The occurrence of anxiety in public speaking can occur anywhere and to anyone. The problem that often arises at this time, the tendency of a person will experience anxiety when talking about something in a crowd that is influenced by the person himself. The current problem in schools in Bandar Lampung, a student will tend to feel depressed if the teacher asks him to perform in front of the class, the student will feel threatened if he gets a question directed at him. For this reason, this research seeks to explain group guidance techniques to reduce public speaking anxiety in literature. This research uses the SLR Method used to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all available research with the topic area of the phenomenon of interest. The results showed that group guidance techniques are effective in reducing public speaking anxiety. Through this technique, individuals can identify the causes of their anxiety, learn coping strategies, and gain support from group members. This can increase confidence in public speaking and reduce anxiety symptoms. Thus, the Group Guidance Technique can be an effective approach in helping individuals overcome public speaking anxiety.

This study aims to determine the presence of student misconceptions in redox material, misconceptions in each concept of redox material, and factors causing student misconceptions in redox material in class XII MIA SMA N 2 Percut Sei Tuan. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique. The samples in this study were 32 students of class XII MIA 1 who were selected based on the recommendation of the chemistry teacher. Data collection techniques were carried out using a web-based three-tier diagnostic test, misconception questionnaire, and in-depth interviews (teachers and students). The results showed that the misconceptions identified using the web-based three tier diagnostic test on the redox concept as a whole was 31.718%, while students who experience incomprehension of the concept is 54.687%, students who understand the concept is 13.906% and understand the concept is not sure 1.25%. Students' misconceptions on each concept of redox material are highest on the concept of compound names at 43.8% and the lowest on the concept of equalizing redox reactions with the oxidation number method and the ½ reaction/ion electron method at 26.6%.Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews, each factor has an influence on misconceptions, the biggest misconceptions are teacher factors and teaching methods, namely 21.32% and 21.28%.

The integrative curriculum in Catholic schools has different characteristics from the curriculum in general. In the education system, more specifically in educational institutions (schools), ideally teachers have the required competencies in order to carry out their duties and functions properly and responsibly. Challenges in the implementation of the Integrative Curriculum pose various challenges for teachers, such as the incorporation of Catholic values with general subject matter, the use of appropriate learning methods, and comprehensive evaluation. This research will review several literature studies as a reference for researchers in designing interactive curriculum implementation in Catholic schools to improve teacher competence. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The SLR method is used to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all available research with the topic area of the phenomenon of interest, with specific relevant research questions. The results of the study concluded that developing a training design is an important step to improve teacher competence in implementing an integrative curriculum. The improved competencies include an understanding of Catholic teachings, skills to integrate these values in learning, and the ability to use relevant learning methods

The existence of realtime, fast and accurate information is very important for human survival. Website-based information systems provide accessibility for consumers to access information without time limitations and interactivity provided by producers to consumers by offering various interactive features as a form of online consultation. The purpose of this research is to implement a website for sales and repairs using the Laravel Framework at Vespa Clinic Kotabumi (Vecko) and to facilitate management and bookkeeping that is fully recorded on the Web. The method used is Waterfall development with the application of blackbox testing methods and Mean Opinion Score. Researchers made the Vespa Clinic Kotabumi Workshop as the object of research. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews and observations. In this case, the creation of information systems is expected to increase income with faster and more efficient business processes and expand the reach of information. The results of the research are a form of implementation of the Laravel Framework in the sales and repair system at the Kotabumi vespa workshop equipped with attractive features for admin and customers consisting of reservation, product page, and confirmation. In this research, the Laravel Framework has succeeded in maximizing the development of the sales website. The sales system becomes more efficient and greatly helps transactions between sellers and buyers. The use of Laravel framework on this system has helped and facilitated the development of the system in this study

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes and spiritual attitudes of students. This research aims to determine the effect of chemical equilibrium teaching materials based on spiritual values on student learning outcomes and students' spiritual attitudes in the guided inquiry learning model, as well as seeing the relationship between students' spiritual attitudes and student learning outcomes. This type of research uses research methods using a sample of 60 students. The data collection methods used were (1) interview observation, (2) student spiritual questionnaire, (3) test instruments. The results of the research show that chemical equilibrium teaching materials based on spiritual values in the guided inquiry learning model have an influence on students' learning outcomes and spiritual attitudes. The research results stated that there was a difference between classes that used high school textbooks on the subject of chemical equilibrium and classes that used chemical equilibrium teaching materials based on spiritual values, namely sig (2-tailed) < 0.05 or 0.007 < 0.05. Furthermore, there is also the influence of chemical equilibrium teaching materials based on spiritual values on students' spiritual attitudes by looking at the difference between before and after being given treatment, where the sig value (2-tailed) > 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05 means that the chemical equilibrium teaching materials are based on Spiritual values that have been validated by expert validators can develop students' spiritual attitudes. Apart from that, there is also a relationship between students' spiritual attitudes and the learning outcomes of students who are taught using chemical equilibrium teaching materials based on spiritual values in the guided inquiry learning model where the sig value (2-tailed) < 0.05 or 0.024 < 0.05.

