Abstract

In the sub-sector of food and beverage, capital structure is the most important thing in its operational activities. So it is such a great deal for the company to develop a good capital structure so that its operational activities run smoothly. This research was done on purpose to help explaining what factors gives a major influence on the structure of capital of the food and beverage companies. The method used is a quantitative method in the form of an associative where the sample applied is 10 companies within a period of 3 years, from 2018 to 2020. The technique of data collection is applying the technique of documentation. To test the hypothesis through analysis of multiple linear regression that previously tested in the help of the test of classical assumption.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on teacher satisfaction through motivation as a constraint variable. The object of research is the Pelita Kasih Methodist School in Medan. The population in this study were 30 teachers at the Pelita Kasih Methodist School in Medan using the population sampling method. The analytical method used is structural equation modeling with partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that leadership and work environment have a significant influence on teacher satisfaction. It is evident that motivation is not able to strengthen or weaken the relationship between leadership and work environment in relation to teacher satisfaction.

Abstract

This research addresses the following topics: (i) the implementation of the HT-el system at the Karanganyar Regency Land Office; and (ii) legal issues encountered while implementing the HT-el system at the Karanganyar Regency Land Office. This empirical study expands on describing the policy approach as well as micro-interactional effects. The research's findings are: First, the Karanganyar Regency Land Office implemented the HT-el system in accordance with Minister of ATR/BPN Regulation Number 5 of 2020, with empirical evidence of data recapitulation of the number of HT-el applications for the 2020 and 2021 periods, accompanied by risk management analysis. Second, the legal issues of implementing the HT-el system at the Karanganyar Regency Land Office include the substantive issue of a lack of implementing regulations as implementing guidelines and implementation parameters, the issue of structural apparatus lack of human resources overcoming network error problems, budgeting for repair and maintenance as the primary means of HT-el services, and socio-cultural issues; the public's lack of enthusiasm due to a lack of socialization and assistance regarding the ease of HT-el services. Suggestions for research include the Ministry of ATR/BPN issuing implementing regulations that accommodate the standardization parameters for the implementation of the HT-el system in the region, as well as the Head and Employees of the Land Office of Karanganyar Regency increasing socialization and assistance in the use of HT-el services and systems to the community, as well as employee training in overcoming network problems.

Abstract

The article starts from the experience of living with Islam-Christians in the North Maluku province of Indonesia infacing the threat of the spread of the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic. This religious community, whichhad a conflict in 1999, has a different way of dealing with the spread of COVID-19 with other regions in Indonesia,both regarding the views of positive Covid-19 patients who care for sin and reward, Islamophobia, and physicalworship. continues in buildings of worship during the pandemic. These incidents occurred in the North Malukuprovince of Indonesia as a border area with a distinctive social, cultural and political context, so the field tracingused was a case study. This is in line with the empirical reality of the spread of COVID-19 which is still ongoing, soresearch was conducted intensively participatory in the Muslim-Christian community in North Maluku province. Inthe process of investigating data, informatory are needed, but the question of how the Muslim-Christian communityin North Maluku continues to care for life together amid the COVID-19 pandemic is the main question of thisresearch. Of course, many research articles on COVID-19 have been published, but there has not been a singlestudy on Islamic-Christian relations during the pandemic, let alone a case study of the Muslim-Christiancommunity, which once fought to the point of casualties and is now facing non-natural disasters. The answers to themain research questions will be a contribution of thought for anyone who has the desire to care for their communitythat supports each other. So that a case study of the Muslim-Christian community who has been in conflict andinhabits the coast of eastern Indonesia and is now facing the threat of COVID-19 is an important agenda andcloseness. The value premise of this study is to learn the pattern of relations in the community after the riot betweenMuslims and Christians and religious communities, this non-natural disaster along the spread of COVID-19. As faras the author's knowledge, this study is the latest study on the Muslim-Christian community in North Maluku in theface of COVID-19. These two communities are able to get through difficult times of horizontal conflict, this studywill study how the two religious communities can face the challenges of COVID-19 and become a strong generationafter all of this has passed.

Abstract

The number of limitations/obstacles experienced by some graduates of SMP/MTs who cannot continue their education to a higher level, namely High School/SMK/MA due to several limitations, among others: due to financial factors of parents, children as the backbone of the family, geographical conditions experienced by some participants students to regularly come every day to a regular high school, as well as the difficulty of public transportation as access to school.The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of Integrated Quality Management (MMT) in improving the quality of graduates of SMA Open actually through the management theory approach "Daming Cycle" from W. Edward Daming. In particular, this study describes and analyzes (1) plan, (2) Do, (3) Check and (4) action about open high school using the quality theory of Sallis Edward. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Collecting data by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies. From the results of the study, it shows that Integrated Quality Management (MMT) in improving the quality of graduates of Open High School in National High School and March 11 High School has been carried out by adjusting the existing concept rules although in its implementation there are still obstacles, especially in terms of commitment of parents and students, limited budget from the government and difficulties in getting visiting teachers who are committed to providing flexible learning.

