Abstract

This study discusses the organizational communication climate. The purpose of this study is to be able to find out what is included in the scope of organizational communiction climate, which wiil then be described and explained in more detail. The method used in this study is aqualitative method with a literature study approach, while the literature used is by utilizing digital litecary and other data that contains the objct under study. The results of the research show that the organization is so important for human life and civilization in living theirdaily lives for fulfill their needs and desires, therefore it is very impotant for us to understand the organizational communication climate, so that formation and implementation of the organization formed can be done as well as possible. Furthermore, the main topic discussion in this study is the definition and concept of organizational communication climate, factors that influence organizational communication climate, the impact of organizational communication climate on organizational performance, improving organizational communication climate, and case studies or examples. Key Words: Organizational, Communication, Climate

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe the implementation and evaluation of local wisdom programs to strengthen the profiles of Pancasila students. This research uses a qualitative approach with an in-depth research study design. The source of data in this research is key informants determined by purposive sampling from the heads of masters, teachers, and students at SMKN 3 Mataram. Data collection using in-depth interviews with informants by snowball technique, observation, and documentation methods used to collect primary and supporting data that are related to the research object. Data analysis uses interactive case study analysis starting from data collection, reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. The result of this research concluded that; (1) the implementation form of the local wisdom program to strengthen the profiles of Pancasila students is conducted in the following ways, such as; Cultural Saturday Program, Market days, and Program Based Learning Project. And (2) the form of evaluation of the local wisdom program to strengthen the profiles of Pancasila students, which is by doing a daily assessment of discipline, implementing ethics, testing the results of environmentally friendly briquettes, and doing an appraisal every 6 months to obtain the response of teachers and students, determining the action plan program for understanding, preserving programs, mastering, and skills to play.Keyword: Local Wisdom Program, Strengthening Pancasila Student ProfileAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi dan evaluasi Program kearifan lokal untuk penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah informan kunci yang ditentukan secara purposive samplingdari unsur kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa di SMKN 3 Mataram. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam kepada informan secara snowball, observasidan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pokok dan pendukung yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan objek penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan analisis studi kasus model interaktif dimulai dari tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa; (1) Bentuk implementasi program kearifan lokal untuk penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dilakukan dengan program Sabtu Budaya, Market days, Proyek Program Based Learning, dan (2) Bentuk evaluasi program kearifan lokal untuk penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, yaitu dengan melakukan penilaian harian kedisiplinan, dan penegakan etika, menguji hasil Briquette ramah lingkungan, dan melakukan penilaian 6 bulan sekali untuk memperoleh tanggapan dari para guru dan siswa, menentukan rencana tindak lanjut program untuk pemahaman, pelestarian program, penguasaan, dan keterampilan untuk memainkan produk dan program kearifan lokal.Kata Kunci: Program Kearifan Lokal, Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila

Abstract

Abstract: This research is entitled "Planning the Recruitment of Education Personnel at Madrasah Aliyah Arussalam Bumi Agung Oki". This study aims to find out how the recruitment of educational staff and the factors that influence the planning of educational staff recruitment at Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam Bumi Agung Oki. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. This type of research approach is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the research data using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that planning for the recruitment of educational staff at Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam Bumi Agung Oki is starting from setting targets or goals, formulating the current situation, identifying all facilities and obstacles, and developing plans or a series of activities to achieve goals. The factors that influence recruitment activities are facilities, teamwork, economic factors and labor supply.Keywords: Planning, Recruitment, Education Personnel

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to reduce learning barriers so that efforts are obtained to improve children's learning achievement. which is a case study research, data collection is carried out by interview and document methods.Data analysis techniques were performed with miles and huberman models. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the obstacles in learning Arabic at MAN 1 West Sumbawa are;(1) students have not mastered the basic language of Arabic (2)Low mastery of Arabic vocabulary. (3) low student interest in learning (4)Students are strongly influenced by the environment outside the school, so students do not focus on learning and are affected by activities that are not needed in order to achieve learning goals. Solutions in improving student learning achievement, namely (1) students who have not mastered the basic knowledge of Arabic, namely with the teacher providing very basic learning materials and providing additional tasks to practice basic Arabic language skills (2) the teacher uses the method of mastering Arabic vocabulary starting from easy to difficult (3) using the memorization method (4) To increase students' low interest in learning teachers approach students emotionally by giving advice and motivation. It can be concluded that students' Arabic learning outcomes can be improved by the use of appropriate and good learning methods by teachers in the learning process at school. Key Words: Methods, Learning Achievements, Language Arabic.