This research aims to: (1) determine the validity of e-modules based on project based learning, (2) determine the practicality of e-modules based on project based learning, (3) determine the effectiveness of e-modules based on project based learning, and (4) determine whether there is a significant correlation between interest and learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 Medan with the sample studied was class XI IPA 2. The data analysis technique is carried out by: e-module feasibility test according to BSNP, learning interest test, and correlation test between learning interest and learning outcomes. The results obtained in this research are: (1) E-modules based on project based learning are considered "valid" after being validated by 1 chemistry lecturer with an average material assessment of 89% and an average media assessment of 92% which can be categorized as “very feasibleâ€; (2) e-modules based on project based learning can be considered "practical" after receiving chemistry teacher responses with an average percentage of 94% which can be categorized as "very feasible" and student responses with a grade of "very feasible". average grade of 98%; (3) e-module based on project based learning is considered "effective" with a posttest score of 93, an increase from 58, resulting in an N-Gain score of 0.83 (83%), which means it is in the high criteria; (4) There is a positive and significant relationship between interest in learning and student learning outcomes where “rhitung†is 0.6471 and “rtabel†is 0.361. The condition of diverse learning needs and the rapid development of education requires textbooks prepared by the government to meet learning standards that are expected to fulfill the success of learning activities in schools. The results of the needs analysis of the Civics Junior High School Textbook in Bandar Lampung City show that there is a need for a complementary textbook that is expected to support typical Civics learning activities. This research method is a development research used to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products. The development model and procedures used in this study are divided into 4 stages, 1) Needs Analysis Stage, 2) Product Design Stage, 3) Validation and Evaluation Stage, and Final Product Stage. The results of this study show that the use of textbook supplements has a significant impact on students' understanding and learning outcomes. Effectiveness testing shows that the average formative test results for students who use digital map learning are greater than the average formative test results for students who use conventional learning. Efficiency testing can be concluded that Civics learning, especially the material displaying a positive attitude towards the flow of drafting the foundation of the Indonesian state and norms in everyday life using textbook supplement learning has the efficiency of saving more time than learning that does not use textbook supplements. It can be concluded that students' attitudes towards the attractiveness of digital map learning that has been applied in experimental classes have a positive impact on learning outcomes.

This research aims to produce an Integrated learning media product using Problem-Based Learning smart apps creator application with models Thiagarajan's 4D development. Based on research carried out, media expert opinion, educator response, participant response students towards integrated learning media Problem-Based Learning using the smart apps creator application gets criteria very worthy with an average media expert assessment score of 96.08%, educator response assessment 95.05%, and Student response assessment was 80.2%. The results of this research show that interactive learning media is based on Problem-Based Learning useing the smart apps creator application on the speed material point reactions can be used as a learning medium.

This research was conducted to determine whether or not there are differences in the value of collaboration skills and student learning outcomes taught using various learning models and student learning activities with the help of Macromedia Flash media on chemical bonding material, as well as to see the interaction between learning models and student learning activities on collaboration skills and student learning outcomes. Experimental class I (X-6) applied the Discovery Learning model and experimental class II (X-10) applied the Guided Inquiry model. The instrument used is a test instrument, a non-test instrument. Hypothesis testing was carried out using two-way ANOVA with multivariate General Linear Model (GLM). The research results obtained a price of sig. 0.000 for collaboration skill value and sig price. 0.001 for learning outcomes. Price sig. < ð›¼Â (0.05) so there is a significant difference in the average value of collaboration skills and student learning outcomes with various learning models. Obtained sig value. 0.000 on collaboration skills and learning outcomes. Sig price value. < ð›¼Â (0.05) so there is a significant difference in the average value of collaboration skills and student learning outcomes with various learning activities. The interaction between the learning model and learning activities obtained a sig value. 0.045 for collaboration skills and sig. 0.014 for learning outcomes. From the two sig values. < ð›¼Â (0.05) so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, there is an interaction between the learning model and student learning activities on the value of collaboration skills and student learning outcomes in the Chemical Bond material.

This research aims to: (1) knowing the level of need for guided inquiry-based Learner Worksheets (LKPD) at Imelda Medan Private High School. (2) to know the design of LKPD based on guided inquiry on redox material. (3) knowing the feasibility of LKPD according to BSNP standards. (4) knowing the improvement of students' higher-level thinking skills and. (5) knowing the students' response to the guided inquiry-based LKPD on redox reaction material that has been developed. This development was carried out using the R&D method with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The instruments used are interview guidelines, LKPD validation sheets by validators, questionnaire sheets for students' responses to the developed LKPD. The results of this study indicate that the LKPD prepared has met the eligibility criteria according to BSNP standards validated by material experts and media experts who are UNIMED chemistry lecturers by obtaining a percentage value of 88.46% with the criteria "very feasible needs revision". The average value of students' higher order thinking skills after being taught using the developed LKPD was 83.48 with an n-gain value of 0.79 and the results of students' responses were 85.14% with "very good" criteria. So that overall the guided inquiry-based Learner Worksheet to improve students' higher-level thinking skills is feasible to use in the learning process, especially in redox reaction material.
