September - Januari 2023 di tambak Balai Budidaya Laut dan Payau (BBLP) Desa Porniti (Lokasi 1) dan Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Desa Tuada (Lokasi 2) Kabupaten Halmahera Barat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode survei dan sampling langsung pada kedua tambak. Pengukuran kualitas air dilakukan secara insitu terhadap suhu, salinitas, DO,suhu, dan pH. Isolasi dan kepadatan bakteri dihitung pada organ hepatopancreas udang dan media air. Kepadatan bakteri Vibrio dianalisis menggunakan uji t sedangkan data lainnya dianalisa secara deskriptif dan ditampilkan dalam tabel dan grafik. Hasi analisis menunjukan bahwa kepadatan bakteri Vibrio spp pada lokasi 1 mencapai rata-rata 3,0x102 CFU/g dan media air mencapai rata-rata 1,2x103 CFU/mL sedangkan pada lokasi 2 mencapai rata-rata 4,2x102 CFU/g dan media air mencapai hingga 1,6x103 CFU/mL. Kedua lokasi ditemukan bakteri Vibrio spp. Pada organ hepatopancreas dan media air. Kepadatan bakteri tertinggi diperoleh di lokasi kedua.Kata kunci:  Tambak, vaname, Vibrio, Densitas, HepatopankreasABSTRACTThis study aims to isolate and estimate the colony density of Vibrio spp. bacteria in September - January 2023 in the ponds of the Marine and Brackish Aquaculture Center (BBLP) Porniti Village (Location 1) and the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Marine and Fisheries Service Tuada Village (Location 2) West Halmahera Regency. Sampling was conducted using survey and direct sampling methods in both ponds. Water quality measurements were carried out in situ on temperature, salinity, DO, temperature, and pH. Isolation and density of bacteria were calculated in the shrimp hepatopancreas organ and water media. Vibrio bacteria density was analyzed using t test while other data were analyzed descriptively and displayed in tables and graphs. The analysis showed that the density of Vibrio spp bacteria at location 1 reached an average of 3.0x102 CFU/g and water media reached an average of 1.2x103 CFU/mL while at location 2 reached an average of 4.2x102 CFU/g and water media reached up to 1.6x103 CFU/mL. Both locations found Vibrio spp. bacteria in the hepatopancreas organ and water media. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan  dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  Profitabilitas Usaha Pembesaran Budidaya   Udang Vaname (litopenaus vaname) Secara Intensif Di UPT Budidaya Air Payau Banjar Kemuning Sidoarjo dan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi Profitabilitas Usaha Pembesaran Budidaya Udang Vaname (litopenaus vaname) Secara Intensif Di UPT Budidaya Air Payau Banjar Kemuning Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis finansial yaitu dengan menghitung biaya invstasi, biaya tetap (Fixed cost), biaya tidak tetap (Variabel cost), biaya total, pendapatan kotor, penghasilan bersih dan total keuntungan. Dari hasil perhitungan Profitabilitas Usaha Pembesaran Budidaya Udang Vaname (litopenaus vaname) Secara Intensif Di UPT Budidaya Air Payau Banjar Kemuning Sidoarjo sejumlah Rp. 37.630.350 dari 4 kolam selama 1 priode produksi. faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi Profitabilitas Usaha Pembesaran Budidaya Udang Vaname (litopenaus vaname) Secara Intensif Di UPT Budidaya Air Payau Banjar Kemuning Sidoarjo adalah ketersediaan benih yang bermutu, manajemen kualitas air dan manajemen pakan. Abstract

ABSTRAKUdang vaname memiliki pasar yang cepat di tingkat dunia. Penyediaan pakan berkualitas tinggi merupakan faktor penting yang menentukan keberhasilan budidaya udang. Pada usaha budidaya intensif, pakan mampu menyerap 60% - 70% dari total biaya produksi udang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui frekuensi pemberian pakan yang tepat terhadap pertumbuhan berat mutlak udang vaname (L. vannamei). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian setelah dianalisis dengan statistik, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian frekuensi pakan yang berbeda berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan berat mutlak udang vaname, perlakuan pemberian pakan dengan frekuensi 4x memberikan hasil tertinggi sebesar 0,38 gr/hari. Data kualitas air berturut-turut suhu air berkisar 26 – 30OC, pH 7,8 – 8,2, kandungan oksigen terlarut 4,7– 5,2 ppm, salinitas 35 - 37 ppt, amonia (NH4) 0 – 0,5 mg/L, nitrit (NO2) 0,016-0,028 mg/L, fosfat (PO4) 0 – 0,5 mg/L, dan TOM 92-103 mg/L. Namun nilai Total Organic Matter (TOM) tergolong tidak layak dalam proses budidaya udang vaname karena melebihi batas yang dapat ditoleransi oleh udang vaname yakni 55 mg/L.Kata kunci: Udang vaname, frekuensi pakan, pertumbuhan berat mutlak, kualitas airABSTRACTVaname shrimp has a fast market at the world level. Provision of high quality feed is an important factor that determines the success of shrimp farming. In intensive aquaculture, feed is able to absorb 60% - 70% of the total cost of shrimp production. The aim of this study was to determine the proper frequency of feeding on the absolute weight growth of vannamei shrimp (L. vannamei). Based on the research results after being analyzed, it can be concluded that the provision of different feeding frequencies has a significant effect on the absolute weight growth of vannamei shrimp, the treatment of feeding with a frequency of 4x gives the highest yield of 0.38 g/day. Water quality data successively water temperature ranges from 26 – 30oC, pH 7.8 – 8.2, dissolved oxygen content 4.7 – 5.2 ppm, salinity 35 – 37 ppt, ammonia (NH4) 0 – 0.5 mg/L, nitrite (NO2) 0.016-0.028 mg/L, phosphate (PO4) 0-0.5 mg/L, and TOM 92-103 mg/L. However, the Total Organic Matter (TOM) value is classified as inappropriate in the process of cultivating vannamei shrimp because it exceeds the limit that can be tolerated by vannamei shrimp, which is 55 mg/L.Keywords: Vaname shrimp, feed frequency, absolute weight growth, quality water
