Abstract

Objectives – The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of multiple role conflicts and workload on work motivation and employee performance and to analyze the effect of multiple role conflicts and workload on employee performance through work motivation. Design/Methodology/Approach – The research respondents were female employees (ASN and NON-ASN) at the Regional Secretariat Office of Mojokerto Regency, totaling 70 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire which was then analyzed with a path test Findings – The results of the study show that multiple role conflicts and workload have proven to influence employee motivation. Multiple role conflicts and workloads are proven to affect employee performance. Motivation is proven to influence employee performance. Multiple role conflict is not proven to indirectly affect employee performance through motivation and workload is proven to indirectly affect employee performance through motivation

Abstract

Objective - This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and workethics on employee performance.Design/Methodology/Approach - The analysis was carried out at DIY PalangkaRaya Mall, which is a one-stop shop and is crowded with visitors. This research wasconducted quantitatively and questionnaires were distributed to 35 respondents whowere DIY employees.Research findings – The results of the statistical analysis using SPSS 22.0 statedthat 73% had a very important role in organizational culture and work ethics inimproving performance. the implications of the results can apply an organizationalculture system according to DIY Palangka Raya Mall and apply work ethicsproperly and correctly. Future research can adopt this research to improveemployee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan secara empiris tentang pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan kinerja pegawai. Desain/Metodelogi/Pendekatan- Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif-kuantitatif. Populasi seluruh pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Palangka Raya yang berjumlah 116 orang dengan sampel yang terdiri dari 90 responden dengan teknik simple random sampling. Dianalisis dengan software SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil Penelitian- Menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya minimum yang digunakan pada Jabal Palangka Raya Press Batako sehingga diperoleh keuntungan yang maksimal. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan – Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Pemrograman Linier (Linear Programming). Temuan - Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk mendapatkan biaya produksi minimum per bulan dari usaha Press Batako Jabal Palangka Raya adalah dengan memproduksi 30.665 batu bata dan menghasilkan 16.581 bibit untuk paving. Dengan perhitungan ini maka biaya produksi minimum per bulan adalah Rp53.142.445 untuk biaya produksi batu bata dan Rp21.754.272 untuk biaya produksi batu paving

Abstract

Tujuan, -Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efek dari job insecurity terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja di PLN ULP Tumpang UP3 Malang. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan, -Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory research dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 66 karyawan outsourcing. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, atau semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Temuan Penelitian, -Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi atau rendah tingkat kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan tidak mempengaruhi niat karyawan tersebut untuk meninggalkan perusahaan. Hal ini mengindikasikan apabila karyawan hendak meninggalkan perusahaan atau telah memiliki niat untuk meninggalkan perusahaan tidak akan melihat apakah karyawan tersebut telah merasa puas atau tidak akan pekerjaan yang di lakukannya, melainkan karena ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi niat karyawan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan seperti persaingan kerja yang begitu kompleks, gaji diluar perusahaan yang lebih relate dengan kebutuhan sehari-hari. Orisinalitas/Nilai, -Hasil penelitian ini memlikiki nilai tambah karena kepuasan kerja karyawan yang ternyata tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention

Abstract

Objectives – This study aims to determine the effect of education level and physical work environment on the work productivity of production employees at PT. X. Design/Methodology/Approach – In this study, the authors used a quantitative method. The number of employees in this study were 111 production employees at PT. X. Analysis testing using SPSS Version 26. Findings – The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the level of education and the physical work environment on employee work productivity. Conclusions and Implications - The level of education and physical work environment have a positive effect on employee work productivity, thereby increasing the work productivity of employees PT. X needs to consider higher levels of employee education as well as improving the company's physical work environment.

Abstract

Objectives – This purpose’s research to determine the influence of reference group and testimonial on interest of buying exploration both partially and simultaneously toward Nmax motorcycle users in Tasikmalaya City. Design/Methodology/Approach – This research used a purposive sampling size of 100 people from Nmax motorcycle users in Tasikmalaya City as the unit of analysis. Findings – The results of these research conclude that variable of reference group and testimony partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on intereset of buying exploration among Nmax motorcycle users in Tasikmalaya City. Conclusions and Implications - Reference Groups and Testimonials have a significant positive effect on Purchase Exploration Interest among Nmax motorbike users in Tasikmalaya City. For Nmax motorbike sellers in Tasikmalaya, they can increase the Reference Group and Testimonials to increase consumer interest in buying Nmax products.

Abstract

Objectives – This study aims to provide an empirical explanation of the influence of the work-life balance on civil servants performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Design/Methodology/Approach – This  study  used  a  saturating  sample  size  of  59 sample  from  the Central Borneo Regional Development Planning and Regional Research and Development Agency  as  its  unit  of analysis. SmartPLS 4.0.9.5 was used to perform a Likert-scale analysis on the gathered data. Findings – The results showed that the Work-life Balance has a significant effect on the performance of the employees, and the Organizational Commitment variable has a significant effect in strengthening the relationship between Work-life Balance and the Performance of employees. Conclusions and Implications - Work-life balance directly or through organizational commitment has a positive influence on ASN performance. Bappedalitbang of Central Kalimantan Province can maintain work-life balance and maintain organizational commitment to improve ASN performance.

Abstract

Objectives – This research aims to determine the influence of company size, EPS, and leverage on the financial performance of manufacturing industry companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the IDX. Design/Methodology/Approach – This research uses secondary data from financial reports of pharmaceutical companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 - 2022. The sample used was 8 companies with sample selection using purposive sampling technique. The analysis used is multiple linear regression with the Eviews 9.0 analysis tool. Findings – The results of this study show that Company Size has no effect on financial performance, EPS has a significant effect on financial performance, Leverage has no effect on financial performance. Conclusions and Implications - Based on the results, it is found that company size has no effect on financial performance, while EPS has a positive effect on financial performance and leverage has a negative effect on financial performance. Pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the IDX can increase EPS and reduce leverage to improve financial performance.

Abstract

Objective –  This research aims to provide an empirical explanation of the influence of competency on employee performance by using training as a moderating variable at the Katingan Regency Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). Design/Methodology/Approach –  The research employs a quantitative analysis method, The sample in this study was 30 permanent employees of PDAM Katingan Regency who had attended training by determining sampling, namely purposive sampling technique. The data analysis process uses SmartPLS 4.0. Findings – The results of the study indicate that Competency has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Training does not moderate the influence of Competency on Employee Performance in a positive and insignificant way at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Katingan Regency. Conclusion and Implications – The training could not moderate the impact of competency on employee performance. PDAM Katingan Regency employees to be able to improve their competence, especially in terms of being cooperative with other employees at work, namely by actively communicating and coordinating well with other employees.