Abstract: This research is entitled "Implementation of Educational Services Marketing at Madrasah Ibtidayah Kurnia Divine Pulau Harapan Village". This study aims to determine the implementation of marketing of educational services in Madrasah Ibtidayah KurniaDivine Pulau Harapan Village. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data that has been obtained and collected is through observation, interviews, and documentation. This type of research approach is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used in analyzing the data are as follows, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. To test the validity of the research data using data source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that to be able to find out how the implementation of marketing of educational services at Madrasah Ibtidayah Kurnia Ilahi Desa Pulau Harapan. Running effectively and efficiently. Providing the best service and marketing products by utilizing social media and outreach. Deepen religious knowledge such as worship and reading the Koran. Identify all objective facilities and obstacles. The supporting factors are human resources and costs. On the other hand, the inhibiting factors are product and promotion. In addition to these factors contained in this discussion there are also indicators which are one of the activities that take place in the marketing of educational services at madrasah ibtidayah kurnia ilahi devine pulau harapan village, namely education customer satisfaction, aducation customer loyalty, and finally, public opinion in image educational institutions.Keywords: Implemention, Service Marketing, Education

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses "Implementation of Selection of Library Materials Procurement in the Library of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Palembang". The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of the selection of procurement of library materials in the library of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Palembang and to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of the selection of procurement of library materials in the library of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Palembang. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, and the main informants in this study were the head of the library and library staff. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of research data by source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. This research was conducted on May 17 – July 3, 2023. The research results obtained by researchers indicated that the implementation of the selection of procurement of library materials in the Palembang 3 Madrasah Aliyah Library is carried out once a year according to user needs. The supporting factors are human resources and infrastructure in the library, while the inhibiting factor is limited funds.Keywords: Implementation, Selection, Library Materials

Abstract

Abstract: Islamic education in the current millennial era has experienced significant developments throughout its history, in this millennial era as well. In today's digital and information technology era, the development of Islamic education faces new challenges and an opportunity. It presents how Islamic education adapts to social trends and changes in the current millennial era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, with a descriptive approach. The informants of this study were 9 students of the Raden Fatah State University of Palembang, Indonesia. Data was collected through observation, literature study and interviews. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis, so that in-depth conclusions were obtained from the problems studied. The results of this study are first, the form of challenges that occur in the development of Islamic education in the millennial youth era which often occur in the present are: (1) the influence of social media (2) the influence of outside culture (3) technological advances (4) moral decadence ( 5) minimal understanding of religion (6) moral challenges. Researchers found challenges that could affect the development of Islamic education in the current millennial era. Second, important factors that can influence Islamic education in the current millennial era are: (1) having a solid Islamic foundation (2) having strong moral values (3) overcoming the challenges of the times (4) forming an identity (5) build an understanding of Islam (6) develop morals. these factors strengthen to fight challenges in the development of Islamic education in the millennial era.Keywords: Islamic Education, Millennial Era

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 4 Talang Ubi which is located in Talang Akar Village, Kec. Talang Ubi, Kab. Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir, South Sumatra, 31211. The research objective in this study was to determine the role of the principal as a manager at SMA Negeri 4 Talang Ubi. The subjects of this study were the principal and all teachers at SMA Negeri 4 Talang Ubi, the number of samples in this study amounted to 21 teachers, the method used in this study was qualitative research. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the results of interviews and questionnaires. Principals as managers can make plans, manage teaching and learning processes and always evaluate based on findings and make decisions based on the results of meetings that have been agreed upon. This was also reinforced by the results of the questionnaire showing that the teacher's perception of the principal's role as a manager, with a percentage of 96.8%, that the role of the principal as a manager at SMA Negeri 4 Talang Ubi is included in the Very Good category. Suggestions for Schools in carrying out learning (RPP) Principals must be able to motivate teachers to foster a sense of belonging to the school so that the learning process at school and the results can achieve the goals of education. For teachers to be more active and be able to foster a sense of belonging to the school and have responsibility in helping with all matters relating to the school. For future researchers, it is hoped that this can become a reference regarding the role of the principal as a manager in the school.Key Words: Role of Principal, Manager Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 4 Talang Ubi yang beralamat di Desa Talang Akar Kec. Talang Ubi, Kab. Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir, Sumatera Selatan, 31211. Tujuan Penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah sebagai manajer di SMA Negeri 4 Talang Ubi. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan seluruh guru yang ada di SMA Negeri 4 Talang Ubi, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 21 guru, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil wawancara dan angket Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Manajer, bisa membuat perencanaan, mengatur proses belajar mengajar dan selalu melakukan evaluasi berdasarkan temuan-temuan dan mengambil keputusan berdasarkan hasil rapat yang telah disepakati. Hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan hasil angket bahwasanya persepsi guru terhadap peran kepala sekolah sebagai manajer, dengan persentase sebesar 96,8%, Bahwa Peran Kepala Sekolah Sebagai manajer di SMA Negeri 4 Talang Ubi termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik. Saran Bagi Sekolah dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran (RPP) Kepala Sekolah harus bisa memotivasi guru-guru agar menumbuhkan rasa memiliki sekolah agar proses pembelajaran disekolah dan hasilnya dapat mencapai tujuan dari pendidikan. Bagi Guru agar menjadi lebih aktif dan bisa menumbuhkan rasa memiliki sekolah dan mempunyai tangung jawab dalam membantu segalah urusan yang berkaitan tentang sekolah. Bagi Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan bisa menjadi acuan tentang peran kepala sekolah sebagai manajer di sekolah. Kata Kunci : Peran Kepala Sekolah, Manajer

