Abstract

The role of private universities in improving quality must accommodate all aspects of the performance of the tridharma of higher education. The rapid development of higher education institutions must be ready to change, changes that occur in the global business environment also trigger the increasing intensity of competition between higher education service providers, so that each higher education service provider will try to offer high performance higher education services. The purpose of this research is to see how far the implementation of BSC in improving the performance of private universities. Specifically, this study describes four perspectives, including: (1) financial perspective, (2) customer perspective, (3) internal business process perspective (4) learning and growth perspective.This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies. From the research results indicate that the implementation of the BSC has been applied in a systematic, measurable and planned manner so that the Vision, Mission and objectives are achieved. In implementation there is a balance between financial and non-financial.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Equity, Total Asset Turn Over, and Cash Ratio on Stock Prices moderated by Financial Distress and Debt to Asset Ratio. This study uses the objects of the Property and Real Estate sub-sector companies on the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2020. The data collected is secondary data with the documentation method in the form of the company's annual report. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is SPSS 26. The sampling method used in this study using purposive sampling technique obtained 11 companies that present complete financial statements, so that obtained as many as 99 samples. The analytical technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test,MRA, multiple linear regression, t test, and f test. The result of the research partiallyconcludes that Return On Equity has no effect on Stock Price, Total Asset Turn Over has a significant effect on Stock Price, and Cash Ratio has a significant effect on Stock Price. The results of the study simultaneously Return On Equity, Total Asset Turn Over, and Cash Ratio significant effect on stock prices. MRA research results shows that Financial Distress Moderate Return On Equity on Stock Prices, Financial Distress moderate Total Asset Turn Over to Stock Price, Financial Distress does not moderate Cash Ratio to Stock Price, Debt To Asset Ratio moderates Return On Equity to Stock Price, Debt To Asset Ratio moderate Total Asset Turn Over to Stock Price, and Debt To Asset Ratio does not moderate Cash Ratio to the Share Price.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in Micro and Medium Enterprises in Serang Regency, Banten. The method used is quantitative. The type of data used in this study is in the form of secondary data based on the results of the questionnaire. In this study the authors used two independent variables consisting of (Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction) or called the independent variable and one dependent variable (Employee Performance) which is known as the dependent variable. The population in this study were employees of the Micro and Medium Enterprises in Serang Banten Regency as many as 42 employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models and using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1). There is no positive and significant effect between Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. 2). There is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance. 3). Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance.

UD. Aneka Plastic is wrong one company engaged in the plastics industry. Destination this research is for describe managementoperational with explain function managementoperational on UD. Aneka Plastic. Method study used is qualitative and purposive sampling with conducted interviews with 3 informants. Test validity data which used istriangulation source. Results study this show thatthe company has a capacity that is not excess and could produceproduct in accordance with Requestbuyers, strategic location so easy to reach by supplier and power work, systemlocation which notice security and safety employee,good product quality and difficult for competitors to imitate, as well as method production which clear. Besides that, have scheduling regarding production, namely Master Production Detailed Schedule , Detailed Short-Term Schedule withhave system management maintenance machine,and Staff Schedule which clear so that company could carry out production activities smoothly. Supervisionoperational in company showed with delivery of goods fulfilled, stock storage in sufficient warehouse, have potential suppliers, and could control inventory with good. Structureorganization, job description , vision and mission, as well as SOPs written and clearly required by the company. Motivation, more employee involvement, and rewards are also necessarynoticed for employee. Facility supporter also need added so that atmosphere in company no boring .

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' needs for digital-based learning media. The research method used in this research is through research and development, with the ADDIE development model. Sources and methods of data collection were collected from document studies such as from libraries, internet, scientific articles, books, journals and documents related to research themes, then field observations. The results of the research, these writings serve as reading values and recommendations for the development of local historical awareness in Indonesia, especially in Jambi City. The exploration of this research tries to reveal the application of digital books as a medium in learning in schools.

The protection of the rights of the Customary Law Community (MHA) at the conceptual level has been guaranteed by the constitution. Abstract

This paper aims to explore the role of competitive advantage in accelerating the internationalization ofSMEs in Indonesia. The source of this paper is secondary data with a literature and empirical study approach from previous articles and other supporting sources. Data sources and various articles show that digitalization as a competitive advantage has a very important role in accelerating the internationalization of SMEs in Indonesia, but the results of the study of various sources of digitizing strategies for competitive advantage, many factors determine the international acceleration of SMEs in Indonesia such as partnerships, customer relations, business process management, as well as investing in information and communication resources. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and knowledge management on increasing the innovation of ASN at the Central Ministry of Transportation. The number of samples in this study were 249 respondents using the slovin technique from all units in the Ministry of Transportation. Data was collected using questionnaires, observations and interviews with related parties. The data analysis technique used is the mix method with multiple linear regression analysis and indicator analysis.The results showed that the variables of Work Motivation and knowledge management partially and simultaneously had a positive effect on Employee Innovativeness at a significance level of 0.05 with a regression coefficient of respectively.The value of the regression equation is Y 42.013 0.490X1 0.166X 2 , this indicates that an increase in one level of Work Motivation will result in an increase in Innovativeness of 0.528 at a constant 42.013, and each increase in one level of Knowledge Management will result in an increase in Innovativeness 0.132 at a constant 42.013. With an adjusted R-Square value of 0.282, it means that the effect is 28.2%. Thus, strengthening work motivation and knowledge management together with innovation will increase employee innovativeness.

Abstract

The fact that elementary students are still in the pick of their childhood who loves playing, learning values could be much easier if a game-type of learning will be used. The Ugaling Pinoy: A Mobile Learning Game Application About Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (Values Subject), is a mobile learning game developed to teach young children good manners and right conduct in different places and situations. This study was conducted to develop a learning game in values for elementary pupils and to evaluate its effect in their learning specifically in values subject. The system used various software to make the system more interesting and attractive to the end-users such as Basic for Android for coding, Adobe Photoshop for graphics, and Adobe Flash for animation. It was validated by ten (10) IT experts and five (5) values teachers. A total of 30 pupils were selected as the respondents of the study using purposive sampling. Mean, percentage and t-test were the statistical tools employed in the study. The result revealed that the developed learning game has a positive effect on the pupils’ learning in values subject. It was concluded that the system was user friendly and is very good in its performance. Furthermore, the study identifies positive effects of learning games - an aspect of intervention plan and demonstrates the potential of such learning games in improving the good manners and right conduct of the pupils. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of environmental performance, corporate image, corporate social performance on economic performance with competitive advantage as a moderating. The population of this study includes all manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined criteria obtained 11 companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analytical method used is panel data logistic regression analysis. The results showed that environmental performance, corporate social performance, competitive advantage proxied by economic performance had a negatif effect, corporate imageproxied by economic performance had no effect. While environmental performance, corporate social performance proxied by economic performance had a positif effect after moderating by competitive advantage, corporate imageproxied by economic performance had no effecteffect after moderating by competitive advantage.