Abstract

Universities that have good academic service management quality standards are the goal in every university's efforts. In Jambi Province in particular, good management applied to a university is one of the important factors to improve the quality of service both for students, the community or for the university itself. Not a few universities whose academic service quality still does not meet the satisfaction threshold in the assessment, one of which is offline-based services that will usually hinder the delivery of existing information. UNAMA colleges (Universitas Stikom Dinamika Bangsa) and IAI Tebo in Jambi Province are universities where each delivery of academic information focuses on the use of computers and technology, both of these universities have implemented academic information system management, but each of these universities has advantages and disadvantages in the information system that is run, so a study is needed to be able to combine each of the advantages and disadvantages found in the two universities. By applying qualitative methods, it is hoped that it will provide useful research results,the focus of this research is directed at (1). Planning, (2). Implementation, (3). Evaluation (4). Solutions or follow-ups in improving the quality of academic services at universitiesusing Deming's cycle management theory. OnThis study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies.so from the results of this study can conclude a more complete management information system that can be applied to other universities, especially those that are still offline.

Abstract

The background of the problems raised in this legal research is the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on various government sectors, one of which is the tourism sector, because of this pandemic, local revenue has decreased due to tourism in Wonogiri that seems very quiet. during the Covid-19 pandemic. This legal research aims to explain the various impacts arising from the Covid-19 pandemic disaster for tourism objects in Wonogiri Regency and also to explain the policies carried out by the Regional Technical Implementation Unit) in developing tourism objects in Wonogiri Regency in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this legal research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study explain that the important role of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit under the auspices of the Data of the Youth and Sports and Tourism Service to issue policies as a strategy for developing tourism objects in Wonogiri Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic so that the mobility of the tourism sector in Wonogiri keep going well.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the influence of organizational culture, internal environment and leadership style on employee performance at PT.Rubber Hock Lie Sunggal. The research method uses descriptive quantitative, the population in this study consisted of 166 people. This sampling used the purposive sampling technique with the Slovin formula as a measuring tool to calculate the sample with a general level of 5% used, so that this study amounted to 117 populations. In this study using multiple linear regression method. The results of this study answered the research hypothesis and the results of R square 33.6%.

Abstract

The current state of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has entered the New Normal Era, has harmed education in the form of learning loss. This research examines of e-learning implementation to deal with learning loss in Islamic Education (PAI) subjects at al Ma’arif Junior High in Jombang Jember. This research applies a qualitative approach with study case type and analyzes data through the interactive technique of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. This research concludes some states that e-learning implementation at al Ma’arif Junior High in Jombang Jember to deal with learning loss focuses on two things. First, upgrading the learning technology of al Ma’arif Junior High in Jombang Jember is centered on maximizing school web role. Second, increasing students learning motivation to follow the e-learning process that implemented by al Ma’arif Junior High in Jombang Jember. The Efforts to implement e-learning can be considered as one of the solution options that can be carried out by educational institutions to deal with the phenomenon of learning loss during the New Normal Era.

Abstract

The research in this dissertation is motivated by the kiai as the leader of the pesantren which is an interesting leadership phenomenon. Kiai and teachers innovate with various forms of activities. Kiai improves the quality of Human Resources (HR) for teachers/asatidz and administrators, by instilling faith in the hearts of every student, administrator and board of Asatidz with a sincere attitude of lillahi ta'ala, riyadhoh, uswatun hasanah (exemplary) and patient; changing the mindset of asatidz, developing teacher skills and introducing and strengthening all institutional rules, duties, rights and obligations of asatidz, both as citizens of Islamic boarding schools, communities and citizens. The research approach uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are l) data condensation 2) data presentation, 3) conclusion drawing/verification. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that: 1) Ithe implementation of the kiai leadership style in increasing teacher creativity at the Jawahirul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School Tulungagung is carried out by: a) Visionary leadership style is carried out with the kiai being the direction setter, agent of change,good mentor and role modelthe spirit of jihad and the spirit of fighting for and advancing the Jawaahirul Hikmah Islamic boarding school by forming a team in the management of educational institutions and collaborating with external parties in learning activities. b) The entrepreneurial leadership style is carried out by the kiai forming an entrepreneurial organization for Marble mining, carp and catfish farming, freshwater lobster cultivation, AQUAQY Factory to increase teacher creativity. c) Style,Innovative leadership by: (1) Kiai forming Marble mining entrepreneurship organizations, carp and catfish farming, freshwater Lobster cultivation, AQUAQY Factory to increase teacher creativity, (2) Kiai providing guidance by forming small groups with a quarantine model, (3 ) Outdoor class by making small groups in learning. d) Charismatic leadership style consists of: (1) belief in the kiai in providing policies, there are directions and instructions for program implementation to teachers/asatidz and administrators. (2) the kiai in his leadership involves members/followers and gives confidence to his members through all activities. (3) Leaders focus on the performance of their subordinates by providing motivation by providing complex, challenging, initiative, risk so that members become more responsible and diligent. e) The democratic leadership style provides the freedom to accept suggestions, thoughts, ideas from teachers to improve the existing programs at the Jawaahirul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School.