Abstract

Abstarct: This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Penukal. This study aims to determine the effect of school administration services on student satisfaction at SMA Negeri 3 Penukal. The population in this study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 3 Penukal. The sample in this study was class XI students, totaling 87 students. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research using a correlational research approach. Data management is carried out using SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Sciences). The technique used is a correlation analysis technique with the formula product moment. Based on the results of the study where the questionnaire was distributed to students as many as 18 statements for the X variable and 18 statements for the Y variable and processed to get the results of the hypothesis test tcount of 133.552 and ttabel of 0.2108, meaning tcount thitung 133.552 > ttabel There is an influence of school administration services on student satisfaction at SMA Negeri 3 Penukal. Meanwhile, based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it can explain the magnitude of the correlation/relationship value, namely (R), which is equal to 0.998. From the output, a determination coefficient (R.Square) of 0.995 is obtained, which means that the influence of administrative service variables on student satisfaction or aggressiveness variables is equal to 99.5% while the rest is influenced by other factors. This means that the better the administrative service, the more student satisfaction will increase.Key Words: School Administration Services, Student SatisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 3 Penukal, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan  administrasi Sekolah terhadap kepuasan siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Penukal. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 3 Penukal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah 87 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan korelasi (correlational research). Pengelolaan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Sciences). Teknik yang dipakai adalah teknik analisis korelasi dengan rumusan product moment. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dimana kuisioner dibagikan kepada siswa sebanyak 18 pernyataan untuk variabel X dan 18 pernyataan untuk varibel Y dan di olah di dapatkan hasil uji hipotesis thitung sebesar 133.552 dan ttabel sebesar 0.2108, artinya thitung 133.552 > ttabel 0.2108 Ada pengaruh pelayanan administrasi sekolah terhadap kepuasan siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Penukal. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linear sederhana dapat menjelaskan besarnya nilai korelasi/hubungan yaitu (R) yaitu sebesar 0,998 dari output tersebut diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R.Square) sebesar 0,995 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel pelayanan administrasi terhadap variabel kepuasan siswa atau agresivitas adalah sebesar 99.5% sedangkan sisanya di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Artinya semakin baik pelayanan administrasi maka akan semakin meningkatnya kepuasan siswa.Kata kunci : Pelayanan Administrasi Sekolah, Kepuasan Siswa

Abstract

Abstract: This study raises the discussion of "Arrangement of Archives in the District Office of Belitang OKU Timur District". This study aims to find out how archives are arranged and to analyze the factors that influence filing arrangements at the Belitang OKU Timur sub-district office. This research is a qualitative research, the research subjects are the head of the archives section and the archives employees. Data collected through three ways, namely: interviews, observation and documentation. This type of research approach is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The techniques used in checking the validity of the data are source triangulation, source triangulation and time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the arrangement of archives in the Belitang OKU Timur District Sub-District Office has been running as it should, starting from the archive storage system, archive retrieval, determining archives of the same type, archive compilation, supporting facilities and infrastructure, maintaining and maintaining archives, information archive loan. Keywords: Arrangement, ArchivesAbstrak: Artikel ini mengangkat pembahasan mengenai “Penataan Kearsipan di Kantor Camat Belitang Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur”. Adapun Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penataan kearsipan dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penataan kearsipan di Kantor Camat Belitang Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, subyek penelitian adalah kepala seksi bidang kearsipan dan para pegawai kearsipan. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui tiga cara yaitu: wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Jenis pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pemeriksaan keabsahan data adalah triangulasi sumber, triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penataan kearsiapn di Kantor Camat Belitang Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur sudah berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, mulai dari sistem penyimpanan arsip, penemuan kembali arsip, menentukan arsip yang sama jenisnya, penyusunan arsip, sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung, menjaga dan memelihara arsip, informasi peminjaman arsip.Kata Kunci: Penataan, Kearsipan
